My 2010 Jetta Sports Wagon was due the 80,000 mile servicing. I called yesterday afternoon and had a confirmed appointment first thing this morning. My Service Advisor, Stevan Makosch, was very professional and kept me informed of my Jetta's status. In slightly over two hours, my car was serviced, washed, and ready for my use.

The service I received was excellent. I was greeted and instantly felt welcome. I talked tot he sales representative for a few minutes without even mentioning cars. They seemed to care about you as a person, he asked how my day was and if I had family. After a few minutes we got into cars and I told him i was looking to get a used car. Without even saying anything he showed me a few cars that he though were to my liking. He was dead on and I suspect that while chitchatting with me he took the measure of my family and life and got an idea of what kind of car i needed. I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. The facilities were beautiful and all the other customers looked to be happy. Will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Keep up the good work.

I, Brandon Ryan seen a listing online for this sweet looking Bettle 2.0 turbo in a rare to find blue, with the awesome sun and sound package. I didn't see it at first, however even better it was in show room! Jessica Creel greeted me and took me inside to see the Bettle and provided above and beyond premiere customer service by showing me around the dealership and explained all the details and features that the Bettle has to offer. We took it for a test drive and Jessica Creel was able to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend her to a future customer. Also, Joshua located at Volkswagen Orange Park , the sales manager was able to help me effectively get the best deal possible and actively engaged in my concerns with purchasing a new vehicle. I had an amazing experience with Stevan Makosch at the Orange Park Volkswagen service center. He was kind and thorough. My car was cleaned, my oil was changed, and my tires were rotated. He explained to me exactly what I needed to do with the urea after 10,000 miles or so. I had no clue that my car had urea in it. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone else.

I recently purchased a 2015 Passat Wolfsburg and was very pleased with everyone at VW of Orange Park. The Internet Sales Manager, Josh, started the process for me as I had a vehicle that was costing me a fortune in service and he helped me come up with a plan to make a fair trade. My sales guy Chuck was awesome- very personable and not pushy. He has followed up several times to make sure I was happy with my new car. Chris in finance called me on Monday after my purchase to let me know he found me a better interest rate, better maintenance coverage and a lower payment than I had originally signed for. I would recommend anyone these guys to anyone for a fair stress free experience.

A family 2105 Touareg was just purchased recently. After comparing pricing and options that Volkswagen of orange park could have offered, post purchase, realized we should have gone here, especially with our trade in. When I asked them for a trade in value on my 2012 volvo s60, they offered me higher than anywhere else id been. Will be going here first for our next sedan. The two guys i dealt with were sharp and super helpful. Id been here 3-4 years ago, it seems completely different, and in a good way. Thanks for everything.

