I purchased a new Dodge neon from this dealer. Wanted to trade it in with 32,000 miles and they wouldn't, give me anything for it because it was a manual. The new car was also manual. The salesman kept going back and forth to a manager and we could not come to terms. Ended up buying the identical car from Acton Toyota, total purchase took less than 30 minutes. I have since bought a second Toyota from them.

We were looking to buy a used car but we saw a good deal and a nice rebate on a new car at Westboro Toyota. The salesman Leo Oliveria was very personable, always helpful and knowledgeable about their cars. Great to be able to buy locally!

I went to several Toyota dealerships in the area. I spoke with several sales reps, however, I didn't feel comfortable to do business with them. When I went to Westboro Toyota and met Julio Romero I felt that although he is a young man there was a high level of honesty and sincerity. He didn't promised anything, he understood what I was looking for and help me to achieve my goal. I love my new car and I recommend Westboro Toyota very highly to everyone.ThanksMiryan

We drove from New York to purchase a used Toyota that meet our specifications. When we walked in the door we were introduced to Ricky who was gong to be our sales person. I have to say he was the most polite personable sales person I have ever dealt with. His professionalism and his courteous and respectful way made our buying experience a very enjoyable experience.

Did a great job of analyzing issue with speaker, ensuring that I got it covered under warranty. Repair rep made sure that the job was done correctly. Only issue was some miscommunication between parts and service, but that was resolved quickly.

I purchased my 2nd Toyota Tundra from Westboro Toyota and couldn't be happier. They advertised the "right price" which was more competitive than some of the other local dealers and meant that I didn't have to haggle. In the end, I got a much better deal than the dealer down the road and overall had a great experience. When I took the truck back for the first no-cost maintenance, the dealership had completed their recent renovations and there is a nice waiting room with big screen tvs, and even a cafe. I'd definitely recommend you check these guys out.

When I went to Westboro Toyota to look for a car, I expected an exhausting and difficult time. I am a woman, who in the past, has had unpleasant experiences with other dealerships, so I was prepared for the same.Instead, I was met with courtesy and respect by everybody who spoke with me and helped me. Ricky P., the salesman showed me the cars I was interested in, and was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Edwin, the Sales Manager was extremely courteous and very fair. Paul D. , the Financial Manager, was also extremely helpful and very nice, and Leo O. went out of his way, at Edwin's suggestion, to follow me home to save me an extra trip as I had forgotten to bring in a necessary document. While there, Leo put on my license plates and spent close to a half hour patiently going over the features of my new car. All of these people, and a couple more whose names I don't know, were very considerate, pleasant and helpful in every way.I definitely suggest Westboro Toyota to everybody who is looking for a new or used car as I know I was treated pleasantly, honestly and fairly.

Westboro Toyota is an awesome dealership. Our salesman, Tim High, was incredibly patient, responsive and helpful. The General Sales Manager, Luiz Augusto Angelo, was also wonderful. We were equally impressed with Michael Knox, General Manager. They all went above and beyond to fix an issue that was no fault of their own and made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. I strongly recommend this dealership.

I went for a repair of the rack and pinion at Westboro Toyota on August 18, 2014, a cost of $996.73. I had an excellent experience in which the service advisor, assistant service manager James Lavelle, was very informative and communicative. Mr. Lavelle put in a lot of research on the vehicles repair, offered a shuttle from Westboro Toyota [which is amazing because the destination wasnt near Westboro] and he went above and beyond with helping me as a customer. He was on the phone with the independent shop that gave the quote, he was communicating with the other service managers in his department and he was very professional, friendly and courteous. Also, Westboro Toyota is the only dealership that advertises a matching price for an independent shop. Mr. Lavelle took my worries away because when I got quotes from local shops, they were too nervous and couldn't figure out how to do the repair without removing the engine from the car. Mr. Lavelle stated that Toyota knows their cars very well, and indeed Westboro Toyota far exceeded my expectations on this repair. I was nervous going in, and afterward the worries went away. Even though I had a past situation with Duy Pham in regards to a separate incident that involved my battery, it shouldn't reflect negatively on the service department at Westboro Toyota.

I purchased a new 4Runner from Westboro Toyota and could not have had a better car buying experience. I was feeling a little jaded after having a terrible experience at Toyota of Braintree, but Westboro Toyota really has it all! My communications with Kyle McCann were pleasant and thorough. The no haggle pricing made everything nice and simple. Joseph Cefalo was my product specialist and walked us through the whole pressure free process. Ryan Callahan was able to get me a very fair price on my trade in. I was at the dealership for a total of 3 hours and drove away in a new car, it could not have been easier or more pleasant. I will be referring everyone I know to Westboro Toyota!

Our product specialist (salesman) David, was amazing to work with! From the moment we stepped onto the lot, he was super nice and patient. Was not pushy or persistent. Gave us time to look around and waited for us to express interest. Took us out for a test drive, and was super patient while we discussed what we wanted to do. He was amazing! The wait time during the financial process of buying the car is what prevents the review from getting 5 stars all around. Though the financial rep, Pedro was super nice and very friendly. Part of the reason for the wait time was the time of day, though we did wait a long time after we expressed interest in purchasing before the financial part even began. Overall, it was a good car buying experience. David, in particular was the best part of the experience as his knowledge, kindness and patience are what made us stick around and purchase a car here. Will likely return in the future.

This was the first time I was purchasing a car on my own and I was very unsure of how to go about things without being helped concerning decisions to be made. Meeting Erin Gallant was the best thing that could happen to me. I told her I was new at this and she immediately was able to put me at ease with her warm smile and caring way. She provided all the information I needed to understand all aspects of financing, purchasing and the quality of the car I wanted. During the process of establishing my car insurance the insurance co. closed for the day. I did not have a ride home so Erin immediately volunteered to drive me home and when she found out I wouldn't have a ride to my dentist the next day she picked me up and drove me to my doctor. I'm a 65 yr old woman ,educated but totally naive in certain transactions I left Westboro Toyota feeling confident. Erin made me feel so cared about. I will return and continue to refer her to my children and friends. Erin Gallant is a very special young woman!

I purchased my veichle from this dealership 2 years ago and was completely satisfied with the buying experience. I recently serviced my vehicle at Westboro and was thouroughly satisfied with the service experience. The dealership was state of the art with knowledgeable , freindly and talented staff. I was offered free shuttle service, free snacks and treated like family. When the bill for service arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was. Congratulations Toyota for having a store that was so oriented towards fair and balanced customer service.

I was in need of a new car due to the 70,000 miles a year that I put on my car. When I reached out to Westboro Toyota, Erin and MInh took great care of me. They took into consideration what the car would be used for and put me in an excellent vehicle that would fit my needs. They made the sale process quick and easy. I was able to drive home in my new car that day! Just completed my first experience with Westboro Toyota, and the customer service was incredible! My leased Rav 4 was hit recently and, since it is a leased vehicle, I wanted to have the repair done with the assistance of a dealership. I contacted another well-known Toyota dealership (who had done my last few routine maintenance appointments, so I had a relationship with them.) I found them neither very helpful nor knowledgeable, so I Googled to see where other Toyota dealerships might be and found Westboro Toyota. When I called, the owner, Rick, answered the phone. He was immediately extraordinarily helpful, not only about the repair concerns but about the insurance process. He made no attempt to pass me off to an employee, and he even provided me his cell phone number to call when I was ready to come in. Well, I brought the car in last week, and Rick had arranged everything--rental, repair through the collision repair business they use, all of it. I picked my car up today, and again was met by the owner, Rick. The car looks amazing, and was beautifully detailed--by the dealership! Before I left, I discussed end-of-lease options with Rick, who again was very helpful, explaining my options, all without any of the hard sell behavior that most dealerships are known for. In reality, there was no real benefit at this point to the dealership, since the collision repair was done elsewhere. The clear motive in all of this was the kind of customer service we rarely see anymore. So, in short, when you need a car, or service, this is the place to go. I, for one, will not go anywhere else from now on.

The sales person was great, the finance department was great. I was at the dealership for four and a half hours the day I signed the papers. The sales manager, BB, was rude to me. He continually interrupted in conversations we had regarding problems with the vehicle I purchased. I had a remote starter installed prior to pick up that did not work. He blamed it on the incompitance of my wife. We were told ther was no spare key and he will "try" to get us one. They told us that they were going to replace a defective tire that did not hold air. My wife was called and told the car was all set and ready for pick up. Two hours after bringing it home we were contacted by the service department informing us that the tire was not fixed or replaced. 30,000$ Certified pre owned.....?. Nice standards.

Wow! - I recently bought a new Toyota Sienna and paid the as advertised price, with minimal "paperwork" add-ons and markups. Westboro Toyota has changed their business model to clear, straight-forward posted on the car pricing, no gimics, competitive service prices, and reasonable trade-in values. The sales process is friendly, quick and efficient. No drama. They gave me a great trade (Autotrader value) for my 11 year old car and had the car was ready for pick up when promised. The transaction was smooth and easy and took less than 1 hour. The add-on (insurance, extended warranties, etc) offer discussion was quick and professional - not high pressured.

Was on my way to this dealership to look at a used Jetta that I was really excited to see. Had contacted the dealer to verify the vehicle was in stock the night before. That morning I got an email from the salesman saying the car was there and that I was good to come down. 45 minutes into my drive I get a call saying the car had actually been sold the night before?! How hard is it to go out and check the car before telling me to come down, or check the computer, or talk to anyone else there? He told me he'd send over some comparable models to look at and all I got was a canned email with a link to their inventory page, not very helpful.

I believe I was treated unethically by Westboro Toyota during a recent purchase and believe their actions may have even been illegal. I informed them that I had obtained my own pre-approved car loan financing through the largest Credit Union in New England and would not need their financing. The Westboro Toyota Business Manager I dealt with, Jeffrey Paquette, tried to coerce me into financing thru the Toyota Program. He stated that if I brought them a bank check directly from the bank they would hold my car for 10 days. However, if I went through their program, they would give me the car promptly. When I asked for a justification, he made a statement to the effect that it would take 4-5 business days for the bank check to clear and the rest of the time was needed to perfect the lien. He also made several statements against the Digital Credit Union that I found to be derogatory and likely false. When I informed Mr. Paquette that Federal Funds Availability Laws stated that the bank check would clear the same business day as deposited, he became irate, started screaming at me and said he'd see to it that I could not buy the car. I also spoke to the General Sales Manager, Derek Rudge. Mr. Rudge made a statement to the effect that the Digital Credit Union had a several occasions taken money BACK out of the Westboro Toyota bank account after approving loans. I found this highly improbable and when challenged by the VP of Consumer Lending at the Digital Credit Union, Westboro Toyota did not provide evidence of any such transactions. Westboro Toyota refused to give me delivery of my vehicle for 6 days after they received payment in the form of bank checks. I believe this was purely punitive because I would not finance through them. I've been made aware that they participate in something called the Credit Union Direct Lending program and that they would have received a kick-back of several hundred dollars if I had financed thru them. One employee told me that it would not have been any 'skin off my teeth" if I had used their financing and it would not have cost me anything extra. However, being a credit union member, I realize that if my credit union is paying kick-backs that are unearned an unnecessary, it increases their operating costs which can impact me. The only way I got my car released prior to the 10 days was by contacting the VP of Consumer Lending at the DCU, Deb Taverna, and telling her about the derogatory comments being made about her credit union and how they were treating a DCU member. Ms. Taverna helped me get my car on the 6th day. However, if she did not intercede, I believe Westboro Toyota would have held it longer. Ms. Taverna also implied to me that Westboro Toyota intends to continue holding customer's vehicles who arrange their own financing longer than those that finance through them. I believe it to be unethical to hold a car after the bank checks have cleared. I would strongly recommend you shop elsewhere.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Westboro Toyota. The no-hassle right price was reasonable and very competitive. And the certified pre-owned RAV4 I bought was in great condition.- John was prompt and helpful with my initial email inquiries.- Carlos was enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful during the whole process.- Orlando helped answer all of my questions.- Luiz gave me excellent value for my trade-in.- Bob helped me find an excellent financing rate despite my limited US credit history.Compared to my other car-buying experiences, this one was super-smooth.

I had been researching pricing on the new Tacoma and the value of my trade for a few weeks. This past Friday I finally felt like I had enough information to battle for a fair deal. I walked into the building and was greated by Orlando Rodriguez, he introduced himself and asked what type of vehicle I was looking for and If I had an appointment. I explained that I was interested in the new Tacoma and wanted to take one for a test drive. He introduced me to my sales associate Emma. She walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. We took the Tacoma for a drive and She went over all of the new features. When we got back to the showroom, I was expecting the pressure to start. But I was wrong. They made me a more than fair offer for my trade and were right where I was expecting to pay for the new Tacoma. I was completely blown away with how easy they made the process, I didn't have to haggle at all. My doctor thanks you for not raising my blood pressure any higher than it already is. I would recommend Westborough Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle.

My 2 Toyotas, a 2002 Rav 4 and a 2012 Prius, have been serviced both at Bernardi Toyota, near where I live, and Westboro Toyota near where I work. I recently had a very serious problem with my 2002 Rav 4. I turned to Bernardi Toyota and National Toyota and was greatly disappointed by their response. I turned to Westboro Toyota, and am so appreciative that they cared to help me. What I learned is that you should buy a car not based on price, as most dealerships will price match, but buy on service. Dealerships have different regional service managers, and Westboro Toyota went the extra mile for me. They did what the others would not do. They value loyalty and customer satisfaction. I will buy my next Toyota at Westboro Toyota...they helped me beyond my expectations!

I came into Westborough Toyota and had an outstanding experience. There was no pressure. We found the car we liked and in doing our homework we new it was an excellent deal. We worked with a new Sales person Nolbelt and his manager Orlando and both could not have been nicer and friendlier to deal with. We had a very smooth and happy buying experience. We look forward to working with the Westborough Toyota team for many years to come. We purchased a Highlander and my wife could not be happier. Thank you for the great experience we feel like we have added new friends.

Great experience, very knowlegable staff, and no pressure sale which is unheard of when purchasing a car. Farshid was my salesman. He made the whole experience easy. There was some damage on the rear bumper that was negotiated to be repaired. Farshid took care of all the details for me, from making appointment to getting the vehicle detailed for me. Would definately use this dealership again,

Westboro Toyota was the only dealership in the New England area who ordered a 2016 Tacoma Limited Quicksand. Lucky me I found it online and I was there shortly after placing a deposit. Eric Stolberg was really easy to work with, he helped along with the whole process. I was also given a very fair price for my 2008 trade-in. I highly recommend Westboro Toyota, and I love my new pickup.

He also didn't pressure me into anything which I really liked. I felt very comfortable working with him and he took extra time to make sure that we discussed what I really needed in a vehicle. I will absolutely refer him to my friends and family to this dealership and say to ask for Andrew. Thanks so much for everything!!

Mama had no desire to trade in our 2008 Prius. After insisting we go look at the new models, she relented. Signed up for a new Prius before we left. Took delivery next day. Would have liked a better choice of color, but as Mr. Ford said, black is good. Only downer is result of MA laws, not the dealer. Took a long time to turn in one car and drive away with another. Still better than running several places to do it myself I guess. Jamie did take good care of us throughout.

This dealership is the best I have ever done business with. I bought a new highlander over the phone. Everything we agreed upon was exactly the way it was when I arrived. They are straight forward and play no games. What we agreed upon never changed. The whole transaction took about 20-30 minutes. They were very fair with my trade in and didn't start trying to tear my car apart. This is the only dealership I am buying from for now on! Kyle and Eric were great to deal with. They kept me informed and was always available. Thanks for making my new car experience an enjoyable one!

