I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime but my recent experience purchasing my new Jaguar from Jaguar Hartford was by far the best experience I have ever had. Their no pressure sales approached coupled with their extensive knowledge of the vehicle made the process totally enjoyable from beginning to end. In particular dealing with Keith Bodian my Salesperson along with Chris Aseltine the Dealership Sales Manager they both made an enjoyable process even more pleasant. Alan Ackerman the Dealership Business Manager also was extremely professional as he took the time to explain in detail all the various business points that we needed to cover along the way. I cannot recommend more highly this dealership should you be in the market for such a fine automobile as a Jaguar.

Wonderful dealership, the atmosphere is about friendship every bit as much as car sales, which made the purchase process even better. Valenti has a way of doing this authentically. Treated more than fairly, with open access to view and experience more expensive cars in the Maserati and Alfa Romeo areas, which was a real treat. With Sergio Cappobianco and Josh, the buying process was not only seamless, but it had none of the aggravation of a new car experience. I was buying a car from people who I knew I would become friends with, which is exactly what happened. Not only would I recommend Valenti Fiat to a friend, but I would personally attend the initial visit and make the introduction, as though I were introducing two friends. Thanks Valenti, and my daughter Donatella thanks you too! Buying a car from someone who actually owns the same car says a lot about Valenti people believing in what they are doing. The Abarth 500 Cabrio is an awesome car. THANK YOU SERGIO!!!

We had an excellent experience at Jaguar Hartford. Everyone was very friendly and we were introduced to pretty much everyone in the showroom. The was no pressure and they let us test drive the variations of the car we wanted. We were looking at the Jaguar F-Type which is a two seater so my wife and I had to test drive each model separately which was not problem. They even made a mistake during the purchase and did everything possible to resolve it in anyway that was acceptable to us. You really can tell the quality of a dealership in how they handle things when something goes wrong and they did everything we could expect to make things right. Oh and the car is absolutely amazing. The comments we receive and thumbs up from people on the highway are unbelievable. I would highly recommend both the F-Type S and Jaguar Hartford.

I recently purchased a Mitsubishi Lancer 2014 at Hartford Mitsubishi. I was looking for a specific Mitsubishi Lancer with certain features and Josh the salesman was very helpful in finding me what I was looking for. The car is very comfortable to drive and the rockford fosgate radio system is great. Had many compliments on the car so far. Josh and the whole staff at the dealership were very friendly. I just purchased my third Cadillac in seven years from Valenti Cadillac in Hartford. I had choices as there are a number of dealers in closer proximity to my home and office. With one dealer, closer to my office, I made an inquiry on a Cadillac CTX, spoke with a salesperson, and was told I would hear back. I received no response. I returned to Valenti a few weeks later as my SRX needed routine maintenance. While at the dealership, I spoke with a sales person, Bill, and inquired about a CTX. I received immediate information with regard to the trade-in value, pricing for a new vehicle, interest rates and other key information which resulted in my making a purchase of a CTX. My experience, once again, places Valenti Cadillac on the top of the list in terms of best Cadillac dealership, not only for sales, but service as well.

I have been looking for a Used BMW convertible for 6 months. I did a lot of research on the car and the price I wanted to pay for it. I saw the car online so I scrutinized the pictures and what was written and decided to make the hour and fifteen minute drive up to take a look. I pulled into the dealership walked around the car where Bob N. greeted me. We spoke for a few minutes I could see the car was exactly as advertised. I knew my time wasn't wasted but I had a firm number I would pay in my head which I started mentally preparing for the usual haggle. Bob and I went inside sat down at his office and basically I gave Bob the number I was willing to pay. He gratiously said ok went and spoke to the sales manager and came back to me in a few minutes and said they could sell me the car for that price a fair price. I was instantly surprised that the car looked as it was advertised and that when they heard my number it was all positive. I was expecting the usual back and forth where I walk out. Instead we talked and the team got to know me and I got to know them what a great group to work with. Everything was about, what would I like to pay, when would I like the car, would I like this or that. I felt so relaxed and comfortable I did not even drive the car until after we agreed on the price and started signing the paperwork. Who ever thought a car purchase could be fun and stress free, I do now.