The sales person I spoke to was Josh. He was extremely knowledgeable & accommodating without being pushy, so I would ask for him if I were you. I traded a 2009 Cadillac CTS for my second 2014 VW Jetta TDI, that I have bought from VW of Orange Park. The experience from the first purchase is what brought me back for the second purchase. The Jetta TDI gets exceptional fuel mileage, and the car drive like a true German engineered vehicle. I will be back in about 2 years, to buy another VW vehicle, when my 14 year turns 16. My salesman, Glenn Hannah, was very professional but laid back. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase but all my questions were answered. I test drove several cars several times and Glen along with the management staff at Orange Park VW continued to be patient with me until I had made my decision. I feel that the price I paid for the car I bought, while maybe not the lowest I could have found, was certainly fair. When I finally made the purchase, Glenn personally delivered the papers to my husband for signature.Would also like to mention Daniel Skelton, Ron Atkin, and Mike Hall who assured me that their chief concern was that I was happy with my choice and did everything they could to make sure that that was the case. Experience from beginning to end was wonderful. Jessica in sales was great, you wouldn't have guessed we were her first sale. She was very pleasant, patient and I see her being a top sales person. The sales managers Kevin and Dan were more then generous with the numbers and got them where I needed them to be. Last but not least Sara had all the finance paperwork ready to go and we had the best finance rate at 1.9% . Everything was signed and we had our car on the road in no time. We went to look at Volkswagen but would you believe we bought a Subaru Imprezza? They have a great used car selection as well and they treat you the same whether you buy new or used. They also stand behind any use car they sell as if it was a new VW. I felt very comfortable and had no worries buying another make from them. Closed the deal on a new Bug last weekend and had a terrific experience! Don't let Joey's "baby face" fool you; he answered every question we had about Volkswagens and then some. He patiently let us test drive three vehicles and kept a super attitude the whole time, determined to help us find exactly the right fit. (Shout out to Ron Atkin, da MAN, who is apparently a beast at locating vehicles! Thanks for finding OURS right under our noses, Ron...) We were in a SUPER hurry due to a dinner we had to attend that evening and Joey commented that he was working as fast as he EVER had to complete our paperwork. When we got to financing, Corey Javes also got us through that process as quickly as possible, while still taking the time to make sure we understood the terms of our deal. Joey was very responsive and attentive the entire time, AND the next day when we brought the new Bug back for a detail. He made sure we had his contact info., scheduled our first free service appointment and followed up afterward. We were impressed with the whole culture at VW of Orange Park; there is very much an atmosphere of Teamwork and found it to be such a pleasant, comfortable place to be. Volkswagen of Orange Park was the last stop on my search for a new car. I wish it had been the first! I was greeted immediately in the parking lot, but didn't feel harassed. My salesman, Justin, was very thorough in finding out my likes, dislikes, price range, and "absolute must haves", and didn't try to push any of their more expensive vehicles. The dealership had the largest inventory of any other dealership that I visited. This was most beneficial for me because I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted. Justin and I spent time walking around the lot looking at their inventory and narrowing down to the perfect vehicle for me. He was very knowledgeable of all the car's features was able to quickly answer all of my questions.After test driving my perfect car, we naturally talked numbers. Justin and the sales manager worked well to get me very close to the price that I wanted. The entire process was surprisingly painless. This was due largely to the the atmosphere of the dealership and the personalities of the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, courteous, and fun to hang around with! They worked as quickly as they could to get me in my car and on my way, but made sure that I was 100% satisfied before I left the lot.Awesome staff, amazing inventory, and great price!

Purchased used 08 Infiniti Qx56. The vehicle had a dent in the right rear quarter panel which the dealer included int the sales contract they would repair the dent. First, this was a max 2 day job and they kept my car two weeks. I learned they don't have a body shop and outsourced the repair. Finally when notified the vehicle repair was completed, the work was horrible. I have taken the vehicle to two other body shops confirming the repairs was inferior, cutting corners, not properly repaired. It's a horrible job! I have been calling the dealership for weeks only to get a run around, left on hold and never do they return my calls. It's obvious they have no intention to honor their contract and agreement. This dealership has no integrity. I am now preparing to sue them.

This is the fourth VW my wife and I have owned. The first three were TDI Beetles which we still own a 05. We talked with other dealerships and done our homework and with the incentives that VW was offering we became very interested on a new 2013 Passat SEL TDI Premium pkg. After negoiating with Mike sales mgr., Rami and Chris put everything needed together to make this happen. These guys really went the extra mile and kept there word on the deal made. This is the second vehicle I purchased from VW of Orange Park. The reason I keep going back is the professionalism of the Salesperson Cindi Thompson. Out of any dealership I have visited in my years of purchasing cars, This dealership has what it takes to do well. Cindi and the new management staff are awesome. I recommend this dealer and they do care about their customers. VERY HARD to find a salesperson who cares about their client and listens. If you go, ask for Cindi and she will find the right vehicle for you. SHE IS THE BEST!

My experience there was awful from the moment I stepped on the lot. The first salesman didn't even know what DSG was when I asked him for more information on it. I had to tell him it was the transmission VW has had for the last 6 years. On our test drive he just kept talking about his other jobs in the auto world, and knew nothing and had no answers for my questions about the car. I returned the next week to see that same salesman, and he was not there. Even though he said he would be. Another salesman took his place, and we drove the car again. Between the coughing and hacking, this salesguy wasn't any better. Seriously if you have the flu or are sick stay home I dont want to test drive a car with The Plague sitting right next to me. I wanted to talk numbers,he said first they had to evaluate my trade in. This is where the fun really begins. They drove my car off the lot and returned a few minutes later. I asked for my keys back, the man responded, "Sure thing I'll be right back". Well guess what, he didn't come back, instead the sales guy started to ask me questions about financing and such. We went through the numbers, they would not come down to my price, so I asked for my keys again. He went to get them, he must have misunderstood me because he brought his sales manager to me instead of my keys. I asked the sales manager to give me my keys, he said "Sure but lets get this deal done". He explained to me he couldnt go lower on the car, but would throw in floor mats. Um in 2012, floor mats should be a given. I said I would have to think about it and asked for my keys. He went to the back office to get them, meanwhile the sales guy is still coughing up a storm. A man with spiked hair and an accent appeared next, took me to his office, I asked him, "Do you have my keys?" He explained he was the finance guy and could get me a great rate. 6.9 is not a great rate I explained to him. I asked for my keys again, this time I stood up and demanded them. I walked back to the sale man, and told him I was leaving and would be back tomorrow. He had a few papers for me to sign, one said I would buy a car tomorrow at his price. I signed Mickey Mouse on it, and miraculously my keys appeared. As I sped off the lot, I knew they will never see me again, and they should never see you either.

