I had been to several other dealerships looking for a slightly used VW Tiguan in my immediate geographical area. Prior to visiting Wellesley VW, I had been discouraged both by the lack of options and by condescending salespeople who focused on my husband when this car was for me! Jens Albrecht immediately asked who the car was for and directed all dealings and questions to me. As a woman, I appreciated his respect and validation. Although Wellesley isn't even in my immediate geographic area, his service led me to purchase my vehicle at this dealership. Great experience. Great car. Jens Albrecht helped me trade in my 2006 GTI for a 2017 SE - I knew exactly what I wanted walking into the dealer, and had a great experience with the process of trading in my old car and purchasing the new one. Leased a Touareg with Andreas/ Wellesley VW. It was like calling an old friend with the conversation catching up where it left off. He is straight forward with no nonsense attitude but sincerely genuine as well. It is a rare combination. The lease was agreed upon in a matter of minutes. Financing was put thru in a speedy and professional manner. I had the car of my choosing within 2 days. The dealership even returned my rental. We shopped for a 2016 GTI SE DSG in Carbon Steel at the end of the model year and called Wellesley VW to see if one was in stock there. We spoke to salesperson John Nesbitt, who did a search within his cooperating dealer network and couldn't find our specified car. While he could not trade for the car we required and sell it to us, John alerted us to cars in PA and NY that were specced as we needed. Due to John's generous assistance, we were able to buy the car we the car we wanted. Our hats are off to John and his employer, Wellesley VW.

Very pleasant experience.Low key approach, which I really appreciated.Highly knowledgeable about cars, engines, features, comparators.Price was not as big a factor for me as getting the right car, and I feel like they helped me do that.Also helped me considered buying vs. leasing, and took complete care of the financials once we had settled on the best approach for me.I can highly recommend Marc Schoenhammer, who was my sales rep, and Ray and Victoria and Andreas, as well as everyone else I met there.

I don't ordinarily post reviews, but I'll make an exception for what was probably the easiest new car purchase experience I've ever had. There was NONE of the dance that is all too common in my experience with other dealers.The car we bought, a 2017 Jetta, is the 6th VW we've purchased new over the years and the 3rd purchased from Wellesley VW. Our research was done online and we really had no need to test drive the car after five good experiences, so I sent an electronic message asking for price and availability for the specific car we were looking for. I figured it might take a week or two to locate the exact car we wanted.The salesman, Greg Medlar, responded within an hour or two with a very good price and a promise to locate one. He not only located one, but transferred it to his lot the next morning, less than 24 hours after my initial request. I particularly appreciated that he went right about the search without trying to first sell me one of the cars that happened to be in inventory. Our car search took closer to ten hours than ten days. Easiest (and quickest) ever.We came into the dealership to sign papers and deliver plates for transfer. Greg wasn't able to be there when we could come in, so substitutes were arranged to meet our schedule. We were more than capably served by a subbing sales manager and Kevin Mullen, who gave us the most thorough explanation and demo of the car's features I can remember when we picked up the car. In particular, when my wife's smart phone thwarted his first attempt to pair it to the new car, he confidently pressed ahead and succeeded on his third or fourth attempt. This alone probably saved us a couple hours and untold frustration. I know it's all in the manual, but his 30-minute overview of the car's features - did I mention that he's very thorough? - had all the basic information you could want and several really clever tips that we might never have found on our own.Overall, a really nice display of customer-responsive teamwork. Well done!

I was in the market to downsize back to a GTI as I had no need for a SUV any longer - went over to Wellesley VW after trying to deal with a few other VW dealerships that didn't seem very interested in my business as they either didn't respond to inquiries or insisted on trying to call me when all I had were simple questions.Worked with Mark Schoenhammer who was attentive, knew the product and was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I've been fortunate enough to have leased two Volkswagens in the Boston area over the last 16 months. After not having the best experience going from my very old Audi into a GTI at a competitor in the area (lots of options around metro Boston for a VW) I found myself at Wellesley Volkswagen looking for a specific car they had in the lot. I began working with John Nesbitt and instantly felt at ease working with his approach. I don't write reviews, but I'm compelled to endorse John and back up what everyone else is saying about the dealership. A lot has changed if you've been in your car for a few years. VW is putting out a safe and well engineered car these days and it's worth not overlooking what they, John, and the team at Wellesley have to offer.

If you are looking to buy a car and have not considered a VW or a trip to Wellesley Volkswagen because you don't live nearby, you will miss out on the best car-buying experience one could imagine. Three weeks ago, a cold call to Wellesley VW connected me with Andreas Becker who spoke with an earnestness rarely encountered. His words (and the dealership site) convinced me to head over a.s.a.p. What followed was the purchase of a new 2016 Passat SEL. What a car! Those of you who drive VW's, but have not met Andreas Becker should definitely seek him out for your next purchase. It is so worth it to drive to Wellesley, no matter where you hail from. I did not have to go to the insurance company, the registry, or have the car inspected. It was all taken care of seamlessly while I sat in a comfortable chair drinking gourmet coffee, complements of Wellesley VW, and there was absolutely no pressure ever of any kind. Those of you who do not realize the value of the VW owe it to yourself to meet Andreas Becker and learn about Volkwagens. The features and comfort of the Passat SEL are awesome. If/when you decide to purchase, Andreas will make the entire experience clear, efficient, and extremely pleasurable. For sure, you will depart a very satisfied and happy buyer. Now, I believe VW's are the "only" way to go -- safety AND beauty, wrapped in reliability, comfort, and a myriad of user-friendly features. Oh, I forgot to mention the price. This is my third car purchase at Wellesley Volkswagon. I talked with Marc Schoenhammer over many months, letting him know I was not quite ready, but last Friday I purchased a 2015 Passat SEL (pre-owned, certified). I am grateful to Marc that he was listening carefully as we looked at my 3 possible choices, and he suggested a car that was really what I was looking for, one I would not have thought of. He has also been extraordinarily patient with my questions about the exciting, up to date technology as my old car was 11 years old. In addition, all the paperwork was done impressively quickly. When I went home for lunch after buying the car, my insurance company called to say WVW had already sent the paper work regarding the purchase. Marc and the dealership took care of all of it and I had the registration the next business day.

Wellesley Volkswagen seemed to quite easily exceed my expectations of first time car buying. Andreas Becker was the Sales Consultant who helped me throughout the entire process from start to finish. Andreas was very professional, responsive, and insightful which made the process easy and comfortable for me. I first walked in, discussed my requirements and criteria, and then within minutes was out test driving the car which ultimate would be my first buy. I have a very mixed review...Starting with the excellent service in the sales department Kevin was great to deal with. Initially over the phone setting up a few vehicles for us to view. He even sorted out a service loaner for the time that we were in the process of waiting to pick the car up. This guy is totally a legend and it shows when you step in his office and see the awards he's won over the years. This is your man if you want to buy a car at Wellesley VW.Victoria is also a star dealing with the financing and paperwork to get the deal done. Great personality, informed and likely a future GM of some dealership down the road.On the other hand, the man that totally ruined the good vibe of this small town dealership. Anthony Velardo. If we had not come across him in the sales the dealership would be receiving 5 stars. He was abrasive, insulting and quite ignorant when it comes to customer service. These days the customer has the opportunity to choose which dealership they wish to buy from. This guy really put us off and I have been telling everyone about his ignorant attitude. Management needs keep this guy away from customers if they want sales to close smoothly. We almost left on the account of this one bad apple. Avoid him.Overall the car is great Kevin and Victoria are stars and when we buy our next VW in the line of many we will return to Wellesley if promised we do not need to deal with Anthony.

