This is my third car with Windsor Nissan. All three times Ruben has been my salesman and each time has been quick, easy, and painless. I've been coming here for 6 years and it absolutely won't my last time. I won't buy anywhere else. Ruben is great along with the rest of the Windsor team! :)

Another extremely positive experience. I am very thankful to this team, especially to Gil, Ruben, Roy, and Mike. Thank you for all of your hard work, help, and knowledge. You’re all appreciated so much. My family and I will be sticking with this dealership for good. I will continue to spread the good word to others as well.

I had an excellent service experience at my recent visit. The service advisor Erik Fernandez was straight forwarded and communicated regularly during my wait. I also met with Gil the service manager you previously won my business and answered all of my questions about taking ownership of the vehicle as well offering his assistance to set me up for an additional lease.

Windsor Nissan has provided me excellent top notch service over many years. Anthony just joined the team with Steve and Richard and was a great addition to the team. He not only is thorough, professional and courteous, he really digs into what the vehicle needs based on the actual history.

One of the best dealerships I’ve ever bought a new car from. Go see Benny and P.S.III…you will be happy you did. These guys were down to earth, easy to work with and made the whole process stress free!

I would like to start off by saying how impressed I was with my experience at Windsor Nissan. I found myself in a situation where I needed a second car but my credit was not that great. I was referred to this dealer by a company called CreditYes that gave me a pre-approval. I don't live close and was without a car so I was a little skeptical about how I was going to make it in or if at all since I was turned down before by other car dealers that were closer because I had an open car loan. I found a ride in and was dropped off. I originally was supposed to meet with Jeremy who I was dealing with on the phone and email. And he was very patient with my questions and concerns before entering the building. But shortly after being dropped off I was introduced to Dave Crawford, who took ownership and took very great care of me. This place was not like other car dealers I have been to in the past. I didn't feel like new blood in shark infested waters, often the way one feels in a car place. It was quiet and calming and I ended up being there for 5 hours and I wasn't at all uncomfortable. They even hooked me up with a phone charger when my phone was about to die. Even with my credit and open car loan, I was able to get into a 2016 beautiful Nissan Sentra. I couldn't believe it! Initially it didn't seem possible but after having my boyfriend cosign, who's credit he thought was always worse than mine, we were approved! I was able to drive off with my brand new car that night and I can't tell you how I excited I was. You can tell when you visit this place that customer service is definitely their main goal. At one point, when I wasn't sure if I was going to get the car, I was concerned about how I was going to get home. They were even going to pay for my cab. I am a good 35 minutes away! That to me was going above and beyond. They truly made the experience so much better than I had ever imagined. When I came back a few days later to sign my papers, I met with Ed Reardon, the manager. He even was able to lower my car payment $40 more than what I was originally priced. I mean who does that? Usually you hear of the opposite when you don't sign that day. I am very grateful to the guys at Windsor Nissan. They will definitely get my business and many referrals. Thank you again! They made a miracle happen that day. And I LOVE my new car! Amazing!

I bought a pre owned Maxima in January of this year with a 3 year 36000 warranty. The car buying experience was actually great. About 3 months I brought the car in for service because I was having a problem with the power steering. When I brought the car to service, I told them that I suspected it was the power steering pump. Which would have been covered under my warranty. After they took all day to diagnose the problem they told me it wasn't the pump and charged me $600 for lines and fluid. 2 days later I was having the same exact problem that I was having before. I brought the car back. Now this time, they tell me that the pump needs to be replaced. And that's it's covered under warranty. A $1000 job. So they basically made $1600 for a power steering pump. That's basically the last time I've been there.

