3/18/21 -- An Update to Recognize Autumn I wanted to update this review because we just bought a new car and we couldn't have done it without Autumn's help. She is professional, friendly and understanding (she worked with our schedule with a toddler), and was quick to get us what we wanted. Excellent communication. The whole process was fast! We had a pleasant car buying experience with her, low stress and no pressure. We highly recommend her if you're looking to buy a car from here. Thank you, Autumn! ----------- In and out in 4 hrs. Always great service here. I love this place! Just an update I have been back after almost 3 years and was looking for help getting my payments and ultimately my interest rate lowered and Chris helped me achieve my goal and got me a great deal than I ever expected! Have appreciated Wilsonville Toyota for 9 years now!! Always great service and ease in the process. Andrew is great!! He’s super chill- not pushy at all and very knowledgeable! I love the whole experience. The process was reasonably easy and the reasonably quick. The guy that I talk to took me through the process step by step, and explained everything. They don't try and shove you into something you don't want, but also help you understand your limitations and how to work within them.

Purchased a new, hard to find vehicle from the dealership - at a time when other dealers were charging 'market adjustments' of thousands of dollars for the same vehicle, they were happy to sell at MSRP. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to do help me out to make the sale as painless as possible. Only two things detracted - the dealer installed options ordered with the vehicle weren't put on prior to getting the vehicle, which means a few more trips back, and there were some mandatory options (protection film, etc) that were part of the deal. While I upgraded from the protection film (from a half hood to a full hood), I would have appreciated the choice versus having it mandatory. However, the mandatory options were stated prior to taking my money (I put down a deposit), so that was highly appreciated.
