Volvo of Weston exceeded my expectations. They were able to give me an amazing deal on my new veichle with no problem or hidden fees. Love that they kept there word and I did not waste anytime driving out from Miami Beach. Manager Guillermo Alarcon and sales rep. Danny Paulino are the best! Excited to be back with Volvo. Best part is they are kid friendly and even have a play room for the kids. Best car buying experience even for my two year old who loved the playroom.

We have purchased three vehicles from Weston Volvo. My past sales person was Carlton Hilton unfortunately he retired. I was concerned about getting a different sales representative. My concern was quickly resolved. I was assisted by Claudia Garcia yesterday. She went above and beyond my expectations. I am a former sales person in the industry so I am not easy impressed. If anyone is planning on purchasing a car from Weston Volvo and you fail to ask for Claudia you are missing out on a fabulous car buying experience.

We all know that Argentines are difficult customers, even more so if they speak little English! Seconds after entering the dealership the courteous receptionist had found us a Spanish-speaking Sales Consultant. Gregorio may have been a little skeptical as to whether he was spending his Saturday afternoon productively as we gyrated from color to version of the XC60 stock, amidst many questions demonstrating how dangerous a little knowledge can be! But there was no difficulty in finally arranging a test drive and my wife (ladies first!) soon realized the delights of the vehicle which she had not absorbed in the abstract. The rest was unstressed plain-sailing. I hope the numbers were as good as they seemed. It seems like a good vehicle at a reasonable price, and I am confident that Gregorio will be there for us to handle any query or issue. Gracias!

If you are reading this - you are trying to determine if Weston Volvo is the place for you to purchase your next car....... Well the answer is..... YES, but only if dealing with Daniel F, Pedro, or Vinnie. This week I purchased my 3rd Volvo (a 2016 XC90), as well as my daughter's 1st Volvo (a 2013 CPO S60) (which she traded in her Audi A6 for) and she is only 16, but very much a car fanatic. Let me also add that I have purchased more than 20 cars personally and More cars than I can count for my business. So I have A LOT of car buying experience - and have seen the good and the bad...... During this purchase my daughter researched the s60, researched financing and Daniel and Pedro helped her to understand the true benefits of owning a Volvo. Never pressuring her and more importantly we didn't have to try to figure out if we were at a night club or a car dealership. What I respected the most is that they treated my daughter with the same respect and professionalism as they did my wife and I; they sold the car to her not us and treated that 16 year old like she was 26 - A TRUE MARK OF PROFESSIONALISM and ability to be non-judgmental. That then lead my wife to buying her 2nd XC90 - so this marks 4 VOLVO's purchased by my family all from Weston Volvo. I have never been upset with their pricing - and have compared theirs to others and have never received a better deal elsewhere. However, if I did - my trust would still be in this dealership. Don't go anywhere else - call Daniel or Pedro (or both they are an excellent team) and just trust them - I did.bw

Never thought I'd buy a Volvo, but I now have a week old S60 Inscription sitting outside & I love it. This dealership stands out among the rest along that strip of roadway in Weston. A visit to Rick Case Honda, then Rick Case VW succeeded in two things, 1. A migraine, and 2. My swearing to never give a dime of my hard earned money to RC & his band of thieves. At Volvo, it was like night & day. Clean, simple but professional when u walk in. No blaring music, bright fluorescent sale signs, balloons hanging from everywhere (and thank god, no cologne drenched, arrogant, chauvinistic salesman, can u guess which place I'm referring to?) Just...professional...is the only word that comes to mind. We were looking at a couple cars, and no vultures swooped in laying down a line of BS. Instead, our sales consultant, Danny Paulino, slowly walked over & asked if we had any questions. We asked a bunch, sat in a couple cars & felt no pressure. Danny then asked, do you want to test drive one, no strings attached. So we did. Drove around local, then hit 75. Danny explained some of the key features & we returned. We asked about different options, models etc, and not once did the words "let's get some paperwork started" come out of his mouth. I was impressed with car. We told him we were looking at different cars that day & he kindly offered to get us the best quote he could, so we could compare with others the rest of the day. Unlike RC, where we couldn't even take a pic of the offer (which was pathetic, for the wrong car, for the wrong lease term, and included a trade in that we said we weren't trading in...just unbelievable). Anyway, we got the offer from Danny & WOW, what a deal. No haggling, no games, it can't be this simple right? I guess when you have people who focus on quality not quantity, and put exceptional client service at the forefront, it is that simple. Volvo, and especially Danny have a customer for life. p.s. Danny called me that night to make sure everything was ok...then 2 days later just to check on me, then I called him to ask a question. So in less than a week, 3 calls. I didn't get 3 calls total during my previous lease with Acura, unless you count the last month of the lease where I seemed to get a call every day, since they had a "great deal lined up for a preferred customer". Sorry, doesn't work like that. So if ur car shopping/browsing, try Volvo in Weston. At a minimum, you get treated like a human being, you can test drive a sweet car, and they have free coffee, cappuccino, espresso while ur there. Ask for Danny, he's the man.

