Top notch service all the way around. Wilson County Hyundai has the best customer service I have ever seen at a dealership. Everyone is always so nice and courteous. The best part is while you are waiting for service there are no pushy salesman coming over trying to get you to trade your vehicle in which I have experienced at other dealerships. I like that they send you a link where you can keep track of where you vehicle is at during the service process. All in all very organized and well managed dealership with top notch customer service and employees. If you are looking for a Hyundai and need service on one. I would recommend Wilson County Hyundai.

This was by far the BEST experience we have ever had at a dealership! I had a fantastic experience buying my new vehicle from Andrew at Wilson County Hyundai. The market for buying a new car right now can be tricky, but Andrew made the process efficient and EASY. Andrew knew I was coming in from out of town and immediately provided me with the information I requested over the phone and answered my follow up questions promptly. He never once tried to persuade me or apply pressure unlike literally every other dealership I corresponded with during the process. When I test drove the vehicle, Andrew was knowledgeable about the specs, but gave me the space to really get to know the car, making me even more confident about the purchase. I spoke with over a dozen dealers and Wilson County Hyundai provided an excellent offer with (by far) the best customer service experience. My family will definitely buy our next vehicle from Wilson County Hyundai!

Two years ago, I purchased a 2014 Sonata at another dealership in the area. I looked at an Azera at that time, but purchased the Sonata instead. Two years later, mechanical issues with the Sonata made me feel like it was necessary to get rid of it. I had never visited this dealership before, and felt very comfortable and at ease within moments of arriving and speaking with Rob. He took time to listen to and answer all my questions, as well as simply making me feel relaxed and not pressured.

Second time to purchase a Hyundai, however I made my salesman sell me the product again, very knowledgeable and great to work with. First purchase was the Sonata in the turbo package and I settled again on a Hyundai with a turbo. I did a little upgrading and purchased the Santafe Sport. Trade in value was a fair price for a 2012 with 125k miles.

Mike was just great! He is so knowledgeable and passionate about Hyundai he gets you excited about buying a car! No only did he provide an informative test drive, he made the buying experience so incredibly easy. After we were finished he even walked us out to the car to make sure we understood every feature. He is just a pleasure to work with and really knows his stuff!And it didn't stop there! Mike has followed up regularly and we even kind enough to bring my car home after service. He simply explains everything (quarries, doubts etc.) about the car that we wanted to buy but he never force/motivate us to buy a car(plus points for it). I was greatly admired with his excellence in attitude, behavior and commitment towards work. Wilson County Hyundai should feel proud for having him. When it comes to Wilson County Hyundai, They are the best so far I seen. As far as I know they never play back and forth games with customers. I also spoke with Wayne during paper work, he is such a sweet heart. The paper work process is pretty quick and simple when you deal with Wayne. I like him too. Plus points, Wilson County Hyundai is the best place for test drives, they offer us more miles to drive but no other dealers offer it.

I had personally been to some locations, but wasn't too impressed & wanted to try the location close to home. I am so glad I did! Mike Lyles was my salesman & he was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe and answered all my questions plus brought my attention to other safety features that I found very important, when making my final decision. I never felt pressured to buy. They worked with me on my loan, so my monthly payments fit my budget. All of the staff there greeted me with a smile and took great care of me! I never thought buying a car would be that easy. I don't have great credit, so I was worried about getting a loan. I had spoken to Wayne and Travis in the finance department and they assured my that I would be able to get financing. They we right they got me financed and for a great rate too. Not to mention the salesman I dealt with Dave Smith his patience with me and my wife and several test drives were incredible. He helped us get the perfect car for our family. I could go on all day about the great experience I had there. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be going back there to buy my next car. P.S I did wind up with a Hyundai.

Rob took care of us on our visit to Wilson County Hyundai. Going in we did not have a solid idea what car we were looking for. We informed Rob that we were looking to test drive a couple of cars and get an estimate on the trade in, but were probably not ready to actually purchase. Rob was patient, courteous, and straight forward, which made for a leisurely and relaxing car shopping experience. We went around the lot and looked at several cars and test drove a couple, and Rob took time to explain different features of the cars we looked at and talked about the packages available for each. It showed that Rob takes pride in the company he works for and the cars he sells. We talked a lot about the high quality and safety of the vehicles on the lot, and at no point were we pressured for a sale. In the end we found the car we loved and decided to buy. We left the dealership with a great car and no unpleasant aftertaste.

I took my daughter to Wilson County Hyundai to buy a car. She found a 2012 Kia Optima for a good price with low miles. Mike Lyles was the salesman we talked with. He was very knowledgeable and even gave us a good tip on how to buy the car so my daughter with non-existent credit would be able to get credit as a co-buyer. I have bought from this dealership 3 other times (Wilson County Motors) and as always have received excellent service. Mike was very helpful and kept us notified on all details all the way through the buying and paperwork process. He helped make my daughter's first car purchase a very pleasant experience. Great experience. I had been to a Honda dealership earlier in the day and was unable to make a deal. I walked in, told David what I wanted and what I could pay per month, and it was done. No haggling. After the purchase I had to return a few days later with some additional items Wayne needed for the financing, He was very accommodating and patient when we had a few blips with my registration. He even noticed my drivers license had expired -something I hadn't noticed myself. Great experience !

I WAS WELL SATISFIED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED THIS TIME WITH PURCHASING ANOTHER HYUNDAI TUCSON, I REALLY LIKE MY TUCSON , AND HAVE HAD GOOD SERVICE WITH THEM , EXCEPT FOR ONE PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE 2013 I HAD , THEIR WAS AN ODOR OF GAS COMING FROM THE INTAKE MANIFOLD , THAT WAS ENTERING THE CABIN , THAT WASN'T ADDRESSED TO MY SATISFACTION BY THE SERVICE DEPT. Usually when you buy a car it can be a dreaded experience - overpaying for the vehicle, forced to purchase add-on nonsense, or simply having to wait hours to get the process done. This was sooooo not the case at Wilson County Hyundai. My wife and I went in there with a price in mind, what we wanted, and how long we wanted to sit and everything exceeded our expectations. We were on the lot for maybe 5 minutes before Mitch walked up and started chatting about the Tucson we were looking at. Right off the bat I felt like he was just a friend talking to me about a vehicle and not some pushy salesman. He listened to what we wanted and made it work. When finishing up we had the pleasure of working with Travis who was as hilarious as I and that really made the situation a lot less stressful. It meant a lot to us that these people took our jokes and our humor and played right along with us. They didn't take themselves too seriously...which is something I can't say for other dealerships I've dealt with. We felt like family as we shook hands and said our goodbyes and my wife and I will never purchase a vehicle from anywhere else as long as we have this family right here in our backyard. Thank you all for the amazing experience....we truly appreciate it.

My husband was unable to come with me to buy a car, as he needs a hip replacement and has difficulty walking. In spite of my anxiety about doing this on my own, after visiting several other dealerships, it was here that I was made to feel welcome, not pressured and treated very professionally. I was greeted by David Smith who understood exactly what I was looking for and explored the lot with me. When I found what I was looking for we took it for a test drive. Through all of this Dave stayed in contact with my husband by phone, as he would be making the final decision. I was shown into the finance office where all of my options were explained. Then I had a tour of the maintenance Dept. and introduced to the mechanics and secretary. The day I picked up my car it had a full tank of gas and it was clean inside and out. Instead of having to make another trip out to the dealership, Dave brought our license plate to our house and put it on the car. Prior to leaving the lot with the car Dave got into the car with me and pointed out all of the bell and whistles and how they worked. I had an excellent experience and I love my Elantra. It drives like floating on a cloud. I majorly love the backup screen and all of the safety devices.

