I inquired about a new F-150 they had in stock and right from the start Mike was extremely helpful and his response time was spot on. Everything from my trade-in value to the price of the new truck, I was extremely satisfied. With my work schedule, kids, etc they even delivered the truck a couple of hours away and drove the trade-in back. I appreciate their honesty and their customer service. I would definitely do business with them again!

Prompt service, knowledgeable experienced technician, informative service rep. The vehicle had extensive work done and was returned washed and cleaned inside and out. Even with a very busy schedule they took the time to perform a safety inspection and discovered an issue that could easily developed into a serious and expensive repair. I experienced a problem with exhaust flow to the turbo which was difficult to identify with my F-250 Diesel which would cause a total lack of power due to the turbo not receiving the necessary exhaust flow causing extreme loss of power and lack of engine excelleration. Being a periodic occurance, it naturally would not show itself when I would bring it in for service. This was my fourth visit for the same problem and by attaching a mobile "computer" to the analyzing port a code was finally determined which demonstrated what I said all along that the "value" which controls flow to the turbo was malfunctioning. I have had the vehicle one day since repair and all indications are the the part replaced is functioning correctly. I will not be 100 per cent sure until I pull the fifth wheel trailer which I hope to do in the next month or so. Darla, in service, and Richard, in maintenance were very helpful and understanding. I hope we have solved this problem since I believe to be a definite safety hazard.

I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted without haggling and waiting around at the dealership for hours - they delivered the vehicle to me which saved me a 5 hour round trip. Miguel was my salesman and Mike accompanied him - both were professional and very personable. Good experience, glad they got rid of some of the old sales people, they are why I refused to go there again. They were pushy, rude if you didn't want to buy, put a lot of preassure one even got rude and mad at me and was very ugly with me. it was horrible... The only reason I went there this time was because my old car was having mechanical problems and my mechanic said it had to be fixed by Ford dealers mechanics. But as it turned out to be a good experience, because those other idiots are gone, or at least they weren't there while I was there.

I had met the service dept. w/ my 2014 SONATA and was very pleased with the professional and curtious service dept. It was good to know there was a HYUNDAI dealership in ALAMOGORDO, they showed me they were very excited on their new journey. The salesman came right out to greet me and how could he and VISION HYUNDAI help me today. I could tell he and I connected right away. I felt comfortable in working with him,and the other staff at VISION. I initially went to look at that moment, but deep down I really like the 2015 SONATA LIMITED. I knew it was the right decision. I am not one with words, if I were looking for an automobile and wasn't sure, I would leave with something from the VISION family, just because of their honesty, will to see the customer is completly satisfied, down home professional character.

George Bonnell is by far the best car salesman I've ever come across. I had I thought a simple oil leak on my F-250 diesel. Well, it was but it lead to an oil change, 100,000 mile service and oh by the way one battery is dead and the other is dying. Yes, it cost more than I was planning on but by far cheaper than having to have any of this done after a break down along the highway. Everything was explained to me in detail to allow me to make the decision for repair. Thanks to Chris in Service and to the young man who did the repairs. Dick C.

Chris Guzman was absolutely amazing. I came in in desperate need of a new battery, moments before they were closed; and I was willing to pay whatever the cost was going to be. However, to my surprise, Chris is the one that pointed out that my vehicle was still under warranty and that I didn't have to pay a cent! I had the equivalent of a 60,000 service plus replacement of ball joints, front shocks and steering pump. All in ONE day! I will give it to you, you guys are FAST!I had a trip to Albuquerque the next day and was surprised to see my gas mileage dropped from 20mpg to 16mpg. Hmmm. I wait to see if it improves.

I went into the dealership hoping to aquire in my pre approved price range. Spoke with Ed Tafoya the salesman. He was able to get me into my dream car a 2012 Taurus which did have rather high miles. But he got me financed with the better than the car I wanted. And payments I'm comfortable with. Gonna driver her back to my 40+ High School reunion. Thank you Vision. The only issue is a small cubby hole that wont unlatch. Your people assured me it will be taken care of.

Our (Joan?s) 2013 Ford Fusion was delivered as promised in excellent working order. What was really a HUGE HELP was when the dealership gave Joan a loner Fusion while hers was waiting for parts. This allowed Joan to have a car for work and to take her mother to a medical appointment. We have owned a number of Fords over the years; all from Vision Ford / Lincoln and now own the 2013 Ford Fusion & 2013 Lincoln MKx. So we are Ford / Lincoln product fans. However, it?s this ?after the sale care? that will keep us coming back to Vision for service and future automobiles. You just can?t price shop after the sale customer care. The salesman was very friendly when I was purchasing the vehicle, but I could not reach him after the purchase. The vehicle did not have floor mats and told me he would give them to me at a later time. When I returned to the dealership to pick them up he stated the vehicle did not come with tgem, but I could purchase some for $200.