This dealership has an accountability issue. Sales people say and promise things that Sales Managers are either unaware of or choose not to honor because it is not in their interest to . On top of accountability issues, I personally feel they use bait and switch tactics to pull a potential customer in and do not deliver what is advertised. I will no longer do business with Weston Volvo and will make sure I use social media to steer as many people away from this dealership as possible.

I had the worst experience in the last 20 years of leasing vehicles. I attempted to lease a car from Weston Volvo but the negotiations took a long time, we were close to finish the deal but it was closing time. The manager got involved and tried to pressure me to give a deposit. He used various lies and tricks to get me to commit but I was so tired and hungry that decided to sleep over the deal and come back the next day. The next day, I visited a different dealer to compare the deal. I was offered a little better deal but on a different color car. I went back to Weston Volvo and mention the offer that I got from the other dealer. That is when the manager got very upset, threw a temper tantrum, verbally abused the salesman and walked away. I ended up agreeing to the original deal from the previous day but when the salesman went back to him he refused to continue dealing with me. Rip my application and walk away.

I recently purchased a Volvo at the Weston dealership and had a great experience. Our sales man Steve Delnick was terrific. He was very helpful, and not pushy at all, which is really what made it a great experience. There was little back and forth between the finance manager and Steve since he understood what we wanted and worked with us to get it. I've never bought a car in less than two hours, thank you Steve.

Typically I loathe the car buying experience and dread it every time. The haggling over the msrp and fees, ugh.... then the trade in, an all day affair. This time though... It was so utterly painless from beginning to end. Vinnie and JC were awesome! They were very straightforward, no games or hassles. Vinnie walked me thru every single feature of the xc60, very patient and thorough. JC handled the financing and was just as thorough and was able to get me a great rate, right within my budget. He makes the entire process very easy and is great at explaining what options you have to choose from. He always follows up to make sure that everything is going well with the car you purchased. He takes the time everything is perfect when you drive off the lot. It doesn't end there he always follows up with me several times a year to see how it is going. My wife and I were actually shopping for a new SUV....the safest SUV possible. (she is very nervous driving in South florida with all of the aggressive drivers on the road and wanted to look at Volvo's because a friend of had bought one last year and loves it. We had never owned a Volvo or even considered one before but once we learned that they are the safest SUV on the road with a patented "steel cage" that is built into the body and surrounds and protects the passengers...we were sold right there!...it was just a matter of which model we were to pick out. I had called a few dealers and spoke to 2 different salesmen....... but when I called Weston Volvo, I was luckily directed to one particular salesman there and Im glad it was him. His name is Al Ismail. Al was not pushy, he really listened to my wife and I and then showed us what he had in stock and went over specific features and benefits of each....AL has great patience and has a very calm and easy demeanor...we felt very comfortable with Al.Bottomline is that we bought a 2013 Volvo XC90 from him that had just come in....it had some frontend damage, something he could tell I was concerned about. Al was very fair with us and fixed the front end, after we had already agreed on a price, without adding on any additional fee. I would highly recommend AL if you want to deal with a very fair salesman that makes you feel more like your speaking with a friend.

Not only they adviced me on the car that fit my purpose but they were fair with the economical deal, flexible on the downpayment, advice me to get the insurance I need it. The only Person and Place where I buy/lease cars from. Javier Briceno consistently provides us quick and efficient customer service and support that doesn't require the whole day at the dealership. He is informative, so as to let us make our own decision without pressuring into anything. He also will show empathy towards the customer and will work to actually get the customer a great deal. This is second vehicle purchased directly from us and several from others we've referred from both Nissan and Volvo so we have done homework and checked other dealerships for comparable service. Other dealers always fall short and we return back to Weston Nissan Volvo and specifically with Javier Briceno.