I have personally experienced many horror stories at new car dealerships through the years. I am admittedly hard to please, and I am suspicious of car sales people in general. New car buying is a task I have hated to do since my very first new car purchase. (1970 Mustang). My wife and I were looking at Subaru , Toyota and Hondas. We had just had a bad experience with a Toyota sales person at Rivergate Toyota. We were looking for a Honda dealer, when we passed Wilson County Hyundai and decided to go in and look. We met Rob Crockett and told him what we were looking for and test drove a Tucson. My wife wanted me to drive a Santa Fe and she would stay at the dealership and go to the ladies room, but Mr. Crockett said we would wait for her and when we were ready to go insisted she ride in the front seat . After the test drive and agreeing on a price, my wife said we would go home and decide after looking up information on Hyundais. Mr. Crockett said that would be fine and asked if we would like to drive the Santa Fe home, which we declined. There was no pressure at all from Mr. Crockett to close the deal, which meant a lot to us. We called back in one hour and said we would take the Santa Fe! So far we are very happy with the Santa Fe and with Wilson county motors. We were most impressed with Mr. Crocket for his knowledge and help with setting up all the functions on the auto. We were back the next day for more instructions and to set up another phone, and he was most helpful and did not seem to mind at all.

We went in to look at the various models to compare to other vehicles from other dealerships. Rob Crocket took the time to show us several vehicles even though he knew we would not be buying a car for awhile. Great experience! We looked at cars the first time we visited but didn't do a test drive. They appraised our Sonata, repaired a recall (which we thought was amazing), and I think the owner came over and talked with us. The next day the service manager phoned to say he had done the recall and that they would like our car if we were interested in getting rid of it. It was a couple of weeks before we went back to buy the car, and at that time we did do a test drive to be sure. The entire transaction was flawless. While the car was being cleaned, our salesman showed us the service department and introduced us to the employees in there, who were all very friendly. We were shown all the many awards which were very impressive. We are pleased with our new 2016 Tucson.

Overall we had a nice experience. Mike Lyles was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. We enjoyed his laid back personality, which helped us to feel comfortable enough to ask questions concerning our purchase. Once we decided on the Sonata, everything progressed smoothly. After our purchase, Mike made sure we understood all the bells and whistles and scheduled the appt for window tinting and offered to schedule an appt for the first oil change, which I declined.

My wife and I were so very impressed with every aspect of Wilson County Hyundai we purchased two vehicles two weeks ago. my wife bought a 2013 Genesis Coup in 2012 and we got every protection plan and add on that the dealer wanted us to get. she wanted a car that she didnt have to worry about for the next 10 years. we bought it all, paint protection, door dings, wheels, everything was covered. or so we thought. turns out 4 years later we need to get the car repainted due to the sealant failing. the good news is the company that made the sealant is painting the car. the bad news is its going to take 3 weeks to repaint the car and she wont get a loaner. She is out her car for 3 weeks after buying every upgrade she could on that car and Wilson County Hyundai basically said its not our problem, you have to deal with the other company. the warranty on a Hyundai car only has a 3 year warranty. after that youre on your own. no support from the dealership or Hyundai USA. the sales manager told me i should have read the contract better. Really! thats how you want to treat your customers? We were thinking of buying another Hyundai but not now. I even called corporate and got the same answer from their lackey. Watch your back and hope nothing bad happens when you buy one of these cars. they will be friendly and nice when they sell it to you. all they want is the money.

My girlfriend and I decided to upgrade her 2013 Elantra to a 2017... We had gone to the Hyundai dealer in cools springs first because that's where they had the car she wanted. They were horrible to us plain rude. We had just come off of work so we weren't dressed great and we are young so they figured it was a waste of time because they wouldn't make any money.. Long story short they ended up giving us the run around and just let us leave with nothing after hours spent waiting in their shop. The next day my girlfriends sister recommended us to wilson county Hyundai I was very skeptical because I didn't want to go through the same expierence again but Rob Crockett was an angel!! He was with us every step of the way, kept us in know and even helped us out with my super active nephew!! He was a very patient man and got us into the car I wanted!!! My car had a low tire symbol on the dash this morning. I drove to Wilson County Hyundai to have it checked. They found a nail in the right rear tire, removed the nail, repaired the tire and inflated all tires to 35 PSI with Nitrogen. I could not have had better service. The Service Manager is always very nice, tries to make you feel comfortable, offers coffee, water, etc. They are quick, efficient and very friendly. If I purchase a new vehicle, it will be a Hyundai from Wilson County Hyundai.

I take my ford ranger truck and my Nissan maxima there to the service dpt & I receive excellent service for oil changes or vehicle repairs to either of my vehicles. Ryan Vantrease was the employee that we dealt with and he was great. He did not try to pressure us and worked with us to find a car that was right for us. He was super knowledgeable about the car we wanted to purchase. After we purchased the car he helped us again with the car and reviewed the different functions of the car. I would recommend Mr. Vantrease to anyone. Terry in the finance department was wonderful and he helped find us a lower APR for our loan which reduced our payments. Overall it was the best car buying experience that I have had by far. Please ask for Ryan and Terry when you go to Wilson County Hyundai.

I came in on a Saturday and told them that I wanted to trade my 2007 Ford Escape in for a sedan size car. I had no money to put down & told them what I could afford on my car payments. After a couple hours & moving numbers around, I was able to trade my SUV for a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. My payments were cheaper than my Ford payments so I was very HAPPY!! My purchase of my new Hyundai last week was the best experience I've had in buying cars in all my life time of buying new cars. The whole experience was great as after I finally decided what car I wanted to purchase I found the Santa Fe that I wanted, even though it wasn't the closest Hyundai dealership to me as I had to drive 100 miles to purchase this vehicle. I requested a KBB trade in value from them and the value was in the ranged that I expected and received e-mail from Mr. Jennings to set up appointing to test drive the car. I came in and test drove the Santa Fe and was very impressed with the car's performance and features and stated I wanted to purchase the car. The car I wanted was on the show room floor so I drove another Santa Fe and it was interesting to see what they had to do to get the car out of the show room. They gave me what I wanted for my trade-in and provided me the financing I needed from Hyundai finance and I drove home with it. It was a wonderful overall experience and I would definitely recommend Wilson County Hyundai.

The sales staff were very friendly. Not pushy but helpful. The inventory was better than any other in the area. My wife and I were allowed to test drive the vehicle without a salesman, which was a huge mark in their favor. I prefer to concentrate on the car during a test drive and not listen to a salesman. They did show me the features of the vehicle before the test drive. This dealership does not add useless things to the vehicles to raise the price such as Scotch Guard, Nitrogen in the tires, etc (at least none of the vehicles I looked at). So we were able to start negotiations from the factory sticker price. There was some friendly haggling but I was satisfied with the final deal. I found 1 thing wrong with the vehicle when I picked it up (someone had closed the hood with the prop rod in place, bending the prop rod in half) but they took care of it in a timely manner. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and would give them the first chance again the next time I consider a Hyundai.

This is a great dealership to work with. Our salesperson was Ryan Vantrease who was very low key and enjoyable to work with. We had also worked with David Smith at one point when Ryan wasn't available. They were very patient as we made several visits before making our final choice of a 2016 Elantra. All employees were super friendly. We never once felt pressured during the process. They gave us the deal we wanted without all of the back an forth negotiating associated with typical car deals. We haven't had our first service visit yet, but the service department ratings look excellent. So far we love our Elantra and would highly recommend Wilson County Hyundai.

I arrived at Wilson County Hyundai already with my choice of vehicle narrowed down to 2. Salesman greeted me quickly and after a few minutes discussing financial & trade information, we were en route to view the cars. I had already gone through a pre-approval process for financing before I arrived, which significantly shortened the amount of total time I spent at the dealership. The salesman was extremely polite, and made absolutely no attempt to up-sell or dissuade me from the vehicles I was there to view, which I found highly commendable and very unexpected. All together, I spent a total of just under 4 hours at the dealership, which I found to be just slightly excessive considering the preparations I had made prior to arrival. The most significant delay was awaiting their offer for my trade in, which I felt was time wasted because I was not taken to test drive the vehicle until AFTER my trade had been valued; I found this rather odd, as there was no reason the salesman could not have accompanied me on a test drive during this process, instead of waiting until after. There also was a less significant delay following the completion of paperwork and final delivery of the vehicle (because the final delivery process did not begin until after paperwork was completed), but when I was finally handed the keys and sent on my way, the car had been fully detailed, there was not a speck of dust anywhere on the car, and the gas tank was full. My overall experience with this dealership was not terribly diminished by this, however, it just seemed to me that the whole process could have been streamlined significantly; if processes had been done concurrently instead of consecutively I am certain the start to finish sale would have been less than 3 hours.