Servicing a car that is almost twenty years old is usually somewhat painful at a dealership. The crew at Vision Ford greeted me and my 97 Ford in the same manner as customers driving new cars. I wasn't pressured to buy a new car, but simply told what I needed to have done to keep my Ford safe. Was very pleased with the whole purchasing procedure of my 2015 Ford Escape SE. When I arrived, I guess things were going on that morning and it allowed me the time to wander through the vehicles without any interruptions. When I finished that I went into the showroom, to the information desk, and asked for a sales person. That was a first for me! I had some questions about a couple of the Escapes and the Tucson's and my salesperson, Miguel Alderete, was knowledgeable on both vehicles. As a loyal Ford customer I decided on the Escape, which was to be my second Escape...my first was the introductory year model. The whole haggling process went smooth, they gave me a fair trade-in on my 2007 Ford Edge, got the payment where I was comfortable, and I drove home the Escape that had captured my eye in the first place. The staff was superior from any buying process I had gone through in the past in other areas of the country. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and my salesman took me around to the various departments and introduced me to staff there...another first. I'm sure the service will be great and looking forward to another positive experience.

We were looking for a specific truck and they found what we wanted from another state. Transactions were smooth and quick and the finance office was organized and prepared. Our salesperson (George Bonell) was amazing! We bought our truck over 14 years ago from him at another dealership and he is unlike most in his line of work! He made us feel welcome and was genuine and concerned about our needs. The dealership was also fun and friendly with a basketball shot incentive. Overall it was probably the best vehicle purchasing experience we've had this far!

Bought a terrific brand new Focus, Lawrence was excellent to work with, and the staff and service was outstanding. I do recommend you try harder at keeping the on-line data of vehicles you claim are on your lot match the actual vehicles on your lot. The mismatches are very noticeable and annoying, and from the handful of other previous and potential future customers I've discussed this with, they've noticed, and it makes a big difference. I don't know if it's a tactic you utilize to draw in customers, but I believe it turns more away than you realize.

(Central locking and remote operate differently now that you reprogrammed the transmission. Maybe that's a Ford Focus thing.) I love the car, and your tech's did a very good job. I recently was involved in a car accident which resulted in a total loss of my 2000 Lexus RX 300. Mr Scott Williams went above and beyond in helping me obtain my new 2014 Ford Focus. We went on test drive after test drive. He talked straight to the GM about my situation and talked him into a great deal. Scott even talked directly to my finance manager in order to get the deal done. Scott and everyone there went beyond the call of duty to get me back into a Ford. We purchased a Ford F-250, 6.7L Diesel. The service was good but took a while to make the trade. The staff was very helpful and tried to get us the best deal possible with out trade-in. The salesman explained how to operate the instruments and other important items. So much to try and remember in a short period of time. The salesman did ask us to come by when in the area and ask questions after driving the vehicle for a while. We really like the truck.

There were several recall items that needed attention, too.Left the vehicle at the service department and they called me a few days later and delivered a repaired and clean car. In addition to the regular maintenance, which was performed in an outstanding manner, I asked that somebody look at the hood to try to determine why the hood hinge seemed to be out of alignment. I was told that the vehicle had been repaired and it was not something Lincoln had done. It now seems that must be true. The following day the strut tower broke, and I have $5800 in damage to my vehicle. Too bad nobody noticed that the strut tower was giving away. It does not appear to be Lincoln's fault. Just saying it's too bad nobody noticed.

I had not received service on my F-150 for a very long time, and the vehicle has over 100,000 miles on it. I took it in to Vision Ford and told the service department to give the vehicle a thorough inspection and get back to me with what they thought needed to be done. I would have been very easy to take advantage of a situation like that, but I felt the punch list they presented was legitimate and reasonably priced given the number of items on it. The work was finished on time, and when I noted that one item hadn't been addressed when I picked it up, they pulled it back into the garage and fixed it on the spot at no charge. The truck is running as good as ever. I hope it rolls another 100,000 miles as I intend to give it to my son very soon!

The repair technically was good, however the charges were ridiculous. The Alamogordo Dealership charged me extra for having my truck towed to them. I should have had it towed to a local repair shop. For a new alternator and recharge for my AC it was nearly $1000. Had a hard time talking to anyone about the extra charge in the service department, and they said they would call back but have not heard from anyone.

I came in to schedule my vehicle for service on o recall and was asked if I had 20 minutes so they could get it done then. It was taken in and done within the 20 minutes. I could not have been happier. Darla did a great job getting this done for me.

We purchased the 2013 Ford Edge from Vision Ford January 2013. We have been back to Vision Ford a few times for questions or service. So far, the service has been very good. When we purchased this vehicle the service was very good and the staff very helpful. This last time I took the vehicle in for service for a problem the service was very good and the staff very helpful, concerned and friendly. At this time I would certainly recommend Vision Ford to someone for both purchase of new vehicle and for service on the vehicle after purchase.

Technician discovered the trucks battery was wearing out after the oil change was completed.The original factory battery that came with the truck lasted almost 8 years. The replacement motorcraft battery I purchased at the same dealer 3 years ago at Vision Ford only lasted 37 months before the cranking amps were reduced.

I never have any problem with the service department at Vision. I'll call Darla and tell her that I need an appointment and she sets it up. I'll wait for an oil change, but if the repair will take a long time, I ask for a ride back to my home. When my vehicle is ready, they call me and send the shuttle for me.