Westborough Toyota has always been helpful in providing service for by Toyata Camery, but my 40K service was excellant. I needed tires and the service Attendent reviewed the different options and prices. He even went out to my car to make sure tires were needed and what brand I had. He suggested a front end alignment which is the right thing to do for best tire wear. And lastly they found my battery cap was missing, checked on the age of my battery and gave me a great price, which was competitive with a quote from my local service station. And don't forget the pick-up and drop off rides, and the discount coupon they allowed even though it was a couple days past expiration!Highly recomment Service here.

We had an amazing experience at this dealership. We found the vehicle that we wanted on the dealer's web-site. We live about an hour away so we left a deposit over the phone. When we arrived; we were not disappointed; the vehicle was exactly as advertised. We had a great experience with the salesman and left that night with a wonderful vehicle. There was no haggling back and forth over high prices. They have a very fair policy on valuing your trade in. With the vehicle priced appropriately; we were able to add on a few extras and stay around the price we could afford. The dealership actually closed and Jamie and Jeff stayed two hours with us to file all the paperwork, and then explain all the great components of our new vehicle. We were so happy with the whole experience.

I just bought a new Toyota RAV4 XLE from Ken and Jeff and the experience was excellent. We arrived at the dealership on a Sunday after going to multiple dealerships. I met with Ken and Jeff and told him my bottom line. Within 5 minutes they came back and told me they could do it and we started the process. We were also going out of town on Wednesday so I needed to pick the car up by Tuesday evening. Ken and Jeff worked extra hard to make sure I could pick up the car on Tuesday evening. In total I was at the dealership for probably 4 hours from the time I said hello the first day to the end of the new car inspection and review on Tuesday evening. That's the fastest service I ever had. Ken and Jeff were amazing. They were very knowledgeable and explained all the different options I had when buying the car regarding warranty and features. And more importantly, they were honest and told me when I really didn't need to buy something (like an additional warranty on the tires since it was covered in something else). I will be going back for my next new car to them!

My husband and I just bought two new Toyota vehicles from Westboro Toyota. We could not believe how easy it was to purchase these vehicles with their "no hassle pricing". We were very pleased with the trade-in value we received for our old vehicles and the pricing of the new vehicles. They also located the exact vehicle my husband was looking for since it was not on the lot.We received exceptional customer service from everyone we interacted with at the dealership. Ken, our Product Specialist, was very helpful, informative, professional, and was available to answer my questions even on his day off! We were also very impressed with Jeff, the Business Manager. He explained the additional warranties and coverage and let us decide what was best for us!We have been customers of Westboro Toyota for several years but this has by far been the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. The "no hassle pricing" is just that. He promptly directed us to a sales rep Minh who answered all our questions and explained everything well. He was courteous and knowledgable as was Bob in Finance. We drove our new (used) car home same day. And Minh even drove to our house an hour away after he got out of work to pick up the title to our trade in so we wouldn't have to make another trip down there! The only thing left for us to do is to get our inspection sticker. Thanks Toyota!

We were the proud owners of two Toyota vehicles--a Camry and a Rav 4. Both cars were purchased new, in 2005, at a Toyota dealership we will not mentioned. After much frustration dealing with this dealership, more negatively than positively, from start to finish, from our huge purchase to a fairly short stint in servicing our cars, we decided to check out Westboro Toyota. Thank goodness we did! We have been so pleased with the service we have received over the years. The Service Department is manned with extraordinary employees, honest, competent, committed and dedicated to provide the highest of standards, when servicing our Toyotas. Westboro Toyota is convenient to our home and holds business hours that are real! Courtesy transportation--the best ever! Recently, we decided that the Camry needed to be replaced after ten years of wonderful existence, close to 300,000 miles on the odometer! We chose Westboro Toyota to purchase a new vehicle since we have had such a marvelous track record using their Service Department. We ventured our this past week to start the process! We were introduced first, to Orlando Rodriguez, on our arrival, by Erik Thorsen, one of our angels in the Service Department! Orlando was friendly, warm, professional, holding impeccable manners! He turned us over to Minh Dang. We were delighted to have Minh as our salesperson. On the onset, we knew we were placed in good hands. Minh is an energetic, engaging, dynamic, involved, personable, and caring gentleman. He holds a wealth of knowledge, resourcefulness and expertise of Toyota products! He was so helpful, extending himself in any way he could to make this such a postive experience. We feel so fortunate to have had Minh as our salesperson. Shortly, we will be behind the wheel of our new Hybrid Camry! This purchase was sheer pleasure! Our experience far exceeded our expectations! Hands down, we know when our Rav 4 needs to be replaced, we will be heading back to Westboro Toyota and will seek Minh to help us once again.Thank you so much!Sincerely,Linda and Warren Bebeau

My troubles started with my first call to this dealership. I had a broken driver-side mirror and needed a new one.The employee was not friendly and explained to me that I have to come first time to order the mirror and the second time to do the job. When I asked whether it is possible to order a new part by phone he answered it is not possible. (I should mention that I bought my car from this dealership 2 years ago and they have all the specifications for my car). Therefore, I bought the mirror from Autozone and brought it to the dealership. The mirror was installed and I paid $15 for the job. In two hours the mirror was loose and I was forced to close the mirror, i was afraid that I will loose it altogether. I called the dealership and they said that I have to come, so they will do their job better. When I came again, it turned out that I had a wrong mirror from the very beginning and it could not be installed. When I asked why they did not tell me that in the morning, they said that it was not their problem. Now they ordered the proper mirror and scheduled my visit in two days. I came at the time, the right mirror was there and has been installed. The girl who helped me said that the old mirror is the car, so that I can return it to the shop. I was very glad but decided to check the mirror. It was not in the car. I returned again and said that I cannot find the old mirror. The girl checked with the master and it turned out that he gave it back to the shop in the dealership. I asked the girl why did she tell me that the old mirror was in the car. She answered: I assumed that it was there. In summary, everybody with whom I dealt in the dealership was absolutely disinterested in my problem: they did not order the right part by phone, they installed the wrong part without notifying me, they lied to me that everything is OK, while it was not. I consider such a service as a disaster

Used Autotrader.com to find the best price for the best value and it was at Westboro. The same vehicle make, model, and mileage was considerably more expensive elsewhere in Eastern Massachusetts. Pricing was exactly where Kelly Blue Book stated it should be, and the no haggling policy made it easy. David Sneade, by far, was the most pleasant sales experience I've had in 46 years of shopping. Very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions while also being very courteous and conscientious of my wants and needs, which included my infant son, that day. After researching prices for a Prius V on Consumer Reports and TrueCar websites and then going through TrueCar to find a dealer, I was set up with contact to two dealers in the area. One was Westboro, the other Boch. Kyle McCann contacted me with an email, Boch inundated me with emails, calls, texts and multiple dealers. I appreciated the more relaxed approach from Westboro and ended up there. I have had stressful, ridiculous dealings with negotiating at another Toyota dealership in the past and found the basically no haggle pricing at Westboro an uncommonly pleasant experience in car buying. I dealt with Shannon Stewart who added to the relaxed buying process with a non-pushy attitude. The only problem came with trading my old car (Suburu Forester) with a surprise CarFax report issue contradicting an original report at time of purchase of no frame damage to a 4 years later addition of on my car's history. I have a beef with CarFax and not Westboro. My only suggestion for the dealership is to have a better greeting system when walking in, as the salespeople and manager seemed to oddly not acknowledge my wife and I two times. I would highly recommend giving Westboro Toyota a try.

I made an appointment well in advance to get my vehicle service on my only day-off. I got there a bit earlier for my 8:30am appointment. First the location is under renovation, there is no sign to tell customers where to go for service. So I stopped by the service garage and a technician told me to bring my vehicle to the valet check in counter on the other side of the building. I checked my vehicle with a friendly staff , he checked the VIN number of my vehicle, gave me a ticket and he told me that it was going to take anout an hour or so. He showed me the waiting area but never mentioned that I had to check in AGAIN with the service department. There were people who were there before me waiting I'm the waiting area. At around 10am, most of the people were serviced and I went and asked the service desk the status of my vehicle. The person, first presented to ne that he did not have time to talk to me, then he asked 'did you check in with one of us?'. I told him no because I assumed that the VALET is going to do evetything. This person then made it sound like I was wrong for not checking in with them and said 'there are so many people here for sales and service, and there is no way for us to know who is here.' Instead if trying to fix the issue for an already frustrated customer, he insulted the customer and wanted to walk away. He did not advise me to reschedule or offer me a rental vehicle or something, or even how to get my vehicle back. I asked him if they are open tomorrow (4th of July), he gave me a smirk and said 'no, it's a holiday!'. I finally went back to the VALET counter and picked up my vehicle. Another valet staff helped me and seemed very apologetic about the situation and offered some options and suggestions which I appreciate. Overall, my experience was really bad and I left a message with the service manager and will see if I will get a call back. I would not recommend doing service there if service continue to be like that.Updates on July 8thI am providing an update of my experience with the dealership. Shay, the service manager, contacted me about my bad experience and offered to pick up my vehicle for the service. He also offered to have my vehicle cleaned, which was nice. The staff picked up my vehicle at my work location and delivered it back to me on the same day. I was happy with the service provided. I did not really see much difference about the cleaning as y vehicle just reached 5000 miles and it is a very clean vehicle. The inside of the vehicle and the windows are still pretty dusty and blurry. However, the thought and gesture from Shay was nice. I appreciate the fact that Shay is trying to fix the issue by going above and beyond. I will consider coming back for service. Thank you.

Bought a used 2008 Toyota Avalon " sight unseen" for the first time in my life, new or used. I live in Maine and didn't have time to spend driving to Westborough, MA. to look at the car. I was told that the car was available and in the price range that I was shopping in. Per discussion with several of the sales people during different phone calls and several of those calls with saleswomen Shannon Stewart, I was convinced that I was repeatedly getting a sincere condition of the car and nothing was being hidden, no sales people could collaborate that well with the same story on one used car. Make a long story short, I put a money hold on the car and caught a ride to Mass with a Maine Transit plate in hand. There sat the car, freshly washed, waxed, and a full tank of gas and exactly in the mint condition they stated. Never was so happy that I didn't just blow this deal off. I would drive there to buy another car from Westboro Toyota any day of the week. Every staff member that walked by while I was looking at the car greeted me and introduced themselves. Wesley Gopaul told me so much about the car that I haven't even opened the manual yet, that of course was in the glove too. Thank you Shannon for your honesty and all your help. I, and my family, drove 2 hours (from cape cod) to purchase this vehicle and, upon arrival discovered the entire left rear quarter panel had been poorly repaired and repainted. Prior to making the trek, we contacted John Anderson who indicated they would have the vehicle clean and ready for viewing. When we arrived, my 9 year old daughter noticed the color difference between the left rear door and quarter panel. Upon further inspection, I found sanding marks, tape lines, a run in the clear coat and masking tape lines. The fuel door would not close (due to poor alignment) and the vehicle was filthy. The salesperson, Orlando, told me I should have checked the carfax...I had yet, it did not indicate the car had been previously repaired. The sales manager indicated he would not budge on the price. We were there to spend 50k+ ?!? Upon leaving, we drove 30 minutes to Bernardi Toyota and were very pleased. I would suggest doing the same.

The service department went out of their way to make sure my needs were taken care of made sure their other company was standing by their product to. The service department became an advocate for me and saved me money. I can not imagine bringing my vehicle to anyone else to for my service needs. They kept me updated and made me feel welcomed. They seem to have once service level here, "top notch". Whether it is a new car or a used car, you feel as if you are their most important customer at the time.

My wife and Is experience purchasing a new car at Westboro Toyota was easy going and hassle free. Our Salesman was Ryan MacLean who helped us with our purchase. No pressure, showed us and let us test drive the car we were interested in (2015 Corolla LE). There was a car on special on the website which was no longer available when we arrived, however Ryan quickly spoke with his Sale Manager and was able to match the price of the special on another vehicle that was pretty much identical. The usual add on sales items were offered (i.e. Simonize, extended warranty, rubber protection sidings, etc.). but there was no undue pressure to purchase. Jessica was a pleasure to work with on the paperwork side of things (finance forms, etc.). Ryan took the extra step of bringing our car out to Worcester to deliver it despite it being his scheduled day off and he also having a bad cold. All in all we had a great experience.

Contacted and visited many dealers in the area. Westboro Toyota was the best by far. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Other dealers used fast talking high pressure sales people but never gave a straight answer when questions were asked. The sales associates at Westboro Toyota were polite and helpful in every way. It was a pleasure buying a car from them.

Working with Westboro was the best car buying/leasing experience we've ever had. The sales people were very helpful, spent a lot of time with us helping us to decide on our purchase, and very up front regarding the price and incentives on the car we chose. We have already recommended them to neighbors of ours in the market for a new vehicle.

I wasn't sure what to expect before going into Westboro Toyota. I've had many previous horrible experiences with car dealerships in the past and actually dreaded searching for a new car. As soon as I walked into Westboro Toyota, Jamie walked up to me and shook my hand. We sat down and got right to business. Jamie was very upfront and honest the entire experience. He never tried any of those sneaky tactics other dealerships use, so kudos to Jamie!! I test drove two vehicles and he was very thorough in explaining the features of each, and when I was trying to decide which one would suit me better, he was also very patient. When the time came to go over all the paperwork, Jeff was very detailed and explained everything in simple language. He even gave me some useful tips. This entire experience was incredible and would recommend Westboro Toyota to anyone looking for a new car, I know I'll be back!! Thanks again Jamie and Jeff!!!

I had an amazing car buying experience! I searched unsuccessfully for a car for 3 weeks at smaller dealerships because I didn't think a big dealership could fit my budget. Westborough Toyota was recommended by a friend and I figured it was worth a chance since I couldn't be any more discouraged. That feeling didn't last long; Jamie was incredible, he listened to exactly what I was looking for and delivered! He didn't try and skew me from my budget or put me "through the ringer" that car sales is known for. He was honest and personable throughout the process and helped me feel comfortable in making this big decision.Further, Jeff in finance was a cherry on top of the experience. Jeff broke down the financing process in layman's terms and gave helpful advice. He also found me the lowest interest rate I've ever been quoted at in the past few weeks. Between Jamie and Jeff I can honestly say I will be highly recommending Westborough Toyota to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. And I want to extend a HUGE thank you to both of them for giving me a the best positive and stress free car buying experience! I love my new car!