We were looking for the perfect car for my fiance and growing family. We arrived and Cindy Thomson (Sales Representative) was one of the best I have experienced with the purchase of our new 2012 Passat SE. Cindy listened to my Mary Anne and she knew exactly the car she was wanting and there was no pressure on what kind of car to purchase. After Cindy listened to Mary Anne, Cindy knew the exact car she wanted and provided it to us. It was the first time that a sales person listened, knew their inventory and found the perfect vehicle for us. VW of Orange Park GM Ralph and Cindy worked together to get the deal together and when we arrived, the car was out front ready to go and all the information needed was ready for final purchase. This was best experience with a car dealer either of us has ever had. We enjoyed Cindy and Ralph and their complete honesty and holding to their word, (which most dealers and sales reps) do not do. VW of Orange Park is one of the best and most wonderful dealerships to work with and Cindy Thomson made the experience GRAND. She is wonderful. I cannot express in so many words how in tune she is with her customers. Ralph (Sales Manager) was wonderful and he kept his word and was completely honest and held to his word. This was far and wide the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! Ralph, Rami, and Will were all so fun to work with. Every person at the dealership went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. We were greeted with a friendly smile and bottled water, and given the run of the lot. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Went over every detail on the car including hooking up the blue tooth for my phone and making first service appointment. We would recommend this dealership to family and friends for service and for purchase of new or used vehcile.

VW of Orange Park, Fl have been very friendly and thorough in every step of our purchases. We bought two 2010 TDI's and are very satisfied with the service and accomodations when we had to leave our cars over night for customizing or simply for scheduled maintenance. I've recommended VW of Orange Park to three friends so far and recommended a Jetta to a friend in Orlando who ended up buying there too. VW of OP has an excellent team and they thrive to make you feel satisfied and happy with your investment.

We purchased a new EOS V-6 VW 2008. Love it!!! This is our 3rd or 4th VW...Great car. We purchase a new car usually every 3 - 4 years... Love the car but the dealership is AWFUL. Promises made were not kept...they are not organized...communication problems from within. Phone calls not returned. Once sale is made you're history. Mr. Kahn the general manager made promises that he had no intention of keeping. We noticed two wheels (worth appr $750 each) had gouges in them. We noticed one wheel immediately and Mr. Kahn said it would be taken care of...."take the car home for two days and enjoy it and let us know if there are any other problems". We took the car home...brought it back with our bank draft for the purchase of the car and pointed out another wheel with a gouge that we noticed over the weekend....After they had our bank draft the stories changed....Instead of replacing the other wheel like they replaced the first they would prefer to "repair" it because "the extra cost was not worked into the deal." This is a special type of wheel and is very hard to match...A week later they still can't match the paint. Dealer cost for the wheel is appr $450...instead of PAYING FOR A NEW WHEEL LIKE THEY SHOULD they offered to put us into a DIFFERENT CAR. How silly is that? We would take a different car but this is the only black, V-6 3.2 EOS with leather interior with 18 inch wheels. That is why we picked THAT CAR. So instead of getting us the new wheel that would cost the dealer appr $450 they want to "put us in a new car". Does that make sense to anybody reading this? Calls to the owner of the company have not helped. My beautiful car gets lots of attention. But I warn everybody who shows an interest to NOT GO TO ORANGE PARK VW and/or deal with the GM - Mr. Khan. Very very bad dealership and all for a wheel that they could have purchased at dealer cost for appr $450.
