The dealership went the extra mile for me. They did not have the exact car I wanted in stock, so they went and got it at another dealership for me. The paperwork I had to do was simple. I had a great experience with this dealership. When general manager Paul defends his service director Corey by stating how they have won many awards, I knew right away there was no genuine concern for customers. Corey had the audacity to tell me to relax because I raised my concern about the lack of service when I brought my car in for an oil change. The attitude on this man was one of arrogance. The attitude of the general manager was also one of arrogance. I even challenged Corey about telling me to relax in his condescending tone. It looked like he was ready to retaliate not apologize.If you want true service do not come here. When I complained to the general manager he just gave me an apathetic, defensive response--nothing was going to happen. I sincerely hope that future customers will avoid Weir Canyon Honda and Acura. These men need to remodel their attitudes not just their facilities.

John The Greek contacted me through an online inquiry and was able to schedule an appointment day of. I was a little exhausted from shopping for cars all throughout Orange County for the previous week, but John's energy, friendliness, and approach to the deal put me at ease almost immediately. Being skeptical of numbers going in, John eased the situation by simply asking what I would like to pay for the car (already had my eye on a specific one), ran the numbers, and worked on my behalf to get the deal I wanted. Eventually I was passed onto Lorenzo and, despite the extended shift that was just thrown upon him, was excited, fun to deal with, and also looking out for my best interest while financing the car and settling on a warranty agreement. Later they both joined me for a celebratory dance in my new vehicle to an Eddie Murphy song...couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was honestly a sigh of relief after a week of car hunting. Highly recommended!P.s. I found out the next day that my friend Doug's dad also works there and everybody I know says that he's the man, so that only adds to the quality and consistency of this staff. Cheers!

I.bought my first Honda at Weir Cyn Honda in 2006 and haven't gone elsewhere for a car since. Their service department is the best, everyone's always so friendly and I feel at home when I'm there. Last week I took my 2014 Pilot in for service and a cute little Honda Accord Sport caught my eye. Less than 2 hours later I was driving it off the lot thanks to John, Eli and Lorenzo, and all while dropping my car payment $200 a month from what I was previously paying! I love driving this Accord and love how easy they made it for me. That, my friends, is how car shopping should be done! You guys rock!

My daughter bought a car there at age 18 and that salesman saw her coming . A five year old civic which cost the same as a new One. She was actually given a 7 yr loan to pay it off. I called manager and he told me they sell them used for same price as new all the time because they never depreciate. If you bring a Honda trade in you'll find out they do in fact depreciate quite quickly. Now car has a recall on passenger airbag making it unsafe to drive with passenger side occupied. It will be a month before the part comes in and they do not offer a loan car like their recorded message says do while your on hold. My daughter has 4 kids and must use passenger seat. I will never do business with them ever again!!!

I was nervous when I came there because it was the first time I'm buying a car; however the Honda salesman, John Kuntz, eased my experience. He brought me in and gave me a test drive in under 10 minutes and taught me everything about the car I was buying. I ended up buying the car and the whole process took about an hour and fifteen minutes. At the end, John Kuntz sat in the car and helped me in a step by step process on connecting the car to my phone, processing speed dial, calling, voice recognition, etc; which was very helpful to me.

The car has exceptionally clean interior and minor blemishes on the outside. The window price, same as posted online, was $3,795 and next to it on the window, a Kelly Blue Book's suggest retail price listed as $5,589. While test driving, I started discussing price with Matt, who initially wasn't set on negotiating agreed to work with me, asked his manager and came back quoting me $3,500 + tax and fees which came out $4,080 out the door (OTD) and i had him shave off the last $80 to make it 4k even OTD. So far so goodI return the next day with my father, ready to buy the car at 4k OTD. I take a test drive again, with my father there this time, and I notice the head unit with the radio and clock doesn't turn on. Afterwards we enter Matt's cubicle to finalize the deal and I ask about the radio. He tells me that the car is "as-is" and that is why he as able to let the car go so cheap. I asked, since they are a Honda dealer, how much would it cost to fix the radio and after some fast talking and going off to ask someone, I get told $300. During the time it took him to find out the price, I spoke with my cousin, who specializes in the car audio industry, and he told me that since the clock and radio were both out, he was suspicious and told me it could be a very hard fix, trying to get the wiring right. By now I'm curious to know if the $5,589 suggest KBB price took into account a functional AM/FM stereo and asked for a detailed breakdown of the KBB appraisal - which takes into consideration all the options that are on the car. Matt leaves and returns after some time with Kevin, the manager. This old gentlemen makes no attempt to try to sell me the car, but politely says he's not willing to do anything more at the 4k OTD price. He then hands me a KBB retail breakdown and its quoting a retail value of 3,390 which included AM/FM stereo in the appraisal which it shouldn't have. NO JOKE i ask him how come the KBB suggest retail price on the car window reads $5,589 when here he is handing me a detailed breakdown from KBB (for the dates 2/5/2016- 2/11/2016) stating a suggested retail value of $3,390. Old bait and switch. He stated he didn't care what the sign on the car read or what the piece of paper he just handed me read. He stated that the KBB suggest retail price was just that, a suggestion, and he could charge less or more - this when I started feeling insulted - and that he was going to be losing $200 on the car already at the 4k OTD price and that this was the best he would do. As he is stating this, he starts packing up his paperwork giving me the indication to get lost. Before I head out I ask for the printed KBB suggested price and take pictures of what is posted on the car window. What poor professionalism displayed by the manager. Nothing but fast talking swindlers here

