I took my VW Touereg in for a brake pedal recall last week. I was told exactly what the issue was, how long to inspect, and how long to perform the mod if it was needed. Everything happened according to the plan. Quite happy with VW of St. Augustine.

I'm visiting Saint Augustine for a couple of months and needed to get the 70'000 mile servicing for my 2011 VW Golf. I called VW of Saint Augustine to make an appointment but quickly learned that it wasn't necessary as they had an 'Express' service. I took my car in later that day and sure enough Sean and Nicole had me in and out again in just over an hour (including the free car wash)! While I waited I enjoyed the free wifi and coffee and Nicole gave me updates during the process. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience. My dealership back home should take lessons from these folks.

VW St. Augustine does everything right that pretty much every other dealership I have ever been to has done wrong! I worked with Ben Soares over the last month in my search for the "perfect" new car. Prior to my experience at VW St. Aug I admit I had a pretty bad opinion of most car sales people... Ben totally changed my mind. He was so easy to talk with and seemed to completely understand that not everyone can walk in and buy a car on the spot, nor do they want to. He genuinely cared about what I wanted in my next vehicle as well as what financially made sense for me and helped make the two align. I originally went to test drive a VW based on best of 2015 car reviews but no personal experience in their vehicles. Even the base models of all of the cars I drove blew most of the pricey top of the line vehicles I looked at at other dealerships out of the water. The attention to detail in their vehicles as well as to their customers needs, along with the very reasonable price tags will keep my customer loyalty for years to come! Thanks Ben for all your help in the process!!

I found the car I wanted on the Volkswagen of St. Augustine's website in early December. As a busy professional, I didn't have time to "kick the tires" and hem-and-haw. Instead, I went to the dealership at 9 a.m. on a weekday, cold-called sales person Cathy, looked at the car, and asked her to bring it to me the next day for a test drive. She met all my requests and timeline and I had my car within 72 hours. Being new to the area, the finance director Keith worked with me to find a bank and handled the entire process expeditiously. Painless process! Finally, the service department gets kudos, too. There was a slight rattle in the passenger door, and they were more than accommodating and solved the minor issue in a matter of minutes. Excellent service. Thank you. My only request would be to open an Audi dealership right next door!!!

Volkswagen of St. Augustine is clearly a dealer looking to earn your business. I shop, and my experience with them is that they seemed to go out of their way to meet at a price point at which I could be happy. I have one of those corrupt Jetta diesels and when Volkswagen made that $1000 sorry-we-screwed-up payout, Volkswagen of St. Augustine offered even more to get my business (spend the payout there). I ended up buying tires from them for my Ram truck at an exceptional price. When they were done, they washed the truck. Again they seem to try harder to earn the business.

My 2012 Passat TDI SEL finally succumbed to a dead/dying battery fortunately in St Augustine. I had the car jump started and headed directly to VW service. Shaun took care of the service testing and paperwork keeping me informed as to progress and when the battery was replaced(no more than 15 min) he had the car washed and vacuumed. Cameron made certain that the clock and other accessories were properly reset. Out in record time with a new battery and 5 year warranty. WHAT A TEAM!!!! Thank You So Much Guys (and girls) ....you're the best! Dick Carlson

Mr Snow very friendly,professional.Explained in detail that on low milage vehicles, such as mine, oil change recommended at 10000 miles or 1 year, which ever comes first.

Oil change and tire rotation was completed within 30 minutes even though I brought the car in without an appointment at 5:00 PM. Very courteous staff and the showroom/waiting area is immaculate.

Recently had my 20,000 mile servicing done at VW of St Augustine. The staff was very friendly and thorough in explaining what the servicing entailed. It was done in under an hour and my car was washed, as well. I will definitely be going back.

I bought a used Passat from VW of St Augustine in may of 2012. The purchase process was a breeze and they gave me a very fair price on my trade in. There were a few minor cosmetic issues with the car, but the team went out of their way to get everything corrected for me at no cost and little trouble from me. I definitely recommend!!

I kinda felt that the service would be as good as the buying experience, and I was right. I didn't have many miles on my new GTI, well, because I only use it for special occasions. The reminder for service appeared on my instrument screen so I took the car in, no appointment needed. After two special coffees, about 30 minutes, I was ready to go. The car was washed and it looked good. Still enjoying the GTI experience after almost a year since purchase, but I expected to enjoy it as it was the Motor Trend COTY. Looking forward to many more miles of GTI satisfaction..