I have to say that I visited the Dealership based on the $ 399.00 monthly lease with 0.00 down and 3 month free for the 2015 XC 60 T6 but when I arrived I learned that the $ 0.00 down payment did not mean $ 0.00 down payment as advertised by Volvo. Fortunately I was helped by Vinny Cubito who is extremely professional, patient and a really good sales person who knows Volvo and most of all he knows how to listen to the client. I was very disappointed when I learned the real cost of the vehicle but Vinny made my visit so pleasant that I ended up taking the lease despite the price going over my budget. I enjoyed the experience and will recommend Vinny to my friends and family.

Car shopping is not especially fun, but Rod Zapata, the sales representative at Weston Volvo, was by far the best sales rep we spoke with. I received a reasonable financial offer on the first round of negotiations. The salesperson I worked with, Al Ismail, then went out of his way to make sure that we were able to close the deal. I had accidently removed my insurance card from the car I was turning in, so Al drove to my home (30 miles away) to get a copy of the card, saving me from havnign to make another trip. I've worked with Al on several car transactions, and this is a perfect example of why I do.

On the contrary to the stereotype of the typical car salesman, Al is an outstanding citizen who shows great respect to his customers. There has never been a moment when we felt when somebody took advantage of us. We appreciate that. I believe that this is the best face of the Car Sales Customer Service.

Customers are greeted by a Director of First Impressions as soon as they walk in the showroom door. If you wish to speak to a Sales Consultant the Director of First Impressions pages one for you. No one is "pouncing" on you as you are walking around. Likewise they don't ignore you. Very efficient system to get answers to your questions in a "no pressure" environment. This is my fourteenth new or used car purchase and the best sales experience that I have ever had. Our Sales Consultant, Valentin Cruz was so informative that when he was done we really had no choice but to purchase the vehicle because no other make of vehicle was going to provide the safety measures of the Volvo. By educating us on the vehicle features and benefits we never felt pressured but instead felt empowered to make a sound buying decision. Valentin walked us through the whole process and did a lot of the work behind the scenes so that we could come back and sign the paperwork quickly and efficiently. After all the paperwork was done Valentin took the time to explain in detail how to operate the many features and program them to meet our needs. Excellent experience!

Our overall experience was exceptional. Our new cars sales person Paulino did an excellent job explaining all aspects of both the Volvo S60 & S80.My spouse and I had not considered Volvo until we drove by another dealer and just said to each other let's take a look at the Volvos and see what happens. We thought they were beyond our means. To our surprise the cost for both the S60 & S80 seemed very reasonable with the options were interested in.As with any vehicle the more options the more toys. However, the S60 (5 cylinder with Turbo) drove great and had a nice kick. The S80 drove more like a luxury sedan and felt great.We're in the market this year for a car for my spouse and she is really considering now the S60 along with other competitors. We believe had it not been for Paulino's great patience and his explanation of all our questions and all the features in the vehicles we test drove we wouldnt have considered Volvo. This is one of the biggest factors in our consideration of Volvo as a new car possibility the professionalism of Paulino was outstanding. We also spoke with the new car sales Manager. He reviewed with us several options for financing and other items. He answered all our questions. AT no time did we feel pressured to have to make a decision at that time. This is very important to us. If there is one negative is the fact that the S60 does not have room in the trunk for a spare tire and brings a repair kit. This may work great if a little nail gets in. However, if you have a blowout and driving with the family 4 people in the car with the spare tire you change it and youre gone in 15-30 minutes. However if you need to call and wait for a tow truck not only will the delay be extensive but where will the 4 people ride in the tow truck.This is a main reason why we may have second thought. I hope in the future they reconsider this option. Now if we want a spare tire it will take a large chunk of trunk space and leave very little room for groceries and other items.Its a shame that such a little accessory may ding the sale of a great car.

Overall experience was excellent. Salesman was very professional, friendly, and tried to answer all questions. Salesman was not pushy and didn't make me feel overwhelmed. When I had to make the decision to buy or not the vehicle and i requested a few minutes to think about it, Valentin quickly allowed me the time to make the decision.

