Excellent and timely service. Very pleasant waiting area with coffee and snacks available. Perfect for catching up with work while your car is being serviced. Very professional service. I would suggest to work on more timely on-site waiting availability. The soonest available for me was two weeks out for an oil change. Just a recommendation.

Absolutely fantastic service. Both times I brought my 2011 Sonata here I was expecting to pay WAY more than I actually ended up paying. They even once managed to get a seized engine covered under a recall for me! They literally saved me from having to purchase an entire new car! We found a needle in a haystack when we found our 2018 Santa Fe (with 3rd Row) at a value that was the lowest around! It was being serviced when we arrived and we were the first to see it before it was detailed. Ramon, the sales associate, assisted us during the purchase. He was very friendly and personable; however, he had a couple keystroke errors on the paperwork that delayed the processing time. He was a new hire and probably needs some more training with understanding the process. Alex, the sales manager, took the extra time with us and made sure that the vehicle was to our satisfaction. When we purchased the vehicle, it was in need of upholstery cleaning and Alex provided a loaner vehicle for us to use until the cleaning was taken care of. He even had Renee deliver our car to our home, so we didn't have to make an extra trip to return the loaner vehicle. She made sure we were satisfied with our vehicle before she left. We would definitely recommend them for their sales department and will be taking our new purchase to their service department for future maintenance!

Dill Adams Jr. was very professional with me. My previous purchase, which was also made with his assistance, was totaled in an accident and I had to buy a new car. I purchased the same year, make, and model as before. As soon as Mr. Adams saw me, he immediately asked if I was injured in the accident and made it known that he was concerned about my well-being, which is hard to find in a car salesman. He preceded to show me that exact car that I wanted since he knew I wanted the same car, and the time spent at the dealership was quick as far as purchasing a new car goes. My salesman was Anthony Ray in Richmond,VA. He was more than awesome!! Usually you go to a dealership and they try to push cars on you or sell you something you don't want despite what you told them you desired\required. Not here!!! I'm they type of person to talk myself out of it. So it took a little more time and patience then what he probably is used to. But he gave me space and let ME make the decision and I appreciate that. I was a bit surprised by the mileage on the vehicle at delivery (105) and the volume of programming done on the audio. When I originally looked at the vehicle, it had just six miles on it.

This has led to an prolonged contract time and increased work on my end. Otherwise, they are fantastic it just seems that they may benefit from increased communication between departments.

Originally I planned to buy a 2016 Elantra that gets great gas mileage and is comfortable to drive. I was shown that car, yet just to be certain I also wanted to see the 2017 Elantra, which I was shown and I fell in love with! I had researched the Elantra online, and also, since many are on the road I asked quite a few owners how they liked the car. All reports were excellent. I love my brand new car! Chester could not have been nicer. He listened to my concerns, discussed options available with cars then available at the dealership and found us a vehicle that met and exceeded our needs. All this at a very reasonable price and with no pressure sales tactics. Following the purchase, the meeting with Hank to discuss financing, etc., proved equally pleasant and professional. We did the paperwork, discussed various purchase options that were available, none of which we took, and discussed how best to license the vehicle and then transfer our other car's plates to this one. Bottom line, this dealership and its employees were great. Couldn't ask for more. Will certainly recommend them to my friends and of course, depending on the performance of the car, return when it comes time to buying a new car.

i traded a vehicle originally purchased from this dealership, hoped they would pay more for my trade but only received basic wholesale, was told they could buy my vehicle all day long from the auction and i was lucky to get what i got. note, our car was non-smoker, perfect leather interior, the original floor mats hadn't even been used, 36 k on the odometer after 3 years, zero paint work and zero damage to the car. even had original windshield and window sticker. looked and drove like new and had been babied. oh well, i guess the stereotype lives on about every car dealer being the same and doesn't care about earning long time customers.

I learned about this site after buying a truck earlier this month and wish I knew about it when I experience the poor service I received from West Broad Hyundai in 2015. Last year when I bought my Hyundai, I did not realize until I closed on the deal and was home that there was a foul smell in the trunk. I reported it to the dealership and they denied they could smell anything. I spoke with the Service Manager, Beverly Lees, who was not helpful at all, just full of resistance. I attempted to call the General Manager, and never received a call back after leaving voicemails. After writing a poor review on Dealer's web site, I was contacted by a corporate service manager that took the position that on good faith he would have my trunk cleaned. When they performed the work, they just added deodorizers, and once they dissipated the foul odor was back. I then elected to take the car to a different Hyundai Dealer in Williamsburg and they had a chemical cleaning process that was better (not perfect). What a difference in professionalism, courtesy, customer focus, and commitment! West Broad could learn a great deal from Williamsburg.