Last week I returned to the dealership and test drove several cars, and Marc's no pressure help was again appreciated. I put a deposit down on a vehicle so that my wife could drive the car the next day. We purchased the car but upon delivery a problem arose. Marc and the entire management team remained calm, patient and respectful- stating that they wanted us to be happy and satisfied. Car buying can be stressful but they worked to make the experience as easy as possible. I am grateful for their dedicated service and willingness to work with us- not just to sell a car but to make sure we were satisfied. I'm happy to recommend this dealership.

I was very skeptical about the VW brand given the continuing revelations about the diesel fiasco, but my son urged me to at least test drive the Golf before I returned to Subaru to lease another Impreza. Jens Albrecht was our salesperson, and if VW can restore its luster, it will be because of the extremely positive experience we had with him. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about every aspect of the car, honestly answered my concerns about switching to a front-wheel drive from an AWD, put no pressure on us, and was a joy to work with. Plus he kept in touch about when we could expect to pick it up, and then after we did to make sure things were going well. The car sold itself--but Jens sold us on VW.

He hooked me up with a very awesome 2016 Jetta at a very very good price and jumped through a lot of hoops to get me into that car and on the road. I have visited a VW Colonial dealership located at Wellesley MA and wasn't sorry about this choice. I got a competitive trade-in price for my old car, and a good price for the new VW Golf Sportwagon (outstanding compact car BTW). MY son was looking for a new Golf R. Very difficult to find. This dealer had one. Let me preface my remarks with the statement that I have purchased dozens of vehicles in my years, most from dealers.This experience was not only pain free, but fast. In and out in 2 hours on a Sunday no less. Marc Schoenhammer was the salesman. There was little selling going on, more educating about the vehicle, and discussing finance options. No pushing or prodding. No games. And, he's a neat guy to speak with. We also met with Victoria, their Finance guru. What a pleasant, unassuming, smiling individual. Just tell what you want or don't want and it's done. No torture. Now I am a Mopar guy so it's unlikely I will buy a VW, but if I did, it would be from them. My son on the other hand, is thrilled.

I Bought a 2015 GTI from Victoria Bronchtin- she was very helpful and took me on a really great route for the test drive. During the buying process, it was discovered that the title to my trade in had some misinformation on it. Victoria worked her magic and saved us all a big headache! (And, I got to take delivery of my new car on time). After getting it inspected, I lost the receipt but Victoria was able to reimburse me despite my mistake. Overall she was very helpful, and went out of her way to make it a great experience.

He's a great person to work with and once everything was official, he spent a solid half hour showing me all the crazy features of the car like the auto-parking, lane assist; syncing my phone; programming my garage door; the updated multimedia system; and so forth. The service department is excellent too. Ian Bray has always been upfront about service items that need to be done but can be held off on if money is a bit tight, and has always been knowledgable about questions I have about features, service schedules, parts, etc...People like John and Ian keep me coming back, for sales and for service, and make it easy to recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a VW

I recently purchased a low mileage 2002 Boxster S from Wellesley VW. This was a unique vehicle as it only had 10,000 original miles. The dealership had recently taken it in trade. Given its mileage and condition it was listed at a substantial premium over the price of other Boxsters on the market. I negotiated the purchase with Andreas Becker and the process was both professional and friendly. Andreas is not only very knowledgable about Volkswagens but is familiar with Porsches as well. Our common interest in these cars went a long way toward arriving at a price that was acceptable to both of us. All in all one of the most positive buying experiences I've had.

Marc Schoenhammer helped me with my purchase, showing utmost patience as considered several different models before settling on a Jetta. He was very helpful in working out a lease that I was very happy with. I would gladly work with him again. I marked down my experience with the buying process because I wasn't so pleased with my experience with their finance manager, who didn't show flexibility and repeated the same information over and over again. However, working with Marc helped make up for that.

I waited a few weeks to let the initial excitement about a new car wear off a bit before I wrote this review. Bottom line, Kevin Mullins helped me get exactly the car I wanted - not a close match that was already on the lot. He secured an inbound vehicle and then made sure it came with the options I wanted, namely nothing extra. This meant eliminating many of the add-ons that allow the dealer to make a few more dollars. We then agreed on a very fair price. It helps to do your research before you buy! In terms of the facility, I'm glad to see they are renovating since most other dealers have much nicer facilities and customer ammenities available. I can't comment on the service department yet, but I am sure it will be more than adequate. Overall, I'm very happy and enjoying my new GTI.

We were extremely satisfied with the whole process of purchasing a Certified Used Tiguan at Wellesley VW. John Nesbitt not only found the exact car we were looking for about a week after our initial visit, he was amazing at walking us through all of the "bells and whistles" the car had to offer. After some rocky moments wirh another VW dealer, I decided to Look Elsewhere. Wellesley VW and my salesman, Jens Albrecht, were a welcome change. All my questions were answered, pricing details were consistent, he was always open and above board about details. Car shopping is definitely "not my field", but he made it both pleasant and speedy. And I am very happy with my new Golf Sportswagen.

Just purchased a car from Wellesley VW and had a great experience with sales consultant, Kevin Mullin. He went over the features and operating information for my new vehicle and was very knowledgeable about the car. He walked me through the complicated infotainment system and fixed a glitch with the trial Sirius XM radio subscription. He was able to answer all of my questions and I left feeling that I knew what I needed to know to operate the car until I could spend more time with the manual. I found out during the process of shopping for a car, that several of the sales people I dealt with at other dealerships did not have a good working knowledge of their product line; and I was glad to have Kevin orient me to my new car. In today's car-buying world, you shop online, find the car you want and go buy it. Right? Well, we found a 2013 VW Jetta with about 22,000 miles and affordable cost at Wellesley Volkswagen. I was reluctant, mind you, having driven a Toyota Corrolla for 10+ years. But once behind the wheel of the Jetta, I felt an immediate shift in the way the car handled. It was a smooth ride and the salesman, Marc Schoenhammer, made the buying process a smooth ride as well. He was unassuming, available to answer any questions we had and even bought us floor mats (I hesitate mentioning because this level of customer service was unprecedented and very welcome, and may spoil the next buyer!) -- a thoughtful gesture that went a long way in making this experience not only positive but joyful!