Absolutely the worst car dealership experience I have ever had. The poor experience started when we arrived at the dealer exactly 1.5 hours after calling about a specific car that we were told was just brought to the dealer that day (an explanation for why the photos were not on cars.com yet) to be told that the car was not available anymore. Mind you I spoke to "Melinda" on the phone but upon entrance was swept away by a salesman named Charlie who actually never told us his name. It wasn't until the next day when he left us a voicemail that he told us his name. We spent hours at the dealership, majority of the time just trying to get a straight answer out of Charlie who was constantly dancing around numbers. Although the games were very obvious we loved the car( a different car that was not online) and decided to put a deposit down. We were told that the finance manager was not available to run the credit and had to literally convince Charlie to call us with the quoted monthly payments the next day instead of waiting for us to come in two days later and let us know in person. Charlie had promised to call during the day with numbers. At 6:30pm we decided to reach out to him since we had never heard and we were put through to his voicemail a total of 4 times, each time told by the receptionist that he was available. When we asked for a manager we were told there was no manager working at the time. When we called and asked again we were finally told the financial manager was available but again, got his voicemail twice. We then asked for the name of the manager who would be working the following day and the time he would be working, we were told Pete at 11am. Called at 11am and was told nope, he won't be in until 1pm. Left him a voice mail, but never head back. Finally received a call from Charlie on his cell phone to confirm the appointment we originally set up for that day.. no mention of the multiple voicemail's we had left. Called back Charlie on his cell and the conversation was very short... after telling him we no longer wanted the car mainly because of the horrible experience, he hung up on us. Went to a different Nissan dealer that night and ended up with a gorgeous car that went with an amazing experience. Needless to say I would never recommend anyone to use this dealer, ever. We even called back today to let the manager know how disappointed we were in the whole experience and again, got a voicemail. Stay away from this dealer, no matter how great the online offer looks.. the fine print adds a $1000 fee so it's not as great as you think.

the sales person are the liars. dont rush to buy a car because the sales person will allow you to buy on rush and last minute signing of all documents. if i say tomorrow i will sign they use to tell that tomorrow this deal does not occur. All false commitments from the sales person. I got a bill after one month stating i have to pay 1400 usd for the old lease settlement. And they say when we commited is there any where written??i KNOW I WAITED ALMOST 3 HRS to get the documents and saying that we are going to close we are in a rush.I never see this type of things in other show rooms. I dont recommend to visit this windsor nissan NJ. please go to some where who can help the customer not lieing to the customer. I Never recommend Windsor Nissan also I don't want to buy any of the new cars in future with this dealer.

Sales person (Melinda)!was so good when I contacted via online and I have scheduled test drive for 2015 Nissan Altima(CPO).When I went she was not there and the sales representative Charbel Gheya assisted me. I had test drive and I was keen in buying it but the salesperson was not all addressed any of my queries and instead he was forcing me to check 2016 model with leasing option( I said him clearly that I mNot interested in it). Then, he turned back and he didn't even answered any of my queries. When I asked for rough estimate he added extra 1000$ on top the internet price. Finally I was not happy by his behavior and left the showroom. Please don't trust the internet price.

I dealt with Roy, he was an absolute professional. He had the vehicle I wanted and was not pushy at all which was a relief. Next I dealt with his manager, Phil. He worked with my less than perfect credit and got me into my new lease for a fair price. There were no hidden fees and no gimmicks which I appreciated, the price we negotiated was the price at the end on paper. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation and will do business with them again for my other lease. Thanks Roy and PhilThomas K

Increased the used car price over night after receiving the request. The increased price was almost equal to a new one. Sales rep does not even know if the recall was fixed on a nissan branded vehicle. When confronted the reason for the price increase comes up with a lame excuse of special sale price was effective just till yesterday!!! Worst dealership & sales person.

I came here today to check out some options with my parents and see about their cash for clunkers program. Thanks to the efficient staff who listened to exactly what I wanted, I'm driving away in a 2013 Nissan Altima. They were friendly and very easy to negotiate with. I highly reccomend this program to anyone looking for the most value on a trade-in or just for a new car in general. Check your mailbox for your flyer and ask for Benny!

Going to Windsor Nissan was by far the best decision I could have made in my car buying process. Not only did they put me in a vehicle that met/exceeded my needs/wants they made the whole buying process a breeze. From the moment I went to walk in the showroom they were polite, opening doors, greeting me with a smile and warm words and offering me refreshments. I wasn't made to feel like just a sale but a person who's needs they would do their very best to meet. And they did. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and the experience I had. I may have shed some tears, but they were tears of joy as I was told that my dream of buying a new car was becoming a reality. If you are looking for a new car you won't be disappointed as I know I wasn't. Go to Windsor Nissan you will be glad you did.

