The service was for the 40,000 mile service. The dealership handled it within one-half a day. They did not offer a loaner or a ride to my residence but I did not request it.

The dealer didn't have a key on hand and I needed one programmed that day because my wife was going out of town on business. The manager sent an employee to Atlanta to pick up a key. They got me my new key programmed the same day. I was not stuck without a vehicle. Great customer service.

The buying experience was good. The CPO checklist had to be completed and required some time or a re-visit from Madison. I would liked to have more info on the "Hands free" operation of the blue tooth and Nav---both are not user friendly. I am working through the manual and making some progress. According to some info I have read, there should be a Nav informtion CD which I cannot find in my packet. Personnel that I met on my visit were professional and courteous without being high pressure. At this time I can't rate your customer service or quality of work except for the salesman who was helpful, courteous and professional.

we have dealt with Volvo of Athens for over 10 years and continue to purchase and/or lease our cars from Charles Middleton. He and his sales team have proven to us that we can rely on getting the best price and a great car. additionally, their customer service when car is delivered and regular car service needs is outstanding. our car is picked up from home, serviced and returned after being cleaned, inside and out. we have never had this kind of pick up and delivery. our previous go to car was a Jaguar and after switching first one car to Acura and loving it, we are now both acura owners.

Service performed in a timely and professional manner. Service Tech found a leaking power steering pump which was replaced. Vehicle was washed and vacuumed. Overall a positive visit.

Staff is completely professional and detail orientated. They respect our time, and treat each service for our car with the highest level of professionalism. We never doubt an issue they uncover when servicing our car, which is uncommon because of the reliability and way we keep our cars maintained.

I damaged my right front tire totally by accident in one evening last week, but I got exceptional services from Volve and Volve of Athens from offering a very quick road assistance to fixing my tire. They also offer me a free Volve xc 60 to use during the five-day repairing period. My new tire works very well now.I really appreciate Volve of Athens for their exceptional service! I like my 2014 Volve XC 90 very much, as it is really awesome. Volve autos and Volve of Athens dealership are really trustworthy and dependent based on my personal experience.

I purchased an extended warranty when I bought my car from this dealership about 2 1/2 years ago. The car was in an accident late February, and needed to cancel the warranty. It has been a pain to get it cancelled and to receive my refund. Still waiting.I would also like to say that I have purchased 2 cars from them and have been satisfied with that part of the business thus far.