Not only was he extremely nice, he really took the time to make sure that I had a great experience and was satisfied with my purchase. He was not pushy at all. Marc Schoenhammer provided the patience and expertise needed to help me hunt down the perfect pre-owned car. I couldn't be happier with it! Even before we went to Wellesley VW, we knew that we should see Andreas Becker. He had been recommended by a close friend who had ended her encounter with Andreas by leasing a new Tiguan. My 15 year old Jetta finally went off to greener pastures, and I was in need of an immediate replacement. Working with Jens Albrecht was seamless. Andreas Becker is honest and straightforward. Buying a car from him was the devoid of high-pressure tactics. I visited once and decided to wait a bit before purchasing. When I came back, he gave me the SUV for a test drive, explained the product thoroughly,and waited for me to decide on purchasing the vehicle. The negotiations then were quick and to the point. He offered an excellent price on the Touareg and A very fair trade in value for my old SUV which was well used by my teenage children. My ordeal began when the key to my Jetta stopped working upon landing at Logan Airport. Since this is the only key I have, I called Wellesley VW to get a replacement. They told me it would be $160 for the key and just as much for labor. So in total it's over $300 dollars for a key. They also informed me that I needed to have the car towed from Logan Airport to Wellesley VW ($180). Now because I didn't have my car and it took them 5 days to get a new key made and programmed, I had to pay $480 dollars for a rental. All in, to get a key replaced it has cost me nearly ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS. If I had purchased a Mercedes or a BMW I would understand all of this. But I own a $25k Jetta and a replacement key costs me $1000???? I called VW customer service numerous times and they said there was nothing they could do. I informed them that if I am forced to pay $1000 for a key, I will never buy a VW again. They repeatedly told me they were fine with letting a customer pay $1000 for a key. As long as this is the case, I and none of my friends or family will be using this dealership or any other VW dealership in Massachusetts.

I worked With John Nesbitt is Sales on acquiring a hard to acquire the 2016 GLI. John gave me no hassle quotes, secured the vehicle in the color that I wanted from another dealership while it was still on the transport ship and not even on land yet. Even though by the time the vehicle arrived and the promotions changed to be not as good, in the end I still ended up with the original quoted price. The other people at Wellesley VW are just as great including the service department. John was super nice and knew the vehicle well when doing the walkthrough with me on it. Even though by the time the vehicle arrived and the promotions changed to be not as good, in the end I still ended up with the original quoted price. The other people at Wellesley VW are just as great including the service department. John was super nice and knew the vehicle well when doing the walkthrough with me on it. Had a really great sales experience. My salesman Kevin, was honest and thorough. He listened to what I wanted and pointed me to exactly the right vehicle. I have been driving my Tiguan for a few months now and really love it. Not too big and not too small. My only complaint is with the finance company. I think the rate could have been better. Next time I will shop that around, as well as the vehicle. However, overall, very happy with my deal.

I just brought home a new Touareg and am loving it. This is my first VW and the dealership at Wellesley VW was great. I worked with Marc Shoenhammer and Charissa Benak and started the process through the internet and via email. They were both very easy to deal with and very responsive. I eventually made it to the showroom where they just happened to have the exact color combination I wanted. I'm not so good at writing reviews but I want to mention that over the course of many years, Wellesley VW has been excellent to deal with. Today I bought a new golf with assistance from Jens, a new salesperson there. He was very easy to work with and communicate with. I was very anxious just because for me such purchases are a big deal. To get the color I wanted a car was ordered from another dealer in their network and after checking everyone thoroughly it turned out to have a defective part. Jens and Vincent in Service were right on top of things and I know it will be set right soon. They also gave me an accessory of my choice to help offset the inconvenience and anxiety caused by that finding. Over the years, all the sales and service people have been extremely helpful and kind.

I worked with both John Nesbitt and Marc Schoenhammer during the sales process, and both of them were very knowledgeable, personable, and down-to-earth in their approach. No games, no pressure. Anytime I had a question or concern (whether pre-sale or post-sale), they provided a straightforward, pragmatic answer. My wife was looking for a new car last month. She is very particular so we were very excited when we found the car she was looking for in stock at Wellesley VW (2014 Jetta Autobahn). We made an appointment with a salesman (Andreas) to see it. Well, that week there was a major hail storm and all the cars on their lot were affected. When we showed up for the appointmnet, we couldn't drive the car because the hail damage was actively being repaired. We came to an agreement with the understanding that I needed to inspect the car first (I am a Master Audi Tech). After the hail damage was repaired (which is non-detectable) Andreas personally brought the car to my work. I did my inspection and pointed out a couple problem areas which we agreed would be promptly repaired. Two days later my wife picked up the car and we have been happy ever since. She loves the car and is very happy with it. The process wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, but in the end Wellesley VW stepped up to the plate and delivered.

Sales- We have bought 3 cars from Mr. Nesbitt. He is the only person I will buy VWs from and might be one of the main reasons I buy VWs. Mr Nesbitt doesn't double talk, use sales pitches, lie, oversell, pressure or act like he is better/more knowledgeable than all mankind. He listens to you when you talk, observes your body language and develops an old fashioned honest business rapport with you. He has honored every deal he has offered with no fine prints or surprises in the final invoice. I wish he would represent more brands so that I could buy all my future cars from him... Service- Michael Kandalaft and his staff are hands on with service and customer support. They have always treated me with respect and accommodated my time limitations. Getting an appointment is never difficult, and getting answers and explanations is just as easy. I've never had to wait longer than esimated or forewarned, and appreciate that tremendously. The lounge isn't uncomfortable, there are two desks for working, which I almost always use, and water and coffee downstairs. All very thoughtful and convenient. After moving to the suburbs, my wife and I found ourselves needing a second car. I shopped around quite a bit and ended up looking at Audi, Acura, VW, BMW, and Volvo. I was really trying to decide between the Audi A3 and the VW GTI, they're built with the same engine and are also at similar price points when you fully load the GTI. I dealt with a lot of really bad dealerships during my search, but then I found Wellesley VW and started working with Marc Schoenhammer, he was great. We were in the process of closing on a house, so I couldn't quite buy yet, but I wanted to start looking and get an idea for what I was going to purchase after the house. Even though I wasn't quite ready to buy, Marc answered all of my questions, allowed me to take a couple of test drives, and was very responsive by email. Overall, a great experience.

I've always liked Wellesley VW, but more today than before. I started doing business with them in 2000 when i bought a Passat Wagon which i loved - until the Jetta TDI wagen came along (which i also bought from Wellesley VW). Several years ago i switched to Audi Q5 and then more recently to the Mercedes Benz GLK350. I wasn't enamoured with the GLK and the minute the 2015 Golf Sportwagen hit the Boston market, i decided to research that car (TDI SEL) as a replacement for the GLK350. Thanks to the team at Wellesley VW, i was able to trade-in the GLK and get a fantastic deal on the TDI. Andreas Becker, my sales person far exceeded my expectations and got me ONE TERRIFIC DEAL. So after a Q5 and and a GLK, i now own a car that has more cargo volume than either the Audi or Benz; plus its tank now has 450 miles of (diesel) driving for me to enjoy.