Last month I bought a RAV4 and had a great experience. I wanted to have a 2nd vehicle and was working within a budget. Westboro Toyota (Paul and Bill) asked me what I was looking for and what I could afford. They began their search and retuned a couple of days later with my options. They were able to get me financed through a bank that already turned me a away. They were getting things done I could not do myself. They were welcoming and friendly. People greet us when we enter and thank us when we leave. The service department answered my many questions and advised that I can call back with more. I show up at the dealer and someone makes sure my needs are met, I call and someone makes sure my needs are met, I leave a message after hours and in the morning I receive a call and someone makes sure my needs are met. Service, sales and financing questions answered and with a smile. This dealer really seems to operate like a family . Being a customer here, one finds themselves engulfed by this family atmosphere and I feel happy to have such a place that can meet my automobile needs. We have not only become a Toyota family but a Westboro Toyota family at that.

on February 22,2015 my son visited Cambridge and found in the morning that some "nice" person broke the driver's side windshield wiper arm holding the blades. We came to the Toyota dealership and were told by a person at the part department (sorry can't remember his name)that this part needs to be ordered. My son is visiting from Kings of Prussia PA and has to return to work that day and could not possibly drive without a functioning wiper. We have been customers at this dealership since we moved to MA. I attempted to buy a jeep here, unfortunately the jeep was a standard, and I did not feel comfortable driving it. If it wasn't for that and if it was an automatic, I would have driven away smiling! From the minute I walked into Westboro Toyota, I was treated very well (I even went alone). My sales rep was Jamie the experience was completely stress free. He gave me all the numbers, scenarios and pricing for the jeep without any issues along with willing to compromise on all terms. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had, I was never bombarded with emails or phone calls from Jamie or the dealership in general and he was even going to let me take the jeep for a longer test drive if I wanted to give the standard another try. I never once felt any pressure from Jamie and I highly respect him for his professionalism. Next car purchase will absolutely be here and I will absolutely request Jamie McDonald at Westboro Toyota. It was such a privilege to work with Fabricio Machado. Although I did not intend on purchasing a car that evening, I found that, after working with Fabricio, I truly did not want to risk dealing with any other salesperson. His genuine concern for my happiness with my purchase, the ease with which we made a deal, and his follow up to my purchase truly marked a consummate professional sales person who cares about his customers every step of the way--from test drive to my about-to-leave-the-lot-tutorial of my new RAV4. I had the fortunate opportunity to pay cash for my cash for my purchase and hope to upgrade to a new Toyota every two years. It is my sincere home that Fabricio will be the person with whom I work for my ongoing purchases. Bob Kenney and Jeffrey Paquette were the consummate professionals in the finance and paperwork department. I never felt pressured for anything additional, only wholly informed. Recently purchased a used (certified) Toyota Prias. Salesman was outstanding - attentive to my needs, spent time answering my questions and demonstrating multiple cars. Purchase was not rushed. Dealer price was good and reasonable amount for trade-in was offered. No negotiating on final price. When I returned for MA inspection a few days later, it was not clear from service records when oil was last changed. Dealer offered free oil/filter service. Also, during first week of ownership, discovered car did not have tonneau cover which was standard when new. After discussing with salesman, dealer ordered new part free of charge. Needless to say, I am very happy with Westboro Toyota and highly recommend dealership. Overall experience was excellent.

He was friendly and professional throughout our whole experience. I wasn't sure what I wanted (used, new, lease) and he patiently explained all my options. 7 years ago I did not have a positive experience here. I decided to return due to a great price on a used RAV4. My experience this time was overwhelming. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I was directed to a person that could help me (Paul) and he was a friendly as can be. Others, knowing I was being helped still approached us (my wife and I) asking if we needed anything to drink or a snack. I understand that some may think, they are only trying to sell me a car, and yes that is what they are there for, but everyone went beyond what I expected and made me feel good, even if I was just looking. I was not just wasting their time because I wanted to kick tires and look at prices. They made it clear, they were there to help. I told them what I was looking for and my budget. There were no pressure type sales for different or higher price items. At one time I was looking at a more expensive vehicle and Paul was more than happy to sale it, but advised that with what I told him I was looking for, that may not be the vehicle for me. He was right and I would not have gone with or or been happy. He truly was there to help me. I had come with a pre-approved loan and Bob was able to get a better deal in about 15 minutes. It was late and a very cold night, but all were happy to stay while I took my time deciding what I wanted. When I was finished, Luiz when out of his way to thank me for my time. I just bought a RAV 4LE. I love it so far. During my test drive on Saturday, 12/27/2014, with Eric Strolberg, was my contact and awesome sales person. My husband Mark and my son Sam went on the test drive too. Eric was a true gentleman and was not pushy. I called Eric before we stopped in on Saturday. I had explained to him on the phone I did not want to talk about prices while my son was in the car. I just loved how the car handled. Eric answered all of our questions. I went back on Monday Night to talk about the cost. The price was lower than the price on Edmonds.com. I ended up financing the car. The gentlemen in the finance department explained the process. I had to go back Tuesday to sign paperwork. FINALLY picked the care up today. The car was squeaky clean. When I got home we all went for a ride. I fully intend to bring the care back for it's scheduled check-ups. Thank you Westborough Toyota.

Price without negotiation, right on the site was more than reasonable for a brand new 2015 XSE Camry V6. Greg always did what he said he would do, and I never had to continually follow up to get what I wanted. This is true even after my purchase.I also remember signing my paperwork, while being in a rush. The finance person was running back and forth because he knew my time was limited. I was impressed with her expertise and knowledge of her product. I was thinking of a Camry LE, but she was able to give me an SE model at a reasonable price. I immediately accepted Her offer. After signing the lease, Ms. Stewart sat in the car with me and explained the most important controls in the car and told me to come back if I had any additional questions about the car. After having visited sever ather dealers in N.H. and Mass. I went to Toyota of Westborough. I was looking for a specific model, style and certain option in a Toyota Highlander. At the other dealers I always got the numbers shuffle on my trade in and the "let me check with my manager", then the manager would come out and try to get me using the numbers game. At Wesrborough Toyota they made an offer I made a counter offer, they accepted and the deal was done. No hassling back and forth. This shows me that this is an honest dealer that I can trust in any future dealings. I would recommend this dealership too anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle. NI drove an hour to check out a car I was truly interested in. When the documentation fees for it brought the list price up by $495, I immediately questioned them. I was told this fee was a "state law." Just days before, at a dealership in Lynn the only documentation fees were a more reasonable $245. The $495 was not standard and my salesman got very short with me when I questioned him. When I tried to bargain to get the list price lower to offset the high doc fees, my salesman went to his manager, and then returned sticking firm with the full list price plus the outrageous doc fee on top of that. When I offered a higher bid, against my better judgment, the salesman snapped, "I thought you wanted to buy this car?" Truth is, I did, but I had to walk out.Throughout the entire meeting, all my salesperson did was hand me the keys to the car to test drive, and then push the form to pay a deposit in front of me. He offered no information, and asking questions was painful, as I'd get one-word answers and again pushed towards just signing the deposit form. Since I live in New Hampshire, I had some questions about how to get the car registered and with plates so I could drive it home. Rather than putting me at ease, the salesman was condescending and said they "would handle everything" and told "I was getting ahead of myself and had to buy the car first." I was pre-approved from DCU with a cash deposit in hand, but since I couldn't get the price or answers I needed, I left.

I bought my 2011 Toyota Tundra new from Westborough Toyota and have always had it serviced there. They perform oil changes, tire rotations, and regular maintenance. Each time I've had the truck serviced Bebe, their main driver, gives me a ride to my office and he is very friendly and personable. Now that my 25,000 mile free maintenance has expired I will continue to get my truck serviced here.

I had a horrible experience with the finance department. I contacted them in May to get a refund for my warranty after I traded in my car. The first person I was put in touch with didn't return my emails or voicemails. I finally called back and asked for his manager who said he would take care of me. He had everything he needed from me by June 2nd. In August, I emailed and called to find out why I hadn't gotten my check yet. After a few attempts, I talked to the manager again who informed me that it never got submitted. It would be another 10 days. After 3 weeks, four emails and three voicemails, I finally got in touch with the manager. He said that they made an error and I would have a check in 24 hours. He also said he would round up my $330 refund to $350 because of my troubles. I did get the check finally on October 2nd, for $330, no rounding up for my trouble. No apology or reason for all the time and annoyance. What should have taken 6 weeks took 4 months! I will never do business with anyone there again.

Outstanding customer service. Salesman was totally professional and answered everyone of our questions honestly. All of our options for purchasing/financing our new vehicle was explained and no pressure was applied while we reviewed the options to accept them. Our whole buying process was enjoyable and we look forward to doing business with Westboro Toyota in the future.

At the first three dealerships I visited the salesmen were on me as soon as I got onto the lot. Westborough Toyota was not like that. In fact I looked around saw what I was interested in and then I approached a salesman and asked him for help. Very professional no pressure. Great staff to work with.

After swearing off Toyotas for 20 years, I tried again 2 years ago with a Prius, in part due to the great experience and service my husband had with his Sienna minivan, serviced at Westboro Toyota, and I couldn't be happier. I left Toyota because of completely inept, VERY costly, but "nice" service at other local Toyota dealers, and the main company would not step in to help. On a scale of 1 to 10, they got a negative score. But the Sienna minivan was the best fit for us so we got it and love it. When I needed a new car, the Prius seemed like a good fit, so I thought I shouldn't hold a grudge to spite myself and because of Westboro's service, I was willing to give Toyota another try. Now, I would look at a Toyota first - why not? When we get the cars serviced, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Appointments are on time, service is completed in the time they say (although that wasn't always the case but is lately, maybe because of feedback provided) and at the cost they say, it's not too expensive, they have a fine waiting area, plus a great shuttle when I need to drop it off. The Prius itself has been 100% issue free, something I've never experienced with any new car I've had. Shopping around when buying might get you a better price if go a few hours away for the exact car you want. But the sales staff at Westboro were no pressure, helpful, and friendly.

I leased my Rav 4 in June 2013 ..my salesman was Mike Roberts. I traded in a 2003 Escape and although at other car dealerships no one wanted it they gave me top tradein price. Mike went out of his way to work a deal for my budget...no pressure sales. I was so happy I brought my mom back there june 2014 and we leased her a Toyota Camry. Shes 91 and said in all her years of buying and selling cars it was the easiest and couldn't say enough. my only complaint is one I have read previously...some guys in the service department need to find another job...when someine says "good morning" you need to give a pleasant response back not a grunt!! p.s. know I got a good deal my husband use to sell cars.

Avoid sales department like the Ebola virus!especially if you're a woman trying to purchase a car on her own. I went in on a Monday to lease a car. I arranged a deal with the salesman that I was pleased with. I went back on Wednesday to finalize the deal, and everything had changed. Now the car was going to cost $70 more a month and they wanted an add'l $1,500 down. Apparently, the "fine print" that was not revealed to me was that only Tier 1+ credit clients could get the deal; my credit score was 750 (Tier 1, but not Tier 1 plus), This was the exact opposite of what I was told on Monday--I was told the deal was available to Tier 1 and Tier 1+ clients. . Also, add'l fees were added in to the agreement, ones that I had explicitly asked to be detailed for me on Monday. I still had the paperwork showing the numbers the salesperson wrote down. The Sales Manager then came over to "explain" things to me. He was immediately condescending and hostile before I could utter a word. He stood behind the desk and leaned over to where I was sitting, putting himself right in my face. He snidely told me, over and over again, that all the terms were explained on the Internet right there for me to read. "They're right there! Didn't you read them?" I told him I was going by what the salesperson told me--I even showed him the paperwork where the salesperson wrote down the details of the agreement. He said the salesperson was wrong and again told me that I should have read what was on the Internet. His attitude was so unexpectedly arrogant and patronizing that I asked to speak with someone else. He said there was no one else; HE was the sales manager. I said I wouldn't deal with him further so he'd have to find someone. Next the Finance Manager, Bob, comes over. He was even worse than the salesperson! He even implied that I was tried to scam THEM (since when does a dealership ever get the raw end of a car deal?). These two men seemed to take pleasure in bullying me and trying to intimidate me into taking the deal they were offering. They didn't even try to work with me to arrange something workable; it was all "take it or leave it" despite what the salesperson had told me about fees and financing. I took my paperwork and left. I contacted both the owner and general manager. No one ever got back to me. Owner promised to "look into it" but never did contacted me. I would never deal with this dealership again, and you shouldn't either. I had to give one star to publish this review, but if given the choice, would give the highest negative rating possible.

I had a great purchase experience at the Westboro Toyota dealer. After stopping by at Bernardi first (closer to work), where I was not treated well at all (I was measured by how I was dressed!), I decided going to another dealer to check if that was a way Toyota treated their customers or not. Well, I was very welcome at the Westboro Toyota dealer and the customer service was excellent! The salesman was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I asked about and I was able to test drive all that I wanted. At the end I trade-in my old car and did an excellent deal on my new car! Thanks for all!!!!

strongly advice not to buy cars from them. yesterday i went their to finalize a deal for a used 2012 honda Civic that they have got as a trade in vehicle. Once we finalized the deal they forced me to get the loan through them even after i inform them that my loan is pre approved by the DCU bank. since i refused to take the loan from them they told me that they cannot sell the vehicle to me. i was shocked !! Then only i realized that they have added a hidden value to that loan to coverup the discount that they gave me for the vehicle while finalizing the deal.

My husband and I drove down from NH because we heard that Wesboro Toyota had the best selection and pricing from a friend. We were not disappointed. Jeff was there when we walked in the door, with a smile on his face and made the process simple. We had a lease that was ending and had never dealt with this before. He made turning that simple. We walked away with a car we loved without feeling pressured into something we didn't want. He was able to find us all the options we wanted in the car size we needed without going over our budget and even had the color I loved. I am very happy. He never lost his patience or rushed us, even when he was told another customer from earlier was back to see him. I would highly recommend this dealership, but more specifically this salesman.

Our 2011 Camry Hybrid had been hit in what seemed a small passenger door damage but was later labelled a "T-bone" a month ago. Then we received a call offering us an up-grade on our hybrid. Westboro Toyota didn't tell us the frame was cut in the repair until they reduced the trade-in value when offering us a deal to up-grade to a 2014. Little odds and ends were not fully truthful---we got a different dealer than the original contact person; Wetboro did the repairs and said the car was now "great" -- except when it came to the trade-in value; the color we wanted was not available -but, low and behold, it was there on the lot; "only a couple of minutes more" to finish paperwork turned into over 4 hours of our Saturday. There was a lot of waiting around and we were about to walk out several times without a deal. We felt obligated to finish a deal with Westboro because they did the repairs - rather than try to start over with a different dealership. Overall, we are satisfied to be rid of a car with a questionable repair record, to have upgraded the vehicle without a major price change, and to have received a very kind offer of an extra helping hand from Jamie McDonald.

I first email the dealership to make sure the car was still available, then made a appointment to see the car the NIGHT BEFORE I went, the person email me back and said I'd have the car pulled up front ready to go before you arrive. Got there when they open, and the car was not there. The dealer said one of the sale person took it home and the car was not available for showing today. Try to sell me a different car then the one I wanted, I told the sales person I only wanted the car I came here to see. I asked I the car was sold he said no it's still available, but you have to come back some other day after I told him I had to take a day out of work and It would take me a hour drive to get there. They only show me pitchers of the car, never the actual car. DON'T WAST YOUR TIME AT THIS DEALERSHIP....