I have terrible credit and I mean TERRIBLE and never expected to get a car from a 'real' dealership much less what I ended up with. I filled out some online applications trying to get approvals and potential numbers before I went into a dealership to avoid any frustration and disappointed, and most importantly not waste my time or anyone else's. After hardly any real nibbles (and a few offers for a low amount and high APR), I received a text and phone call from Meagan, the Special Finance Manager at Windsor Nissan. This was different from previous dealers I was speaking with. I was clear about my situation (a car that was just totally upside down with 3 years to go, poor credit, only $1000 to put down, etc.) as well as payment and vehicle expectations. She assured me I was realistic and could absolutely get the deal done. I have heard that many times before and in those situations there was always something that prevented me from getting the deal done. I am sure I was annoying asking her to reconfirm that, and that I would be able to leave in the car the day I come in (it's about a 45 minute drive for me). When I got there, I was greeted by Ruben Rodriguez, who quickly verified what I was looking for, input my info and went to grab some keys while they appraised my trade. I was VERY confused when he took me outside and there was a BRAND NEW 2016 Pathfinder. I thought he was going to bring me back the 2012-2013 vehicle we were talking about, but apparently one of the finance people mentioned they could accommodate my desired payment with a brand new one! I almost didn't want to drive it because I didn't want to fall in love and then be disappointed. Phil, one of the Finance Team Members, came to talk to me and I was worried about the "good news/bad news" and scenarios that I could choose from based on my situation. He explained my options VERY thoroughly to me and I ended up choosing an option that while not the most ideal, allowed me to have a brand new car with 12 miles on it, full warranty, lifetime maintenance including FREE oil changes, tire rotations and car washes for life and a much lower APR than I had ever anticipated.I never ONCE felt pressured, like things were hopeless, and that it wasn't impossible for me to have a brand new car (payment may be higher than most, but with my credit and barely any money down, that is to be expected). Not to mention, in the past whenever I've been at a dealership, I can write off 5 hours of my life from start to finish, but I literally drove off that lot 3 hours from entering the door to exiting out of the parking lot (test drive, paper signing and everything -- BOOM! DONE!) I will recommend these guys to anyone! To those of you out there that think it's hopeless and you can't possibly get into a vehicle with poor credit, being flipped on trade, hardly anything down, keep the faith knowing that it IS possible!!!! Thank you Meagan, Ruben, Phil and Peter for helping me out and getting me into a beautiful new car! I will be back!

Went to the dealership to buy a used car. Had a horrible experience. My salesmen left me for hours (yes hours) at a time was there for four and a half ours and looked at one car because my salesmen kept taking other people. Also witnessed an altercation between Phil the manager and a couple of other buyers. Just an overall bad experience. Buy from someone who is willing to take the time with you.

On my most recent trip to the dealership I had no choice but to go on a Saturday and bring my two young children with me. While in the waiting room, Steve the shop foreman came in with balloons for the kids. Besdies the fact that the service was faster then I could have imagined on a Saturday it was an extremely pleasant experience from the moment I pulled into the service drive till my keys were handed back to me by the cashier. The service advisor Kara was wonderful as well. I felt as though my kids and I were welcomed into a family, not a car dealership.

I purchased a fully loaded Nissan Altima from Windsor and I could not be happier with my vehicle. My husband and I had a fairly good idea as to what we wanted to purchase and the sales department wasted no time pulling the vehicle we wanted to buy up to the front door. We were a bit short on time so they allowed us to drive the car to my doctor's appointment as an extended test drive and I really appreciated the gesture. Once we returned back to Windsor, we knew this was the vehicle for us. Ed went through all of our paperwork with us and answered each and everyone of my questions. Just an overall great purchasing experience.