Mr. Marc Schoenhammer was my very patient and courteous sales associate all throughout what ended up being a highly unusual car buying situation. Working with Marc, I purchased a fantastic pre-owned VW Golf, but due to a particularly sensitive allergy situation on my end, realized that after spending an extended amount of time in the car during the day after purchase, that I couldn't continue to drive this vehicle. It was an upsetting situation that Marc tried to work through with me to the best of his ability; I cannot think that either of us ever imagined such a complicated predicament! In the end, Marc worked out a solution for me to transfer the value of the Golf as a trade-in towards a purchase of a new 2015 Jetta. Throughout the whole process, I appreciated that Marc kept in good contact with me, tried to explore all possible options, was courteous and patient, and approached the situation with empathy and a helpful, reassuring attitude. Marc is not at all the type of person who comes to mind when you think of the typical 'car salesman.' He is genuine, not pushy, and takes care in making sure that a customer's needs feel personally addressed. For example, for both car purchases, Marc took a big chunk of time explaining all the features of the vehicle and getting me set up comfortably with my new car. I certainly had absolutely no intentions on being a difficult customer, but ended up being one due to the nature of the situation. Marc resolved the situation graciously and I so appreciate that. Just bought a VW e-Golf (all electric) with the help of Marc Schoenhammer at Wellesley Volkswagon. VW had just released this car (as of late 2014), and I had a lot of questions about technical features and how the GOlf compares to the Nissan Leaf, the BMW i3, and the Ford Focus electric; Marc was very knowledgeable and helpful, respectful of my time, and responsive to my numerous follow-up emails. There was no sales pressure nor fast talk (which would have been a big turn-off), he let me walk away and test drive the other vehicles, and let the car do the talking, which is good, since its the best electric car out there for the price, in my opinion. I just purchased a 2014 Volkswagen cc at Wellesley VW and my overall experience was very good. To be totally upfront, I had been driving Saabs for over 30 years and the transition could have been difficult. Marc Schoenhammer understood what I was going thru and guided me thru the process. Marc was patient, understanding and knowledgeable about my past vehicles as well as my new purchase. He put zero pressure on me and consequently I became very comfortable with my decision. I haven't dealt with the rest of the dealership as yet, but Marc was / is a pretty good representation thus far.

Let me first say I was for years loyal to another Volkswagen dealership in Massachusetts. We recently purchased a 2015 Golf from Wellesley, working with Andreas Becker, and the entire process was a joy. It appears that we also were lucky to get a great sales representative Marc, who is knowledgeable and experienced without being high pressure. I recently purchased my 4th volkswagen. I started with a Jetta, then a Passat, then an EOS (which I loved), and now a Tiguan. I have gone to other dealerships in the area and I find the people at Wellesley VW to be the most trustworthy and helpful. Ian Bray in Service has always had my best interest in mind and given me advice that was extremely helpful and saved me $. John Nesbitt in Sales is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. He is low-key, respectful, knowledgeable, generous with his time and not at all pushy. I really appreciated his suggestions during the sales process. He spent an hour reviewing bluetooth in my new vehicle, put gas in it and even had my personal keychain from my trade-in on the new key! I was impressed. If you have had bad experiences elsewhere or have apprehension with the car purchasing process, I highly recommend working with him.

I just bought a 2015 VW GTI from Wellesley VW and the experience could not have been any better! The particular car I wanted had to be ordered through the dealership and I worked with Marc S. the entire time. Once the order was placed, he kept me updated on production times and when the car may arrive. The communication was great and Marc and the team would always respond in a timely manner to any questions I had. When the car did finally arrive at the dealership, Marc communicated with me all the items he recommend I have ahead of time to ensure a smooth transaction and pickup day. Anthony, the Finance Manager, walked me through all of my financing options and explained all the Warranty options and extra services that were offered to me at the time of finalizing the deal. He was always polite and quick to explain all my options. It ended up being a very smooth process to finalize the deal and sign all the paperwork. Now the fun part...Marc then took me to the side of the building where my new car awaited me. The team at VW Wellesley had cleaned the car up and prepped it for pickup after it was delivered on the transport and it was ready to go to its new home. He then took an hour to explain to me all the features of the car and help me set up the Bluetooth on my phone and pair it with the car. I was introduced to the Service reps and hope to continue a great relationship with this great dealership. Thank you Wellesley VW and Marc S. for all your help!

Searched the web for local Volkswagen dealerships as I wanted to get more information on the Touareg. Since Wellesley Volkswagen was highly rated by others, I decided to check it out and was not disappointed. Kevin Mullins in the sales dept is extremely knowledgeable and sincerely appreciate his "down to earth" style. Didn't feel any pressure yet walked away the next day purchasing a new car. When I went to pick it up, he went through all the bells and whistles on the Touareg (which are a lot!) to make sure I knew what was available and how to use it. I visited Wellesley Volkswagen expecting to lease a car and ended up buying a beautiful two year old used car instead. This is my third leased Jetta from Wellesley VW, following a Passat that I had purchased. The car is great, the leasing process has been easy, and the cost is reasonable. My sales associate, Marc Schoenhammer, went out of his way to get me exactly the car I wanted. I even found a few nice surprises in the trunk when I picked up the car. Marc was always responsive, knowledgeable, and unfailingly considerate. He was away from the dealership when I went in for my registration/inspection, but Dennis Morin seamlessly took care of that final step for me. As my Jettas have been under warranty and prepaid maintenance is included in the lease, I have had to use the service department only occasionally. Everyone in that dept. is excellent, including the mgr., Mike Kandalaft. Across the board, I will say that I have been pleased with the buying and ownership experience through Wellesley VW.

Although dealerships can often have tense atmospheres, it was not the case with wellesley volkswagon. The setting is very welcoming and so are the employees. Andreas Becker walked me through the process step by step and I walked away with a vehicle I was very happy.

Buying/Leasing a car should be easier. While its a painstakenly inefficienct and, at times, an arguably deceptive practice, I have to say that Kevin was excellent to work with given to the paramters he's bound as a salesman. All in all, a relatively low hassle experience.

If the time has come to give up your trusty rusty old car for an intimidating digital age new car, contact Marc S. at Wellesley VW and ask him to show you the Jetta. Marc S. was a great help when I had to make this change. He knows the Jetta well. He was very patient with me when we selected a Jetta that was right for me. He has an excellent driving test route which enabled me to see how I would handle the Jetta in a variety of different driving situations. His tutoring in the car at time of delivery gave me the courage to drive my new Jetta home by myself for the first time. I was comfortable driving my new Jetta within a day. The basic driving controls were simple to learn. I still need to use the Owners Manual, but the more that I drive my new Jetta, the more that I like it. My new Jetta is a joy to drive! I am glad that Marc was the one who helped me when I bought my new Jetta.