The sales guy, David Travis, was nice up until the deal had to go down. Then he started with the sleazy sales lines like, "We don't make money on the financing, so it is in our best interests to get you the lowest rate possible". He also refused to provide specific information about the deal, particularly the financing rate. I asked him 3 times to ask the Sales Manager, David McAvay, what the APR was. All three times, when he came back, he refused to give me a rate and instead redirected my attention to a new, lower monthly payment schedule. At this point, the owner, Peter Tonelli, came over and went into an elaborate sales pitch on why leasing is better than buying. I should have got up and walked out then, but I was excited to get the newly designed 2014 Highlander.I ended up agreeing to a payment that I thought was reasonable. However, my mistake b/c I did this without ever getting the financing rate. Their "guarantee that we would provide you with the lowest rate available" ended up being 5.52%...a full 3% higher than my local credit union. I didn't realize this until the next day when I was able to input the terms of the deal into my lease model and it spit out the 5.52%!The deal closing process, working with Business Manager, Bob Kenney, was surreal as well. He wisks me into his beat up office and tells me to start signing this electonic keypad. I ask him where the paperwork is and he says everything is done digitally, that once I sign, he will print it all out and review it with me. Again, alarm bells should have gone off, but I was excited to get into a new car. I signed away, he printed the papers, put a staple in them, and handed them to me, thanking me for the business. No explanation, no review.Once I was able to run the numbers, it dawned on me that I got played like a fiddle. The business practices at Westboro Toyota are questionable at best, and borderline illegal. They are dishonest in that they don't actually lie to you verbally. They just don't disclose all the details and then play to your excitement of getting a new car. There were at least 4 times that alarm bells went off and I should have gotten up and walked out. But my excitement got the better of me and now I am stuck in a 3 year lease, paying $80/month more than I should be.Upon calling them back and pointing out that I was dissatisfied, Bob offered to take care of a couple oil changes. Really, Toyota takes care of oil changes for the first 25,000 miles. And an oil change isn't going to make up for $80/month.The owner politely told me that he reviewed my deal and everything was in order, that it wasn't his fault that I didn't make them give me a rate. I told him i asked at least 3 times, once right in front of him, and he ignored that and said it wasn't his fault. The guys is as shady as the day is long. Just one more example of why car salesmen are one step below ambulance-chasers in the pecking order of job reputations.Never again will I use Westboro Toyota and I am writing this review as a warning to other unsuspecting people out there excited to get a new car. You will be overcharged and brow-beat into leasing a car with poor financing terms. It's not worth it. STAY AWAY FROM WESTBORO TOYOTA.

He was able to get me a very good deal for the trade in of my older vehicle. The business director, Keith Miranda, was very knowledgeable about the financing of my vehicle. It wasn't a pressure sales pitch, but rather providing the knowledge of what is so good about the car. I'd definitely recommend our salesperson, Jamie McDonald. He answered all our questions, was patient and is not the stereotypical, overbearing car salesman. He was proactive about returning our calls and checking to find answers if he didn't have them. He even took us for a test drive (one of several) in a snowstorm, minutes from closing time. If you want to work with someone who is responsive and gets the job done in a straight-forward, helpful way, you should ask for Jamie. Had positive experiences with Mike (manager), and Bob (finance) as well. The dealership, in general, is friendly. The restrooms are clean. They offer snacks and coffee, hot cider, etc. Since we leased new cars, I can't comment on the service department yet, but from what I could see, service customers also seemed pleased with the overall experience.

We bought our Prius here new in Dec '10 and I would struggle to find anything to complain about. The car has 60,000 miles on it and has not had a problem which helps. I have brought it exclusively here for service. Every 5K I pay $20 for an inspection and tire rotation and every 10K I pay about $100 for a synthetic oil change and various filters. I make the appointment online and usually wait for it to be finished, but there is a shuttle. The waiting area is the showroom - no frills at all outside of coffee and snacks, but that is fine with me. I usually work on the wireless. This dealership is exactly what I like - simple, no BS, get in and out without fuss. Maintenance is strictly by the manual (minimal for the Prius) with no extra stuff thrown in. $50 is a bit much for a TPMS re-program for my winter tire/wheel package, but blame Toyota for making this an impossible do-it-yourself task like some other manufacturers. I can't see a reason to go anywhere else for service.

I have been looking for cars for several weeks but have not found a car I like and meets my needs at the price I want to pay. I did not expect to find that today but I was nearby Westboro Toyota after dropping my son off for soccer practice and saw that they had a very good selection of Prius's. Whe I got home I looked up and saw that the on libe prices were very reasonable so when Mike called I asked my wife, we made an appointment and drove back to the dealership. Mike put us in touch with Fabricio who was very knowledgable about the Prius we were interested in and my own car as well. I have fond htat most sale people are not clear on how or why a hybrid works and are more interested in selling you on mark up or luxury point items. I also felt no pressure to but the car perhaps because we were interested in it. After we close the deal my woif mentioned on the way home that the whole experience was far better than she had had before buying cars. She felt they were honest and treated us with respect.

First, I strongly disagree with "wedgemoose"; he clearly came in with an agenda and didn't give the dealership a chance. My family and I have now bought 4 vehicles from this dealer and I had another serviced there for 13 years. Their fine workmanship kept my original Toyota rolling strongly for 205,000 miles and 13 years! No wonder I bought my next car from them! It also convinced my husband to buy his car there and my daughter's car there. My daughter has since returned and bought her second car there - and she lives in New York! She also drives here to have the car serviced and wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The service is exemplary, friendly and extremely competent and thorough. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. The restrooms and waiting area are attractive and always clean. Complementary beverages and snacks are available - especially appreciated for those early morning appointments or after a difficult day. Complementary shuttle service is greatly appreciated with a skilled, friendly, and competent driver. If I live long enough to need another car, I absolutely will come to Westboro Toyota to purchase and service it. Thanks for all the wonderful years of association!

I wanted to destroy this place on here but after reading the reviews I don't have the heart. Listen, all dealerships are the same. Some may be better but basically the same. I only dealt with this place. Never got close to a deal done so I didn't have to go through what I have been reading. My grip is something different. An appointment made that didn't need to be made. They knew the situation and still tried to get me in there to pay hundreds more per month for a vehicle that I already made a deal on with another dealership. Why they would think I would pay them thousands more is beyond me. But that's their job. They think we are all stupid. And sorry to say, most people are. The reason for this review is the one thing that got me. During negotiations everyone knows it takes a good four to six times back and forth. sometimes more. I got one!!!! The snake oil salesman gave me one price and one payment option. I started to explain why I couldn't do what he had written for numbers on his little piece of paper and was greeted with a hand in front of my face. "Thanks" he said and his hand held out for the good bye handshake. I still to this day can not believe it. Not even one go back to the smug finance guy. It was decided after about three minutes being there that I would not be buying from these guys and I was the one treated like they were doing me a favor by giving me a price of thousands more than I could pay the next guy. So that tells me this place only wants the people that don't have a clue buying from them. The uneducated and uniformed. But Someone that challenges them gets the instant good bye. Which turns out to be a good thing. I guess I should be happy about it and not upset. So furious I drove to my original dealer (instead of still shopping around) made the deal for thousands less than these guys offered and am now driving my beautiful new vehicle. They must be different than all the other Toyota dealers that thrive of good reviews and surveys. And I guess they don't have a quota to hit on new car sales. Must be nice. So bottom line here folks is, if you know what you are doing. If you know how the get a decent deal. If you know how to buy a new car. If you are used to going back and forth instead of taking their first offer which is the highest(their not gonna give you the lowest first try) then don't come here. Not that type of place. Can't tell you about the rest of the stuff because I was handshake out the door.....haha THANK GOD for that!!!!!And I'm not mentioning any names. Not that this type of place would do anything about it but no need to get certain people in trouble. Let's just assume that they are all the same type of people here. since I only had about thirty minutes here, I will give the benefit of the doubt to them and say the three people I dealt with just were having a bad day or something??(Yes I know it would be a huge coincidence for three people to all be having a bad day at the same exact time. But, you never know)

Westboro Toyota was recommended to us by a friend so we thought we would check it out. We first spoke with Luiz Angelo when we arrived and he was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and the approximate price I wanted to pay for a vehicle. He had Jamie McDonald bring a Corolla around so that I could test drive it. Jamie came with me on the test drive and was extremely educated as he told us about the Corolla we were thinking of buying. He was friendly and easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. After the test drive we sat down with Luiz and he helped us get to the monthly payment we were looking for. We actually ended up leasing the Toyota Rav 4 for about the same monthly payment as the Corolla and it's brand new! Jose Ortiz was just as great in explaining the paperwork, since this was our first leased vehicle. There was never a moment from start to finish that we didn't feel that our business was appreciated. The entire staff at Westboro Toyota was wonderful and from now on we will be buying all of our vehicles here!

We reported a noise coming from the front suspension during a scheduled oil change. The tech informed us that since the front bumper and hood were replaced because of an accident the warranty was void? We had to pay out of pocket to have them look into the noise and then we weren't even given the results because we didn't want to pay more? This is for a 2010 Toyota?Yes, we think the BBB will hear about this.

Miguel Ruiz was an excellent salesperson and made me feel very comfortable during this process. He was not pushy at all, and was well informed despite the fact that I was buying a used Subaru that had been traded-in. I was in again today to make the deal and I worked with Miguel and then Julio Ortiz in financing. Julio was also professional and explained everything to me in clear terms. He also worked on the rate for me, which was greatly appreciated. He made what can be a tedious and confusing hour of signing papers into a friendly and comfortable environment. Michael Norwood, the Business Development Manager, emailed me back quickly and was friendly, polite, and did not pressure me at all. His online communication definitely made me want to come into the dealership in the first place. I know from talking to people today that making a nicer buying experience and having great customer service is a priority at this dealership. I think the efforts especially of these three individuals were excellent. I wasn't buying new or even in the same brand, which shows even more how amazing it is that these three treated me so well. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I just purchased my second car from them. I got a fair price, a reasonable offer for my trade in and straight forward financing and extended warranty pricing. I am not an experienced buyer by any means so I wasn't able to move the sales guy on the price, but it was a good price to begin with so I didn't mind that.

It has been almost a year sense I purchased from this dealership and I still feel sick to my stomach about the whole experience. I am not going into great detail, but if you want to feel pushed around and lied to go here. If you are looking for a certified Toyota go somewhere else. They will sell it as certified vehicle, but when you get home problems start and you have to bring it back to them. They will repair the vehicle and charge the certified insurance that you paid for. Also they like to put the wrong parts in and risk your life! They have a scam going and even Toyota head quarters ( who I spoke to several times ) didn't seem to care about this fraudulent practice. If you read other similar reviews, I'm not the first person to go down this road with Westboro Toyota and Toyota head quarters.I am proud to say that over the last year I have talked three people out of purchasing another Toyota. One of them were going to go to Westboro. In short It pays to know salesman who drive 35000 miles a year and need new vehicles every year or two.I only wrote this to warn people, not to gain anything. If you are going to buy vehicle, read the reviews and find a dealership that is going to show you truly certified vehicles and some respect.

This dealership is one of the worst. I could felt like i was in a shark pool the moment I walked in. I called ahead for a test drive appt. I was told the car would be ready out front ready to drive when I arrived. When I got there, the salesman Mike Norwood kept delaying, and then pushed me off to another salesman who had to get the car and bring it around. I told him I was not there to buy today, I just wanted to test drive the car to see what it was like. After filling out the usual questionairre, (he asked how I was going to finance my purchase) we finally got to try the car. I sat in the car and it was dirty and smelled like a dog had lived in it. There was dander, hair, and scratches in the interior. The salesman blamed the smell on someone who had been in the car.I do not understand how it is they would not prep a car before making it available to test drive. When I said "we are done here, this car stinks!" The salesman kept pushing me to come inside so he could give me his card. Needless to say, I walked away and drove home.I will never return and do not recommend you ever visit this dealership.

I highly recommend that folks near Westborough area should give it a try to buy vehicle from Westboro Toyota dealer as I had a fantastic experience with the employees there recentlyEspecially Dario to mention he was warm and very welcoming. Found him friendly, went for a long drive and tested the car. Even though I got a 2011 Camry, it was worth the price and it gave me a brand new look. The best thing to quote is the dealer's price for a certified car which was $500 lower than KBB's price. That was like a "wow" to me.Branko, Dario's Manager was friendly as well. He took time out to mention everything in detail and that was in sync with what I heard from Dario before . It shows transparency and built trust for meGreat job guys, I'm sure you guys would give every customer the same experience that I received from you. Keep up the good work

I recently bought a used vehicle from Westboro Toyota. Through the vehicle purchasing process, I dealt with two of the sales staff and the finance manager. The overall experience was good. On our first day, my wife and I went in just to look at one of the cars they had on the lot, with no intention of buying. The primary salesman was slightly aggressive (even though he claimed that he didn't want to give us pressure), and used many sales tactics to get us to put down a deposit. We did end up getting a good deal on the car, so even though the process difficult for us, we don't feel terribly wronged about the whole ordeal. The other sales person that we dealt with was pleasant to work with. He was very patient and respectful. Once we actually paid for the car and started signing papers, the service improved dramatically. The finance manager, Branko, was wonderful to work with. He is not your typical pushy finance guy looking to upsell you an extra warranty with your car. He was the most courteous and understanding finance manager we have ever had the pleasure of dealing working with. The registration and plates were done in a timely manner, and all of our concerns and requirements were taken care of prior to pick-up. Overall, I do recommend Westborough Toyota.

Dario was great, from the moment we walked through the doors at Westboro Toyota he was very professional, explained what he did there and what his limits were. He brought us out to the cars and came along for the test ride. My daughter needed to go back and forth and check out other dealerships but never once did he pressure her for the sale. This she liked because even though she is 23 she knows what she wants and any hint of pressure would have been the end of that sale. Not the exact same feeling of the other gentleman who did the financing with us. He was a little annoyed with her because she didn't take the extended warranty beyond the 3 year 36 miles, although I thought she should have opted for that choice, she is making the car payments not the finance person sitting behind the desk - that 15 minutes of time felt a bit awkward for all 3 of us sitting in the room and his inappropriate comment about "it's not just about you, its about us as well" was not an appropriate respond when she decided she didn't want to pay more than she was paying already. If this review is strictly going for Dario he was excellent and we also worked with Steve (can't recall his last name) he gave us the final deal which honestly we would never have considered a new car if we didn't pull in on the right day at the right time. We hope our daughter will enjoy her new car for years and it will service her well. Thanks for not pressuring her in her decision to buy the car she really wanted.

Went to try out the Tacoma truck and found it to be aggresively priced and in great shape. Ammar was very profesional, upfront and did a great job of listening. After we decided to purchase the truck, Ammar had my wife and me speak to Bob in financing. Again, pleasant, profesional and thorough. No nonsense dealing with low key delivery. It helps to have a good credit rating and be knowledgeable about your car search. Thanks Westboro Toyota for helping us replace a 99'Camry that was lost in an acident.

This is the 4th consecutive car our family has bought from this dealership, and all through Mr. Bashkim Bajraktari (3 new, 1 used). This last purchase was for my daughter. These have been the easiest automobile transactions ever and at this point, it is hard to imagine buying a different type of car, or through a different dealership or salesperson. We have done almost all interactions through email, and when everything is all set, we complete the sale quickly. It's been so easy. The price has always been the most competitive, there have been no back and forths, and I've always felt that we have been receiving the best deal possible, in the most professional and customer friendly manner. I am a very busy physician, and being able to make a major purchase in such an easy manner is invaluable. I am always referring friends and colleagues to Mr. Bajraktari and all have thanked me.

Absolutely top notch sales staff. Worked with me to finalize not only the sales price but the exact money factor on the lease I ultimately signed. Completely transparent throughout the process with no surprises or unexpected changes to any of the financial detail throughout the process. Mike committed to a set sales price for a specific VIN on the lot per their online inventory over the course of 2 days of email correspondence, I put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until I could make the trip up from Stamford, CT and when I did, Mike got me a reasonable trade in on my 2003 Honda Accord and I left with my new Rav4. Everyone I worked with, vehicle professionals, financing manager, etc... were 100% professional and facilitated a straightforward and pressure-free transaction. Basically we had an issue with the car we purchased and wasted 4 hours trying to remedy the situation when this dealership during that same 4 hours was not operating in good faith. It's too bad, but now we know and will make sure that people know, that when push comes to shove...Westboro Toyota is not going to make the least effort to work with you to resolve the situation. My wife and I visited Westboro Toyota in January 2012 to compare their SUV/Crossover vehicles with Nissan products. We test drove a Rav4 and a Venza and were very pleased with the 2011 V-6 Venza on Westboro's lot. They gave us a decent discount off the invoice price and a reasonable trade-in allowance for our Nissan Quest minivan. We also purchased extended warranty and service plans as well as a Lojack system.Within two or three weeks after purchasing the Venza, I went back to discuss trading in my truck toward a new Sequoia. Westboro Toyota didn't have one on the lot, weren't willing to discount one they had scheduled for delivery, and gave a very low trade allowance for my old vehicle. I purchased the Sequoia from Will Briggs at Harr Toyota in Worcester instead and saved about $7,500. I suggesst that anyone in the market for a new car do their homework. With all of the automobile locator and trade estimate websites available, it's relatively easy to ascertain whether you're being served or conned. The Edmunds website was the best!