After an unsuccessful search in the Orlando area for a pre-owned (2013 or newer) VW-CC that met our criteria, I searched the web and found a posting by VW of St. Augustine for the certified pre-owned CC that matched our color, mileage, and feature preferences. Knowing it would be a long drive, I made a "cold" call to the dealership anyway, and found it refreshing that Matt Poirier answered my call. I asked a variety of questions, and found that he had absolute expert knowledge of your VW product(s). He took the time to explain the features, and followed through with taking photographs, as I had requested, of the vehicle which he emailed to me, along with ensuing phone and email conversations. He answered my questions quite satisfactorily, and as I perceived "honestly". We arrived after an exhausting I-4 / I-95 trip to find that the car was "showcased" for us at the front of the dealership. Matt actually estimated our arrival and waited for us out front. We drove the vehicle, were impressed with it's presentation, appearance, and handling. Matt, along with Shawn and Joe took the steps and effort that made the deal happen. Matt assisted us by explaining everything we asked from the navigation system to the "L" shaped luggage holders in the trunk in an "understandable" way. It's great to have operator's manuals, but a "first hand" explanation and demonstration has a better way of sinking in. We're very pleased with your dealership. This is the first VW that I have ever had and I can't say enough positive things about it. The Passat is a great automobile!! Went to a nearby nationwide Tire "Royalty" store that offered huge savings on their website but in person, price changed and they tried to charge for items that were not asked for. Left there $400.00 poorer with a broken headlight and too much aggravation to mention. Took my beloved Passat straight to VW of St Aug and had to explain to service manager about my attempt to save money with this very questionable tire business. They fixed my headlight and did NOT charge me for labor and washed my car, all while I enjoyed a fabulous cup of complimentary espresso and tried to calm down. These people, service, sales, parts are why, as of right now, there are 42 "5" star ratings-I will not stray again!

A few months ago thinking it was time for service, I took my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI wagon to Volkswagen of St. Augustine. I was told that yes they could service my car, but it was not time for the "Big Service" and I would be wasting my money. The mileage that I should reach was written down for me, and last Monday I did go in for the service. I do appreciate the honesty AND the quality of service. My Jetta is running smoothly, and I am So Happy!

New to St Augustine from Rhode Island I went to this dealer for service of my 2012 PASSAT TDI SEL and found a great group of people who work together. I was just a walk in, but was taken in right away. Great waiting area with coffee and reading material. They had me out in about 30 minutes and updated my navigation as well, a bonus. Had a chance to meet several sales people as well and found them personable, helpful and not pushy. I will definitely be back for service and my next new car. Didn't realize this dealership was so new, but it shows what you can do when you build a new team from the ground up "the right way". Dick C

I brought my newly purchase Touareq in for it's 30 day check. The service department couldn't have been more kind, courteous and helpful. Just purchased a new car from them. First time I have dealt with them. Salesman David was very cooperative through the process. Very informative about the car and extras that we available. We had a special situation and they took care of it very well. Finance settlement was handled very smoothly. All of the staff that we talked to were very friendly and helpful. We haven't needed the service dept. as yet so we cannot comment on that. Looking forward to driving the car and further dealing with them.

Coming from the Boston area I was a little insecure who to bring my car to, but Volkswagen of St Augustine was the nearest dealer. Well they put my fears to rest. They are excellent people to deal with and proved they are of good character. The service department and everyone I dealt with were polite, respectful and showed a real concern in not only resolving my problem but assuring me that it would be taken care of. Sean Snow the service representative took the time to explain clearly what the problem was and how it was resolved. The owner even introduced himself and made sure all went well. The owner is a hands-on manager who sets a good example for his team. I highly recommend this dealership for service and I will consider my next purchase at Volkswagen of St Augustine.

My 2014 VW Jetta needed service and since I am here for the winter months, I bought my car here. The nice man at the service desk signed me in said I had a car in front of me and then my car would only take 25 minutes. I asked about washing my car and he said that they do that as part of the service. Great, it needed it. He asked if I wanted the 10.00 vacuum detail, I declined thinking that I could do that myself. After taking a walk I returned and my car was ready. But on second thought I felt too tired to do the vacuuming and asked if they could do it. He checked and sure enough they fitted me in and saved me a trip back at a later time.

I bought my wife's VW bug in Orange Park and instead of fighting the traffic I took the car to St Augustine. I called for an appointment and Sean informed me none was needed. They had an express lane and the service was done in about an hour. Sean was courteous. Efficient and professional. In the future my service will be done here.

I took my wife's VW bug to this dealership for servicing. I had bought the car in JAX before St Augustine Volkswagen opened, and had called for an appointment for routine servicing. I was pleasantly surprised that I needed no appointment and that the work was done, as promised, in about thirty minutes. It was overall a very pleasant experience, far different from what I have come to associate with service departments in automobile dealerships. They won my business from the beginning.

