Although my situation is a lil crazy I feel the sales girl went above and beyond to help me.. but I stressed that I didn't want my info sent out to all these banks if it didn't look like they could help me & of course it was done anyway and I didn't get approved ... so now I'll have a lower credit score and stil not the help I'm looking for but the overall experience went well.

Nick was very nice and took the time to go over my available options within the budget I set. I am highly satisfied with my services from Nick and hope to do business with him again when I am ready in the future to upgrade to another Hyundai vehicle! My only problem was this. I traded in a car, the way it was written up in the contract I did not get anything for my trade in. I admit it was my mistake mot to notice it until after I had signed the contract. But it still left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I took a shot in the dark and went for a new car expecting to be denied. I applied online and I was contacted almost immediately by Josh Bosin. I explained my credit history and what I wanted. He told me he thought he could help me and he did. Not only did I get approved but I got exactly the car I wanted with some extras that I didn't even know I wanted (keyless start, touch screen radio, moon/Sun roof and the list goes on). This is my first time ever buying a car & Mayqueen made it a breeze. She showed me all the suvs that fit my criteria & answered every question i had. She's the first car sales men that wasn't pushy at all! I wish more sales men were like her. She was very honest, patient & at the end of the sale she felt like family. Clyde Bethea absolutely amazing and handled me like family. He went over beyond to make sure I was satisfied and make sure I didn't walk away with a new car. He made my first brand new car buying experience incredible. I appreciate his knowledge and being honest and how to better myself and making sure I enjoy the most out of the car. Clyde was very personable and professional Derrick Simmons was awesome, very friendly, honest, explained everything and attentive. When I first arrive the 1 female and 2 guys didn't greet me and my guest, waited 15 to 20 mins until one of us finally said something before just leaving. I was amazed and felt like they didn't want my business. When they called Clyde to come everything change, he was the only reason I stayed, he wash phenomenal, he is a Great person with a big heart, he really shows he has best interest at heart for people. I would only back becauseof Clyde and Derrick, that made the experience better. Please reward him and Derrick and acknowledge them. Clyde isn't the typical salesman that people dodge from, he wasnt aggressive, very laid back but guided to want was best for me even at one point when I decided to change my mind about getting a car. He showed me the wins of getting a new car. This was amazing experience for me getting my first brand new car and to top it off I have never been in a hyundai or drove one. I am a repeat customer of Westside Hyundai and I was not disappointed either time with the service they provided. The time it took to select a vehicle, test drive, and work through financing was minimal compared to other dealerships I've patronized in the past. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. I was also pleasantly surprised at the features and quality of the 2016 Elantra.

The service center was very dishonest when it came down to getting tint applied to the car. Leased the car on a friday and made the appointment to get the tint applied on Monday at 9am. Arrived at 8:50 Monday morning and was told it would only take 2 hours. 3 hours later we were told that we can get a ride home because they just started. When we went to get our stuff out the car, we found our that a tint place across the street were the ones performing the service. We could've just paid somebody else to do it instead of wasting a day.I was told that we had 14 days to change insurances and the sales person would take car of the switch. He lied. We switched in 4 days and told him and he said he would take care of it, however he did not. I ended up being charged multiple overdraft fees from the previous insurance company because of this and was billed for the 4 days of service. I WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER OF THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND FREE GAS DOES NOT JUSTIFY THE STRESS OF THIS EXPERIENCE.

This was my first visit to this service department. I had custom lighting installed on my 2015 Sonata Sonata Turbo Limited. Sharen Weisen is a fantastic service manager. She has a a very good service team and they obviously have an exceptional working relationship. They have respect for each other and it shows in the work and service they provide and how they interact with their customers. Barry Cruee was my service writer and I found him to be a very pleasant individual and also quite helpful. Charles, the technician who installed the lighting in my car treated it as if it was his own. Way to go Sharen, Barry and Charlie.

I went in to buy a new car and was impressed with the professionalism of every employee that I dealt with. Mimi was great at making sure that I was comfortable with everything before I made the purchase and did a excellent job with doing her follow up calls. Jerry did an excellent job with negotiating the pricing for everything and Derrick helped me breeze through the paperwork in finance. I came in to test drive 3 separate models which I called ahead of time to see if they had. All 3 were waiting out front when I showed up hours later and we test drove them immediately. May is new but was very up front and honest about what she knew about and what she had to check on real quick. We drove around and chatted and it was a very low pressure experience which I appreciated. She was nice, kind, and funny. Ultimately I left to test drive a few cars at other dealerships and decided to buy a Toyota. She called to see how my shopping was going and when I told her I was going with the Toyota she wasn't cold or short with me, and was actually very nice. I would recommend this dealership solely because May gave me a great experience. I'm glad I lucked out and got to deal with her.

