Amazing Staff!! I just leased my first new car from here and Mr. Wilkinson went above and beyond to help me! He was very friendly and made sure to really understand my situation and what I was looking for. Since it was my first new car, there was a lot I didn't know, but he was very patient and explained everything in detail - from the lease options to every important feature in my new car. He was never too pushy, just helped me to understand all of my options and guided me in choosing a package that I was comfortable with. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I had a really tight time line, but the West Herr team was able to get everything done for me fairly quickly. Getting a new car is a pretty tedious process, but Mr. Wilkinson and the team at West Herr made it as painless as possible!

Wow, I was very impressed again with this team! I needed a car after a recent accident. I worked with Brian, and he took time to really listen to what I wanted. After finding an ideal used vehicle, he said he needed to have the car detailed and serviced. He called me to tell me that the car didn't pass inspection and needed a part, but he had another car to show me if it didn't work out. He could have just let me take the other car, but instead he did the honest thing and offered me another car. This car turned out to be an even better deal. He said I could pick it up in two days, but when I asked if I could get it the same day, Brian and his team did a lot of extra work to get it done. Brian did an outstanding job, but really everyone I met with gave me the same strong impression: they wanted me to be happy. This is why I went to them first when I needed a car.

This was my 3rd car lease from WestHerr through Max Rubin. Both experiences were pleasant and efficient with all possibilities well explained. I highly recommend Max to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle and to be treated fairly. Another reason for doing business at West Herr is their great service department. I've had nothing but enjoyable visits there.

I recently purchased a new Lincoln Corsair at West Herr Ford Lincoln. My car buying experience was top notch. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa. She was extremely helpful throughout the process. Melissa was patient, payed attention to details, quick to respond to my inquiries, she offered several different vehicle options, and worked to get me the best price for the vehicle I chose. The Lincoln Corsair is luxurious and sporty. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I would highly recommend West Herr Ford Lincoln!

Max was wonderful to deal with. We (my husband and myself) as well as my daughter and her family have leased numerous vehicles over the years through Max and have had extremely good working relationships with him. He is very honest and knowledgeable concerning Ford products and a real pleasure to do business with.