I came to Wilson County Hyundai with some pretty big obstacles to overcome in order to purchase a vehicle. With a recent divorce and some credit issues, I knew it was going to be difficult. I came with certain criteria for the vehicle I would be able to purchase. He remembered us immediately, down to what car we were looking at, our professions, hobbies, etc. When we settled on a specific car, we feel he truly fought for us to not only get us all the rebates/discounts he could find that applied to the new Santa Fe Sport, but fought hard to get us the highest trade-in possible for our Buick Enclave. From the time I contacted Wilson County Hyundai on their website in the morning, until the moment we parked our new Elantra in our driveway in the afternoon, it was a great experience. Jeff Mazza called me almost immediately after receiving my internet message and Ryan Vantrease was available when I got down to the dealership a little later. He spent a lot of time with my husband and myself going over all of the features of the car and made the paperwork easy and fast. I especially appreciated having the car information and inventory available by internet as we were travelling for the holidays immediately following a car accident and I was able to research various cars by internet before we arrived back home in Lebanon. The Elantra Limited had everything I wanted except AWD. Having the sticker available online was even more important after finding out the Nissan dealer I had contacted the day before online was not honest about the amenities of a different car. I have bought over 15 cars in my life and have never had a dealership staff treat me with the respect that the staff at Wilson County Hyundai did. Andrew Lacey and Rob Crockett were some of the politest, nicest and most through salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Andrew spent half an hour with me explaining all the features patiently answering all my stupid questions never once showing any sign of annoyance. I initiated my shopping with Wilson County Hyundai over the internet. In my quest for a new car, I checked out every Hyundai dealership in the Nashville, Clarksville and Bowling Green areas, either via TrueCar, the dealership's own website or the Hyundai website, over the past week or so. Of all the dealerships that I contacted, Gerry at Wilson County was the most responsive, provided exactly the answers I requested (the final price of the vehicle after all discounts, rebates, taxes, doc fees, etc.), and complied with my request to deal with me by email, as I spend my workdays on the phone. Gerry wasn't fazed by the fact that we had our own financing available and didn't pressure us to apply through the dealership, but did offer the option, in case we wanted to see if we could get an even lower rate. In the end, we did apply, got an awesome interest rate on a great 2015 Hyundai Elantra with lots of cool toys (options), and all at a great price! Overall, the experience is a 10!

My parents and I purchased a 2013 Veloster Turbo from Lydia at Wilson County Hyundai 2 weeks ago. The experience was fantastic. It was very low-pressure but everyone involved was still available to assist us. This was a not typical car buying experience with pushy sales gimmicks or "better act now" language. Lydia was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend her for your next car purchase.The car we purchased had a small scratch on the fender when we purchased it. We were asked to bring it back when the body shop was open to have it repaired. Unfortunately, the scratch was deeper than expected and had to be kept overnight. The dealership solved this problem without issue by letting me choose a used car to borrow until my repair was completed. I didn't have to ask-- Lydia offered the loaner car. When I returned the loaner and picked up my Veloster, the manager (I think..I never got his name) even sent a salesperson to fill up my gas tank. I think this experience shows the level of service you can expect at Wilson County Hyundai.

There are closer dealships to me but the two main reasons I purchase my vehicles there are Ryan Vantrease and the service department. I had to quickly replace a vehicle that was totaled in an accident recently, and Ryan was able to find just what I was looking for in a very short period of time. I had a fixed budget to work with and he was able to utilize the dealership's considerable resources to find a reliable vehicle that I could afford. Michael Zartman was our salesman and he made our experience the best we have ever had when buying a car. That is many years as I am 51 years old. After I contacted him about being interested in a new car, he spent several months texting back and forth with me to let me know what was available and letting me know he was eager to help me when I was ready. He was not pushy like I have experienced in the past and very patient on waiting on me to make up my mind to buy a car or not. I never felt like he was only out to sale a car for a profit. He was truely helpful to me without pushing me. When I was finally ready to come in, I asked him if he could give me an idea of what I would be spending with what I was looking for. I did not expect him to say yes because never in the past has a car salesman been willing to do the leg work without me standing in front of them. He searched and came back with what he could do for me within an hour, still not having met me yet. I was so impressed, I did not even look at any other dealerships, I already trusted him without having met him. This dealership is lucky to have him. He sold me a 2014 Sonata. I am beyond happy with my car and even more happy with the price I paid for it. Even after going home with my new car, Michael has been in contact with me to make sure I'm happy and has answered every text I have sent him since buying the car. In past experiences, once a salesman has sold a car, you don't hear from them again. well, sorry this is so long but I'm just very impressed with Michael and my experience and very happ with my new Sonata!! this is my 2nd Hyndai and I love them, so I sincerely hope Michael is still there when I'm in the market for another car because I will be back and I will tell friends and family about this experience. which reminds me of something else.... before I left the lot, he had shown me how to use everything on that car. my mom purchased a new Altima about a year or so ago and still didn't know how to use the blue tooth and several other things....when I told her I knew just about everything about my new car and had to show her things on hers, she was very impressed. I have bought 5 cars in my my life. My experience at Wilson County Hyundai was by far the best. I was initially drawn to Wilson County Hyundai because their website is the most transparent in the middle Tennessee area. In the past year or so, dealerships have started listing as little information as possible about their vehicles and you have to call or email to get more information on a car. That makes it impossible to compare apples to apples across dealerships. If I wanted to give a dealership my name, email and number, I would come to the dealership. WCH listed every feature on the cars clearly on the website and provided plenty of pics too. To make sure I wasn't buying blindly, I requested info on another Elantra Gt at a different dealership. I had to answer 20 questions and wait several hours just to find out the interior colour of a car. They quoted me a price $500 more with less features than that of the car listed on Wilson Co 's website. So I drove out to Lebanon and test drove the car. My sales rep, Ryan Vantrease, was knowledgeable, courteous and straightforward. He didn't try to upsell me to the more expensive cars on their lot and still treated me like I was the only customer there. He knew every feature of every car on the lot and not just because it was his job; he genuinely respects the cars he is selling. From drive up to leaving with my car traded and a new one financed, it took less than 3 hours total. I would highly recommend buying your next car from Ryan Vantrease at Wilson Co Hyundai.

He showed me the differences between my Nissan Murano and the Santa Fe, the car I was interested in. We are relatively new to the whole car-buying experience, and were very nervous about the process-- about possibly feeling pressured into buying something that was outside of our budget. Wilson County Hyundai was fantastic. Our salesperson, Troy Azbell, set us completely at ease. There was no pressure, he was relaxed and honest and the process was fun! I called the dealership ahead of time to ask questions about a listing I'd seen on their website, and inquired about coming in for a test drive. Troy was waiting for us when we got there- he'd already pulled out the models that we were interested in and we were ready to go driving. He never once pressured us to try "the next model up" and was very patient with our questions. He thoroughly addressed all of our concerns, and even ended up staying past the closing of the dealership to make sure we had covered/were satisfied with everything. Wilson County Hyundai was actually the first dealership we visited-- we left after a bit to do test drives elsewhere-- but ended up coming back to Wilson County Hyundai within a couple of hours after being greeted with the overbearing salespeople we'd feared at other dealerships. We can't say enough about how much we love our new car. We got a great deal- and have since recommended Wilson County Hyundai to our friends and family. When we need another car, we'll definitely be back.