I was there 3 .5 months ago, the finance manager said i was not qualify for a car that was 14000.00 and i was putting 800 .00 down. I said their commercial about having a job and 75.00 down is false advertising.

Worst buying experience to date, never going back. Rude and knowledgeable all the way around can't even get window tint correct, bubbles everywhere. I was told by the guy that that's just the way it is supposed to look! Took it elsewhere and had it redone at my own expense.

I have given an overall rating of 5 for every category listed. Based on my extensive search by contacting every Hyundai dealers in Jacksonville and Saint Augustine.Some by phone, internet and walk ins and after doing all my research. I found West Side Hyundai the only company that was willing to accept the price that i was willing to pay for a Hyundai Elantra 2013 over the phone.Yes, I made this deal over the phone. Everyone else wanted me to come in first before you can get a better price.My sales person Neil Abel was very courteous,patient, professional and well informed.The Managers and the rest of the staff were exceptionally nice and made this purchase a pleasant one.I would like to personally recommend this Dealership. Followed thru the advertised price, delivered sale in 120 minutes, from 9pm to 11pm on Friday. My jaw dropped few times in amazement of normalcy. Everybody on easy smile. Other dealer from the same company said no can do, but Westside delivered. Highly recommended trust me, I have had recent experiences with other dealers.

I came to this dealer with high expectations from the beginning. A co-worker had bought a car from them a month back and referred me here. Being a person with a low credit score and wanting a new/used car its hard to find a dealer not trying to sale you a junk car just to get you out of their face. I was greeted from the moment I walked in the door and was introduced to Gerard Mondestin. I was with Gerard for 4-5 hrs and he was pleasant the whole time. He didn't just cut me off either after the deal was closed, he continued to stay in contact as my car had to have something fixed. In addition to my overall good experience with the car dealer and their buying process having Gerard as my sales person made the process so much easier. I went in looking for a good used car on a budget and was able to find what I needed. I started by looking through the cars listed on the website which made it easy to narrow down my choices. I was contacted by Brent who set up a convenient time for me to come in and wound up leaving with a great 2009 Sonata. Brent and all the staff at Westside Hyundai have been great. There was not any of the hassles and headaches of some dealers and the sales person games where they have to go ask the manager for any question you have before can give you an answer. The next time I need a car I will be back and I recommend them to anyone.

Westside Hyundai is by far the best Hyundai dealership in Jacksonville! I visited all of the dealerships in this area, and found Steve and the Westside Hyundai people to be friendly, sincere, and low-pressure. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions - and since this was my first car purchase on my own, I had a lot of questions! As a young woman buying a car on my own, I often felt patronized and pressured at other dealerships, but not at Westside. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Upon arriving at the dealership I realized that they were going to go above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams. It took two weeks but they located the car that I wanted which by the way there are only 4 in the United States. They had it brought down so that there wouldn't be added miles from Chatanooga Tennesse. Thank you to that dealership for allowing them to have the car. They were amazing with their customer service, timeframs and Price. Going through their finance department was a breeze as well. They handled it professionally and made me feel like family. If you are looking for a place to buy a car and want it to be safe, honest and reliable this is the dealership for You.

I was very discouraged and hesitant when I first arrived due to the previous experience I encountered with another dealership. I have never been to a more friendly car dealership before in my life and I have bought plenty of cars. I went in with not so great credit and before they even asked what kind of car I wanted they made sure I had financing before I picked my 2012 hyundai accent, because it took awhile to do all this they allowed me to come back and get my free tank of gas and my car detailed. I will definately recommend my family and friends to go there for the automobile needs.

We weren't attacked in the parking lot like most dealerships. We had come to look at a specific vehicle and they let us test drive it without a lot of up front hassle or questions like you would normally get. Pete the GM worked with us at first, then George was the one that walked us through the rest of the deal. They gave me a good offer on a vehicle that was already listed at a great price, so I walked out of there with a good deal on a used car. I would use these guys again. They need to work on making the environment a little more updated in terms of decor, but they had just moved into the place and I understand that will probably take some time.

Our experience has been positive, to date, after 2 days of ownership. Dealership is new, as are most of the salesmen to this dealership and to Hyundai, so some lack of knowledge was experienced, but was understandable and they all had a positive and correct attitude of "I don't know, but will find out", which they did. Westside Hyundai did their job in pleasing this customer. Only open a few weeks, I could tell they were still getting the bugs out of their computer systems and the facility was could use an upgrade, but I was there for a deal and that's what I recieved. Everyone was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to know me, which is what I hope for, but never expect from a car dealer.