Larry is a very professional person. He handles very professionally all my cases for my two cars CRV and Element. It seems to me he is a very honest person and tells the truth about your car problems. The quality of work and services are outstanding. Recently (2/2/16) I needed to spend almost $1000 for the valve sensor and spark plugs replacement. They didn't have the valve sensor in place, so the dealer rented me a car and I was able to drive to my car.

went thru Costco new car program and was referred to Weir Canyon Honda. arrived on Sunday January 3, 2016 with paperwork from Costco and given to sales person. it requested a quote for a 2016 Honda civic lx. sales person and myself went to see 2016 Honda civic lx. declined test drive since I wanted to see what the price would be. went into the office so the sales person would do this. filled out application with name, address, city and social security number.sales person came and said I could be financed thru Honda with a rate of 0.9 but it would end on January 4, 2016.the price for the Honda civic lx would be less than seventeen thousand before tax and any other fees.I told the sales person that I would need to get a quote for auto insurance before I would buy the car.told the sales person that I would call on Monday if I wanted to buy the car.called insurance company and received price for new car on policy.called Weir Canyon Honda and spoke to the sales manager. sales manger tell me the price quoted on Sunday was for a 2015 Honda civic lx.I asked the sales manager why his sales person would give the price of a 2015 when we were talking about a 2016.sales manager tell me this person did not know costco pricing and he made a mistake and he will not honor that price quote for a 2016 Honda civic lx period.sales manager tell me that it was for a 2015 Honda civic lx.on Wednesday January 6, 2016 called Weir Canyon and talked to sales manager again. sales manager asked if I wanted to buy car and told him no thank you.so much for honesty and trust worthy with weir canyon HondaP.S. should I tell you that I am a veteranU.S. Army 3/11 ACR served in Germany

You never feel rushed with Mr. Bergstrom at the helm and he is always knowledgeable with the car facts. We just leased a great Honda Civic thanks to him. My wife and I had been searching for a Honda Pilot for about 3 weeks, We called a few dealers and spoke with John a few weeks back but they didn't have anything at the time. But said he would be on the look out for one. Sure enough as soon as ours had arrived John "The Greek" called us and let us know. it matched exactly how we wanted it, and had just been looked over and inspected. Clean as a whistle, still under factory warranty and certified. rare to find someone in the business that keeps his word and really looks out for his customers. The management was really great to work with. We had shown up late, about 30 minutes before they closed and were really patient with us and didn't rush, only when it came time to get documentation done. Only waited a few minutes and we were in and out. truly a pleasant experience and will certainly recommend to friends and family.

I was looking for the 2016 honda pilot touring in white for about a month, I randomly saw one on their website and called and got John "The Greek" and he was the best! He sent me updated about the car by text while I was at work and then I drove out there after. All and all with a test drive, trade in, loan paper work, etc. it took about 3.5 hours but was soooo easy! John answered all my questioned, helped me clean out my trade in, and walked me through everything. First time buying a car and I was on my own, which I was a little scared about as a single woman. John stayed late to make sure I knew how to get home safe in my new car. Everything turned out very well - thanks John! John and I even both have German Shepherds! Love my new car!

Love my new Pilot. The buying process not so much. I wanted alloy wheels and a roof rack with white exterior. The only one they had was completely loaded with a rear entertainment center. Didn't want to pay for entertainment center with no kids. Salesperson said there was one at another dealer he could bring in, but it had a moonroof. Didn't really want a moonroof, but figured it would improve the resale. He said there would be a $300.00 transfer fee. Negotiated down to $150.00 and the truck would arrive the following day. Went to pick up the Pilot and it didn't have the roof rack or the moonroof. Salesperson apologized he didn't know the inventory better, but this Pilot was the same price. I really needed the roof rack and I went through the Costco program which comes with a 50% off coupon for parts. I told the Salesperson about that. He said don't worry I'll give you a discount on the rack for only $700.00. Agreed and drove off with my new Pilot.I decided to use my coupon for side rails and shopped Weir Canyon's website. Imagine my annoyance when I discovered I could add a roof rack with crossbars installed for $688.10. But done is done, so I ordered the side steps for $450.00 uninstalled. My coupon was for 50% off up to $200.00 or $250.00 for the side steps. They would arrive in a week. Made the 30 minutes drive to the Parts Dept. When I spoke to the Parts Representative he told me the Parts Manager had decided not to honor the Costco coupons. He said he could offer me a discount to $325.00. I was so upset I just left. Later found sites on line for the same price. My wife will be buying a car in the next 2 months. She may still buy a Honda Accord, but it won't be from this dealership.