Went to Wilson County Buick Chevy GMC to look at a Buick Encore for my wife. Liked it brought my wife in to test drive the car William decided to tell my wife that her 2011 KIA Optima was a throw away car. This was UNSAT and you should never ever say anything about another person car. My wife was upset and we decided to leave and go to Hyundai because they had a Tucson on the internet for 19,100.00 and she loved the car when we sat down to do the finance they came back and said that the internet price was wrong and took it off the internet and wonted us to pay about 24,000.00 for the car. I looked up the VIN on the internet and found three other websites showing that Hyundai Tucson for a little over 21,000.00 come to find out that the Hyundai is the part of the Wilson County Buick Chevy GMC company I am not happy with the service and in my opinion do your homework before you go decide to work with Wilson County Buick Chevy GMC Hyundai. Because they said one thing and mean another.On the bright side we went to Martin Kia and got a nice KIA Sportage walked in got more for the trade in than what Hyundai offered by 1,000 dollars. We said this is the price we would like to pay and that is what we got good interest rate and we are very happy. Thanks Wilson County Buick Chevy GMC Hyundai for being the way you are because we now have a great throw away car.****Update to review I would like to Thanks Mr. Bone for sending me his cell phone number so we could talk about my review he is the owner and was very apologetic for the way we were treated. The body style and color of the Sonata is what made me pick the Car. I orangally bought a Hyundai Sonata in Feb. of this year. I was rear ended on August 16 of this year. The car was totaled. I did not see the damages to the car until the next day when we had to go to the car lot where they had towed it to after the accident. I was shocked as to how much the car was dammaged. If it had not been for the great work put in to this car and the Crumple zone doing it's job... we could have been hurt worse then we were. This why I bought another Hyundai Sonata on 9/7/2013. I feel very safe in this car! I know for a fact that Hyundai's are built tough! And strong! I would recomend Hyundai to everyone! Love my new Car !

It was a nice experience and we were not pressured to buy (no lines like "if we can do XZY, do we have a deal today?"). Ryan was very knowledgeable about the cars we test drove and didn't try to steer us toward more expensive models. We made the car choice and Ryan worked with us to maximize the available financial incentives. The finance manager also offered warranty packages but there was no pressure to buy them. All in all, a positive experience and we will return for another car someday.

I purchased my 2011 Sonata from Rob. We went over every detail of the car when I was looking at it. He let me take it and drive it for the weekend. I filled out the credit information online and simply went after work and signed the papers. Rob had pointed out that I would need to replace my front tires within the next few months, but when I had the car in for an oil change in April, a member of the owning family walked through the shop and had them put 4 new tires on my car. Wilson County Hyundai is an outstanding dealership with an excellent service department. I recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata and traded in my 2008 Sonata. My salesperson, Michael Zartman, did an excellent job in assisting me with this purchase, as did the sales manager Daryl Peterson. Wayne Fielder was very efficient in handling the financing and explained everything thoroughly and concisely for me. I can't say enough good things about Randy Jackson, the Service Manager. This is my second Hyundai Sonata and he took VERY good care of me and my 2008 Sonata for the past 5 years. His shop is always immaculately clean and very well organized and my service visits were always completed in a very timely manner. He assisted me in getting my faulty gas tank (stuck open filler flap) on the 2008 Sonata replaced by Hyundai so that I only had to pay the $100 deductible, instead of paying nearly $1000 to cover the cost and labor on a new gas tank. His service writer, Sasha Bennett, is also a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, and to also get all of their recommended service performed by this service department. The cost of an oil change (a thorough one - with all systems checked out in addition to the oil change) is VERY competitive with the "quickie" chains and the quality of service is much better! I will be a Hyundai customer for life now!

My Experience with Rob Crockett and Daryl Peterson at Wilson County Hyundai was fantastic! I went there to test drive and ultimately purchase a 2006 Nissan Xterra. Rob came in on his day (I think) and we were there till closing though i did not get there till 6pm. Rob was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and not full of crap. Same goes for Daryl Peterson. This was the easiest car transaction I have ever had hands down. I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted and I walked out of there a customer for life. When its time to buy another new or used car you can bet I will check them out first. Rob is cool, Daryl is friendly as were every other employee I interacted with.

i so wanted to thank mike zartman my salesman. buying a car is a huge purchase for some people and i was unsure if this would ever happen to me. i was use to going to a car lot and they offer you either somthing that you can't afford or they sell you a lemon and try to pass it off as it's in great condition but not this time. i have been going back and forth with mike since dec and he is the bomb..he wasn't pushy or he didn't act like he was forcing the whole buy a new car now or else. during this time i became ill and he even called to make sure that i was ok...what car salemans does that....i even had three things that i wanted in order to buy a car...and he made all of that possilbe and not once went back on this word. i was impressed and i am so glad that mike chose me to work with...he cares and he made me look a car salesmen in a totally different light...mike has made me the most happiest woman with my first new car purchase...he is the bomb and i am telling everyone i know who is interested in a buying a car to visit this location and ask for mike...the whole team was great and wayne was awesome. they made it so easy for me and worked around my schedule.

Her presentaion is detailed and through but she does not make you feel you are making a bad mistake if you choose not to be interested. On this purchase she was willing to come from her office at a sister dealership to handle the financing on my vehicle. This is a service you would probably not get from most dealerships. Also I appreciated the management for facilitating this and allowing this to be a pleasant transaction. Daryl is always a pleasure to deal with in determining the value of the vehicle you are trading. I just bought my third Hyundai. I have been bringing Hyundai #2 into the Wilson County service department for almost three years now. I have always said that at bad or dishonest mechanic can really wreak havoc on your life, but you can rest assured you don't have to worry about that with these guys. With a man like Randy Jackson at the helm, you know things are being ran smoothly and as they should be. I know honest isn't a word you typically hear when talking about a car dealership, but Randy Jackson oozes honesty and you just know you can trust him. Randy runs a tight ship around the shop which puts your mind at ease and he's also just a really cool guy that's a lot of fun to talk to and cut up with. Then there's the mechanic, Kevin Reese. Kevin is very thorough and goes over my car with a fine tooth comb every time I bring it in, even if just for an oil change If he finds a problem, he explains it to you thoroughly and even utilizes little samples and things they have there in the shop so you understand. When I say problem, the things that have been wrong with my car have actually been just normal, routine, maintenance items that Kevin has nipped in the bud. I had 180k on Hyundai #2 and it was still going strong thanks to Kevin; just wanted a change. I know I can trust Kevin to maintain my car with precision and skill; he is worth his weight in GOLD and he's very sweet and personable too. And last, but certainly not least, there's Sasha. She not only holds down the desk in the shop but she logs the cars in and is quite knowledgeable about cars herself. She always has an answer for things and is usually on point but she also always follows up with Randy or Kevin just to be sure she's told you right. She is also a very sweet person and a lot of fun to talk to. All of the guys in the shop are a lot of fun to cut up with but they know how to get serious about working on your car. I always recommend them to everyone since they work on all makes of cars. I try to tell people about this little gold mine in the heart of little Lebanon TN so that everyone can experience and enjoy the peace of mind of a truly good service department.

I had just recently left the Ford dealership up the road, they had a small selection available to me on top of their little hope of actually getting me into a car. I stopped by to see Rob and he said that it would be a challenge seeing as i was a first time buyer with no established credit or buying history of any kind. My repairs were done right and fairly cheap all things considered.... yet they managed to keep my only vehicle on lock-down in the shop for 2 1/2 weeks while repeatedly misquoting release dates. The sales department has phenomenal service as far as I am concerned but back in the shop is seriously lacking. One guy (named Randy) was the only who even spoke with me on any of my repairs. i tried to go back for brakes but became so frustrated with their lack of inaction that I asked for my car back and did them myself.