It took me a while to do this, but just wanted to say that my experience with purchasing a new car at WBH was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had quite a few. I had some sever credit issues, and yet, Ali and Kevin were able to get me in a late model used car which was the exact car that I wanted at a reasonable price. And all of the sales staff there are top-notch. Even when my sales guy was busy, the others made sure I was taken care of and comfortable. There wasn't the normal feeling of competition amongst the sales staff that you normally get at dealerships. They seem like a real family there and it makes for a great relaxing atmosphere and a wonderful car-buying experience. Thanx again, WBH! I will definitely be bringing my daughters there when it is time to purchase their cars.

I've had good service on both of our cars, Azera and our 2 Genesis. Only time it was lacking was when we needed our navigation update done. They kept my car only to tell me they did not have the disc to do the upgrade. Still waiting to hear back from them when to bring the car in for it. I would have thought they would know what was needed when they setup my appointment in advance.

I did not buy my car there, and they treated me as if I did. I got a loaner car the whole two and a half weeks while they troubleshot a nagging issue with my car. Our Salesman, Jonathan Nobles, was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the sales experience. There was no pressure, and he appreciated what we already knew and wanted in a vehicle...he made us feel that our satisfaction was most important. The same applies to Sales Manager, Ryan Grant, who diligently worked to offer us a more competitive deal that would fit our budget, and Daryl Johnson, Finance Manager, who offered us an interest rate that beat our home credit union where we have been banking for years. These three could not have been more accommodating, friendly, yet professional, and a pleasure to work with!

First rate as always. We have purchased several cars from WBH and will continue to do so. Scott (our sales rep) did a great job and did everything he could to make the buying experience for us a positive one. He did not engage in "cookie cutter" sales tactics, rather he listened to our needs and worked hard to get us the best deal and to deliver the car in a timely manner. Also the sales manager we worked with (sorry I can't remember his name) was fantastic to work with as well.

The service department gets you in and out when its an oil change. I have not had to have "work" done on my car. Courteous people. Super clean dealership. Coffee isn't bad either..

Love Love Love my service advisor Matt and sales man Anthony!!! They are the best, each and every time I am in the dealership I am treated just like family, Anthony sold me my first Hyundai in 2012 and I have own 3 in total since then!!! They always provide me with the utmost customer service and I come back because of them. They are two employees that should be recognized for their supreme customer service skills. I hope this makes it down to them because they need to know they make a huge difference to Hyundai in this returning customers eyes.

We came to the dealership after having already found the vehicle we wanted online; our sales person William "Bill" Morrissey took us out to the vehicle on the lot, went over its features in detail, and we went on a test drive. Even though it was late in the evening, we worked out the deal and the trade that evening and I was able to drive my new car home! I'm so happy to have found a great car that is practical, comfortable to drive, and has those little luxury touches that make me feel excited to drive it every day. While I'd have liked to feel as though I got a better deal on the car, West Broad Hyundai's prices are reasonable enough that they don't have a lot of built-in padding. Having been a Hyundai owner for a few years already, I'm glad to keep my new vehicle in the Hyundai family, and I'm looking forward to working with this dealership for a long time.

I own 3 Hyundais all purchased at West Broad Hyundai. I will not go anywhere else to have my vehicles serviced. You could not ask for a better service staff. They are very professional, very informative and tell me what is needed to be done to my vehicles to keep me and my family safe. I thoroughly trust them. It was time to buy a New Used vehicle and after seeing a vehicle I liked on the internet, I called and told them I wanted to come to the dealership and take a look at it. It was almost an hours drive and they held the vehicle until I could get there later that day. The salesman ( Chester ) was very friendly, very helpful and kept me up to date every second of the purchase. I was advised of all of the problems found during the maintenance check. I was given the options to fix these items and shown the car fax. After speaking with them with little effort, they agreed to do all of the repairs and not raise the price of the vehicle. I love my New Used Vehicle. I can tell you , the next time I am looking for a vehicle I will go right back to them and trust I will get a good deal with honest service.