Had very large advertisement online at its website for FJ Cruiser $3000+ under MSRP. When called, the vehicle was "just sold yesterday, so you cannot take it out, I can find you one like it though." Of course, the one they find is more expensive and the price discount is not the same. This is classic bait and switch. What a disgrace. Do you really think your customers are stupid?

Ten Stars! Seldom have I had a more efficient and productive experience in the purchase of any product as I recently had at Westborough Toyota. I've been in business for over 40 years and I can't say enough about the people and service of this company. I went in looking to lease a vehicle and had the good fortune to be helped by Mr. Wegryn, one of the many sales and leasing consultants at Westborough Toyota. In 15 minutes I had all my questions answered, choices and comparisons presented to me in clear language - we made our decision and one business day later we drove out of the lot with a new Corolla, registered and insured - Westborough Toyota did all the paperwork including going to the Registry of Motor Vehicles and handling the paperwork from my insurance company. And I paid less than I expected!I highly recommend this company. From sales to finance to service, everyone we met and did business with was fast, friendly, intelligent, and efficient. My sales experience with Westboro Toyota was extremely satisfactory. While price is never the only reason to select a vendor, I found Westboro's pricing to be substantially better than any other dealer and I searched in 3 states (RI, MA and CT). In addition, I found them (especially Steve Briggs) to be exceptionally knowledgable, straight-forward and direct sales people. Sincerity, directness, patience and honesty, combined with the best price made this a no brainer selection for me.My signing experience was also one of the best transactions I've encountered. Branko Kovacevic, the Business Manager is a truly nice guy who is willing to work with you. In general, I found the employees friendly in a sincere way. In an effort to get a feel for the overall operation, I struck up various conversations with employees not connected to my transaction and I was very impressed. One of these conversations turned out to be with the General Manager, Rick Tonelli. He secured some information for me unrelated to the transaction.... just to be helpful. There was nothing in it for him. My strong belief is that this behavior is representative of the overall operation. I couldn't imagine buying another new car without at least consulting with them first. I will also recommend to friends and family to do the same.

I recently had to inquire a new vehicle because my old car kept breaking down over the last few years. Enough where I had to 'stop the bleeding' on my poor wallet! So, once I had the finances to get a new one, I went with Toyota, because I worked for a Toyota dealer for 5 years. Toyota's are reliable and built with quality standards. They have been since day 1. I love the Camry, so I went with Westboro Toyota. It's the closest dealer from my home and they offered the lowest price on a 2011 Camry LE. I had great service from start to finish. Every person I dealt with on the floor was great. Jon [My sales consultant] was very friendly, helpful, and very informative about the car and the whole deal. I originally thought I could buy the car, but after talking about the options, it was best to lease the car. I am glad I did because I always have the option to buy it when the lease is over. My payments are lower and more manageable leasing rather than owning. I have some friends that leased cars in the past, but I never thought about it. I always bought cars outright from a dealer [with financing], or privately [full price paid on the spot]. Another 'shocker' was how quick the car was ready....within 24 hours! I read reviews that it took days or even weeks before getting a new car. My Dad's car [purchased from H.C. Toyota] took almost a month to finalize the deal, mainly because of the sales staff was 'disconnected' with the deal. That was NOT the case with Westboro Toyota. This was actually my FIRST true good experience with an auto dealer. I have dealt with about 4 in the past. Most of them just want to 'take the money and run' [Steve Miller reference]. So, all and all...everyone was very friendly, explained everything in detail, and treated me like I was the only person there! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone.

We were in the market for a Venza. Our salesman, Sam, was very helpful showing us various models, features, etc.. Prior to coming in we provided details on our trade (year, model, mileage, condition) and were told the used car manager was "very interested" in our car. When we were at the dealership it became an old, high mileage car that would be tough for them to sell. The initial offer on the trade was very low which we balked at. The salesman then went back to talk with his manager and upped the offer by $2k. At that point we were still aways apart, and then the manager came back with the salesman to negotiate himself. (And each time the salesman went to meet with his manager he took an unusually long amount of time to return.) From there it was questioning where I came up with values, debating how much they could re-sell it for and the need for them to make a profit (which I understood). It was an uncomfortable experience from our perspective and we left without striking a deal, but they provided us with their standing offer when we left. After we left the dealership I never heard from them again, after hearing from them on a regular basis prior to going in.Ultimately we ended up buying a used Venza from another dealership where we had a much better experience. And the value we got on the trade was $3,500 higher than their initial offer, and $1,500 higher than their 2nd offer (which I mention because I don't want this to seem like a customer who is complaining because they had an unrealistic value of their car). Maybe they would have moved more on the price, and dealerships can obviously have different values for trade-ins, but their first offer was so low to the point where I felt like they were trying to pull one over on me.Overall, I wouldn't necessarily discourage people from shopping at Westboro Toyota; the salesmen seem friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We've had the Venza for a week now and love it. But I would make sure to have a good understanding of the value of the car and trade before going in.

I went to Westboro and they told me it was only a recalibration and the cost was only 115. Next time I will not go anywhere els.

I went in for my first service - 5000 mile service. I worked with Erik and he was great. The wait wasn't very long and they offered snacks and drinks in the waiting room. They even washed and vacuumed my car for me. As soon as my car was ready, Erik came out to the waiting room to get me and pulled my car up to the door when I was ready to leave. Very friendly and professional. I would definately recommend this dealership.

Rude from the start, Major attitude -These guys should not be customer facing or have the word "service" in there title! NOt only rude but They claimed a long list of items needed to be fixed, after being treated so badly I went with my gut and said no way to the work took to another dealership and they came back with only 2 items (which I knew about) I asked them to double check the others and again all set its been 2 mos and still no issue with other areas as made to FEAR by Westborough!

Our overall experience was positive. There was no pressure and the salespersons all responded to our personal needs and requests. Our internet request was responded to within 10 minutes and all of our questions were answered before we arrived at the dealership. We were not pressured to purchase any additional offerings, though we were provided with all the opportunites (lo Jack, extended warranty etc.). Our vehicle was delivered when promised and we are very pleased with our new vehicle!

The whole car buying experience was Great! Mike Norwood answered any questions that I had over the internet and Sam Abbott did the smae in person. They both were very eager to make sure that I was happy with the deal I had made and also make sure that I didn't have any questions. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased from Westboro Toyota and I have always been treated great. I also helped my sister in law purchase a vehicle at Westboro Toyota and we were again treated excellent and given a great del. I would suggest them to anyone I know looking for a car.

I have a flat tire on my 2010 Prius. I went to Westboro Toyota service department because the tire pressure alarm has been on and the rear left tire is visibly flat. I was told to wait for half an hour for the guys to find out what was wrong. After two hours, the service representative come to tell me that their technician found a nail in my tire, and they needed to fixed it for a cost of $20.00. I said OK. Another one and a half hour passed till the tire was fixed. When I was about to pay, I was told by the representative, that fixing the tire costed me $20.00, however, it took them 0.6 hour of labor to find out where the nail was and that would cost an additional $65, and my total bill was $85.00, a few bucks away from a new tire. It took me almost 4 hours and 85 bucks to get my tire fixed. It was not the worst, a few days later, I found the tire pressure light was one again and the same left rear tire was visibly flat. This time I went to Monroe in Framingham near the Trade Joes. I parked my car and told the guy there I had this tire pressure problem. They started to look at it right away. Within 15 minutes, they found the nail, and fixed the tire. I was about to pull out my wallet, thinking another 100 bucks gone, but the Monroe guy told me nicely, "you can go now, we don't charge you for this, have a nice day." I did have a nice day, and many other nice days afterwards. It is just not worth it to visit a Toyota dealership, they are dishonest, and after all very unnecessarily expensive, that is my true story that I would like to share with any one who is willing to listen.Later on, I called back to the Westboro Toyota, asking whether they still have the nail they found in my tire, since I was thinking about foul play to have two nails in my tire within one week. The lady who picked up the phone was with a short patience and told me that they did not keep the nails. Who knows whether there was a nail at all in the first place.

Priced and drove an Avalon. Dealership played the game, salesman has to talk with the manager, talks in front of you but won't talk to you, within 20 feet of the customer. Asked to come down $15 a month. Would not yield. Walked away when dealer refused to counter. Went to Ira and got a better trim package (with Nav) for less! Don't waste your time at this tiny, non-aggresive dealer.

I was referred to Westboro Toyota by a co-worker after having visited several other Toyota dealerships. I had a great experience working with Rick Manley who I found to be professional and courteous, taking the time to explain all of the options open to me without using any high-pressure sales tactics. The vehicle which I had requested to test-drive (2011 Sequoia) is typically in short supply, so rather than directing me to a different model, or trying to sell me 2010 inventory, Rick requested that I wait a week until he could locate the vehicle which I was interested in purchasing. I test-drove the vehicle a week later, and the entire sales process was exactly as Rick had explained to me earlier. I would highly recommend Rick Manley and Westboro Toyota, and after such a great sales experience I will certainly be a repeat customer of Westboro Toyota.

Westboro Toyota was recommended to me from a friend who recently purchased a car from them and was very satisfied. I was also very happy with the service I received at Westboro Toyota and with the 2011 corolla that I purchased from them. Unfortunately, my car was totaled in an accident just before I bought my new car. When I went to the dealership I had no idea what I wanted for a car. I was a little nervous since I dont know anything about buying a car but they were very nice to me from the moment I walked in. They sat down with me and showed me a bunch of different options. They even walked around with me and showed me the different vehicles they have on the lot. They answered all of my questions(very knowledgeable)and helped me pick a car that was suitable for me and my budget. On the day I went to pick up my new car, they took care of all the paperwork, filled my tank, and had my car washed. They even had it ready at the time that was promised!!!! In the beginning I was not happy with having to buy a new car but at the end I was very excited and happy to have a great new car. I would strongly recommend Westboro Toyota. They were very friendly, helpful and just overall great to work with!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Dave Crea at Westboro Toyota. My beloved 1998 Passat had recently died and I was unsure as to how I was going to secure a vehicle in a short amount of time and within in my narrow price range. Dave put me immediately at ease and worked tirelessly to get me a great deal and a beautiful car. I am very new to the car buying process and Dave was able to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. I thank everyone at Westboro Toyota for all they they did to make this process stress free and financially manageable. I am now a proud owner of a 2011 Camry! :) Thank you!

Do not buy a car from these people. The salesperson lied to me about the warranties of my used car purchase and when I sent to pick up the car they said the car never included warranties and would not hold up their end of the bargain. They never apologized. Mark told me "he wasted too much time". They do not know how to treat people. I struggled to get out the door with my baby and car seat and only the receptionist offered to open the door while Mark and the rest of the sales staff ignored me.DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT (I have since heard others say the same). Don't spend your money here!

I wanted a Prius. After going to two other local dealers, who did not ahve any and told me I would have to pay list price, I called Westborough. Gilles LaBelle is their hybrid sales manager and was and is an absolute joy to deal with. Not only did they have cars in stock, they were sold at a discount to list. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone, especially anyone looking for a hybrid.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I was lucky enough to get to work with Dave Crea, a knowledgeable and friendly Westboro Toyota salesman. He knew everything about the inventory. He was able to asses my needs, work with my budget and get me into a brand new Rav4! I never thought I would be able to do that, but Dave walked me through the process step by step, answers all my questions and really eliminated all my fears. As a single woman, a car dealership can be a very intimidating place. But, at Westboro I was welcomed into the clean and bright dealership and was taken care of right away and felt comfortable with the whole team. I also had a great experience with Larry who handled the financing for me. It was quick and painless and very easy to understand. I would recommend this dealership especially if you get to buy from Dave Crea!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Overall a good experience with several new and used vehicles to choose from in the model and years I was searching for. I wanted a good Highlander, and I got a better than expected vehicle in great condition. The transaction was easy and they took all afternoon to let us drive 3 different cars, and then settle on one and come to a price that seemed fair. This becomes almost a $30,000 transaction these days, so not feeling rushed or "sold" too hard was a nice feeling for both my wife and I. The car was ready and waiting as promised, and all of the staff paid attention to all of the details necessary to make this happen. I purchased one other Toyota from a different dealer several years ago, and they failed to alert me to a past problem with the vehicle - I did not go back to that dealer. I would, however, go back to Westboro Toyota if I need another car.

We wanted to replace our 2006 Prius with a new 2010 model. We found what we wanted online and asked for a quote. They contacted us immediately and we went to the dealership for a test drive. Our salesman, Ed Jackman, was very knowledgeable about the Prius and we ended up getting what we wanted for our trade, purchasing a fully loaded new red Prius, which my husband loves. The sales manager, Dave Barrett, worked the numbers with us so we were all satisfied. We've taken our Toyotas (I have a 2004 Corolla) into Westboro Toyota for service since we moved to town 6 years ago. We've always been happy with the service we've received.

I was in the market for a new Toyota Camry and asked for quotes from different dealerships. Steve Briggs contacted me while I was test driving a Toyota Camry at another dealership and told me that he "liked me" and that if I drove 20 minutes to Westboro Toyota he would beat there price. So, I drove to Westboro Toyota was given the lower price however when I questioned why I have to pay the $300 docuement fee the negotiation took a turn for the worse. I asked to speak to the manager and Luiz Angelo explained that I "needed" to pay the docuement fee and that it is non-negotiable. I explained that a friend didn't pay for the fee but I was willing to pay the fee. At that point, Luiz turned hostile, slammed the paperwork down on the desk and said, "This deal is off". Basically, was very childish to the point where we sat there absolutely stunned. Needless to say, I have reported this dealership to Toyota, BBB, and other complaint organizations. I would stay away from this dealership since they are very unprofessional.

My son, who is with the MA National Guard in the Middle East but due home by the end of December 2010, asked me to test drive a used Toyota Avalon he found online as he would need a car upon his return. From the first phone call to delivery of the automobile to my home, Westboro Toyota personnel remained extremely courteous, professional and knowledgable. They understand the true meaning of excellant customer service. Overall, a very positive experience and, despite the fact I live in Springfield, MA, I would deal with Westboro Toyota again without hesitation. My son was so pleased, he wrote:To The Entire Westboro Toyota Team,This morning my mother was in your dealership to test drive the 2002 Toyota Avalon I had seen online. She explained to me that everyone was especially nice to her, gave her time and, in no way, put any pressure on her to make a decision. She also mentioned that you went as far as putting water out for her two dogs or my "sisters" as she calls them. She is very impressed with the Avalon, a very well-kept, clean car that drives really nicely. It is for these reasons, the car itself but also your extraordinary service towards my mother, that I have decided to purchase the vehicle from Westboro Toyota. As I imagine my mother explained to you, I am currently on deployment in the Middle East. It is a really nice feeling to know that my mother was taken care of so nicely and with a high level of professionalism by your dealership. I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart and, I look forward to returning home next month to a beautiful car that will help my kids and I in a extraordinary manner. I will also make a point of stopping by Westboro Toyota to thank you personally. I look forward to talking to meeting and even doing business with you again.