After we had made our choice, he presented us with plenty of options on financing so we could find an choice that worked with our plans. Belinda explained everything to us on the financing and answered all of questions without hesitation. I was out browsing various used car lots in the area when I came across Wilson County Hyundai. My father and I were immediately greated by Rob. I was hestiant to really go in to much detail on what I was looking for because I was expecting a sales pitch. However, I was pleasantly surprised with how the interaction went. Rob was very professional with a good attitude, and answered every question my father and I had; and if there was something he was unsure of, he found the answer. He really went above and beyond. I left that day undecided, so he took my contact information incase something else showed up he thought I would be interested. I receieved a follow up call the next day about a 2008 Elantra. I came back to check it out and fell in love with it. That showed me that he really listened to what I was telling him I wanted, which made a huge impression. Daryl was brought in to the interaction to discuss trade in value, financing, and all the other monetary things. He, too, did more than he had to in making sure I could get financed with a good interest rate. I came back a couple days later and purchased the car. I know I made the right decision and couldnt be happier. Louis explained the service warranties and all the paper work before I left the lot. He was extremely helpful as well when answering any of my final questions or concerns. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. I was blown away by the quality of service I received. He was right; as I continued to ask questions, the contra dealership continued to jump back and forth, wavering on the numbers they initially quoted, informing me that rebates were no longer available (despite the fact the letter they mailed me clearly stated a customer loyalty rebate of $1,000 would be granted), telling me only what I wanted to hear, holding back requested information (I requested vehicle information several times with no response whatsoever), and using high pressure sales techniques in an attempt to sell me a vehicle that I didn't care for (apparently they weren't listening to MY needs and what I wanted); the payment amount they quoted was almost 50% more than my existing one, and my anger grew at an exponential rate when the manager at the contra dealership stated "its ONLY an extra X dollars per day; I see how much you make, you can afford that." I cannot tell you how put off I was by that comment; how dare somebody make such assumptions; nonetheless, at that point, Louis called to let me know that WCH could not only extend that same offer, but beat it. Sure enough, within days, I was in a new vehicle. No games, no bull. Just plain straightforwardness. Dont bother dealing with the other clowns in town. Stick with these guys.

He never pressured us to buy something off of the lot, but searched the region and found the exact vehicle we wanted. Purchasing our Hyundai Elantra from Wilson County Hyundai was a refreshing experience. Simon Jones,Internet Sales Manager, was honest and straightforward throughout the process. While most dealers would not provide any information without stepping into their showroom, and other sales reps wouldnt give us a straight answer even after test-driving a vehicle, Simon answered all of our questions (and even provided us with a quote)over email. In addition, he was able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for, in the color we wanted (very hard to find according to other dealerships), in just two days. Belinda Wilson, the Business Manager, was also very helpful, answering the questions we had, and even making some last minute changes to our purchase. In the end, we got the vehicle we wanted at a very fair price. It was a pleasure doing business with Wilson County Hyundai, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Having previously purchased many new and used vehicles for myself and other family members from a wide range of sources, I can honestly say this was the most hassle free and straight forward purchase of them all. The internet price was honored, some options were added at very low cost and there were non of the dealership surprise add ons and shenanigans that we have sadly come to expect. Bobby Carter the sales person was most helpful and knew his inventory, Belinda the business manager was charming and got to the point quickly and without obfuscation, pointing out available warrenty extensions etc but without laboring the point. As much as buying a new car can be an enjoyable experience, this was it.

An automatic e-mail response from Paine acknowledged the internet offer I made on a 2010 Kia Rio they had advertised in the Tennessean. Sean responded the next day with an appropriate response declining the offer and an invitation to call him. I called the following day with an increased offer and spoke to Louis who relayed the further inquiry to Simon who returned my call on his day off in which he gave me a revised figure. The next day the car was cleaned and available for me to examine and test drive. I was given the CARFAX and a list of work they had done on the vehicle. He offered to have me inspect the vehicle with one of their mechanics, but had no objection to my taking the vehicle across the road to Firestone to examine the vehicle for $25. Satisfied with the vehicles condition I asked for the possibility of further lowering the price which they did enough to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. Belinda completed the paperwork and provided further warranty coverage cost information which was declined but remained available for a period should I change my mind. The vehicle was further prepped, fueled, and a second key located. The process and atmosphere was very pleasant, informative, and helpful with options and alternatives discussed when asked about. I was invited to respond in this forum as well as to an e-mail from Paine allowing me to register my experience at this dealership.

I didn't give Bobby Carter an easy task; find a 2012 Elantra GLS in one of three colors in two weeks or less. Not only that, he had no idea I'd sent the same email to 10 other Hyundai dealers within a 200 mile radius, and that I was serious. Through emails Bobby established rapport by being honest about the car I was looking for and the market; both of which I'd already researched. When another dealership offered me a significant discount, Bobby was frank with me, said he couldn't match it, but was respectful both to me and his competitor. Then, when his rival's deal became a promised price on a car they didn't have in stock, Bobby joined the conversation again. Wilson County Hyundai had 2 Elantras in stock, but before we could strike a deal on the first, it sold. Luckily, the second one was also a color we had specified, so we worked together to come to an acceptable price. However, before we closed the deal I revisited a third (local) dealer with which I'd been corresponding. While I was actually on the phone with that dealer, Bobby called back and trimmed the price slightly again. That sealed the deal for my wife and I, but I had one more unanticipated surprise for Bobby. When my wife found out I planned to sell my old car outright she wasn't happy. I called Bobby back and explained I had a trade-in and he was exceptionally understanding. I described the trade on the phone, being honest about it's condition, and Bobby asked what I'd take for it. He then gave me a "worst case scenario" price and asked me to bring it by. When I got to the dealership Bobby was able to give me what I'd asked for the trade. While I know this can't happen in every situation, it was a great experience for us.Then we had chance to work with Belinda Wilson, who went out of her way to get us the best interest rate on our loan. Belinda was exceptionally personable and a pleasure with which to work. She made the financing process enjoyable and delivered us a rate significantly lower than our Credit Union! Thanks to both Bobby and Belinda our experience at Wilson County Hyundai was beyond exceptional. We have no reservation about recommending Wilson County Hyundai to our friends, our family, or anyone!

Wes went above and beyond to find the exact car we were looking for. I had talked to several other area dealers for several days and no one made an effort to locate the car I wanted. They all seemed only interested in selling what was on their lot. After one 10 minute conversation with Wes at Wilson County Hyundai, he found the exact car (color, options, etc) within 30 minutes of my phone call to him and had it on his lot in under 24 hours. I'd looked at a couple of dealerships in Nashville, and discovered that I would need an exit strategy to get out of the building without being pushed into a purchase that I was not ready to make. Not so with Rob at Wilson Cty. He made me feel completely comfortable, was friendly and talked more about his family than the cars. I didn't feel pressured at all. He let me drive a couple of cars and I ended up with a Nissan Versa. I showed up on a Friday just to look around, and drove my car off the lot Saturday night. These guys worked with me on the pricing without putting up a fight, and we ended up with a deal that made everybody happy. Rob and Darryl were great! When my Wife told him exactly what she wanted, they did not have the exact color in stock. Without hours, Ryan found the precise unit she wanted, and got it transferred to the dealership in 24 hours. My wife and I were shopping for a new Sonata with a very particular set of features. I gave 2 other dealerships a shot to work with me and neither seemed very interested in hunting down the car we wanted to buy. Ryan went out of his way to find our exact specification new on a lot in Illinois. We split the difference for the towing cost (I like to put all the miles on my new cars) and the car showed up. Mr. Carter told me the same, however he went the extra distance and located one for me in another state and made arrangements to have it brought here at a reasonable cost. Mr Carter went the extra mile in assisting me. When I arrived at Wilson County Hyundai everyone there was exceptionally friendly and attentive to me and my wife. Our new Azera was immaculantly prepped and ready for us go in no time. Never once during the sale or the closing process did we feel pressured. David Stea was our sales rep and we liked him from the moment he introduced himself. He was not only patient with me, but also made sure my husband and kids were comfortable through the process. Negotiations were fair on both trade in and new car. Even when I decided I didn't want the grey version on the lot, they offered to go pick up the white color in Missouri! A few days later, we picked up our new car and absolutely love it. David has also been great at following up with me on a couple items we didn't get accomplished prior to me picking up the car. I would recommend Wilson County Hyundai and David absolutely! I also want to shout out to all the support staff who made sure (emailing pictures and calling) that I was ok with brown leather versus black once the driver got to Missouri!Thanks and great job all - very happy customer!!