Josh my salesman was knowledgeable and accommodating, he showed me all the features of the Outlander Sport and was more than happy to pull out another Sport so I could choose a color. Joe the sales manager went above and beyond to make the deal that we were comfortable with, all in all it was a very satisfying transaction. We were not looking to purchase a car, but had noticed the new F Type Jaguars coming off the highway. As we were walking around the lot, Keith came out to say hello. Even though were we just "kicking tires" he took the time to describe all the various features of the Jaguar line. We have always liked coupes and the XK models are just gorgeous automobiles! We left saying thank you and there was absolutely no pressure from the salesman. We then ventured to the Porsche dealership and after waiting a while to be waited on were only told how long one has to wait for a certain model, and one quick answer on a used car and we were gone. We have owned 4 Porches but that is another story. The one thing we agreed on was the excellent experience at the Jaguar dealership! Then there was a follow up phone call from the Sales Manager and we mentioned how we felt about the interest Keith has shown us during our visit. Well a few days later Keith called and said they were getting in a used XK coupe and would we like to look at it? So we did and after one test drive we were "hooked"! So we went from not looking for a car, like a Jaguar, to new Jaguar owners!

Keith Bodian was the sales rep that my wife and I dealt with. He is knowledgable about the 2011 XK Coupe he sold to my wife and the 2013 XF AWD he sold to me as well as being knowledgable about the comparable competitor's products. My wife had asked him to be on the look out for a used XK with low mileage and he gave her a call when he came across this 12,000 mile 2011 XK - it was several months but he kept her in mind the whole time. He has been very responsive to subsequent questions I have regarding the cars. Chris Tracy, service manager, was immediately helpful regarding a minor seatbelt issue my wife experienced with her car. Subsequently, I have had the opportunity to deal with Eduan Bautista, service manager, when purchasing all season floor mats for my XF but found that Jaguar does not make all season mats for the XK. Mr Bautista made suggestions as to where I might get some. I was also looking for trim pieces that I had seen on another XF but after taking time to research the pieces he concluded that they were after market pieces and attempted to find out where I might get them going the extra mile for me. Another sales rep. Bob Nedorostek, was extremely helpful, when Mr. Bodian was not available when my wife and I were looking at cars. (We were in several times before purchasing.) Additionally, Ken Cooper, sales manager, added to the positive buying experience my wife and I had at Jaguar Hartford. The one thing my wife and I enjoyed was the relaxed, non-pushy sales experience that we encountered. Time was taken to satisfy our questions/concerns and we were made to feel comfortable. A very positive car buying experience.

I purchased a 2011 Jaguar XF Supercharged last week and I am completely delighted and satisfied. First, the guidance I received while considering many possible preowned Jaguars, was very relaxed, informative and professional. After I had mostly decided on a 2011 XF Supercharged, I was kept informed by Keith Bodian about any newly acquired vehicles, and I was the first to view an off-lease vehicle that met my specifications. The car was serviced, equipped with a new set of tires and it looked like a new car. The price was also very much "on target". Now, after about 10 days in this car, I continue to feel fortunate to have found Jaguar Hartford and Keith Bodian. It would have been easy to find a similar car from a dealer in an adjacent State, and with a factory warranty, but I liked the idea of buying locally. I am happy to know that I have Keith to look out for me, right here in the area.

John Cintron is "The Man" He sold me 2014 Jetta SE and it was the first time I've ever felt 100% satisfied and guilt free about buying a new car. I have dealt with many dealerships but this is my most positive deal yet. I've bought 6 new cars in the last 5 years and this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I know most people dread going to car dealerships and expecting to come across shady salesmen but this place is truly an example of great business and John is a great example of EXCELLENT salesman. I really appreciated his honesty, I know a car salesman's job is to sell and sometimes by an means necessary but John was very honest, upfront and truthful about everything and that is more important to me than dollars or cents. Talk to John, he is no nonsense and will give you a straight answer. He is very knowledgeable about his field, a smart guy who really will go the extra step to make you feel comfortable with the deal and get you in the car that's right for you. Recently went to Valenti Fiat to look at a new car for myself was referred from a friend to see Alex Said he and the rest of the staff were great and willing to work for the customer and not the dealership and he was right Met my fiances concerns and explained everything about the car to her to make her feel more comftorable test ride went great and he let me have a little fun with the car most dealers would have at yelled at me to slow down made the whole process simple the manager ray was super nice and helped me out alot with my trade and the numbers wouldnt be able to even get a new car if he didnt help me out the way he did and the finance manager steve made the paperwork quick and painless the enitere experience made me feel like i was hanging out with friends and not making a business transaction Go there for whatever car needs you may have you ownt regret it