Best experience buying a car ever. Walked on the lot at 10am greeted by John"the Greek" Mouroulis we explained our delima to him regarding a used car for our son away at school. We had done our research prior to going to Weir Canyon Honda so we asked John about the vehicle , unfortunately it was gone. But he showed us another car that was perfect for our needs. We went into his office and he worked out a deal that fit our budget perfectly and on top of it all Weir Canyon Honda got us a better interest rate 2 days later, lowering our monthly payment even more. We were driving off the lot by 12:15 pm DONE , painless and accommodating was this experience. Way to go "Greek" !The manager on duty Mike and Matt in finance were great in getting us in and out,making this a very pleasant experience with Weir Canyon Honda cudos gentleman for being the epitome of a helpful Honda person! John, Steven and Lorenzo were honest and patient with my gurlfriend and I throughout the shopping and purchase experience. Through every point of the process, they made sure that we were happy. The extra mile that they provided really turned around our car buying experience (My gurlfriend almost didn't want the HR-V, or a Honda for that matter, because of the aggressive and somewhat unfriendly persistence from another dealership we had visited first). I can go as far as to say that it felt like they acted as our agent rather than the dealership's when it came to working with the sales manager (Thank you Mike for giving into John). When we eventually got to the Finance Department, we were bumping into an evening appointment we had to make. I had been looking around at different dealerships but my heart wasn't set on a car yet. I had first tried financing through my credit union but they would only finance a certain percentage of the car, so I would've had to pay the difference. Thankfully, I called Weir Canyon Honda, they had awesome prices online even better than Hardin Honda! I spoke with John The Greek over the phone and set a time to arrive there. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and asked for him. I asked for a CRV I had seen online and honestly I knew it was such a great deal I didn't try to negotiate. I financed a different 2012 Honda CRV_EX L for under the kelly blue book value it was ridiculous in a good way. It was all thanks to John The Greek as well as the managers that were working there at the time. Mike Youssef was in the financing department and he was able to come up with a great price to add the GAP and a protective coating that goes on your vehicle. Not only did it benefit me to get GAP it lowered the interest rate for my loan. I would recommend this place to everyone, the employees truly care about their customers and try to find the best deal for you.If you guys are reading this THANK YOU very much and John The Greek IS THE MAN!

What a great car buying experience. Dannie Thach was very helpful. Even on his day off he was working for me and tracking down the specific car I wanted. He was great to work with and understood my needs and wants. Michael Baker was great at working through the numbers with me and running all the various scenarios to see what worked best for me. Matt Refaie was also great to work with. When entering my Costco discount he recognized a different discount that I qualified for and quickly got it in place. He dropped the dinner off at home and came back to the dealership to meet with me. Straight up with me during the whole process and I got a great deal on a 2014 Honda CRV. This was my second encounter with Honda Weir Canyon, specifically John "The Greek". Our first encounter with them was for a lease. This time we needed a commuter vehicle for a very limited purpose. (at most driving it 10miles a day). John understood our specific needs and did not try to upsale us into something we did not need. We were able to purchase a used vehicle still under warranty that met our needs and kept us within our budget. My salesperson, Mike Mullin went over and above the call of duty in all areas. His greeting as we walked on the lot was in good taste, no sales pitch just "how can I help you, what are you looking for"? I changed my mind on the color of the Honda Civic after I test drove it being that he had to move a few cars around to get the one I wanted out. No haggle in the price and/or the financing. All was agreed to in my favor. My daughter was pressed for time so Mike gave her a ride home while I was in the financing department. Then, I needed to return the rental car I had a couple of miles away and while my new car was being washed, Mike helped me take back my rental car. The financing department was a little lengthy as I listened to all the extra packages that I could purchase. Before I drove away, Mike sat in the car with me and explained the bluetooth, radio, etc. Mike called me a few days later to see how I liked my new car. I know the service department is just as good as my daughter has a Honda Accord and has been there several times for oil changes, etc. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent............