I have previously bought four new cars but buying Sonata from Simon was best experience. Simon is an excellent sales person I have ever met who has outstanding communication skills and does earnest followup to earn business. We agreed price even before meeting face to face and committing to buy. I had a quite smooth transaction and their financing beat the lowest rate I had from my bank & credit union. Wilson County sales and finance staff is awesome and not pushing to buy, gives comfort zone to discuss things privatly with family members. This dealership stepped up to the plate when I had a hideous, deceptive disreputable buying experience with Signature VW Hyundai in Murfreesboro, TN. These people were fair and bent over backwards to get me that car I wanted at a much better interest rate and reasonable payment. I got an upgrade in car as well. They made their money but they did not try to skin me alive as Signature VW Hyundai had. Wilson County Hyundai was VEERY reputable and did not try to bully or cheat me. Some dealerships "get" it, many don't. Wilson County Hyundai is definitely in the former category and with good reason. As a traveling medical professional, my time in any one location is limited, this includes my home in Nashville. When the time came to upgrade from my beloved 2007 Hyundai Elantra GLS to a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, I had exactly 36 hours in which to conduct and conclude the sale. I simply had no time (nor desire) to haggle; I knew what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and was firm on how much I required for a trade. From my then location in the Southwest, I contacted every Hyundai dealership in the Nashville area. Yes, they all got back to me in a timely manner and they all swore they could work a wonderful deal via phone and email. Guess who actually delivered? Highly recommended! I knew exactly the model & color of car I wanted, including options, but was having a hard time finding it. So I submitted a request via eBay Motors search (same as Consumer Reports) which put me in contact with multiple dealers in my area. Of course, I received quite a few emails and calls from dealers in my area, but no one had just what I was looking for. Simon Jones was the only one who went the extra mile to locate just what I wanted at another dealer, and he honored the invoice pricing used by eBay Motors and Consumer Reports for the car.All of our communications were done via phone and email, as I was away on a business trip at the time. I had already driven a similar model and was ready to purchase the right car at the right price, and Simon & the folks at Wilson County Hyundai delivered! He found my car and had it brought in, so I was able to pick it up the day after I arrived home. Since he found the car in another state there was a fee to get it to Tennessee, but I felt it was reasonable and fair.Buying a new car can really tie a person in knots, with high-pressured salespeople and the financial & emotional games they try to play with prospective buyers. I am happy to say that Simon Jones and the team at Wilson County Hyundai made it a smooth, calm, and enjoyable experience. I also appreciate that they didn't try to waste my time selling me things I did not want - a major plus! I began working with this dealership and specifically Simon after submitting an inquiry through an on-line purchase program. Simon responded immediately to my request for a 2011 Sonata. Other dealers in the area did not respond personally but instead sent an auto-reply. This was a prime example of the difference in definition of personal customer service between Simon and other dealers. He was also open and not offended when I showed him my research from the Internet from other dealer's inventory.Simon pulled out all of the stops to locate the color that I preferred at other dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised when given a loaner car by the dealership to drive until my new Sonata arrived without making this request. Since I have purchased a number of new cars throughout the years, this was by far the smoothest transaction from taking my "guaranteed" price from the Internet (which was honored without question) throughout the process of a trade in and new car paperwork. There was no "number juggling".When I took delivery of my new car, Simon discovered that my aftermarket sunroof was not the one he had ordered on my behalf and initiated the correction before I was aware of the issue. He went the extra step and had the company pick up my car at work, change the roof, and return the car the same day to my place of work. No hassle ! Other car manufacturers should be concerned if Hyundai continues to produce a great looking and great performing car like the new Sonata with Dealerships like this one. I will certainly recommend Simon and Wilson County Hyundai to friends and family and visit the showroom again in a couple of years when I'm ready to trade for a new model.

From the start of my search for a new car, Mr Jones told me he did not have a car like I wonted. Unlike other dealers that I had emailed for a quote and got a reply of Iv got the car you wont at the best price you will find, or you need to come test drive one, which I had already stated I had done in the request for quote. They had cars, not what I ask for in the quote. There are reasons people use e-mail quotes and services like DealerRater, mine was a health problem. I did'nt feel like running all over the country looking for a car. After making several trips and much wasted time I went to Wilson County Hyundai, parked my jeep walked around looked at the cars had one person ask me if he could help me and I asked for Mr. Jones. From this moment on everyone I came in contact with made me feel welcome. Mr Jones found the car I wanted with the options I wanted. The price was great, everyone was friendly, not a grump in the bunch, and I left there with the car I wanted and a understanding of what every little knob on the dash did.

they were very friendly and very knowledgable. I located them through Consumer Reports car report and they gave a very reasonable general quote on the Hyundai Santa Fe that I "built" online. When I got to the dealership and asked for Simon, he in a few minutes was able to show a few things about the Santa Fe that 4 previous dealers had not mentioned. They further reduced the price over what had been given in the Consumer Reports quote, without the bothersome "going back and forth" seen at most dealers. Customer Service: Proper customer service seems to be a thing of the past in modern America, but thankfully Wilson County still seems to hold to the mantra that making the customer happy is priority #1. I contacted three dealers for initial quotes on the specific 2011 Hyundai Sonata I wanted. Two of the dealers told me what cars they had in stock (none the one I wanted) and said I could take them or leave them. Luckily, Simon Jones at Wilson County told me what I wanted to hear. He didn't have the car on hand, but he would keep looking until he found it. He also looked for comparable cars to get me driving as quickly as possible. I was impressed that while he was searching for the car I wanted he also kept in touch with the search status as well as options if I wanted to choose different feature sets to be able to find the incredibly rare color I desired. Upon arriving at Wilson County, I was warmly greeted by Simon, Belinda, Louis and the rest of the staff. Everybody was very accommodating to a first time car buyer and made every dumb question sound like the most reasonable thing to ask in the world. I could not have asked for a better service experience.Quality of Work: There is nothing more impressive than the first glimpse of a pristine vehicle, and Wilson County made sure my car was gleaming and ready to go. Obviously being a new vehicle there isn't much else to comment on work-wise, but I can say that I am supremely confident that Wilson County will do right by me on my already-purchased car coating as well as any upgrades or repairs I might need in the future.Friendliness: As previously mentioned, everybody was exceptionally nice and courteous. Having a car dealer in the family, I know the salesman's malaise that can drop over those in the business. I was glad to find that everybody seemed legitimately happy to be there and to be helping me. The confidence this attitude instills is greatly appreciated when signing away large sums of money!Overall Experience: Simon found my needle in a haystack and delivered it promptly with a smile. The sales and finance staff quelled my jitters and got me in and out with a speed belied by a casual professionalism. I don't think that my experience could have been better.Price: Wilson County honored my American Express/Zagat price quote and explained every option available to me. They did not endeavor to mark up the car just because it was rare as I had seen done at other dealers. They gave me the best price available and one I gladly paid.

Internet sales: extraordinary sales, price and service: Absolutely no reason to even visit another dealer.Well worth the 90 minute drive for both the purchase price and for the overall sales experience. If we can receive this level of consideration and professionalism (and follow up attention AFTER the sale) for an internet purchase with little to no profit margin, I cannot begin to imagine the quality of work if this had been a traditional purchase. I have worked in surgery for the past 40 yrs and would love to have my staff work at the level of Simon Jones. He was more than efficient and professional. It would be well worth any extra effort to seek him out. I have seen very little to match his efforts at communication both before and after the sale.