People are wondering why I am walking around lately with a huge smile on my face! That is because I just bought the fourth Volkswagen of my life from Hartford VW and I absolutely love it. Having been a long time customer, I walked through the doors and met with Amanda the sales lady (who was wonderful) and the sales manager (forgot his name, but he was a nice dresser and smelt good) and after a very short discussion, I bought my dream car, a 2014 VW convertible, denim blue! I work my tail off and my kids are grown, so this was a present for me! It has all of the bells and whistles and the dealership was great. I feel like I really got a price that I was comfortable with. Every day I wake up and can't wait to get in my NEW BUG! Thanks VW of Hartford! Call me if you want me to do a commercial!!!!

After having had my first car selected for me at the age of 16, I drove it for 10 years and 200,000+ miles until it was time for a new car. I was dreading the entire process, from selection to purchase to all the accompanying paperwork. This is our 5th Cadillac and our salesperson was one of the most knowledgeable people we have dealt with when it comes to all of the features in the car. We bought a CTS V sport premium with the new CUE electronics, and Robert knew everything about it. This is my second time shopping with John Cintron at VW of Hartford and I could not say enough good things about both of my experiences!!! He makes the process of making such an important purchase such a delight. I felt well informed and at ease both times. There is such a wide variety of cars to choose from. The first time I bought my car I was single and wanted a smaller vehicle with plenty of trunk space..I fell in love with my Turbo Beetle, the next time I called John and told him I got married and have a stepdaughter I need more space, he made me an appointment right away and I am loving my VW Passat!! Wouldn't shop anywhere else or with anyone else!!! Great customer service is hard to come by, and John gets two thumbs up, five stars, and a standing ovation!!!