Had my oil changed. They overfilled it, to the point where it was .5" to 1" about the F line on the dipstick. Before I left and even checked behind them I asked for the left over oil that i brought in (I bring my own. FYI). There was none and they said that 4 quart filled it perfectly to the F line. Strange since the car hold less than 4. I left and went home and checked that their were no leaks, over or under filled, etc. That is when I found out that is was way over filled and that not only did they no it wrong that they lied to my face about it.You cannot trust the Techs nor any of the service people here. They may seems nice, but wait till you have an issue and have to speak to a service or general manager about it. Some of the rudest people I have talked to. They try to confront you, belittle you, and try to make it seems like you are at fault.AWFUL.Just don't go here, You can still get treated like crap and get defective service at Jiffy Lube or wherever for half the price!

The customer service at West Broad Hyundai is overall better than Pearson Hyundai. My salesman Stephen Samuel, Ryan Grant, and Kevin Johnson was extremely pleasant to me while working to get my within my budget. They went the exra mile to contact Hyundai Blue Link to get everything transferred from my 2013 Hyundai Sonata GLS to my new 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited. They even had the car detailed and cleaned on the inside. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family members.

I was glad to visit a dealership and deal with salepeople who were interested in making me happy. I worked with Steve Samuel when buying my 2013 Santa Fe LWB SUV. He was great and let us take a few testdrives over the course of a few months. Once the time came to purchase Steve was helpful in explaining the process and all the features available. The price was also great and I couldn't complain since they cam down below invoice. SCORE! I really enjoyed the whole experience.

This experience has been one to brag about. The service from my Sales agent Will B. and the entire staff was amazing. No one ever made me feel like I was just a client. It was like they were selling the car to a friend. I am totally happy with my new 2012 Hyundai Sonata. The warrenty is great. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check with them. I chose to do my financing through my own bank but they were definitly willing to help me in any way possible. Will took the time to go through the enitre process and made sure I knew I had his support. He was honest and showed empathy to my situation. I want to thanks Will, Kevin and the entire staff and look forward to working with you all in the future!

I recently moved here from another state, where I had a company car and was interested in purchasing a new Hyundai Sonata, of the three in the Richmond area, I have to say that West Broad Hyundai responded very Quickly, when I tell you they were eager to earn my business, they were able to answer all my questions and made the buying process the best experience I have ever had. Since my purchase, I have had a chance to visit the service department and their staff was equally as impressive and attentive. I recently bought a 2013 Genesis Coupe from West Broad Hyundai and left a very satisfied customer. Usually I am wary of car salesmen, but Chester Wisniewski, who helped me with my purchase, gave me honest answers to all of my questions, worked hard to get me the deal I wanted, remained helpful throughout the entire process, and best of all-- he wasn't pushy! I have always had trouble with getting courteous service at this dealership since I Purchased my car. I had loud squeaking with only 10k miles. They told me "this is normal". I complained about the steering wheel making noise and was told "this is normal". I complained about the headlights being pointed downward which makes nighttime driving difficult...of course got that "it's normal" response. I complained that my hubs were rusty with only 20K miles, however, did not accept that "normal" response and when I pursued it, they agreed to replace the hubs "once only" for $80 and warned me it would happen again. I made some calls and found out the correct way is to sand the hubs and put a black rustnolium paint. West Broad service manager told me Hyundai can't do that. WRONG, West Broad WON'T do that. What part of "I do not want a temporary fix" don't they understand. WARNING...There are good Hyundai dealerships, do not settle for this one!!!

Went in to see about getting a used vehicle. Got the impression I was bothering the finance manager because I did not have $2000 cash to put down. He kept telling me he would call me back several times and never followed up. Purchased a vehicle from CarMax instead.

unfortunately, Sales reps at this location have poor inter-personal communication skills and lack of sales experience. They should learn how to talk with customers first, rather jump in to demonstrate their cheap sales tricks. How dare a Sales rep can call a customer a 'JOCKER' on his face itself? That too, when the same customer brought another (new) customer & bringing them business?instead of learning about how better should they do business, sales reps making making fun of (Returning) customers and making offending statements. This is not just ridiculous, but also damaging to Hundai brand. Hopefully, the management will pay attention soon before it cost them much.Sales reps: Take a piece of advice.. Don't laugh at customer, when they're making multiple trips to buy a car. Eventually, they get a good car, and hopefully, they may save some money too for their family end of the day. You've to laugh at yourself, if you can't sell the car to a customer, and earn no money for yourself, nor for your family. If customer not buying cars from your location, you're remaining as jocker, not customer. Please mind it. If customer spending money on buying new cars, you should mind that the same customer is giving you life, and a smile to your family. Hope you realize it soon.