I stopped in yesterday with the intention of simply browsing the inventory. Andreas, who had already helped my mom before, offered to help us even though it was his day off. This was the first dealership we visited. Kevin was friendly, Knowledgeable (about the car, the options, the entire line, and the history), and most of all, without playing any games, he gave us a fair offer. He also warned that other dealerships might change the price at the last minute, and he assured us that the price was the price.After visits to two other dealerships (the second of which changed the price by $500 after we were there actually purchasing the car for an hour and a half with a written offer from the dealer).We came back, made a great deal with Kevin, and drove away that afternoon in a new Jetta Sportwagen.Dealing with Wellesley Volkswagen was a pleasure, and a completely different experience from what the other dealerships offered.

I went in to this VW looking for my very first least car. The experience was wonderful, and my sales rep Marc S., was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, friendly, customer oriented. It was by far a greater customer experience than at a few other dealerships. It is a nice building, with a good car viewing set up. I ended up taking the VW Jette SE, which was a great choice. Granted I have only had the car for two days now, but I love every single bit of it. All the paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner, and the car was in perfect condition to drive off the lot. If I were to make one suggestion for feedback, it would be around communication. When someone gets a new car they want to know how it is all going with the paperwork and preparations, and especially for me as excitement and anxiety set in with it being my first car. Therefore even if no movement has taken place, or an extra day is need, just a quick email at the end of each day with a progress report would be helpful. In terms of the car I have absolutely zero complaints/concerns. The handling is responsive, the ride is smooth, the manual gear box is user friendly and fun, and it has a nice acceleration to boost with that 1.8 turbo. I would recommend a VW and this dealership to anyone.

I just purchased a 2014 Golf from Wellesley VW. This is the second car we have purchased there. My salesperson was Andreas B. He listened to what I did or did not want and he helped me buy the car that was right for me. He doesnt waste time trying to sell you something you wont be happy with; he wants to sell you the car thats right for you. He is extremely knowledgeable about Volkswagen cars and is very easy to work with. At delivery he took time to walk me through all the features of the car and help set up my phone. I have purchased Volkswagens and other models at other dealerships. Wellesley VW is by far the easiest to work with. Im pleased with the price of the car and process to buy it. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The dealership may not look as flashy as some but don't let that fool you. It's all about the cars and the service and the sales staff. I can't say enough about the outstanding service I just received at wellesley Volkswagen. Think of everything you hate about buying a new car and throw you preconceptions right out the window. I told Andreas exactly what my needs were with regard to a car and my financial requirements. I visited on the Friday before Memorial Day, and purchased a Pre-Owned Golf from John Nesbitt. He and everyone else there were friendly and helpful, even though I am sure they were anxious to leave on a holiday weekend. They helped me out with a tricky title situation, which was a massive headache saved. In addition, the price for my car was about $1000 less than an almost identical one at a competing dealership. John is a relaxed and cool guy to help you with your Pre-Owned purchase. No pressure + no rush = no complaints. (facilities get 4 out of 5 stars because nothing impressed me as particularly swanky. There's really nothing wrong with the place)

My lease was ending with my VW Jetta and already smelling a foul deal elsewhere with VW dealerships, I came here on a whim. After looking online and speaking with Scott, I then went over weeks later to talk to him and he gave me the straight deal about how it'd be better to simply end a lease rather than turn it in which was something the prior VW dealers didn't do. When Scott wasn't in, Kevin helped out giving me a first-hand look at my new Tiguan and was incredibly helpful talking about every single feature the car offered as compared to my Jetta while also explaining the transfer process. Definitely recommend both of them.

To make a long story short I went there and got a part. After getting home I noticed that other people had paid half the cost that I paid for the same item. I emailed them around three days ago and got no response and also sent them another email and I still have gotten no response. The whole time I was there (20 min) I walked around the dealership and the lot looking at different cars. The whole time not one person came up and said hello or offered to help me with anything. We just bought a Jetta Sportwagon tdi. It's only been a few days, but we are very happy with it, and with our experience at the dealership. Our salesman was Marc Schoenhammer. Just purchased a 2014 Passat TDI from Wellesley VW. Marc H. was my the Salesperson on the deal and he was excellent. He listened to my needs and got me into the car that was right for me. No up-selling or time wasting here. He also had great product knowledge and excellent communication. The delivery of the car went smoothly as well and I would not hesitate to bring my car there for service, even though it's further from home than a few other dealerships. For this purchase, I had visited 2 other VW dealerships. I've also purchased several VW's before at various dealerships. Not only did Wellesley VW blow them out of the water in terms of the best deal but they were by far the easiest to deal with. I had spent several hours with Boston Volkswagen trying to procure a new 2014 Jetta with the color and trim that I wanted. I was less than pleased with how the Sales Manager had treated me and more than a week went by with no car or information on the car that they had told me they purchased for me. Marc Schoenhammer was the sales consultant who worked with us when we needed to replaceour 17 year old Windstar after it was totaled by a driver who ran a stop sign. We were stillin a state of shock from the accident when we went to look at cars a week later. We neededto be treated gently and we were, at Wellesley VW.Marc could not have been more professional. We never got the hard sell approach thatwe experienced at another dealer in the Natick-Framingham area. Marc patiently answeredall of our questions and when we went on a test drive he made sure to take us on a route so that we could appreciate the Passat's features - at high speed, turning radius, brakes, etc. He told us he has owned VWs all of his life so he knows the product very well. We tested a 2013 Passat in Opera Red - my gut told me that this was the car for us but my husband felt we should also test the Accord and Camry since they were on our short list of 3 cars we were considering.Turns out the Accord and Camry do not have head room in the rear seats for anyoneover 6 feet tall. The Passat does, and my 6 foot 3 inch son fits fine in the back seat.I didn't like the sales approach at the Honda and Toyota dealers either.So if you are considering a VW, I can highly recommend that you contact Marc Schoenhammerat Wellesley VW. Because we had no car in order to pick up the Passat we had selected, Marcvolunteered to either deliver the car to our home or pick us up at home and bring us to Wellesley! We live in the Newton-Waltham area so that isn't exactly next door. Our Passatis now sitting in our driveway and we could not be happier..

The entire deal was discussed over the phone in minutes. Given the long and arduous process that buying a car has become, why would anyone buy a VW from any other dealer.

Kevin was really great to work with. He answered my questions and didn't pressure me into purchasing a car. Instead, he let the car speak for itself and allowed me to make my own mind up. I cannot recommend Kevin enough if you choose to shop at Wellesley VW.If I have any complaints with this Wellesley VW, it was the handling of an error that was made during the purchase process of my vehicle. While I understand that mistakes happen, when given the opportunity to make it right, I felt that Wellesley VW could have been more accommodating. This is not a reflection of Kevin as he was on vacation by the time the error occurred. Ultimately, Wellesley VW did correct the error and accommodate me with a loaner vehicle, so I would recommend them.