To-date I have bought all of my vehicles from Jaguar/Land Rover (JLR) Automotive for many reasons, not least of which is the level of service you can expect. Jaguar Hartford proved to be equally unprecedented in delivering on that level of service. Having owned two Jaguars and a Range Rover I can honestly say the service, over the lifetime of all my vehicles, has always been impeccable. You are not just buying a car, you are buying a complete experience. At Jaguar Hartford that experience was everything I have grown to admire from JLR. From my initial contact through to the completion of my purchase, every step was met with affable measure. I did not feel corralled or hurried. Any questions I had were answered with expectant knowledge and, despite making a decision at 3pm, I was able to drive off in my new car by 5pm (as was my choice). Throughout the entire process the whole family at Jaguar Hartford helped to ensure those two hours were seemingly effortless and composed. My point of contact; Marc Wright (and Ken Cooper) did an amazing job of handling all the paperwork; ensuring that information was clear but not overwhelming, informed but not confusing. Undemanding communication, for me, helps to infuse the buying process with a level of assurance that you can expect from JLR, and Jaguar Hartford met that in generous measure. As with my other cars, that service does not stop once you've driven away from the dealership. You are buying an experience, and that extends to all aspects of your ownership. Jaguar Hartford continues to deliver on that experience. From personally taking the time to mail a photo I'd left in the Range Rover of my daughter, to extending further offers of assistance should I ever need it. Just bought a new Golf 2014 at Volkswagen of Harford. I traded in my old car. Was a really good deal. The purchase was easy and fast. John Cintron, the sales person, made the difference. He is very nice and friendly, not the usual sales guy, who just wants to make an easy and fast deal where nothing else counts but selling a car. In mid-March I began the process of buying a used 2011 XK Jaguar from Jaguar of Hartford. In the beginning of the transaction their Sales Manager, Ken Cooper, was very accommodating and helpful. Because I live in California I could not see the car before purchasing and asked many questions about the condition of vehicle. Mr. Cooper sent pictures of items I was concerned about and sent a report supplied by Jaguar on the general condition of the car. It was noted that there was a scrap on the front fender and Mr. Cooper assured me that it was buffed out. It also noted that there were wheel scrapes that Mr. Cooper said were reconditioned. There were no other comments on any other damage to the car. Based on Mr. Cooper 's assurances that the car was in excellent condition I decided to purchase. I had never purchased a car sight unseen but trusted the representations. I purchased the car and had it picked up by an enclosed auto transport service. At pick up the driver of the truck noted damage on the car hood and passengers side door. The dealer signed the pick-up report acknowledging the damage. When the car arrived at my home in California the driver went over the report with me and I confirmed the hood damage and passenger door dings. I polished out the door dings and had a service come in to remove the physical dings at my expense. The hood damage involved scratches down to the metal and I took the car to a body shop, had them photo the damage and sent it to Mr. Cooper asking for his input on a reasonable compromise on the cost to repair. I had the dents removed and hood completely re-painted, it was the only option, at a cost of $500. The body shop also buffed out the front bumper scrapes which had apparently not been done by the dealership as represented. I asked Mr. Cooper several times on what Jaguar of Hartford would like to do about this unreported damage and since mid-April he has stalled on providing any answer. He does not promptly reply to my e-mails and has basically stonewalled the situation. Had I seen this car in person I would not have purchased it until all of the body damage was repaired. It would have been part of the negotiation for the purchase. I relied on the input of the Sales Manager as to condition and was not fully informed. I do not recommend buying used car off the internet from this dealership as their input was not reliable and they would not stand behind their product once it arrived in California. By their signing of the pick-up report they acknowledged the damage so it was confirmed that it occurred prior to the vehicle leaving their dealership. They have not been responsive, even with a refusal to contribute to the repairs, and it has left a very unfavorable impression on me and buying a used car off the internet that you cannot first inspect. I got a lot of attention in the buying process but the post-sale attention to real and documented problems was significantly lacking. My only real recourse is to let others know of the experience and I advised the dealership that my review would depend on their responses but they do not seem to care. Let the buyer beware if you want to buy a used car sight unseen from Jaguar of Hartford. I have spent 2 months trying to get reasonable reconciliation of this problem with little satisfaction.

I bought a used 2013 Cadillac XTS4 from Valenti and I don't think they could have done better by me. The salesman, Robert Cherry, was low-key, yet knowledgeable about the vehicle. He spent as much time with me as I needed (which, truthfully, wasn't too much). He was articulate, friendly and accommodating. 5 out of 5 in my opinion. The new facility for their Cadillac sales department was very well appointed as well.

Check engine light on an 05 Passat, three visits and $1300 later, the light is off. After paying the last $745 on 3rd trip, I was informed that the secondary air pump (err what Is a secondary air pump) was making noises and I should think about fixing it. 1. The car never made this noise prior to that point, 2. They had the balls to say they had nothing to do with the problem suddenly starting. in other words VW of Hartford didn't own up to the issue. I've taken good care of this car and I understand that is getting older (116,000 mi), but I know the car and listen, watch and feel it daily. driving into VW, no problem, driving out of service, problem. I won't go back to this dealership again, they're overly concerned with getting their money, quality of service is poor and I don't think they're competent. I used to like them but they have a new face at the desk and he isn't fit for customer service (nor is his boss, Bob). I dealt well with Tom, the prior rep.