My 2001 minivan was almost 10 years old and had over 104,000 miles on it. I had retired a couple of years ago and needed a new car that was smaller than the van; would ride comfortably on the highway; respond quickly in Nashville's city traffic; perform pretty well on gas mileage; but still have enough power to haul at least four people and their hiking gear through the Smokey Mountains.I did my homework. Several auto, business, and consumer reporting sources had praised the business model of Hyundai and the quality of their line of cars. Both the 4-cylinder and 6-cylinder Santa Fe SE met my requirements. After preliminary test drives, I decided on the 6-cylinder model, because it had more power and better pick-up than the 4-cylinder, but with only a slight decrease in gas mileage.After all my research and test drives were done I was ready to find my Santa Fe at a fair price, and hopefully with as little sales hassle and gimmickry as possible. I "built-my-own" Santa Fe on-line through a national consumer advocate's magazine website in cooperation with Zag, an on-line information service company that provides pricing and other information to consumers (no charge) and matches that consumer with one or more dealers in the consumer's area. As I understand it, in return for the referral, the dealer has agreed with Zag to follow a few pricing guidelines and to enter into fair, non-nonsense negotiations with the potential buyer.Within a couple of hours on a Saturday morning after pressing the "send" button with a description of the Santa Fe I had built on-line, SIMON JONES called me. Simon is WILSON COUNTY HYUNDAI's Internet Sales Manager (located in Lebanon, TN). After a minute or so of the typical introductory pleasantries, Simon did something that in my experience most car salesmen don't seem to know how to do -- he stopped talking and LISTENED to me very carefully as I described for him exactly what I wanted in a new Santa Fe. When I finished, he said without hesitation, "We don't have that Santa Fe in our inventory...but I will do my best to find one for you." On Monday morning Simon called me again. He had found my Santa Fe at a dealership in Alabama, with exactly the right color and other features I had chosen. Unknown to Simon, on Sunday afternoon my wife and I had driven around to three Hyundai dealerships in the Nashville area. Although we had already test driven the 6-cylinder Santa Fe at another dealership earlier in the week, we wanted to make sure we had seen all of the available Santa Fe colors before giving Simon our final selection. So when Simon called on Monday morning, I had to tell him that we had changed our mind. We no longer wanted the color he had found for us in Alabama -- we now wanted a different color. Simon did not flinch. He said he would keep looking. And he did. And again he was successful, finding our color choice and the other features we wanted at another dealership in Tennessee, a couple of hundred miles from Nashville. (By the way, the Zag on-line system apparently provided my name, phone number, and email address to two other Nashville-area Hyundai dealerships, in addition to Wilson County Hyundai. A representative from one of those dealerships called me Saturday afternoon, but after I made it clear that I had done my research, knew exactly what I wanted, and was therefore looking for the best deal, I never heard from that dealership again. Another dealership sent me an email over the weekend, but never followed up with a phone call.)The next day I drove the 30 miles from Nashville to Lebanon to meet Simon in person. We had to confirm the details about the price he had described on the phone and I needed to have my old minivan appraised for trade-in value.There were no surprises. After we talked a short while, everything Simon had said to me on the phone and in person was put into writing. The numbers added up just the way Simon said they would. He even pointed out one estimated number and explained that it might change a couple of dollars when the final agreement was drawn up. He was right. A few days later, when I signed the final papers and took delivery of my Santa Fe, that number had changed a few dollars...in my favor!I also had researched extensively the trade-in value of my minivan (a non-Hyundai product.) When I left Simon on Tuesday, I had a written break-out of the new-car costs, financing charges, various fees, and a trade-in offer for my minivan. That night my wife and I compared the total package of Simon's offer to another dealer's "best deal." Based on my Nashville-area market research, Simon's offer on the Santa Fe was fair and reasonable. But his trade-in value for my minivan was a few dollars below what my research had shown was its fair trade-in value. The next morning we talked by phone again. Simon had found the color Santa Fe I wanted. He and his used car appraiser agreed to come up a little on my trade-in value. Except for a reduction in my total net cost, none of the other numbers in our agreement changed as a result of the increased trade-in allowance. I accepted the revised deal over the phone and Simon made a phone call to have my Santa Fe driven to Lebanon. On Thursday afternoon, LESS than a week after Simon's initial call to me, my wife and I drove away from the WILSON COUNTY HYUNDAI dealership in Lebanon in our new 6-cylinder Harbor Gray Metallic Santa Fe SE. The 30-mile trip back to our home in Nashville was quite pleasant. We love the car.In addition to winning on the bottom-line price, including a fair trade-in allowance, Simon also won big on the intangibles. He was prompt and responsive without being aggressive. He was knowledgeable about the Santa Fe's features and answered precisely all our questions about the vehicle, the deal's pricing structure, and the financing, sometimes multiple times, without ever showing any impatience. Although Simon showed upbeat enthusiasm throughout all of our discussions, he never once pushed us and he never condescended to us, no matter how basic and repetitive some of my and my wife's questions might have been. Even after the sale, Simon has continued to provide excellent service and has gone out of his way to respond to a couple of follow-up matters for me. Make no mistake - Simon made a good profit for Wilson County Hyundai, and indirectly, for himself. But he did it with straightforward talk, fair market pricing, an old-fashioned customer-focused attitude, and no hidden agenda. I drove away in my new Santa Fe SE with a sense of respect for Simon and for Wilson County Hyundai. R. WilsonJune 2010

I consider the following professions as " road kill"---politicians, lawyers, real estate sales people, and car salesmen. So when I found myself needing to replace a car, I gritted my teeth, did my homework, and did an internet search for dealers in my area, who sold the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I requested a quote from three dealers for the car. Almost instantly, I received a reply from Simon Jones,Wilson County Hyundai, Lebanon , Tennessee. He asked for clarification on a couple of options, I was interested in, and very shortly replied with a price,and a statement that he had found the exact car I wanted.The second dealer replied, but the price for the identical car was much higher. The third dealer replied five days later with general inquiries, and by that time I had closed the deal with Simon. Being a Senior, I have purchased many cars in my time. I always do my homework, and know what I want when I go shopping, particularly for a car.More times than not, I know more about the car I want , than the salesman at the dealership. With all the preceding being said, I am happy to say, that dealing with Simon, and the staff at Wilson County, was a most refreshing experience. We lost our car in the flood, and our insurance company recommended several dealers outside Nashville to help find a deal. We found a great sales rep and deal in Lebanon. We had done our homework and chose an Elantra, but we wanted it loaded. Simon found us one with all the bells and whistles in St. Louis, and for a price someone drove it to Lebanon. Simon then brought it to our home in Nashville, so we would not have to make the long drive back to Lebanon. We love the car and recommend not only a Hyundai, but Simon Jones to sell it to you.

I have a lengthy commute to LaVergne, Tennessee, from Lafayette, Tennessee, and Lebanon is my halfway point. I had purchased Pontiac cars from the Pontiac/GMC dealership before it closed due to Pontiac being phased out (a real shame). Anyway, the owners of Wilson County Hyundai pledged to service the GMC/Pontiac vehicles, and fortunately they hired Randy Jackson as Service Department Manager from the Pontiac dealership. Randy has taken care of my vehicle needs for more than five years now, and he has actually spoiled me. Because of my commute (130 miles per day), I bring my car in every month to be serviced. Randy, Crystal, and the rest of the service department always greet me with smiles when I bring my car in. I guess I'm what's called a "regular" now. They take very good care of my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix--and me, too. They are friendly, professional, and they are always on top of my needs--even before I know what I need. I highly recommend the service department.