From the minute I arrived at Weston Volvo for scheduled maintenance on my beloved 2010 Volvo X-40, I was treated with unbelievable courtesy, respect and professionalism. Luis Gonzales, my Service Consultant, explained what would be done in a friendly, easy-to-understand fashion. Even though I arrived late for my appointment, Luis did not berate me nor did he even mention the tardiness. He is knowledgable, personable and a gentleman. The customer waiting lounge is a mini "business center," and I set myself up to work on my laptop in one of the cubicles. Weston Volvo understands and respects that my time is valuable and they do everything possible to expedite things. What impressed me the most was Valentin Cruz, who is Weston Volvo's Sales & Leasing Consultant as well as being the BEST HOST in the world! He came over to me to say "Hello" and to make sure my experience at Weston Volvo was going smoothly. Thanks to Valentin Cruz, this has to be the most pleasant Customer Service experience I've ever received in anything automobile-related. I felt like a true, valued customer. I highly recommend Weston Volvo to anyone who needs to buy/lease/service a vehicle. Danny Paulino was very helpful when we stopped in to look at a Volvo. He knew everything we asked about the car plus he told us things we never thought to ask. He was patient and understanding in answering our questions. We took a test drive and learned even more about the car. Danny made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our time with Danny was well spent and he gave us a lot to think about.

I leased my first car from volvo and my sales rep was Al. It was a pleasure from the beginning and was an enjoyable visit. He was very professional but still was personal towards me. He gave me a great price and helped me with everything that I needed and was very helpful. Overall I am completely satisfied and look forward to leasing another Volvo once my current lease expires.

Valentin was very helpful and was able to find a car we wanted, but the dealership's offer was a couple thousand dollars higher than Maroone Volvo (which offers a flat rate as part of our Costco membership.)Since Maroone Volvo is an hour away, I would have been willing to pay a bit more to buy from a dealer near my house, but not only was there a huge gap between prices, there was an even bigger gap between offers for my trade in - more than $3,000. No contest. I ordered my car from Maroone.

Just leased my second C 30 T5 from Weston Volvo, love this car!Carmine Ricciardi's exceptional service throughout the years has always made us come back to lease our vehicles from Volvo Weston. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He took pains to make sure I got the color and interior of the car of my choice, even picking up the vehicle in the evening, which was at another dealership several miles away, then worked his day off the next day to deliver my car to me!! Deeply appreciated that, otherwise I would have had to wait until Friday the 14th when he worked at the store again.He called again tonight just to make sure that everything with the car was OK, and answered all my questions.. great guy, he make's me love to deal with Weston Volvo!

I have been buying and leasing Volvos from Weston Volvo for 12 years. We have probably gotten at least 8 or so Volvos from there and have always been impressed. The sales staff is knowlegeable and very professional and I would defintely recommend them. One of the best salesman there, is Al Ishmail. Al's customer service is second to none! Al has always been a pleasure to work with. He is honest and very reliable and I have been dealing with Al Ishmail for several years and he is the best! I also want to thank Bill Castano for helping me as well. Bill is a wonderful general manager and the whole dealership is a pleasure to work with. The Volvo service at the dealership is outstanding as well. I have always been treated so well and the service is always top notch. I don't think you can go wrong if you purchase, lease, or service your car at Weston Volvo.

The dealership is well appointed and efficiently designed to provide customers a easy and friendly experience from the the moment they walk in the door. There were plenty of cars available and test driving was offered early on. The dealership is interested in making the experience positive and in having the customer satisfied. I felt as if they not only wanted me to buy a car, but to be a customer for life. My Sales Associate, Valentin Cruzz, was knowledgeable about the model I was interested in, showed me several on the lot, and offered to take me for a test drive early on in my shopping experience. When I told him I was interested in particular design features, he worked with the manager to locate the exact car I wanted. I was given a price and provided additional accessories worth substantial money after that price was written...and the price remained the same. After I agreed on a price and signed the initial paperwork, I was introduced to the managers of the various departments that I would be working with in the future. I am totally satisfied and would recommend this dealership wholeheartedly

this dealer is really bad i had a volvo from them i had it 1 year and the bliss feature when on it i had to bring it in 4 times for the same problem. they told me about the computer so i had that replaced for 5 months i missed time from work and lost money going back anf forth to the dealer. i finally got a new car from volvo but i would never recommend volvo ever again. now that my lease is up in a few months i turned it in and now huntington bank is being really rude about it. the place where i got my new car at paid the balance of my lease and im still getting nasty phone calls.