He asked me what I was looking for as well as how much what I wanted my monthly payment to be. He explained all the options of the Jetta when I was test driving it. He was not pushy when I told him that I wanted to check out another dealership and was patient with me when I changed my mind as to which Jetta I wanted to purchase. Gone are the days of slick, shell-game car dealers. VW of Hartford is a classy dealership that has taken the time to create an open, pleasant buying experience for customers. I was shopping for a new Passat TDI SE with a specific combination of options. I had talked with other dealers closer to home and had received multiple offers with both standard and aggressive discounts. All of the offers were accompanied with the "but you have to buy it today" requirement that we've all come to expect from car salesmen. I decided to call VW of Hartford. I spoke with Steven Cherry in sales and he simply listened as I described the car I wanted to buy and described my previous experiences with other dealers. He asked a few questions and said he'd call back shortly. Steven promptly called back and made an offer I couldn't refuse. He didn't just match my best offer - he beat it handsomely with a price that other dealers declined to even consider. Steven delivered what he promised promptly and without any hassles or last-minute changes. Their entire staff at VW Hartford operate as a team - making sure that my needs as a customer come first. Working with John Cintron of Volkswagen of Hartford was easily the best service I've ever experienced during a car buying process. His professionalism and help-first, no-pressure approach would single-handedly change the stigma that surrounds "dealerships." I wrote "beyond" in the title simply because he became a mentor throughout my girlfriend's car buying process. After our meeting with him, she realized another car make was going to be the best fit for her, but he was knowledgeable enough to direct us to the right vehicle for her to buy. She ended up taking his advice and she couldn't be happier. Because of my previous experience with John, I then went back to him during my own car buying process. Again, the experience was truly awesome. Although the sale was not made (because I am a BMW fanatic at heart), a lasting impression and friend was definitely made. Overall most helpful and pressure-free car dealership I have visited during my month-long car search. Unlike other dealerships, VW of Hartford made me aware of all discounts/rebates/financing offers I qualified for up front. Working with John Cintron was a great experience. He is knowledgeable in his field and industry, and was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make a decision on a car. When I first visited VW of Hartford, I was debating over three different cars - all different makes. Instead of attacking the other vehicles or being negative, John helped me compare all of my options by identifying pros and cons of each. When I finally decided on the Jetta SE, I originally was interested in the Connectivity package. However, once I saw the Connectivity with sunroof, I knew I would be disappointed if I did not get this package. John and Bill were extremely willing to work with me and ultimately got the Jetta SE with Connectivity and Sunroof to fall within my budget. If you're looking for a car dealership that will offer the best price upfront AND still be willing to find a price that works for you, VW of Hartford is the place to go. I honestly could not ask for a better experience and would recommend VW of Hartford to all of my friends and family.

I recently purchased a used 2013 GTI from VW of hartford. Right from the start I was very impressed with the dealership, from the salesmen that I dealt with Rich through to the finance manager. As a foreigner who had recently moved to the US I was expecting a lot of difficulties in purchasing a car with no credit or history in the US, based on what I had read and heard from other people. However, they were able to sort everything out for me with minimal fuss and in very little time. Rich kept me up date well throughout the entire process and I ended up getting a deal better than I had ever hoped for in terms of financing. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I recently just purchased my new vehicle from Alex Mandel. It was beyond easy and most importantly "pressure-free". He was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel comfortable. He wasn't down my throat about how much I wanted to spend, when I wanted to purchase, and giving the "ultimatums" that I have experienced with other salespersons in the past few weeks. After my initial meeting with Alex I knew this was where I was going to be making my purchase. The icing on the cake was when I was ready to discuss the financial aspects I gave them a monthly figure I felt comfortable with, not only did they meet that criteria, I am actually paying less. I also received a more than fair price for my trade in. The rest of the sales team was just as helpful as Alex was. I bought my brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport from Valenti Hartford Mitsubishi in July 2013. I had test driven many small SUV's, and was sold on the Outlander Sport after my test drive and my experience with Larry. Larry Cloutier helped me through every step of the process and made me feel very comfortable. He was able to answer all of my questions, led me to the Outlander Sport model with everything I said I wanted, and for a great price! Once I had bought the car, Larry took the extra time and effort to go through each part of the car to show me all of its features and make sure I felt comfortable with the car (much appreciated!). Hi, My experience at Volkswagen of Hartford was a stress free which when paying a new car usually is stressful for me in the past. I believe that this was not stressful was because of my Sales person Richard Sika. He was not pushy and was laid back. He was asking me what I was looking for and was very interested in what I wanted to pay and my monthly payment I wanted to pay. He showed me all the options of the Jetta when I was test driving it. I bought a used Toyota F J Cruiser from Larry Cloutier. I had looked at many vehicles, knew what I wanted and this one was nice. Larry impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicle even though it wasn't one of their brands. I was allowed to bring the vehicle to my mechanic which was a deal breaker for me. The buying experience was a good one for my wife and I. Everything Larry said would happen did, when was the last time you heard that! The car itself had a few minor issues which were taken care of without hassle. They provided me with a ride to and from work the day the repairs took place and the driver was a great guy. We felt Larry took very good care of us and was a man of his word when it came time to do the repairs. I couldn't have asked for more, I got the car I wanted, a fair price and friendly salesman who I would do business with again. Thanks Larry.