I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and had little time to shop around when I decided to browse at VW Wellesley, my first stop in search for the perfect fit. The Sales Rep. I connected with was Andreas Becker who listened to my needs for a car that was large enough to accommodate various equipment, yet compact and fuel efficient for local and highway travel. Andreas discussed various options with me, explained technical details related to each model and gave me the option to test drive a car when I was ready to do so. I felt no sales pressure what so ever and felt that Andreas was genuinely interested in offering me the best choices at a price I could afford. While I was not ready to make a decision that day, I decided to test drive two cars, something I typically don't do when all I want is to browse. I met with Andreas again the next day, got my questions answered and bought a Jetta Sportwagen. It was a much more laid back purchasing experience than I was used to, and when I finally decided to purchase the car I wanted, they were able to get me driving away in the new car the very next day (and they didn't even have it on the lot, they had to drive to another dealership to pick the car up). I had a great purchasing experience with Andreas and the rest of the team at Wellesley VW and look forward to working with them all again in future purchases.

I wish every dealers service dept. was as good as this one.. I have tried other vw dealers in the area and this one blows them away. Believe it or not, they actually listen to your concerns and try to help you fix them without spending a lot of money. My '03 Jetta needed a computer module a few weeks back and Ian (my service rep) found me a used one and installed if for less than half the cost of a new one. I have and would recommend this place to anyone.

I just bought a new GTI From these guys. I had done a bunch if research and actually test drove the car at a different dealership. The other dealer was so pushy and aggressive that my wife and I left. We ended up calling Wellesley VW and speaking with Kevin Mullin. Kevin was very straightforward and called me back with quotes for the models and trim levels I requested. No nonsense. Kevin was not only knowledgable about the vehicles, but was also very upfront and candid about some of the pros and cons. We purchased the car the next day and the entire experience was really painless. No shenanigans, no nonsense. Just a great deal on a great car. I would go back here 10 times out of 10 if I get another VW.

Thanks go to Andreas and Dennis and the rest of the Wellesley sales team for providing a low pressure sale experience. I wish I could remember the name of the first salesperson who met me on the lot. He was putting a license plate on a car and directed me inside the showroom for Andreas to help me. Andreas listened to what I wanted within in 2 days I drove off the Wellesley VW lot with a beautiful 2013 Jetta TDI. Prior to leaving Andreas explained and showed me how to use features of the Navigation system, radio, synced my mobile phone to the Bluetooth. The purchasing experience was a pleasure - So refreshing. I had already visited 2 VW dealerships and found the sales staff to be too aggressive in their need to sell a car. At both dealerships I was met by a salesperson that was more interested in stuffing a business card into my hand then finding out why I was at their dealership. I soon found out that this business card was a way to mark me as taken. The salesperson was too busy to help but didnt want to lose a possible sale to another sales member. The other dealerships should follow the model at Wellesley VW. If youre busy direct the customer to a team member that can help the customer.

my husband and I set out Sunday to find a new SUV. First stop Wellesley VW. We collectively over the years had bought 6 VWs but had not had one in many years. We were greeted by Andreas Becker who happily set us up to test drive the Teguan. We decided we needed the bigger Toureg. We were hooked. Andreas took us through the process with no stress or pressure. We traded in our car and yesterday drove away with our new car. He brought me over to register with the service Department and introduced me to the manager. Then we set out to review all the bells and whistles of the car. My experience was seamless; as I made a time to meet with Tom, he kindly picked me up from a nearby commuter rail station. At the dealership, we thoroughly discussed all my options including purchasing a new car versus a leased car and compared the benefits of purchasing a used vehicle to both as well. We test drove several vehicles and discussed my likes and dislikes of each model and narrowed it down to a 2010 Jetta. Tom helped me fully understand all my options and ultimately made the buying experience very simple. Tom was also extremely flexible in helping me back on the road in terms of signing my paperwork and getting my new Jetta on the road. I am most certainly going to recommend Tom as an excellent resource to purchasing a new vehicle to all my friends and family in the New England area.

Very poor experience with the service department! [Hence the length of this review] I never got the impression that they were NOT trying to screw me. I brought my VW Jetta TDI to VW Wellesley service department and left my car with Mike to have a check engine light diagnosed (which I had already done by a separate mechanic so I knew what the fault codes were). Diagnosis came back and Mike said that it would be a $1,000 repair. When I asked Mike to email me a write-up of the diagnosis or at least an "itemization" of what they intended to do, he acted like I was asking him to rewrite the Magna Carta. After a 5 minute conversation that made me feel like I was in the Twilight Zone (ie. is this guy seriously asking me "why" I wanted to see a breakdown of a $1,000 work order?) I finally told him not to do anything and that I would pick the car up the next day. Remember what I said about them never giving me the impression that they were NOT trying to screw me? Well, this is a perfect example; if he didn't have anything to hide then why wouldn't he give me a detailed (ie line-by-line) report of the work that they proposed to do on my car? It was like pulling teeth trying to get this, which ultimately does not make me want to trust this guy, or the dealership, to do ANYTHING to my car.Fast forward to the next day: I pick up my car (begrudgingly pay the $112 "diagnosis fee") and start calling VW of America to see if any of the work is covered under warranty. [oh and do you think Mike or anybody at VW Wellesley tried to help me with this warranty issue...NOPE - its money out of their pocket. I asked them if it was covered and they said no, flat out "no"]After a few days of conversations, VW of America ultimately decides to cover 1/3 of the work under warranty (thanks VW) so I at least get $300 towards my repairs. But, I decide that I don't trust Mike or the guys at Wellesley AT ALL so I have them fix the part that is under warranty and nothing else. Instead I decided to have a VW "specialist" look at the other problem that was not covered under warranty and thus not fixed by VW Wellesley. I had done research at this point and found a guy south of Boston who sounds like he really knows his stuff - especially relating to the TDIs.Long story short, I pick up the car and am taking it to this VW "Specialist" in Braintree (isn't it ironic that the VW "specialist" in this case is not actually a VW dealer???) and when I get to this guy's shop, I pop open the hood of my engine, and what do I see?? Sitting in plain sight: there is a set of socket wrench heads sitting on my engine cover. Apparently, the VW Wellesley mechanic closed the hood of my car forgetting that he left a set of socket wrench adapters on my engine!!!! Ever since I left the VW dealership, I had been driving around with the dealerships' tools rattling around in my engine compartment!!! Talk about a potential disaster: what would happen if one of those socket wrench bits bounced into my timing belt or the fan, or any moving part / orifice in my engine????? That would have been BIGTIME problems! Lawsuit and liability central!!!Just to b clear: here's why I am writing this......I can deal with getting screwed on price at the dealership service department,I can deal with paying $112 for a VW flunkie mechanic to plug in a vag-com and diagnose what a guy at AutoZone can do for free,I can deal with the honest mistake that a flunkie mechanic left his tools in my engine compartment...however, I can not deal with Mike and the people at VW Wellesley not understanding the liability of what they had just done: and instead hanging up the phone on me because they were mad that I had discarded the tools. Mike was LESS concerned about the damage that could have been caused from that foreign tool lodging itself somewhere in my engine and MORE concerned with the fact that he is out the $29 bucks that those tools cost.I will NEVER go to VW Wellesley again: not for service, not for sales, not for a $112 check engine light, not to drop off misplaced mechanics tools, NOT FOR NOTHIN'!!FYI....if anyone is looking for an honest mechanic to work on their VW in the Boston area, call Chris Hill at Kraftwerke. He has my car right now fixing the problem with my car that I REFUSED to let VW Wellesley fix.