My car was totaled by a tree so I found myself in the market unexpectedly for a replacement vehicle (used). I searched the internet and found the car I wanted at Westboro Toyota. I made on offer online which was very easy with the set up of their website. I received a call very shortly thereafter from Mike Norwood who had a counter offer in the ballpark. I didn't immediately make a deal with them and when I checked back about a week later, the car was reduced on-line and we settled on a very fair offer. I picked the car up a week later and it was just as described. Mike Norwood was extremely nice to work with and he addressed all of my concerns and never made me feel like I was being annoying which was a pleasant surprise after the previous dealership I had been dealing with (Quirk Mazda in Quincy -- BEWARE!)Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I sincerely appreciate Mike Norwood and Mike Martin for going that extra bit for the customer. My faith was restored in car salesmen after working with these guys.

Internet price was the best. Friendly over the phone and at the dealer. My wife and I drove 57 miles to get to this dealer and found the Sienna XLE was warmed up and waiting for our test drive when we arrived and everything was exactly as described. They offered a great finance plan and explained everything about this vehicle we purchased. A full tank of gas and they setup my bluetooth phone. The plates and sticker were on the van and it was cleaned and preped within 24 hours. There was no pressure sales of any kind and this turned out to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. I have owned Toyota products since 1971 and presently own a Lexus LS430. I highly recommend this dealership to those who hate to hassle with car sales people.

My car was slowly dying and I either needed to trade up or put more money into the gas guzzler. I wanted something afforable and dependable. I saw the low financing on tv and decided to price out a new car and went down. The employees were all so warm and welcoming; they allowed me to test drive each car and see them side by side. I sat down in each and was shown all the diffences between the few I looked at. As soon as we sat down and priced each out and decided on the car of my choice they brought up all the colors so I could look at each to make my finally decision. I am happy to say I am now a new owner of a 2010 Toyota Corolla all thanks to the wonderful help of the employees of Westboro Toyota. There was no pressure to buy or do anything unlike my experience at hyundai or chrysler dealerships I had went to. They worked with my budget and made it managable enough that I can drive with a smile on my face and look out the window every morning saying "yes, that's my car." Thank you Toyota

On 11/19/10 I stopped in to meet Ed Jackman regarding leasing a 2011 Toyota Sienna LE Van. I explained that I had two payments left on my 2008 Honda Odyssey. I also told him exactly how much I wasnted to put down and where my monthly payment needed to be. Ed wrote up a quote that met my needs and that I was very interested working with. On 11/27/10 I called Ed back to see if the quote was still valid and it was. I also confirmed all the numbers agsin with Ed and he agreeed that they were all still good! We then agreed to set up a test drive that afternoon. I brought my wife and kids to the dealership to test drive the van and it was very nice. We then went inside and told Ed we will take it so he proceeded to get the paperwork and that's when things all went to hell. He came back with a payment $45/month higher than was was written down on his quote?? He said someone made a mistake?? That's total bull! This is what these people do for a living, and I really don't think this is the first lease they quoted a customer on with a trade?? It was simply a bate & switch move to get my family back into the deelership. He knew all along that those numbers wouldn't work which is why I'm so mad. That's unethical and a very poor way to do business. Not only will I never do business with Westboro Toyota again, but I will do everything I can to tell friends what happended and to never go there.

I went to Westboro Toyota to just look around. Before I drove over I had stopped at the Mazda dealership and none of the salesmen seemd to have time to help me. I was told I could come back later or come again tomorrow. Well, needless to say I left and drove over to Toyota. I didn't know the kind of car I wanted I just new the options I wanted, the color and the amount I wanted to spend. I walked into the showroom and David Crea immediately and pleasantly greeted me and called me over. We got along immediately and I could tell he was somebody I could trust in helping me make this large purchase. I told him what I wanted and he did some research to give me a couple different options. He showed me the car that had everything I was looking for and it was love at first drive. I bought the car!! There was a funky mold smell in it so Mr. Crea made sure that before they called me to take it home it was completely cleaned inside and out. He took care of all the details and kept in touch with me at every step of the process. He was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with by far because you can tell he really cares. He even called me a week later to see how I was doing, that reminds me, I still need to call him back :-) Anyway, My first new car was a Toyota Camry which I loved, so I am happy to be back in a Camry after taking a break for a short 4 years. I have no doubt I will enjoy my new car for years to come and if I have any issues, I am sure David Crea and Dirk at the service department will take good care of me. Toyota should be proud of David since if it weren't for his excellent customer service, I could have easily gone to the next dealership. Thanks.Sincerely,Hallie

I worked with Dave Crea, Steve Briggs, and Kevin McCarthy. They were very friendly and accommodating. The dealership itself is clean, quiet, and very comfortable. As a young Army wife with a deployed husband, I was afraid that I may be taken advantage of, but the staff at Westboro walked me through every step of the process, and continually communicated with my husband to keep him updated. They offered me a great price on my vehicle and gave me a very good deal when I financed through Toyota. They were helpful and totally informed about the vehicle, the options, and the financing available to me. I left the dealership confident that I had gotten a great deal on a fabulous car.

What an great experience and who ever says that about buying a car? Mike Martin was my first contact on the phone, so personable and informative that I gave a deposit over the phone. I had done my homework and knew what to ask, the questions I had were answered clearly and concisely. Mike has great phone presence, his smile came through the phone!Dave Crea then called to introduce himself as my Sales Consultant and met me at the door, greeting me by name. The car I was interested in was waiting next to the front door. After chatting and taking it out, I asked about an upgraded model. Dave quickly found the information and showed me the car I did buy in the end. No salesman's glint in the eye thinking, oh, now I can really get her to buy more than she came in to buy. Just plain, simple explanation of what the upgrade had. To make the decision easier, Dave gave the keys to car #1 to drive over and compare to car #2. Plenty of time to consider and no pressure, just information. Dave Barrett worked on pricing and Luiz Angleo on financing. Both were superb! All the paperwork was organized and clearly explained. In and out of the finance office in less than 10 minutes. The entire sales staff is all welcoming, no huddling or running back and forth to "consult" with a Sales Manager (which I experienced at another dealership). The waiting area is pleasant, clean and inviting, beverages and snacks available. Did I mention I had my 91 year old mother in law and my Maltese with me? Of course, my little princess charmed everyone...but Westboro even has a little dog water bowl out next to the water cooler just for our little friends and doggie treats that promptly appeared. So I bought my car and came back to pick it up a couple of days later. Great communication during that time from Dave and Melissa at the dealership. My new car was waiting outside when I arrived and I heard the "beep" as Dave unlocked it from inside the showroom. Once inside, Dave went over all the little goodies to make sure I was comfortable before driving off...the Prius is a bit different than other Toyota models. I was taken to the Service dept, introduced and shown where to bring my car when I come in for service. Even though there is a Toyota dealership in my town, I will try to use Westboro, I was that impressed. It's the little things that make a difference in life. I felt special at Westboro Toyota, found that Westboro sales never pressured me, and admired the quiet buzz of professionalism throughout the dealership. Everyone works as a team, a family. Some dealerships might have fancy new buildings that go on for miles...Westboro has put their energy into their staff! Top notch all around. Thank you all!

This was a good place to buy a car. My first visit was zero pressure, the salesman showed me some cars, was quite knowledgeable, and didn't take my name. Delivery was excellent - car was perfect, with a full tank of gas.

We had a fabulous experience with Kevin and everyone at Westboro Toyota. From the outset, we felt comfortable. Kevin really listened to our input, made great suggestions, gave us ample time for test drives, and answered our many questions about the cars and our financial options. We normally wait 24 hours to make a decision abut a major purchase, but all of the components we needed were in place at Westboro and we committed on the same day that we did our test drives. The registration and pick up process was equally seamless. Everything was in place and the car was clean and ready for us at the appointed hour. Kevin spent a long time going over all of the features of the RAV4 with us - something we thought was impressive since he had already completed the sale! he was genuinely happy for me as I drove off in my shiny new car.We highly recommend Westboro Toyota and we are so pleased with this new car that we plan to return within the year to purchase a second RAV4.

Paul Havens was very helpful in every way and he made me feel I could trust him. (This is coming from someone (a) whose late father was an honest and honorable used car dealer, (2) had a very bad experience at a dealership buying my last car from a man who turned out to be a pathological liar, and (c) is not taken in by "smooth talkers" who tell you what they think you want to hear.) I was looking at a Prius and needed more help than "normal" since I was unfamiliar with the hybrid vehicle. Paul patiently answered my questions and concerns and guided me through the test drive. I had some concern and anxiety about how much I could pay and I felt that Paul went to bat for me in the financial negotiations--more than once throughout the entire process. Kevin McCarthy was very helpful regarding working out my payment plan and explaining the details. Paul has made himself available for any questions or concerns I have post-sale and has been responsive and found answers to the things I've asked about. I feel that, all in all, I got a good deal on a good car from a good man who was an excellent representative of Westboro Toyota.

I had the pleasure to work with Dave Crea, one of the salesmen at Westboro Toyota. You could not ask for a better person to do business with. I was very particular in getting the Tacoma TRD Sport in Black, which he located for me within the very same day. He answered every possible question I had on the truck (I had a lot of them!), that made me feel really comfortable in knowing that his knowledge level was truly superb. The environment at Westboro Toyota replicates a family unity. From the management, to the salesmen, to the finance department and even the service department this company works so well as one cohesive unit. As a customer, Westboro Toyota did everything possible to take care of my needs. Their professional, carefree and positive attitude truly helped in the buying process, as they werent pushy or forceful, like some other car dealerships.Lastly, when it was time to pick the vehicle up, I simply couldnt have asked for more. When I got to the dealership, Dave took me outside and we looked over the ultra clean and detailed truck (thank you Service folks!) I told him this was my first truck so from top to bottom; he explained in detail all of the features inside the truck, in the cab and even in the bed of the truck. We went over some final paperwork inside right before it was time to leave. He handed me the keys and on my way out the door, I was congratulated by a few employees who worked at Westboro Toyota.I have bought cars in the past from other dealerships and I can honestly say that this was truly the best experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. If I could recommend any Toyota dealership in Massachusetts (even New England), it would definitely be Westboro Toyota!Last but not least, I would like to give a special thank you to The Tonelli Family, Dave Barrett, Kevin McCarthy and Dave Crea for all of their hard work and dedication.

Paul was down to earth. I called ahead of time, so they new I was interested in the RAV 4. They brought one out front and had it waiting for me to look at and test drive before I arrived. They didnt pressure me into making a decision and I thought in talking to him that he was being honest with me. Other dealerships I went to were all about rushing into a sale and called my phone 2-3 times a day for the next week after I left. This dealership just seemed down to earth and was a place I felt comfortable in. Everyone in this place was wearing polo shirts and had a relaxed style to them. The damn other places where everyone wears shirts and ties just annoys me more than anything.

I would reccommend Westboro Toyota to ANYONE! They didn't just sell me the SUV I had searched the greater New England for at a much lower price, they sold me on their business! I have never felt so important in my life as they made me feel! We live over 4 1/2 hours away and mind you, (my husband hates to travel), but we will go back there again and again and again! They were able to work a deal over the phone with me and no matter what road blocks I hit up here, I knew that they were working equally as hard to make it work. Mike Martin was the sales person I dealt with on a daily basis (3 weeks worth of days:)) and he was amazing. He never told me what I "wanted"to hear. I knew exactly where I stood every step of the way! It was great to finnally meet him on Saturday and get to personnally thank him for all of his hard work! I really couldn't have made it work without him. My husband and I had filed bankruptcy a year ago due to unfortunate circumstances, and any time we tried to deal locally we were treated VERY differently. With Mike Martin and Paul Havens we were also treated VERY differntly and I thank God that we were! Because of them, I know I don't have to settle for back seat service ANYMORE!:) Our wait there was not more than an hour, but Mike and Paul must have asked us if we would like a drink or a snack at least a half a dozen times. Thank you guys for making us feel welcome! While waiting, Mike began to tell us a little about the owner, Arthur Tonelli. He has been with the company since 1971. He is 89 years old and still comes into work every day! Imagine my surprise when he came over to introduce himself to us. It was truely an honor to have met him and to hear his story! While the ink was drying on our purchase papers, Mike and Paul walked us to our new, used car and explained in detail how everything worked. Paul even took the time to explain all the air bags. I remember he said "the car is designed to be destroyed, the air bags are designed to keep you safe"! Apparantly placing even something as thin as a t-shirt over the seat air bag can prevent it from opening properly. Who would have thought? I said to my husband, "how nice was that? What does he care if one air bag isn't deployed if we are ever in an accident?"But he did! Cause that's the type of guy he is! Mr. Tonelli came out to see if this "was the car that we stole"? Hahahahaha! We talked for a minute about the deal we had gotten, and I knew we were lucky because they really didn't make much money off of us that day, but that didn't stop the owner himself from coming out to congratulate us! We truely felt special and even though the dealership was swarming with people buying/trading/leasing, we felt as though we were the only ones there! Before driving away to make the very long journey home, Paul and Mike made sure that we had their cell phone numbers and new that we could call them anytime-day or night! I am so grateful for the EXCELLENT SERVICE awarded to us and I cannot imagine ever buying a car anywhere else! Thank you Mike, Paul, and Mr. Tonelli. It was truely our pleasure to have done business with you all!Cheers,Mandy and Mikey

I did a lot of research on the 2008 Camry LE I wanted to buy, and they advertised a one owner car that had 26000 miles on it that just came in on trade. I went to check it out and met the first employee, I think his name was Stephen Briggs maybe...anyway, very nice, professional young guy who met me and then handed me off to Pete Esposito. The price was very competitive at this time 14880, for a low miles Camry with a sunroof. From the start they were very professional and courteous throughout...while they didn't come down on price, from my research this car was fair to slightly below price for a certified Toyota car. Beyond the lack of flexibility on the price, I can tell you that Peter was a pleasure to deal with....very respectful, down to earth, and no pressure. I had went to Bernardi before and they brought all of the stereotype tactics out - inflated pricing, showing us the worst cars for our budget - 15k, and then making us wait while they did their song and dance....not to say that one of the salesman there wasn't very nice...he was, Ammer, but you could tell their business model was to inflate prices and try to catch people unaware or wear knowledgeable buyers down through the process. Not so here....Pete was great the whole way.....let us take the car for as long as we wanted to get comfortable....telling me the price they paid....responding to my limited time and working to meet my schedule.....wow, that's how a dealership should work right? I think a person's experience at these dealerships is very subjective based on the salesman, but I can tell you that Pete was a class act the whole way....working with my wife, meeting my kids and applying no pressure - it was my time not his which was great. Like I said the car was aggressively priced, based on my three weeks of research so I feel really good about what I paid and my experience with Wboro....I will write an update if this car turns out to be a headache, but I feel pretty confident that won't happen with the Toyata Certified label. Again these ratings on this site are obviously not the full picture and neither is my personal experience, but if you can do your research on the internet and are looking for a fair price and a normal (read customer first) buying experience, my recommendation would be Peter Esposito at Wboro Toyota. Final note, I am a 39 year old who is fairly successful in financial services.....I am frugal, hence the Camry because I would rather put money toward my kids' 529s or new windows than a car....point of me telling you this is that if you are cut from the same cloth then I think you would have a nice buying experience with Pete and Wboro.