I purchased a used Toyota FJ Cruiser from Larry Cloutier. I was impressed with Larry's knowledge of the vehicle even though it wasn't one of the brands they sell. The buying experience was very good. Everything Larry told us would happen did and there were no surprises. They let me take the car to my mechanic which was a deal-breaker if they hadn't let me do that. Although there were minor issues with the vehicle Larry saw to it that they were all taken care of in a timely manner. They even provided transportation when my vehicle was being serviced. In the end I got the vehicle I wanted for a fair price. Customer service was tops. We found a friendly salesman who we would buy from in the future. Thanks Larry!

After we decided to downsize from our 2002 Passat, we did a lot of homework on the 2014 Jetta SE and shopped all the local inventories online. VW of Hartford, which has a huge inventory, had a vehicle with all the features we wanted. They replied almost instantly to an email inquiry, and when we went to see the car, it was parked right in front and ready for a test drive. Our salesman, Stephen Cherry, was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. By the time he passed us off to Mike, the finance guy, we knew we had negotiated a fair deal and that our business was appreciated. Stephen and Mike worked well together to deliver an outstanding buying experience.

Came into VW of Hartford in the spring to get a Tiguan brochure at the request of my wife who really liked the looks of the vehicle. Had a nice talk with Salesperson and him told I might be back in the fall. When we started getting serious about vehicles it was decided to stop here first. The wife immediately fell in love with a black Tiguan SEL Awd. We did a test drive and I knew her first choice all along was this SUV. John Citron worked out pricing with us that made comfortable and along with Ray, Mike and Steve they made our purchase a wonderful experience. Many people have problems when entering a dealer but not VW of Hartford with us. We now proud owners of a beautiful Tiguan and we left the dealership knowing we already have a great relationship. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff at team Valenti VW of Hartford. Sales agent I worked with was John Cintron. John is a very knowledgeable and professional sales agent to work with. All costs, items, and details were all out on the table. I stated there better not be any hidden costs, fees, or details I didn't know about else I'd walk, and they came through. The team at Valenti VW of Hartford was very willing to work on the price of the car to accomodate a price that was very fair to all parties involved. So far I have been very happy with my VW Hybrid. I traded in my 2011 Sonata Hybrid for this VW Jetta Hybrid and have not looked back ONCE. I am hoping I become one of those loyal followers of VW because so far I've been very happy!

I had an amazing experience here. I called ahead with questions about their promotions going on and the the sales rep John was so helpful. He explained it well enough that there wasn't any confusion along with some incentives they also had going on. I decided to come in and meet up with John. He already knew what cars I was interested in so when I arrived I wasn't just waiting around although he was with another customer. He simply had another rep show me the cars so I wouldn't just be siting atoud waiting which was great since I didn't have much time either. Loved the car but couldn't stay to do anything and he gave me the option to fax and start up the deal for my next visit and make it an in out thing. Loved that he took into consideration my time and worked with nerve big it wasn't in person. Great customer service. Mike was great too. I've bought a car from a dealership before and it was so awkward., in a room for a bit and just awkward silence (awful). He makes you feel so comfortable with the whole financing process and even give you some good advice about your loan. Never felt like I was signing away my life and could come to them with any concerns or questions. Overall you feel very comfortable with the staff (awesome because you can easily feel like your just another number) and would definitely recommend them to others and for any future purchases.

I was in a bit of a spot after my car died and I needed to get a new car that week. I wanted in on Saturday after calling in (just out of curiosity a week before my car died) and I drove off the lot the same day. VW of hartford was professional and fast (NOT to be confused with rushed) through the test drive, negotiation, and paperwork phase of the experience.