I took my 2005 Honda in for service to have my airbags fixed due to a recall. Larry in the service department took care of my car and he was so helpful and friendly. Because I have been thinking about a getting a new car for a while, I asked to have my car appraised for a trade-in value. I was introduced to Mike Mullins and by the end of the day, not only did I have a new Civic, but we decided to trade-in my daughter's 2004 Ford Ranger as well. She also got a new Civic. Mike was so wonderful throughout the whole sales process. He did his absolute best to help us get the best deal he could on our 2 beautiful new cars. Johhny in finance was also fantastic. He was very informative and helpful at taking us through the "signing process". I would highly recommend Weir Canyon Honda to anyone looking to buy a car. They will take care of you from beginning to end, and throughout the life of your car.

Jon Bergstrom was our salesman and our experience with him was great! He knew what we were looking for and had a couple of choices ready to see when got to the dealership. went into weir canyon after contacting them a few days earlier about a used accord they had. I don't live close from them so i did my application online and had contact with their salesman jon thru text messages and phone calls for two days before i finally went in. I already knew i was approved once their and i knew what my price would be. Only thing left to do was get the test drive to see if i wanted to get the car. everything was great and was treated well. Everyone there that i talked to was great and easy to talk to and answer any questions i could have. The transaction didn't take more than 2 hours and that was great. i love the car and it was a very good deal and easy transaction. would definitely recommend to anyone.

The dealership had two used cars that I was interested in: an Acura TSX and an Accord EX V6. I had found them on the Internet. The cars themselves appeared to be in very good condition. The salesmen, on the other hand, were your typical sleaze. They more or less ignored me and went through the typical battery of pushy tactics. I found their lies about fees the most disturbing. For example, they claimed the VLF on a $15k used car was $301 when in reality the DMV only requires a $15 transfer fee. Even a full year renewal should only cost about $175. Nevertheless, even after I called them on it, they continued to insist it was a California fee, "out of their hands" and that it would be "illegal for them to lie about it" which maybe it is or maybe it isn't. At any rate, they're liars. In all, they wanted about $525 of fees above what the State of California charges. I countered by subtracting that amount off my offer but we couldn't come to a deal and I left.

Mike gave a quote for 2010 Odyssey touring on internet. Alex followed up with a call. I mentioned I got a quote from other dealer at invoice price asked him I will buy if he beats it by $500. He said to come over at 8 pm. At 7:45 pm Alex called and said he was "ill" and his colleague Dan will help and he has "all" the information on my file. When I went, it was reinventing the wheel all over on price.Avoid trusting weir canyon guys, especially Alex!

I was buying a 2010 Civic EX and I got an internet quote. I forwarded my lowest quote to Weir Canyon and they beat the OTD price by $150. I tried to confirm with them over email the exact model and color that I wanted for the quoted price, but didn't really get a response. I thought of coming to their dealership anyway because my friend had a great experience buying her MDX at weir canyon acura. Sure enough, when I got there, the salesman I had been in touch with was 'busy' handling another customer. The salesman who helped me was nice and courteous, but when the time comes to discuss the price of the car, he gave me a number $1200 higher from the number I was quoted. He said that their match or beat policy only applies to 'reasonable prices.' He kept telling me that other dealers would try to lure you with lower quotes so they can jack up the price when you're at the dealership. Well, that's what he was doing too!Hardin Honda called me and said they'll beat the price and to just get out of the dealership. I did and that was the best move I made. Other dealers may act rude and say that the low quote is ridiculous to begin with and they can't honor the quote, but they don't try to lure you by giving you a low number and then jacking the price up by $1200, all the time belittling the customer. I'm never recommending any of my friends to Weir Canyon and all of you beware. Do not deal with Mike Youssef at all.

Walked out of another Honda dealership because of questionable tactics there. Stopped by Weir Canyon Honda and was pleasantly surprised. No empathy-building sad life story from the salesman. Mr. Romeo got right to the deal, didn't patronize me. The manager actually introduced himself and looked me in the eye (no "wizard of oz" behind a closed door stuff). Got a good deal, excellent follow-up. Even the finance guy was straight forward.

They simply suck. I was shopping for a new civic using the internet and phone. They quoted me a different price on the phone and insisted me on paying $200 more once I was at the dealership. I think they are bunch of cheaters. I would not suggest anyone to buy or service they car(s) from them. I ended up buying my civic from Santa Ana Honda. The Sales person was Damon and his service was awesome!!!

Spoke with the Internet Fleet manager several times on the phone. Confirmed price with Fleet Manager on phone, told me to come down to sign the deal. Went to see the Fleet Manager at the dealership, was given a price $1000 over what he quoted repeatedly on the phone. When questioned about this, was given the run around and tried to pressure me into signing a contract. Poor sales skills, poorer professional skills, and no customer service whatsoever. Don't deal with this place.