My experience at Westboro Toyota was excellent. I came in late in the evening, and Mr. Martin did not make me feel rushed or pressured in any way. He took his time to help me and answer my many questions about the Corollas and Yaris' I was interested in. I was able to test drive 2 vehicles, and was pleased with both, as well as other vehicles that he showed me. I felt that the selection was very good and Mr. Martin, as well as the other staff I had interactions with, were very courtious and helpful. I recommend Westboro Toyota to my friends and family frequently!

This is my 2nd car this year from this dealership. The this is one of the few places that truly makes the buying experience fun and easy. I have have, and will continue to send friend and family. Also after I bought my sienna they gave me a free vacuum. This had nothing to do with the negotiation, it was just a thank you of sorts. How great is that.

I wish there was a "6" for rating this dealersip Fantastic.Michael and David were above and beyond in their attention to detai and my needs. Even though Westboro Toyota is extremely busy at this time, they made me feal I was the center of their attention and the only customer they had to attend to. David called several times to inform me of the status of my lease turn-in and purchase. It was a positive experience in every aspect to do business with this dealership: efficient, customer oriented, all employees were friendly and helpful. My initial call to Michael was responded to so efficiently, and after several phone calles I got exactly the vehicle I wanted and on my terms.

My family visited Westboro Toyota during its Labor Day Sales event. Prior to visiting I had contacted Steve Briggs and was very pleased with his professional, helpful attitude. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Steve, and he promptly introduced us to Paul Havens. We found Paul to be personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest, so much so, in fact that our family leased three Toyotas within an hour. We were later introduced to the entire staff from service to management and made to feel like members of the dealership family. I would heartily recommend Westboro Toyota to anyone in search of a pleasurable buying experience.

Our Salesperson was hard to understand. Everything was rushed (granted it was Labor Day Weekend). After we told the salesman that we weren't going to buy today and that we needed to look at other cars first- he seemed to get mad! He abruptly asked us Why? We eventually bought the car somewhere else and had to call the salesman to get our deposit back and he hung up on us.

This dealer knew which model we were interested in before we arrived, based on an internet query. They contacted us immediately to apologize that they did not have that model in stock, and made an attractive offer on a slightly more expensive model. When we arrived in the showroom, the internet salesman was occupied with another customer. He presented us to a salesman who was extremely knowledgeable on our desired car.Michael Fredette has only been in sales for several months, but his years of involvement in the business, including maintenance and service of vehicles, and his obvious love of what he's doing made our experience a delight. He could intelligently answer all our questions, and frequently surprised us with extra, helpful information. We were anxious about spending more on more car than we had planned for, but Michael worked hard on our behalf with the General Manager to make the deal more palatable. Our car was ready for pickup the following day, sparkling clean and with a full tank of gas.We haven't purchased a brand new car in several years, and it was a pleasure in the end to not be hit with an extra charge for floor mats. We're very glad that the dealers and manufacturers recognize that when spending as much as one does for a car, that this extra charge would always stick in one's craw.

I came in with a clear set of requirements and car make choices. I discussed this with Paul who then proposed cars which met my criteria. Nothing appealed to me. Then Paul came back with a car which he felt matched what I was looking for disregarding car make. It was a Camry which I said I was not interested in at the outset. However the Camry picked out surprised me as it was a perfect fit. Paul and his sales manager worked the price to fit my budget and we had a deal. Stephen put a lot of support effort into this as well - they worked well together as a team. They made the effort to find a car for me which met my needs rather than trying to just sell me a car. From what I observed, the sales manager and staff were friendly and helpful. The sales staff seemed to work well as a team helping each other out.The dealership is busy so it took some time however the outcome was great. I would come back here as my first choice.

From the time we entered Westboro Toyota my husband and I were greated in a very friendly and professional manner, by Michael Martin. We were given plenty of attention, any information we requested, a prompt test drive of the vehicle we were interested in, and ended up purchasing that vehicle. Both Mike Martin and Paul Havens were very instrumental in our decision to purchase a Toyota vehicle - and to purchase it from Westboro Toyota.

I purchased my first Prius (01) in 2001 at Westboro Toyota. I had called during Presidents sale but thinking I could not get one of the new Prius cars since they were toooooo new. I not only was able to get one, I was able to place a deposit over the phone. My Prius 1 I still own and will keep it until it dies(I think I will die first)Since then the SERVICE department has gone above and beyond to assist. Scott (MASTER Mechanic) has explained how many things works with my car. I have since been told people come from all over to bring their cars to him. ( I feel special to have him work on mine)Pete(one of the GM's) has always been very supportive accommodating and has lent me his vehicle during an oil change because I had to take car of something. This was offered by him to me personally and I was floored when he did it.Dave(Wilkey) has always been their to assist in many aspects of service from body to rentals and a great guy to talk with. I recently decided to Lease NEW Prius 2010 P3. I shopped around to other dealers in the area and felt like I was in shark infested waters. One dealer (supposed to be #1 in New England) was very disappointing with their ever changing offers at the last second to NOT let me leave VS bringing something thing to me to make me stay(not happy with them the supposed #1 dealer according to adds). After two BAD OTHER dealership experiences I called Westboro Toyota and got Steve from the Internet service department. I said look, I have been with you for 10 years. I have shopped around prior to coming back to you to see what you have to offer. I have been in the waters with the sharks and I want an out the door price with gap and taxes included no fuss lease and make me say yes. They came back with a price (15 minutes) I could not refuse. On a work night I dont go out after 6pm. BUT on this night I had to. I made it to the dealership before they closed. BB WAS GREAT. He gave me the keys and said drive it up to the door so I can put a plate on. I took off and came back to fill out an application. I was out of the dealership in 45 minutes. NO FUSS! NO WAIT! NO MESSING AROUND!!!!!This is a straight forward dealership which is proven with their deals and customer service. They have serviced this area for decades and will continue to do so. They will beat the so called #1 dealer and the #2 in the area. I have recommended others to this dealership from the Boston area and they have also come in to purchase. My experience with this dealership has been A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ 1 million percent satisfaction.

My car was hit by a truck on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to drive directly to Westborough Toyota but the service department had been closed for 25 minutes. A service rep and a mechanic were talking when we arrived. The accident had just happened and both of them took the time to listen to what happened and were able to pry open the car door to get my husband out. Let me emphasize that both of these men were "off the clock". They offered to bring me into the building, which was air conditioned, to sit down and they would get me water or OJ. They were so kind and accomodating. But, that has been my experience every time I have had the car serviced there. It is just amazing but every person you deal with is cheerful and helpful. They even prevented me from spending money by discussing an issue and showing me what to do. What business does that? My only regret was that I did not purchase the car here. I found out the hard way that you need to research the dealers and service departments before you buy from them. I have never dealt with a car dealership as good.I will ALWAYS bring my car here and my next purchase will be from Westborough Toyota.

This dealership was by far the most pleasant, informed and professional dealership I have EVER experienced. Each employee I dealt was more amazing than the next one. Erik Thorsen from the Service Dept. was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the Tacoma maintenance schedule. Paul Havens was incredibly informative about my new vehicle. Again, I have never even come close to the "buying a car" experience that this staff provided. Bottom line: Anybody would be out of their mind to buy a Toyota from any dealership other than Westboro.

On Saturday, July 17th, I was driving from Western Mass to Quincy when I heard a rattle coming from under my Matrix. The further I drove, the louder the rattle became. Concerned about breaking down, I stopped at Westboro Toyota hoping they would help. The service department was very busy and I feared I would be spending the better part of the day there. Ken, the service advisor, was very understanding and promised to help as best he could. Fortunately the problem was minor and easily repaired; but the very best part for me was that within an hour and a half, I was once again on my way to Quincy. The fast, efficient, and courteous help I received is something I will not soon forget. I would recommend the Westboro Toyota service department to anyone who lives in the area and drives a Toyota. Once again, thanks Ken and crew for all your help.

Purchased a NEW 2008 Tacoma.30k miles on a 2008 Tacoma, and the rear differential goes. If were not for the Regional Service Manager, this may have been the first and last Toyota for me.After intial diagnosis, and a fluid change, I returned. The problem had was getting worse.Their top mechanic was of the opinion the problem was gone.Lucky for me the Regional Sevice Manager was there. Confirmed the differential was defective and agreed to replace it.I returned to pick the vehicle up, a day later than promised, and noticed their "top" guy still working on it.Got the vehicle home, and on inspecting the rear differential drain plug, I was able to further tighten the drain plug by HAND!If the plug fell out, catastrophic differential failure would resulted.Could the mechanic have been been a bit upset ove my disagreement of his analysis in the presence of hiss boss?I torqued the plug the manufacture specs, and crossed my fingers nothing else was loose. Also amusing was when the the service manager for Westboro said "well you bought the vehicle used", and the fact the job took one more day than expected because they neglected to order all the parts necessay to due the job.The added inconvenience and cost of renting a car an additional day was not as amusing, due to a mistake THEY had made.I do not like handing over my vehicle to anyone. I prefer to do my own maintenance and repairs. I have a large collection of tools to do most jobs, and have restored, and modified cars and trucks my whole life. I am not a certified Toyota mechanic, but do know my way around a vehicle enough to swap out and engine.I can't comment on the sales, but I will not be using the service departent again.

Using the Toyota Motor Sales website, I searched over eighty (80) individual dealer websites looking for a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned FJ Cruiser. This was in addition to autohunter.com, cars.com, edmunds.com and several others. During my search I came upon only two (2) in the special order color I desired. I sent Mr. Martin an e-mail early in the morning and spoke with him (via telephone) within a half-hour after the dealership opened. He checked his inventory list and even walked out to ensure the vehicle did not have a hold on it. Mr. Martin put a non-binding hold on the vehicle (without me even asking) and I arranged an appointment later that day as it involved a two and one half (2 1/2) hour drive.I arrived and was greeted by Mr. Martin who was very cordial and he paired me with Mr. Bajraktari ("BB"). He provided a registration plate, a quick review and off I went without "BB". After our initial conversation, he explained, he sent me on my way for a test drive (alone) because he was confident I had done my research and would not do anything foolish. "BB" was confident that the vehicle was in such good condtion, I would not be disappointed. After a forty (40) minute ride, I sat with "BB" and he provided a trade-in-value and a sale price and worked the numbers. I made what I considerd a fair and realistic counter offer and a deal was struck. I told him that I had been pre-approved for a certain interest rate and asked if he could match that rate throught Toyota financial, would I consider that and I agreed. The Finance Manager, Mr. Sosa, not only matched the rate but bettered it by a half a percent. His explanation of all the paperwork and numbers was extremely thorough.None of the three (3) ever pressured me and the "hands off" sales style really worked well. They knew that they had a very fine vehicle that was competetively priced which would sell itself. Using that strategy has certainly yielded a 200+ a month car volume (I asked). I have purchased my fair share of cars and this was one of the top two dealerships, the other being Center Subaru (CT). If you want top shelf pre-owned vehicle at a fair price with excellent customer service, visit these guys.

5/8/2010 I moved to this area as a Highlander owner, and I've liked the Westborough Toyota service department. This morning I set out to buy a new car as a dreaded chore, because I loved my old Highlander that has over 130,000 miles. But, it was time.........I had anticipated a long and painful process, but Westborough Toyota was surprisingly GREAT! I had a wonderful salesperson (ask for Ed Jackman!). He struck a nice balance of patience and the need to stay on track. I was able to ask millions of stupid questions, test drive as many as I wanted, change my mind a couple of times, and then we put together the numbers and reached an excellent deal! He got my financing, trade-in agreement, and new car prepped faster than imaginable. There was never any pressure. I was offered snacks, drinks, etc. *********In just 4 hours from the time I walked into the showroom, I drove my new car home. When I walked in the door, my husband was shocked because I hadn't been gone very long, and I was actually in a good mood. Truly, an excellent experience. I highly recommend Ed! I was very interested in purchasing a 2010 Toyota Matrix S or XRS, but NO ONE seemed like they knew what they were doing! I walked into the dealership and stood around for a while before someone would help me. Carlos was a nice salesman, but I had a hard time understanding the communication. That wasn't the part that bothered me the most however, it was the fact that he didn't really seem to know what he was doing. He gave me the keys to a new Matrix XRS and told me "...go have fun in Boston!" He didn't seem to care when I would come back with the car, and when I did get back to the dealership, Carlos didn't seem to have enough interest in selling me the car. I wanted someone to tell me the specs. and information on this car and he didn't seem to really know. Westborough Toyota has a VERY hands off approach if your looking for that type of salesmanship. I went over to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough and bought a 2009 Toyota Matrix S and I love it! The sales people over there told me everything I wanted to know and came with me on the test drive. They were more eager to make the sale...and they did!

I just know this website and I am surprised that Westboro Toyota gets such a low rating here while Harr Toyota gets a 4.7/5.0. Our experiences with them were totally opposite with the scores here, I wonder if the owner of the site should track the credibility of the reviews since I found it's very easy to register a bunch of email accounts and change the overall rating easily.Anyway, we bought a Camry from Westboro in 2008 after a long horrible day with Harr Toyota (check my review for Harr for more details). Hank was really nice to us, he gave us a really low price AND all the rebated that he could think of that are applied to us. It was late, the show room was closed, Hank got a few family phone calls for dinner. But he was still very patient to go through the test drive, price negotiation, and paper works. We bought the car and were very happy about it. Unfortunately, we parked our car in the dealer next to them and were not able to get the car out since the other dealer was closed. The financial manager in Westboro rented a nice car to us for free.Overall, we are happy with Westboro Toyota and recommended a few friends to them.

I went to westboro toyota on 1/29/10 for an oil change for my car. When I first arrived, I waited 5 minutes before a service tech came out to greet me and give me a ticket for my oil change. I was surprised by the wait because I was told at the new owners orientation that the service techs meet and greet you outside immediately. When finally got inside I was greeted by Jessica Lise, a service cashier. I told her I was getting n oil change and would also like if someone could take a look at my tempature gage on my dash because the light was out. Without hesistation, she told me the price (118.00) of how much that would cost and that it would cost me an hour of labor plus the price of a light bulb. No one even assessed the problem before they told me how much it would cost! Before I was instructed to wait in the waiting room, Jessica told me should would come out to get me once my car was ready. This never happened. Instead, she called my name over an overcom. Good thing I was listening, otherwise she would have had to make the effort to demonstrate personalized service by coming out to get me to let me know my car was ready. When I went to pay (27.00) I presented them with my free oil chage coupon. Instead of just going through with the transaction the girl asked me if I had presented the coupon when I first arrived, I said "no" because I wasn't asked if I had one. She carried on with the transaction, never making eye contact. When I finally got to my car, I noticed the car was not vaccummed or washed, which was promise during the new owner's orientation. I was really disappointed by this becuase I realy like when this kind of maitainance occurs without costing extra. For a business that promises and prides itself of personalized service, I am greatly concerned of thier idea of "personalized service". From what I gathered from my experience is that they are all about profit and minimized customer interaction. The people I dealt withwere unprofessional and fa from curteous. I felt like I was bothering them and regretted going there on a friday afternoon. I have received better, more personalized and professional service at Jiffy Lube. This was the first and last time I will go to Westboro Toyota for any of my toyota needs.

We went to Westboro Toyota after having a disastrous experience at Norm Wagner Toyota. Rich was very nice and the process was fast and painless. They offered a great price from the start, so there was no need to haggle on the price. They need to clean up their showroom - it's a bit dirty and old.