I loved my Tiguan but was shopping around for something different.I really wasn't sure what I wanted-i just knew my price range and what I had to have in a car-safety, bluetooth, seats with lumbar support, all wheel drive. Nice group of folks at the VW dealership. Purchased a pre-owned Subaru Outback from them. They were fair and accommodating. The minute I walked through the door I was treated respectfully and felt right at home. I wasn't bombarded by salesmen right away, they gave me a reasonable amount space/time before being approached by John Citron. Who really took the time to ask me my wants and needs in a car and promptly directed to two vechiles that fit my needs. Since I was trading in a vechile, John with the help of Steve Audia made sure I was taken care of throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a very good experience and would not hesistate to recommend anyone to this dealer. Will be a returning client!

We purchased our 5th Mitsubishi in January from Hartford Mitsubishi. From the moment we walked in the door, we both knew we were in the right place. The show room displayed the new models beautifully . We had the pleasure of dealing with Larry Cloutier who proved to be an excellent and knowledgeable sales representative. We decided to look at the 2012 Lancers as we are retiring and needed to stay with in a budget. Larry took us out for our test drive and answered all the questions that we had. He also insured that the purchasing process went smoothly. In fact, this was THE EASIEST purchase we have ever made! Since purchasing our Lancer, Larry has stayed in contact with us and has insured that we are totally satisfied with our purchase. What's not to like about a vehicle that gets 41 miles to the gallon and is comfortable to ride in? We know there will someday be a 6th Mitsubishi in our driveway and that Hartford Mitsubishi and Larry will be the ones that help us put it there.

I purchased my brand new vehicle from VW of Hartford. When I entered I immediately was greeted. I browsed for a bit then when I was ready, I spoke to a sales associate who was very helpful, Jon Cintron. We spoke and I explained my wants, concerns and current life status briefly. After the consultation, he was able to show me numerous vehicles that I might have been attracted to. All the models I was shown were all worthy of my consideration. It took me a day to decide. Since I was trading my wrangler they held on to it and sent me home in a courtesy vehicle. I was accommodated well during this transaction which I felt was the second biggest transaction of my life (first, my house and wife). All kidding aside, my overall transaction went smoothly and I will definitely go to them first the next time I need a vehicle.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at VW of Hartford. Was able to get a great deal on a VW Jetta SE and have it parked right outside my house in less than a week! My salesman, John Cintron, was simply wonderful! Friendly, genuine, down to earth and helpful in every way possible. He helped choose the right vehicle, suited to my needs and budget, without being pushy like other salesmen and even called later on to check up on how things were going! Being new to the City I was anxious about going through the difficulty of finding a car in a timely fashion and within a reasonable price range but found the whole process at this dealership rather stress-free and very smooth. When I first saw an EOS I knew I had to get one for my wife. I did a thorough search on the internet and even visited several dealers. My experience with VW of Hartford has been "top shelf" all the way from the buying process to service. The staff is friendly and knowlegable. I like the family atmosphere in their service department. The work done right and in a very timely manner. I have to travel 15 miles but it's worth the drive.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my new car from Volkswagen of Hartford. After going through several dealerships over the past few weeks, Ive seen the spectrum of service provided elsewhere. Volkswagen of Hartford topped all of the dealerships I visited both in pricing and in service. I worked with Stephen Cherry (sales), Steve Audia (manager), and Ray Terribile (finance manager). Both Stephen C. and Steve. A are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the VW product; Steve A. is a repeat owner. I like to do my own work on vehicles, which they immediately recognized and pointed out features that mattered to me (e.g., a timing chain on the vehicle). They had a very low pressure approach, which was refreshing. Negotiations were extremely smooth and we arrived at a great deal. They beat my competing offer by a significant margin. With the internet we have tools to tell us what a good or bad offer is and I really appreciate that they cut to the chase and gave me an awesome deal without the back and forth charades. Once I decided on a car, the team put the paperwork together quickly and clearly communicated each step of the process. All I had to do was double-check the details and sign. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend the team at VW of Hartford if youre in the market for a new vehicle.