He was very low key, extremely professional, and an excellent listener. I have sold financial products for 45 years and know a good sales person when I see one. He asked good questions and helped me locate the car which fit my requirements at another dealer nearby. My wife and I were looking at a few gas-friendly new car options, and having heard great things about TDI Diesel vehicles, we stopped over at Wellesley VW to test a few out. After 5 minutes of looking around, we were greeted by Tom Whittaker, and were taken care of for the rest of the time. Tom was able to answer our TDI questions, and informed us about points we weren't aware of beforehand. After doing a test drive, we liked the 2013 Jetta Sportswagen, but weren't ready to sign the papers that moment. Tom provided us with all the information we needed along with a fair starting price without making us feel pressured to buy right then. A big purchase like a new car is a big deal and Tom proved to understand that by not going down the 'hard sell' path with. That was huge, as he showed a lot of respect for our time and money. After a few days of thinking on it, we settled on a very fair price with Tom, and went in that afternoon to do the paperwork and pick up our new car! We also want to thank his Sales manager Mike, who succeeded in breaking the stereotype of the "man upstairs" who doesn't let the customer out of the store without providing more pressure to buy on the spot. Tom's patient and relaxed approach throughout made the car buying experience fun again. For those interested in a "break all old expectations" car buying experience, we couldn't recommend Wellesley Volkswagen more highly. Thanks!!

I was pleasantly surprised by my buying experience at Wellesley VW. I went there based on the excellent experience I had with their service for my old vehicle. What made my buying experience great was Andreas Becker, my sales person. He quickly determined my needs and preferences without being obvious about it. My salesperson, Aurelio Papon, was extremely knowledgeable about volkswagens. He had a very easy going, no pressure demeanor. He let the car sell itself. Aurelio was able to advocate for me in order to get a fair price for both me and the dealer. When i went to pick up my new car Aurelio has had hand dried the car (it had recently rained). He also walked me through setting up the bluetooth connection for my two phones an explained all the various gadgets. He was extremely patient even though I had my two children (5 and 8) with me. I had wanted to buy a Jetta TDI wagon for a while. Finally things fell into place. A good friend recommended this dealership. They are very knowledgable and low key to deal with. They gave me a very fair deal with absolutely no hassle or sales pressure. Fortunately the exact model and color was on their lot, so this was my most pleasant buying experience ever. The sales person, Mr. Andreas Becker was extremely cordial and knew all the ins and out of the car. I would highly recommend speaking to him about your next VW purchase. Although he carefully explained the TDI wagon was a great car, I found his description rather understated. It is a fabulous machine. Very sporty; it handles like a fine tuned sports/racer if you are so inclined. As well, it is a wonderful car on the highway for long distance driving.

MR. KEVIN MULLIN was fantastic! He listened to what I wanted and needed and he showed me multiple options and he let me decide which car was best for me. He is brilliant, like a walking google website of all things Volkswagon. He discussed all the options on all the cars according to year and model. I am sure he is your Best saleman. My partner and I had been investigating getting a new car before my 12 year old car had more problems. We looked at Volkswagens and was deciding which dealer to use when he was told by a co-worker that Kevin Mullin from Wellesley Volkswagen was quite helpful and he felt he got a fair deal. We began with an 'information gathering' call and he helped us look at various options new v. used, leasing v. owning. He took the time to review any concerns. Ultimately we received a price that was realistic for both ourselves and the dealership. He gave the information to Anthony Velardo for financing. Anthony was patient with my anxiety of a major purchase. He ultimately found a rate that was better than my credit union. His soft sell of additional products helped me choose the ones that best suited my needs. The whole process was quite fast..from the initial call to picking up the vehicle it was 30 hours. Kevin also spent a long time explaining the features of the car initially and then went step by step of all the features just prior to leaving the dealership. I certainly plan on 'paying it forward' and continue the recommendations.

I wanted to upgrade from my Jetta TDi (which I loved) to something more prestigious. I checked out Mercedes, Lexus and some others. Wellesley Volkswagon was so amazing on the service of my Jetta that I had to consider staying with them. I worked with Andreas. He is awesome! In fact, he behaved more like a prestige brand than any of the prestige brand dealers. I had to insist that Mercedes and Lexus stop calling me multiple times per week to remind me that my time to make the best deal was running out. Andreas always returned my calls within minutes but he never harassed me. He claims it's because he has confidence in his product. As he should. I bought a Toureg TDi and LOVE it. But I have to say, Wellesley VW and especially Andreas will have my business for a long time. I can't speak highly enough for them. Their price for the Toureg and my trade-in were on spot with the best rates posted on the blog sites. They never haggled and never harassed. I was looking for about 4 months as I considered a number of different vehicles. They were always glad to see me but never bugged me between visits. Great car, great dealer, great sales and great service!

I loved my Dodge Durango, however, my wallet didn't. I was looking for a more fuel efficient car so decided on the Jetta Hybrid. I did my homework on all the Hybrids and dealerships in the area. I came to the conclusion that I needed to try Wellesley VW because of all the glowing reviews it had received. One name that I continued to read about was Andreas Becker and his honest straightforward approach; to my delight when I walked in the door he was the first to greet me. I told him what I wanted and within minutes we were on a test drive, after the test drive I decided that I would buy the car. The negotiation was painless and comfortable, and they handled all the financial paperwork, registration, insurance, inspection and fueling on the date and time as promised - so picking up the car was as easy as the negotiation to purchase the car. Aurelio breaks the "bad" stereotype of a car salesperson. He's friendly, very easy going, pleasant to work with, and didn't try to force feed us a sale. We first started working with him over a year ago because we weren't in a rush to buy and was interested in getting a better deal with a used TDI. As soon as cars came in, he would give us a call because he knew that they wouldn't stay on the lot for long. After more than a year passed with no luck, we realized that should just purchase new. Despite running into some bumps after the purchase agreement, Aurelio still continues to be the same friendly and easy going guys. In fact, he made the extra effort of picking out a new plate number that not only included a lucky number in our culture, but also avoided the unlucky number as well. Bonus points to Aurelio!

As a first time car buyer, as well as purchasing from out of state, Aurelio made the process go smoothly and stress free. After going to other volkswagen dealers and being ignored (specifically the dealership in Bedford, MA) I knew that Wellesley VW and Aurelio were the right dealership/dealer to buy from as soon as I arrived. Aurelio gave accurate information regarding volkswagen cars compared to other manufacturers, but did so in a way that was not pushy. I would highly recommend this dealership, and in particular my salesman Andreas Becker, and Sales Manager Mike Ahern. Andreas was a pleasure to deal with - knowledgable and passionate about the cars, no-pressure, and was able to accommodate my schedule and a last minute configuration AFTER I purchased the car - truly above and beyond. Mike was also extremely friendly, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to deal with as well.I traded in my car and financed my new car and the dealership handled everything with registration, insurance, and all the other minutiae and kept me informed throughout the process and followed up to let me know things had been taken care of.My step-mother had also purchased a car from Wellesley VW and had a great experience as well.- Jason W.