After negotiating a price, I purchased a Solara convertible in April of 2009. Part of the agreement was that I was to receive 3 free oil changes. When I went to pick up the car, the salesman told me the person who holds the tickets for the oil changes had left for the day but that he would mail them to me with the registration. I received the registration and there were no oil change tickets included. I sent an email letting the salesperson know that I received the registration, loved the car, but that I still hadn't received the free oil change vouchers. He emailed me back to apologize and wrote that he would send them right out. A week later, I sent another email with no response. Then, I got a survey from Toyota........I answered it honestly. I really liked the salesperson but that I did not get what was promised as part of the negotation on the car. Obviously, the survey results were relayed to the dealer because I received a message stating that the tickets were mailed and that they had another set they wanted to give me and that they would drive them out to me. I didn't return the call. I still have not received the ones they told me had already been mailed. I decided shortly after I realized we were playing a game that I will not be going there for service anyways. Keep your oil changes! I will never buy here again. A friend of mine purchased the same weekend at Acton Toyota and got a great deal AND everything she was promised.

I have had three bad service experiences and a bad sales experience at this dealer so I thought it was time to tell others. I put a deposit on a 2006 Highlander Hybrid in December of 2005. I had a lease on a Surburban that was to expire in June of 2006. The car was originally scheduled for an April release but it was pushed back to June. I know this was beyond their control. I called in June to find out when my car was coming in and they told me August. I explained my situation and asked if they had any other Highlanders available. They told me there was a back log and I would have to wait for my car to come in. I found another HH at a different dealer and purchased it. When I called to get my $500 deposit back, they told me I would still have to take delivery of the car. After fighting with them I eventually got my deposit back. The ironic thing was they had the exact car I bought at another dealer on their lot for sale the entire time.Fast forward a couple of years to my 30,000 mile service. They charged me $600 for what amounted to an oil change and inspecting a few things. They did not tighten the oil filter and I lost three quarts of oil. Fortunately I am a little mechanically inclined. I am sure some other people would have not noticed and blown up the engine. My next service was an oil change at 35K. They told me I needed new tires. They wanted $1200 for a set of cheap Goodyear tires. I have not had much luck with that brand. I took the car elsewhere and got a great set of Yokohama's for half their price. I took my car in today for an oil change at 40K. They told me I needed an entire new set of rotors and calipers all the way around to the tune of $3,000. Obviously it is time to find another dealership.

My boyfriend and I went to Toyota of Westborough to look at the Rav4. We wanted to give them a try even after I read all the bad reviews. We happened to be in the area. We were approached by a sales men who never introduced himself. We asked him some questions and his response was either some stupid joke or he told us to read the paper on the car. He kept telling us he was new and he didn't know anything. We walked away from him with in 3-4 min. He still was making jokes and clearly had no interest in helping us. His best joke was if you get a Rav4 V6 do you call it a Rav6. HA!HA! We were very upset and couldn't believe this was his approach for selling cars. This was nothing like the service we recieved at Subaru in Sudbury.(read review under there name) I would recommend staying away from this dealership. No wonder they have bad reviews. It only took me a second to tell it wasn't going to work out but we tried. To bad for the dealer he lost 2 sales that day.(looking to buy 2 Rav4's)

My wife and I were assured by the salesperson that the deposit we left for a used truck would be refunded if we decided not to make the purchase following a night to think over the purchase. To this day, the money has still not been refunded. Originally, they pushed for a much larger deposit. I'm grateful in hindsight that I would not agree to a deposit greater than $100. Since then, I was able to purchase a vehicle at a different dealer in far better condition and at a far better price.Be prepared for the pressure of sales before you walk into the dealership. Unless you are 100% certain that you want to make the purchase, I'd discourage you from signing anything or leaving any type of deposit. If you do and decide not to make the purchase, you may find out that your deposit will not be refunded to you - despite the promise made.

We made a deal on last day of July (before MA tax hike) to buy the Sienna XLE. The model I wanted was not in stock, so they had to special order it. They called me a week later to let me know they found the Van and it will be here by 8/24. I called one week before the promised delivery date to find out the status. First they told me they weren't getting money from the CARS program, so they want more money from my deal ($1000 more). I said NO, of course. Then they tried to sequeeze $500 from me, no way. I told them to refund me if they can't honor their own contract (I could have sued them). After all these lies, I had enough of them. I got my money back and I won't buy any car from them. I will tell my bad experience to others.

My husband and I went to this dealer over the weekend to test drive a 2010 Prius. We are interested in taking part of the "Cash for Clunkers" program the federal government is rolling out. My old 92 Lexus qualifies and is about to die. We drove up and there were salespeople outside stalking customers. We were not even able to get out of the car before someone pounced on us. We told him up front we were not interested in buying that day, that we were just test driving. The entire time we were there he badgered us repeatedly to buy one of the ones on the lot. He knew absolutely nothing about the car itself. The test drive was pretty much silent, he never told us anything about the car. When we asked questions he would say I dont know and then blame Toyota for not sending him to sales training for the Prius (which has been out for TEN YEARS). He then resorted to asking my husband what things were in the car to which my husband reminded him HE was the salesman. He repeatedly pushed us to buy the silver one we had test drove and never asked us what options we wanted. We went inside to see if he could give us a price and he knew almost nothing about the Cash for Clunkers bill other than he had heard of it. He said he could give us a couple hundred bucks for trading in my old car and didnt seem to understand why we would want to wait for the Cash for Clunkers program to roll out. He whined that the government was trying to screw the auto dealers to which I told him he would not have gotten my business otherwise. My husband gave him a price to negotiate on PLUS the $4500 discount for the Cash for Clunkers program and he took it to his manager who promptly told us the Cash for Clunkers bill did not start til July 24th (which we had already told him at the beginning) and he couldnt go any lower than sticker price. So after several hours of being there we were only given sticker price. He then asked for a deposit and basically wouldnt let us leave even though we told him we had no interest in buying the car that day.He made test driving this car extremely painful as the entire time we were there I was looking for a quick getaway. I knew going to a car dealership would not be enjoyable but he was over the top pushy and on top of that did not know ANYTHING about the car. He literally expected us to buy the one off the lot no questions asked. When we go to actually buy the car we will NOT be going back to this dealership.

Our family (my wife, son, daughter, daughter-in-law, brother, myself) has now purchased at least 12 new Toyotas since 1994. During this time frame, I have called this dealership many times for prices. My feeling is that if I know what I want, why waste time and fuel driving to the dealership. Despite giving this dealership all the information they need to give me a quote, they never return phone calls as promised. This is true again. I'm in the market for a new Venza. All necessary information was given to the salesperson regarding the lease parameters that I wanted. Now, more than 24 hours later, I have yet to receive a phone call. No problem, other area dealerships have been more than accommodating. I guess Westboro Toyota has taught me a lesson..."don't bother calling us, we don't need a family who buys new Toyotas on a frequent basis".

My wife and I decided that we will buy a new Camry LE. This sales associate assisting us had no issues giving us a new car for a test drive. When we returned and wanted to talk about the options/pricing/trade in details, he was nowhere close to friendly. He wasnt aggressive but he did not ask us what options we needed in a car, my purchase plans and the worst of all, when asked about trade in he bluntly (with a icky face) threw a ridiculous number (KBB value was more than twice of what he estimated). He didnt get his butt up off his seat to look at my car or ask about its condition. This is where I felt the discomfort. One of the most boring purchasing experiences I had. We were treated like we were wasting his time. If you head down here, stay away from this sales rep. He is a real downer. I am buying a camry and will not go back to this dealer.

I recently purchased a new 2009 Camry Hybrid. After researching prices on Edmunds.com, I contacted Westboro Toyota, Harr Toyota (in Worcester), Bernardi Toyota (in Framingham), and Herb Chambers Toyota (in Auburn). Both Westboro and Harr offered "internet" prices on their websites. They were roughly equivalent. I first visited Harr and took a test drive there. Chris Allen there was very friendly and nice to deal with. If I lived closer to the Harr dealership, I would probably have bought from them. However, I also visited Westboro Toyota and dealt with Mike Martin, who was also very nice. Unfortunately, their "internet" prices vary daily and their current price was about $1300-1400 higher than it had been. Mike thought he could get them to match the Harr price if not their own earlier one, which they did. The entire process was very pleasant at both dealerships. The actual process of paying for the car took quite awhile due to various offers for additional warranties, security systems and so on, some of which I opted for and others of which I declined. It was not high pressure, but it did take awhile.

I contacted this dealer by email to get a price on a new Prius. The price Michael sent me was the better than any other dealership who'd responded BUT that was because the $400 new college grad rebate had been applied. Unfortunately, I do not qualify (nor was I asked if I would), and I only found out it was being used to set the price after being alerted by someone else. The sad thing is, their price with the $400 added back in was not bad, but I don't like getting jerked around. Well, that saved me a good long drive out to Westboro. So Westboro, go ahead and use all those special clause rebates, but just be UPFRONT about it. "All available rebates" doesn't cut it unless they apply to all buyers for that car, and it just ticks off the comsumers. We just wonder what other tricks you have up your sleeves.

I bought my first car at Westborough Toyota and I must say I loved my experence. I had a very low credit score and they were very upfront and honest. I got the payment I wanted and a car that i'm in love with. The staff put up with alot from me I was very push and noise. I got more than I wanted for my trade. status of the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Based upon my financial position on the car I brought to the dealership, I was pushed into a deal for a vehicle that I did not want. I was told about certain features that were supposed to be included that were "added on" at the end. I was told that the vehicle that I really wanted would not tow enough weight, but this other vehicle would tow more. That was incorrect or a flat lie. The vehicle that I wanted would actually tow 30% more than the vehicle that was being pushed on me. I asked if there was some extra incentive for them to be pushing me toward the vehicle and was told no. I found out that the vehicle they were pushing has been discontinued and the factory that makes them is shut down. I was told this by another Toyota dealer who would have no reason to lie since they are also trying to move the same discontinued vehicle.I was given the run around for 2 days on financing of my trade and that I had a deal. When I came in to sign 2 days later, I was told that I would need to put additional money down.I would NEVER buy a car from them, recommend them nor would I even bring my vehicle there for service.

I wanted to buy a new 2008 RAV 4 for which I asked for a quote on Edmunds.com. I received an e-mail from Westboro Toyota with a quote. I went in and met the salesperson who sent me the quote and he did the paperwork, after which I went to the finance department and signed the purchase and sales agreement and gave them a check for the final amount (including taxes, registration and some documentation fees). I got a receipt, copy of the contract and an odometer statement, and was asked to pick up the car in two days. Until then, it was the smoothest car buying experience I had had. Two days later, I received a call from the business office saying that I had to pay $400 extra, failing which they would send me my check back. Needless to say, I did not agree to pay them the extra cash, as I thought this was unethical and improper business practice, once a contract had been signed.

I've had multiple bad experiences with service here. The easiest one to mention: I bought a relatively new car, used, elsewhere and brought it in for what I thought should have been warranty work. I had a problem with one of my rear brakes dragging and overheating to the point of smelling and making the rim too hot to touch. I thought this would have been pretty easy for the service department to diagnose - ie: sticking caliper, dragging e-brake, etc.It turns out I was told that I need new pads and rotors in the back, to the tune of $575. It could not be warrantied because brakes are considered wear and tear - even though something was obviously wrong here. They told me that I had only 5mm of pad on the 'inners' if my memory serves me right. I asked about the obvious smell of brake pads overheating. They suggested it was some rust that got lodged in between the pad and rotor. I did not have the work done, but still had to pay-out for the brake-inspection they did.I took the car home to have a look myself. I noticed there were no fingerprints on the dust on my wheels. I was suspicious of that. Upon removing the wheel, the problem was obvious. I did not need new rotors. The inner pads looked brand new. One of the outer pads was jammed in it's chassis and dragging against the rotor. I fixed the issue myself with new pads for $29. Twenty nine dollars.I was and (likely obviously) still am upset about this.

I recently bought a brand new Camry from Westboro Toyota. I chose this dealership because their online inventory is easier to search and more updated than most other area dealerships, and they list an actual sales price online (not a sticker price). The price I got on my new car was fantastic, and the trade in value of my old car was reasonable. My only complaint about this purchase was that it was very time consuming; it took me about three hours to negotiate the deal and sign paperwork, etc.

I did an research of the car I wanted to buy, Corolla base features etc. I found Harr and Westboro to be close. I went in to Westboro and found an Indian guy who could hardly speak English. I quoted the internet pricing and he said ok. Let ground around the parking lot and see the various cars. He showed me a white corolla and the list price was $16,050.00 additionally 150 for the Rear Mirrior defrost and 199 for mats. The Internet price was $ 14455. I showed him the add, he tried to go online and check, not very effienct with the web. Then he says that the price was wrong and it was listed as 15450. Add another 400 towards student discount because the price was not reflective of the gradute discount. ( This was crazy) I knew he was speaking rubbish. So anyways I cut everything short and said I would pay on the road price of 16800 for the car. He was now pushing me to buy the one they had in stock, while I was not really interested in it. Ok I said fine I will take that, then he asked if I wanted to trade my odler car, i said not really however dont mind looking into that is I could lower the price * what a great guy! He really wants to save me money. He comes back after a while and says a couple of hundred bucks. Great! a car with a full tank at $4;00 a gallon for a couple of hundred. I said ask your estimator make an assessment. He stated that they could not do it. as the price for the car at 16800 would include the trade-in. Now I knew that this was a rip off set up. I made up mind not to yeild, I went up to the manager I said : can you give me the car for the price we negotiated that is 16800 without any trade in. he said sorry. The he said 16700 with the trade in. I said I am sorry this has been a waste of time another saturday of family time lost.

Went to the dealership several times to learn about the Toyota line and eventually buy a new car.The first trip, we were brushed off by a member of the sales team when he found out we were only there to research the cars. The second trip was more enjoyable were we dealt with a more senior member of the team and he really helped us out by getting us all the information we wanted and then urged us to walk away to make sure we were making a good desicion. The third and final trip, we came ready to buy and dealt with the sales team again. After telling him we were looking to buy and exactly what we wanted, he turned rather cold to us and left us sitting at his desk for 15 while he "looked for a brochure". When he finally came back, he tried pushing the most expensive version of the model we were looking at and we again had to tell him what we wanted. (Note: He kept pushing the color as if that mattered when we were still talking options.) Finally, he got frustrated and walked off for another 10 min and came back trying to push a used version of the car that more closely fit our wants. Being only interested in new, we told him no and off he goes to get a manager to push the used car on us. Finally, we started getting very frustrated and we told the manager what we wanted and said if they didn't have it on the lot, we'd wait for him to pull it in. He flat out said, "Then I guess we can do nothing to help you," and we walked out.We went up to the Acton Toyota, found a car very close to what we wanted,, got a great offer and bought the car 4 days later.Overall, I doubt I will ever go back to Westboro Toyota again.

Browsed the internet for a Tacoma 4x4 V6 with few bells and whistles. Found almost exactly what I needed here and asked for a quote that included all fees. Within 2 hours Wesley responded with a complete price list including sales tax, reg. fees, doc. fees, etc. I went to the showroom the next day and purchased the vehicle for the promised price. There were no "surprises." Financing at a competitive rate was arranged on the spot. Very open, honest, and helpful.

I bought a loaded 2007 Camry Hybrid 50th Anniversary Edition from salesman Ed Jackman . He was friendly, knowledgeable about the hybrid technology and options and didn't pressure me. It was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. The next day one of the owners of Westboro Toyota/Dodge phoned me to introduce himself and see if I had any questions/complaints about the terms of the sale or my salesman. I told him I was very satisfied with both. The only negative aspect will be next month when the first payment is due on the most expensive Camry ever built by Toyota!!!