Very professional and found me exactly what I wanted and within my price range from the first phone call. I was driving the car home 2 days later. As a recent college grad, going elsewhere to get approved for a car would have been nearly impossible. This dealership is the best because of the professional sales and service team. I recently purchased my second Cadillac from Valenti in Hartford and the experience was simply wonderful each time. They have competitive prices and are very easy to deal with. There was no pressure to buy plus I like the fact that Cadillac is American built. The quality equals or surpasses any brand out there. My 2011 CTS purchased new has never had a mechanical issue of any kind. Last week my wife purchased a new 2013 Cadillac SRX. The new Cadillac building is a beautiful facility.

I leased my 2013 ATS 2.0L Turbo Cadillac from Valenti. I was not sure what type of car I wanted, but started my search with the ATS after seeing an ad on TV claiming it was the North American Car of the Year. I visited Valenti Cadillac in Hartford where I met a very helpful sales consultant, Larry Cloutier. He was very professional and used his experience to find the right ATS model and features that interested me. It was a very pleasant experience and negotiation process. I told him when I purchased the car after considering other car dealers that this was the first American car I have purchased in over 30 years. So, far I have not been disappointed. This dealership believes in their product and customers. I have received many follow up call from the sales consultant and manager regarding questions I may have or if I was happy with the car. I believe I made a good choice with the car and the dealership and would highly recommend both. GM I think you have a winner here with the ATS.

I recently purchased our 4th VW (2013 GTI for our son) from Steve Audia and the process was seamless as usual! This is the 4th VW I have purchased from VW of Hartford over the past 4 years. Why do I go back, Steve Audia & Tom Brothers...It's people who make a company successful not TV ads or billboard hype. Steve is the backbone of the sales department and a VW enthusiast, he's casual in his approach and not at all stuffy or pushy like other dealership Sales Managers can be. Tom is the "service after the sale guy" he has treated us and our cars with total professionalism every time we come in for our regular service intervals, snow tire change overs, etc. VW of Hartford is fortunate to have employees like Steve and Tom representing them and I look forward to VW purchase #5, #6.....from them (maybe a Toureg Diesel)...

My Escalade has been a great vehicle and the right image for my custom cake business. But when it started squeaking I became nervous that I wouldn't have it back to deliver cakes for my three wedding weekend. But the Service Department really came through for me. I visited Volkswagen of Hartford because I was interested in purchasing a new car and heard great things about that dealership in particular. Everything I heard was true. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, comforting, and accommodating to my needs. I told them what I was looking for, and in little to no time, they had a variety of options that suited my exact specifications. I test drove a few cars, and ultimately, fell in love with a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. We immediately got the paperwork underway, and before I knew it, I was driving off the lot in my brand new car. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience at Volkswagen of Hartford, and would gladly recommend them to anybody interested in purchasing a new/used vehicle.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience. They were persistent in contacting me after I expressed interest on line. The Passat TDI SEL that I was looking for was a difficult car to get, but they showed the same presistence in contacting me with their search for the car, looking as far away as central Pennsylvania. Not only did they find the car being built for another dealership, they were able to trade for it and manage to get it in 2 weeks early. I am very pleased with VW of Hartford....and happy with my high MPG.

I bought my 2011 CTS-V from Valenti. I worked with West in the Internet Department, to get all the pricing and my trade-in value figured out before making the drive up from NYC. It was definitely preferrable to having to drive to 100+ miles and playing the pricing game. Everybody at the dealership were a pleasure to deal with. Even when I got lost trying to find the place, they were able to get me there. Everything was handled very professionally, and I have no complaints about the sales department. Can say the same about the prep deaprtment. I decided to put the Simonize coating on the car, since $600 to protect a $70k car is minimal. Its very obvious that they missed a few spots with the coating, and it shows when the car is clean. Whatever they used to clean the interior left a white powder on a lot of the panels. If this was a $12k Chevy, that would be fine. But on a $72,000 Cadillac? Show a little pride in your work, or leave so they can find somebody who will. Thats really the only complaint I have with this dealer. Otherwise, they were a pleasure to deal with.

Ray was great he explained my repair suggested that I have the work done on a day that he would be there. He offered me a loaner car eventhough I didn't need or ask for one. He technician that worked on my car was a 30 plus year employee and that speaks volumes. My car was returned washed and ready to go. Attention to detail and great customer service like this is greatly appreciated and rare today. Thanks for your help.
