I was extremely pleased with my Sales Consultant Steve Reich. Steve went above and beyond, he was very kind, very informative and very patient and he made me feel very comfortable and Steve didn't make me feel pressured while I was asking questions and looking at the different style of Enclaves. Purchasing a new vehicle is a very big and important decision that can be stressful in many ways. It is such a great feeling to Not feel stressed, pressured and not feel confident and then wonder if you made the right decision when you got home with your new vehicle. I Am Very Very Happy with my decision on my New 2020 Beautiful Buick Enclave Essence. I never felt stressed or pressured. Rebecca was amazing throughout the process, got us the number we wanted on our trade in and worked to make sure our payment was were we wanted it. An amazing sales person and a very nice end to finally buying the car we have wanted for a while. The process of signing the paper work was extremely stress free and surprisingly enjoyable and easy to understand. We felt as though the whole sales team was personally invested in us buying the car outside of simply completing a transaction. Would 100% buy a car from the same folks again. Great people and a great dealership that moved quickly.

I went in for an oil change and to figure out why the truck kept vibrating when I accelerated. Issue has been solved with the help of this people and GMC.

One of the main reasons I brought my car in is because I paid $1,000.00 to have after market leather seating. But for some reason the back of my drivers side seat keeps coming apart. I took the car in and they were quick about the service, but I've noticed that the back of the seat has come off again. I'm not sure if it came loose again the same day but I actually noticed the problem two days later as I was entering my car. I'm feeling really disappointed because I felt that getting the leather seats was an improvement or upgrade, that is why I paid the extra money. Now, I would be embarrassed for anyone to ride in my car and see this. I feel that I basically paid extra to have the seats ruined in my brand new car. By the way I purchased my car from your dealership in June of this year.

Joe Todd is a remarkable person and salesman. Not only is he personable, Joe is an absolute straight shooter and delivers on what he says. That is such a rarity in the current climate of new car sales. After signing our paperwork, Joe showed my wife and myself the use and features of our new Sonata Sport. Joe was very knowledgeable and most helpful in demonstrating everything related to the operation of the car, including the feature rich touchscreen audio system with Bluetooth. Joe is very patient and answered our numerous questions about the car. Our delivery experience was absolutely 1st class and much better than one's we had received upon purchasing luxury brands in the past.Weisner Hyundai is the place to shop and Joe is the guy to see.We are so happy with our purchase and well worth the 40 mile drive from our Houston area home.

I scheduled my appt online with details of the service needed, including regularly required service, along with road noise. I also scheduled my appt several days out, as it was the first date available with a loaner vehicle. I called to confirm the morning of my service and was told I was only scheduled for my regular service and a loaner was not available. Tanna was very helpful and called me back to let me know if I came in 30 minutes early, they would be able to check on the road noise and her manager had approved a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was shuffled to Ashley, who stayed on the phone talking to someone else the entire time I was with her. At the end of my time with her, she left and went and brought a man over to talk to me, who appeared to be the manager, by his dress. However, I am not certain as he never introduced himself to me. He asked me to take a ride in the car with him to replicate the undercarriage sound. I told him I could not, as I was not comfortable doing so, but the noise was obvious and sounded as if it was coming from the retracting running board on the drivers side...a squeaking noise. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday morning and after calling several times on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday, I was informed on Wednesday afternoon that the car was ready. Each time I called, I asked for my service advisor, Ashley, but she was unavailable. I asked Desirae if they were able to determine or fix the undercarriage issue or replicate the noise, but she advised there were no notes and only Ashley could answer that. Ashley's message late Wednesday advised the car was ready. When I arrived Thursday morning to retrieve my car, I inquired about the undercarriage noise, to which I was told it was a loose seatbelt on the rear passenger seat. They said I could stay and show them the noise, but unfortunately I run a business and could not wait around and advised I would need to bring the vehicle back when I returned from my vacation the week of August 8th. I got in my car and heard the noise before I made it to the exit of the dealership. So, I will definitely bring my car back to have it repaired, then I intend to promptly drive it to a non-GMC dealership and trade my car in. I will suffer the loss of immediate depreciation as I do not have the time to deal with the ineptness and lack of customer care exemplified by your dealership.

I recently took my Hyundai to Wiesner Hyundai for routine maintenance and was told, among other things, that my valve gaskets were leaking and needed replacement. I informed the service representative that Wiesner replaced the valves less than a year ago. After checking the records, he called and said yes, they were under warrantee. The next morning I received another call informing me that upon further inspection the mechanic decided it was not the gaskets but a broken cover. I was given an exorbitant price for repair that the representative agreed seemed excessive . I just returned from picking my car up from another repair shop that replaced both covers for nearly 1/6 of the amount Wiesner Hyundai quoted! Needless to say, Wiesner has lost a customer and my goodwill.

We have purchased serveral calls from Weisner Hyundai for several years and recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Equus Signature series after owning a 2012 Equus Ultimate. The purchase of the car was incredible but since our first maintenance came up recently, the service department is the worst I have ever experienced. Scheduling the initial maintenance was a nightmare as part of the owning this car, there is a concierge service, yet the service department argued with my wife about that being part of the service. Once straightened out, we were able to get a loaner car and our car serviced. Unfortunately we had the cigarette lighter that had shorted out, which we use for charging our cell phones, trying to get the car back for the replacement part has been a huge problem. I would not recommend using the Weisner Service Department in the future as they just don't have their act together. It's our understanding that they only have one individual responsible for working on the Equus, which is unfortunate.

I had a pretty good experience purchasing my car here... but not since. If you buy from here, do not get it serviced here. I have had nothing but nightmares here with the service department. They cannot get anything right. I had a couple of bubbles in my paint job and it took over a month to finally get this problem fixed right. Now, I take it in for a a speaker that is blown on the driver's side door. It did get fixed, but... now my center console lights do not work, along with the factory light kit, as well. I take it in for a simple speaker to be changed out in the door, and then all my lights do not work. Their explanation... we never would have messed with that; Instead of just fixing the problem. Also, everything was moved in my trunk when I got the car back, as well. No explanation, except that they would not have had to mess with the trunk. So, whatever you do, DO NOT take your vehicle here to have it serviced, even under warranty, because you will have more problems after you take it in, then before you did. I WILL NOT go back to this dealership for any kind of service work/warranty work, EVER!!! Also, they never have the same people working here. Every time you go in, there is always new faces. And not just one or two, several different people. And, a different service manager each time, as well. BEWARE!!!

This was an online nightmare. While the car was as promised, the service was pathetic. And in the end I was totally dissatisfied. I've been buying items online for a very long time, including two out of state cars. But this time was different. The dealer tried to pur hidden processing fees and overcharged me $200 for shipping. And when I finally got it delivered - there were was a broken windshield, damaged in transit. To make it worse, they forgot to send the paperwork and there was no registration with the vehicle so it couldn't be legally driven. When I requested that it be sent right away, I was told that it would be two weeks before it could be processed. Stay away from these jokers!