I recently bought my second car from Aurelio at Wellesley VW. He treated me and my wife courteously and fairly.Before we purchased this car, we actually looked at other cars from other dealers. We came back to Aurelio not only because we preferred the VW, but also because of the way we were treated. No pressure, no ridiculous pitches, and none of the BS you might get at other dealers. Aurelio takes the approach that he wants a longer term relationship and that if he treats you fairly and like an adult, you're likely to come back to him when you need your next car. It works.

Low-key easy process. My sales associate, Aurelio, was wonderful to work with, made the experience convenient for me as well as non-stressful. He took the time to instruct me on the details of all of the systems and on top of that was nice to my kid, too!

Buying a car here was a great experience. The sales associate really listened to what I wanted in a car as well as what I was willing to pay. He wasn't pushy at all and worked with his management to get me into the car I really wanted. I would highly recommend this dealership and working with Aurelio (Sales Associate).

I've been looking for a new car and was test driving different manufacturers. As soon as I walked into the showroom I met Aurelio. From step 1 he answered all my questions and took me out for a test drive. There was no pressure to buy and I could tell he enjoyed talking about the cars. He explained everything to me throughout the process and when it came time to pick up the car he took the time to make sure I was comfortable in it. This was a great buying experience and I would recommend anyone to go see Aurelio for a car.

I have been using these guys for service since Bernardi VW closed a few years back. I have always found them to be honest, dependable and reasonable. They have squeezed me in on more than one occasion when I've been in a jam. As a result of the level of service that we've received over the years, we just purchased a new Tiguan for our daughter from them. We found their sales dept. to be equally as helpful and accommodating.

Wellesley VW is about 60 miles from my home, but offered the best deal on a used CC that I could find. Our salesman, Scott Marlette, is completely top shelf. He's attentive but not pushy, knows cars, and was great to work with.

Aurelio was exceptional and I would highly recommend him. He made the entire process very smooth. It took me a while to figure out what car I wanted but after a few test drives I finally settled on the Passat TDI. Aurelio never pressured me into making a commitment. He is one of the best and I will certainly buy from him again.

This is my second car purchased from Wellesley VW. When we purchased our Routan last year, we met Aurelio and had perhaps our best car buying experience ever. About 8 months later I began to look for a replacement for my beatup passenger car. I talked with Aurelio about a Jetta but had not decided to buy at the time. I finally came back last week and was able to quickly find a brand new Jetta that was within my price range. Aurelio is so low pressure that it is really a pleasant experience to buy a car from him and I intend to purchase many more from this dealership. Also, dealing with Anthony (the business and finance guy) is very low pressure and different from what you would expect. I've brought my other VW (the Routan) in for service several times and have been very pleased with the service department also. Overall, a very positive experience. I live an hour away from the dealership, but it is worth it to go this far to find a professional dealership that respects everyone and treats people well.

Prior to purchasing the car and waiting for the registration was a great experience, because Aurelio Pabon, my sales consultant, personally informed me of all the things I should be concerned about for the car. His friendliness and enthusiasm in selling me a car, even if I kept on changing the models (Passat, CC), was considerably patient. I appreciate all the help I received from Aurelio, the calls and the response to emails was respectable. One thing this place is different from other places is that they want the best cars for you, so it doesn't matter much which cars provide them the best money, because they just love you equally with your various options.I look forward to receiving the best services if ever my car has future problems.Best of luck to you Aurelio and the Volkswagen team,Kris S - Babson College

Aurelio was helpful, friendly, and made the entire visit a success. We got a great deal, and Aurelio went out of his way to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted, going so far as to arrange bringing in a car all the way from New York. I was very impressed and grateful with my experience and would highly recommend this dealership, especially compared to other Volkswagen dealerships in the area, where my experience wasn't as great. Aurelio didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't want and was honest about the products we were considering, giving great advice. Definitely deserves 5 stars!

I went to different VW dealers with a limited budget to buy the car I have always wanted. The best seller was definitely Aurelio Pabon. He really helped me choosing the best car/price , I ended up getting the car of my dreams!. The process was very quickly, I even changed my mind and called him (after choosing the color I decided I wanted a different one!) and he found the car the same day within a 5 minutes period!. When I went to pick up my beautiful/amazing and still smart-price vehicle, Aurelio taught me everything I needed to know about my car! I seriously recommend him if you are looking for a VW. I've been waiting for my new GLI Autobahn for months! I'm very excited to finally be able to own one. Thanks to Wellesley VW, specifically to Aurelio Pavon for making it possible. Aurelio is an extremely nice guy. He is unlike every other salesperson that I have known. Aurelio shows true concern for the customer and he wants to do whatever possible to achieve the customer's maximum satisfaction. For a while, I thought that I would never get a chance to find my car, but thanks to Aurelio, in a couple of days he exceeded every expectation. Aurelio makes the buying process easy, and friendly. One can really count on him to fulfill the highest expectations. I would completely recommend him for the ultimate buying experience. Anthony, as well, is another great person. He makes the process easy and he is willing to work with you so that you can achieve your greatest. Combined with Aurelio, they make a great team. When you go shopping for a VW, you should totally visit Wellesley VW because they make the experience seem as if you were shopping with friends. I recommend Aurelio most highly. He is knowledgeable,articulate and very pleasant to talk with. He puts one at ease by his relaxed manner. No pressure is exerted and questions are answered clearly and thoroughly. I was somewhat hesitant of the Jetta I previously thought I would buy but he convinced me to look at another model which indeed met my expectations. I leased the car without hesitation. Now that I have driven it I can confirm that I am very pleased with it. I am also grateful to Aurelio for his excellent assistance

Very responsive, knowledgable and friendly. Listened to what I was looking for and quickly had me in two cars for test drives. After test drives and running numbers, again quickly, he listened again and didn't try to push things I was not interested. this all resulted in a quick sale and a happy customer.

My father and I arrived at Wellesley Volkswagon with no expectations of buying a car. But when Aurelio introduced himself to us and showed us a couple of used cars on the lot, our mentality changed. His knowledge, humblenesss, and friendliness was the difference in this deal. I walked away as happy GTI owner, all thanks to Aurelio. I had been a service customer of Wellesley VW since around 1978. They had taken care of my familys cars 1 Cabriolet,2 Mazdas (when you were a dealer), 1 Golf, and 3 Jettas which had all available 4 and 6 cylinder variations. Three years ago I opted to try a Hyundai and although the car was OK, I could not find a Service department that came even close to the level of responsiveness and expertise of Wellesley VW. Thats one of the main reasons I bought my new VW Tiguan from your dealership this June. Its good to be back. My wife traded her Jetta 3 years ago for an Forester. Even though she likes her car almost as much as the Jetta wagon she traded, Subaru service departments are nothing like yours. The quality difference is hard to miss.