Who buys a car on the day of the historic Nashville floods?? Ummm...crazy folk like me! Ha ha.Look, I hate buying a new car because of the haggling and B.S. that typically goes along with getting a decent price. I understand that the dealership needs to make a buck, but few will be straightforward and get to the point. I've bought a number of new vehicles in the past, but this is the very FIRST time that I can honestly say that I have EVER had a painless new car purchase. I worked directly with a bloke named Simon Jones, who was just awesome! In addition to being forthcoming, honest, friendly, efficient, and patient, he was a handful of laughs. His UK accent made me feel as if I was in the middle of an episode of AbFab or being interviewed on BBC's Radio 1.He didn't play the typical sleazy 'car salesman' games with the price. I asked for a car, he found it. I wanted a bunch of extras, he located them all and then some. We discussed a price via email, and by god that is the exact price I paid for the vehicle. No ridiculous hidden fees and charges for this and that!He made car buying as simple as running out to Kroger to grab a carton milk. No waiting around, no hassles, no pushy sales tactics, and most importantly, no B.S. What typically takes nearly a full day of languishing pain sitting around a car dealership was reduced to about 1.5-2 hours from start to finish (including the test drive). It took longer to drive to and from the dealership than it did to buy the vehicle. These guys are just amazing. They do the right thing and don't screw over the consumer. Perhaps the other dealers in the area (i.e. Jim Reed, Alexander, etc..) should visit them and take a few lessons on what customer service and salesmanship is supposed to look like.My car is lush and I love it! I recommend this place to EVERYBODY looking to purchase a Hyundai. Simon rocks, the finance manager Louis rocks, the whole team there at Wilson County Hyundai rocks! Can't thank you all enough. [By the way, congrats to Chelsea on the FA Cup win this past weekend!! Since I supported your football club, do me a favor, support Croatia at Eurovision in Oslo later this month!]

I would definitely encourage anyone looking for a Hyundai to give Wilson County a try. From our initial interaction through the paperwork everything was extremely pleasant. It was very clear that they were interested in getting my wife and I the Santa Fe that we wanted even if they did not have it in stock. I feel many dealers are only interested in selling you what they have in stock. The price we were given was definitely fair, and Simon, Louis, and Belinda are as friendly and eager to help as you will find anywhere. While searching for a Hyundai in Middle Tennessee, I first went to a dealer in Nashville. I was not satisfied with what they were proposing, therefore being a USAA member, I was able to use the New Car Buying Service. They have partnered with Wilson County Hyundai and I now know why. I dealt with Simon Jones on the sales staff and he was very accomodating, responsive and friendly. Simon Jones responded to my request online, for a 2011 Sonata Ltd. He was the first of 3 dealerships to contact me, and had already located the exact car/colors that I was looking for, since another person did not follow through on the purchase. Simon was very knowledgeable about the car and very nice to work with. My husband and I met several other employees, including the mechanic, and were given top-notch service. This was the most pleasant experience that we have ever had in purchasing a car! The business manager, Louis Brenkman, was very efficient in the paperwork and it took very little time to go over the financing. From the time I parked at Wilson County Hyundai and was greeted by Louis Brenkman, the finance manager I felt as if I were with friends. I had previously made an appointment with Belinda Wilson to discuss a vehicle they had located in another area that matched my requirement. Belinda is a knowledgeable professional who never at anytime during my visit made me feel pressured. I worked with Belinda and Randy(the sales manager)in negotiating a final figure and drove out with an awesome Genesis Coupe. I actually look forward to returning for normal service visits. Simon Jones at Wilson County Hyundai made my car buying experience refreshingly simple. He made the process almost as simple as buying a TV from Walmart. I called to request a quote on a Hyundai Veracruz and he provided me a straightforward reasonable quote over the phone and outlined the dealer fee that would be added to the quote. I was able to confirm the reasonableness of the quote by contacting another dealer. When I arrived at the dealership, he showed me the car and answered my questions and then we just completed the paperwork and I drove off with my car. There were no high pressure sale pitches--just a quoted price. Once again, the process was like buying a TV from Walmart (with the obvious difference that a sales agreement had to be signed). I would definitely buy another car from this dealer. I've never been more satisfied with the car buying process.

My husband knew he wanted a new Hundai Sante Fe but since we haven't lived in this part of TN for a long time; we had no idea where to shop. For the first time in my life, car buying was easy. There were no games to be played at Wilson County Hyundai! Louis and Ernie were straight forward, gave us the price we were quoted and we were out driving our new Tucson in less than two hours! I cannot say enough about this dealership! From the time we contacted them, the process was stress free, which in this day and age is highly unusual. I had been looking at a different make and model and when I contacted other dealerships it was the same old run around. Like any good consumer, we also contacted another Hyundai dealer. They had dealer upcharges and extra fees that you will NOT find at Wilson County Hyundai. I was so pleased that they had a 2010 Hyundai Tucson when we were ready to buy, although I can assure you they would have found one for us if they hadn't.On a more personal note, Ernie was a very knowledgeable salesman who was a joy to work with. His easy going demeanor and willingness to please the customer is a joy in a world where sometimes making a big purchase can be less fun than walking on broken glass. When it came time to sign the papers, Louis made it quick, simple and an enjoyable process. No hidden fees or hassles. These guys are first class!In closing, if you are looking for a new Hyundai, and believe me you should be, go no further than Wilson County Hyundai!

My Mom and I visited Wilson County Hyundai just to take a look at the new 2011 Sonata so she could see if that was a car that she would like to buy since she was in the market for a new vehicle. We live in Hawaii and since I haven't seen any over there in Hilo yet, we thought we'd just look while we were here visiting. We told Jeff that we were not going to buy because we were only visiting Tennessee. He was very nice and went to get the keys to drive the car. Simon told Jeff give them a good deal and tell tehm we will include shipping to Hawaii in the cost.After the test drive, she was hooked. My Mom told Simon that she hopes he wasn't kidding about the shipping to Hawaii. He got on the internet right away and secured a shipping company that would take care of it from Lebannon to the dock at Hilo. The price was right, in fact so right, I ended up buying one too.The color that I wanted was on the lot, in fact it was the car that we test drove, but they didn't have the color that my Mom wanted. Simon said no problem... give me a few minutes. A few minutes later he said I found the one you want, it will be here tomorrow.Louis drew up the paperwork for both of us, we signed, and I got to take home my key. We went back on Saturday to do a final inspection of both vehicles so that the trucking company can pick them up, did another test drive of both vehicles, and my Mom was given her key to take home too. We were given the contact number of the shipping company and told it would take about 3 weeks total to get to Hilo. We are both looking forward and can't wait for the cars to arrive.Where you live does not matter! Give Wilson County Hyundai a call, they will get it delivered to your door! If they don't have the exact car that you want on the lot, that does not matter either! They will find it and you will have it! You will be pleased!

2011 Sonata was in hot demand. Could not get the car in Alabama for weeks. Dealer in North Alabama did not seem to have interest selling me one as they cannot stock 2011 Sonata fast enough. They did not offer to locate me one elsewhere either.Found Wilson County Hyundai online and was quoted a price I can deal with (below MSRP), but they don't have the color combo that I want. Simon says if I am ready to buy, he can found one for me before the weekend is over (that was Wednesday morning). He located the car for me (it is in Knoxville later we found out from Window Sticker), I am ready to buy. He quoted me the exact price ($300 more because it is 100+ miles away in another dealership). We agree. I put down a $500 deposit that afternoon; he arranged to have the car deliver to his dealership the next day (Thursday).The car arrive midday Thursday, Simon called and we drove up the to Lebanon, TN from Huntsville, AL immediately to take delivery. Got exactly the car my wife and I wanted!From online request, phone calls, delivery, financing, and out of dealership was LESS THAN 48 HOURS. I am so happy I still do not believe it even the car is in my garage. Highly recommended; easy to work with; try their best to meet customer needs.

Made an unusual situation into a great experience. Just after the snow storm and on a saturday, my son and I go to a competitive local dealer just down the street to check out a new vihicle. they were not prepared and asked us to come again another day. on our way home we noticed that this dealed had all the snow cleared away from the cars and were standing OUTSIDE in the freezing wheather greeting customers.