We purchased our VW at a dealership in Jacksonville, Fl. Our service manager in Jacksonville, Sean, made all the difference between exceptional service and 'just' a dealership. We moved to St Augustine and I kept thinking I would have to drive north for service. To my delight, I found that my previous service manager was now in St Augustine as the service manager. I recently took advantage of the tire sale there and was delighted to get a vehicle inspection as well. All the staff are professional and knowledgable and it is reassuring to know that I can stop by and get my questions answered any time. Professional and friendly are important in an impersonal world so I am very pleased to use this dealership as my service stop.

I have had two minor but vexing problems with the 2013 Passat that I purchased elsewhere. Both times I took my car to VW of St. Augustine and was treated like royalty. My car was taken in to service, the repair was made promptly and well, and I was on my way. Most recently my minor repair required a part that had to be ordered, and VW of St. Augustine provided me with a loaner vehicle. Since I was nearing the time for my 20,000 mile service, I decided to have that done at the same time. I am impressed with this new dealership and very glad they are here. Welcome to the neighborhood!

VW of St. Augustine recently performed the 20k service on our VW CC. It was very convenient to set up the date online and specify a couple of other routine services and have the car detailed as well. I dealt with Shawn Snow who was easy to work with and helped out with an issue that developed with regard to scheduling. Nothing that big, but he made it right non-the-less. Thanks for a good experience.

Drove over from Palatka. Great being able to schedule an appointment on line AND it happen. Service Manager very well trained and extremely customer oriented. Dealership was clean and inviting, not just new. Waiting area was just outside parts counter. Saw and heard that gentleman being naturally professional, friendly and helpful to all customers, both in person and on the phone. Good clear wifi. Don't have to go to Jax or anywhere else for VW service.

I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Volkswagen of St Augustine and it was by far the best car buying experience I have had in over 14 years. Everyone from the Greeter, to the Owner was very pleasant to deal with. I was very happy with my service experience. I am new to the St. Augustine area and have been used to a much larger VW dealer where I purchased my latest Bug 2013. However from the moment I drove into VW St. Augustine, because my tires needed air, I was treated as if I was a VIP. When I returned a few weeks later for my 10,000 freebie again I was treated very well. I have had dealings with VW dealers in Michigan and in Florida now on both coasts and I have to say that all my services and purchases over the last 30 years have been perfect in all of them. Volkswagen is a favorite of mine. I wasn't happy when they changed the body style of the bug but I have loved the VW cars I have had over very many years back to my first car. I love the handling of the cars, the SAFETY in the bodies { I could show you a pic that would blow your mind where I got clocked at a stop light } , and the German engines. VW of St. Augustine is my new dealer and so far...... 10 stars across the board.

We traded my 04 jetta wagon for a 2014 and felt we got a really fair deal. The final price of our new car was way less than we anticipated. Our sales guy, David Carni, was well versed in all the models and options and was both patient and friendly in our dealings. Everyone we met went out of their way to introduce themselves and answer our questions. I don't think I've ever had a better experience buying a car in all my years of doing so. We are long time VW owners and have always been happy with the quality of the brand. I highly recommend stopping in at Volkswagen of St Augustine. Beautiful facility, great people and great cars.

We just traded a VW Passat on a 2014 Touareg TDI. VW of St. Augustine did a great job handling the transaction. I have purchased 21 new cars and a few used ones. Had some good experiences and many I want to forget. This one was in the "good" column. Matt Pourier was well trained on the product and presented the car professionally. No high pressure, no trips to Hawaii at stake, etc. Orientation was well done, closing EZ. One minor paint imperfection was found two days after driving away and it was promptly addressed by the Detailing Team. Great job, Great car.

I love my new Jetta & want to tell all that it was one of my most positive experiences I have had in a long time. Matt was a friendly, courteous salesman, full of knowledge, respect and information. He was not high pressure, which I appreciate, and he was persistent which I admire. Overall, this was a great experience. I want to comment on the service department also. I had a tire light go on and when I took it to be checked, they found a screw in the tire which I had picked up somewhere. They not only fixed the tire, they did not charge me and they gave me a free car wash to boot! Now I say that was special! Overall, dealing with VW of St. Augustine has been a great experience & would recommend them anytime.

After visiting the first VW we went to, we decided to head to St. Augustine and see what kind of deal we could get. After reviewing the numbers from our first dealership, VW St. Aug was able to beat the other dealership on price by over $1000. They gave us a great trade in value on our vehicle and we were able to get out of there with a payment we could afford. We liked them so much we decided to trade in our other vehicle and ended up saving $100 on our monthly car payments from the other car. We love the way the cars handle, we bought a Jetta Sportwagen TDI and a Passat SE. We would recommend anyone to visit VW of St. Augustine. David, Andy, and Kevin were all very friendly and answered all of questions with a patient and friendly sense of customer service.
