Our experience dealing with West Herr dealerships--West Herr Kia and West Herr Nissan was wonderful. After doing test drives, we ended up buying a vehicle from West Her Kia. We were greeted warmly when we came in and were immediately directed to a salesperson, Kyle Kluckhohn, who took the time to listen to our needs and concerns for this purchase. He gave us a two different vehicles to try out. While he was over getting the vehicles we were visited by Ziad the sales manager and asked about our experience. When we went to purchase, Louis the finance manager made us feel very comfortable and answered all our questions. He worked with us to find the best payment options. After the purchase, Mike B. came to talk to us not only about today's purchase but also was concerned about a poor experience we had at a sister dealership 5 years ago and gave his card and contact info and said if we EVER had any questions or needed help with our new KIA to call him directly. I felt so valued and respected as a customer that I have no hesitation recommending this dealership and its sister Nissan dealership across the street. Chelsey at that location was wonderful in setting up appointments and answering questions, but ultimately we decided the KIA was a better purchase for us. So if you are need of a car, I would send you over to West Herr Kia to Davonte, Kyle, Ziad, and Mike. They'll make sure you are a happy camper; they made our car purchase a painless and enjoyable process.

After driving two West Herr Jaguars, I was skeptical of buying a Kia. Because of the satisfaction we've had with my wife's Kia Sportage, I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima from Lindsay Romanchuk. I could NOT be more satisfied. Lindsay went above the call of duty to find me the color and model I wanted. I was very pleased with the price and the follow up from my sales representative. I have found both a dealership and a sales rep. for all of my future automotive purchases.

Mark and his manager went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted in the budget I set, they were not pushy at all like most car salesman, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new Kia to go to west herr Kia, they are the nicest people to work with!

This is the second KIA we have purchased from West Herr KIA. The whole process is much easier than I expected and we are extremely happy with our KIA Sorento! We purchased the vehicle on 10/11/2016 and are thoroughly enjoying our new car! This is the second experience we have had with Lindsay Romanchuk as our Sales Consultant. She is amazing! She is friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles not only in their showroom, but available in the surrounding area. This was also the second time using Jason Wiepert the financial services manager to assist us with the financing. He made everything easy and effortless. He showed us all the different options without pressuring us into spending more than we wanted. We will definitely be calling her again for our next car purchase!

For several years my wife and I have purchased vehicles through a great honest salesperson located at the West Herr Kia Store. Lindsay Romanchuk has done an awesome job searching for the vehicles with the options that we liked and needed. When it comes to the final day for delivery on that vehicle, Lindsay not only goes through the paperwork thouroughly explaining details, but also reviews the options and programs that makes the purchase of the vehicle so nice.

I have recently leased a Kia Optima from the dealership in Orchard Park, NY. I chose this dealership, because of the very positive experience that I had last year when helping my 88 year old parents acquire a car. Marc Nagy was great! He was so patient with them and got them a very affordable deal. When my poor ten year old Jaguar blew a head gasket and had to be put down, I knew the first place I would head. I contacted Marc and told him I was interested in leasing. He told me that the current best offer was for the Optima. He explained all my options and helped me make the right decision. The deal he arranged for me was well within my budget. I especially liked the patience he showed when explaining the car's features. I would definitely recommend Marc and this dealership. I love the car! It is beautiful. It is a luxury car without the luxury car price tag.

This was only my second time purchasing a vehicle but Mark Milleville made it such an easy and accommodating experience. He explained everything I had questions about and in a very understandable way. It was simple and fast to come up with a plan that worked for me, and ended up driving my new car off the lot afterwards! Needless to say, I would recommend this dealership 100% to a friend or family member based off the customer service, the professional atmosphere, and the speed of which I was able to get my new car.

The salesperson Rob was extremely helpful and informative. I was interested in leasing a Subaru impreza hatchback but ended up getting an even better deal on a certified preowned 2014. The whole experience went smoothly and I was very pleased with the end result. Would recommend to a friend.

I was given a price on a new Kia on an internet chat. Upon arrival they did not want to honer the price. After some tense time and going thru 2 managers they finally gave me the price. Not a comfortable time and only made the purchase because of the price. Sales rep and finance manager were much better and understanding. That is the only good part of the process. Its hard to trust a place that does not honor its original communications.

We would highly recommend Adam Boe at West Herr Kia/Subaru! When shopping for a used car and really not knowing what we wanted, Adam was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to point out benefits of different vehicles. We drove several different cars and with Adam's help were able to get a great deal and purchase a used Subaru. We will definitely recommend West Herr Kia/Subaru and Adam to friends and family!

When I began my search for a vehicle I was in a pickle with a leased vehicle in which I was over the mileage by 2K. Subaru/Kia worked the numbers by buying my lease vehicle instead of trading the lease, so that I would not get burned. Plus they gave me a great price for my car. The second positive/ great experience I had was my Sales Consultant, Mark Milleville at West-Herr Kia/Subaru. . He was very understanding of my situation and patient with my decision making. He went above and beyond my expectation of a sales person. Even, on his days off , he kept me informed. Helping me find the perfect car for ME.! I've bought two cars from Andrew Garrigan over the years, one new and one used. Each time he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. When I was in the market for a pick up, Andrew kept his eye out for me went out (in a snow storm) to send me pictures he took himself of the perfect truck the minute one was traded in. Next time I was in town visiting my in laws I bought the truck and drove it 6 hours back home and use it to commute to work everyday now. Could I have found something closer to home in the NYC area? Of course, but when you're buying a car youre making an investment in a machine that you need to get you to work everyday and your kids to school safe. Andrew has delivered in the past and I know I can count on him to again for my next vehicle. Even if it means having to go to the other end of the state, dealing with Andrew is worth it.