I went to Windsor Nissan for oil change and the they mentioned that my vehicle recently had a recall on the front spring.I went the following week to get it replaced. They did an excellent job in doing the job quickly but something should have had happened. When i start my car, I get the quaky sound. this sound grew so loud, I was not in the condition to drive.. I called the dealer and they told me to bring the car so they can take a look at it. When they opened, the car, they recommended other services that was not relevant. they did something the sound went away but it came back again. I also see some parts damage under the hood. The technician must have done something that has caused this sound to come. I never recommend anyone to go to this dealer.

I received a letter for a special financing program for less than perfect credit, I figured it was based on some questions that I answered by phone about a month ago. I disregarded it figuring it was a bunch of bull just to get you down there. A few days later I got a call from Jeremy and he explained that I was pre-approved based on information I had previously provided. I went over in detail twice, what I was looking for, that I did not have a down payment and what I could afford monthly, he assured me twice that this was entirely possible and I made an appointment with Jeremy 1/30 at 2:15. As soon as I walked in I felt that something was not right. I asked for Jeremy and was told that he was unavailable. After waiting a few minutes, the manager called me in and asked a few questions. I then went back to the waiting room for 1/2 hour.waiting for Benny who was also working on a sale next door. When we sat down I told him what Jeremy assured me was possible. I was asked to go back to the waiting room while they retrieved the new SUV for me to test drive. This took another half hour. The manager escorted me outside to look at "the beautiful SUV " waiting for me. I could not believe the 2011 FORD ESCAPE that was in front of me. By the way, I drive a 2012 Sportage. Needless to say I walked away disgusted. If you do not have great credit and get a letter or call from this dealership, stay far away. They are liars and now I have a credit inquiry which will not help my credit score. I was thoroughly disgusted with this experience and as a result will never consider a Nissan when I'm ready to buy a new vehicle.

Benny Lopez helped we get the exact car I wanted and was able to work with us every step of the way, from pricing to getting my car traded in. Drove a decent distance from NY to look at the car I wanted and it was well worth the trip- so much better than anywhere I had previously gone. Buying a car can be a stressful, pressure-filled situation and this dealership helped me feel comfortable the whole time, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. On the finance end, Ivan Hay was a great, positive guy who made the final process quick and affirmed my purchase was the right one. Dealership was clean, lots of sunlight, and had good music too! (And free coffee helps!) Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks Benny and Ivan!

I had several phone calls that I was pre-approved from your dealership. Pre-Approval was BOGUS! I drove all the way out there per your request, which was over one hour each direction and left with nothing except the car I drove to the dealership.. Dealership said I was Pre-Approved by myself. Gee-what a WASTE of my time and fuel. Amazing......that is just rude and inconsiderate. I have responsibilities and left hoping to work something out. NO CHANCE! So-why call me and lave a message stating I was pre-approved.... Very Inconsiderate! Oh well......which is why I can not stand trying to work with dealerships. Thanks for nothing! Kim Johnson

Did not honor price on advertisement. Snuck in price into paperwork. Will try to keep there for a long time and keep redoing the paperwork with different numbers. It was very late and the finance guy will rush you through the paperwork. They even made a mistake and had to redo the paperwork. When I pointed out that there were other mistakes all they said was that the paperwork was already signed. They are very shady. Before buying this car, bought another car from a different dealer, total night and day.

Do not ever buy a used car from these scam artists. They will suck you in with online deals and charge you $2500 extra for buying it that way. All the while selling you a lemon that they aren't smart enough to fix beforehand. Pushy sales tactics on top of it all.

Walked in the dealership at 7:48 pm and drove out at 9:30 with a two-year-old car, bumper-to-bumper new car warranty, good price, acceptable down payment, relatively low interest, and reasonable payments - all with a not very good credit rating. Due to it being late I guess and much to my surprise, Benny picked a car for me to try while I was waiting for a financing response. He showed it to me and I took it for a drive. Even though it was not what I originally had in mind, the Sentra turned out to be very attractive and met almost all of my needs (I am an SUV guy). As we talked afterward I was surprised that I was approved and could take it home that night. I kept waiting for the tricks or surprises and they never came. They allowed me to split the down payment over two weeks, had me sign the buyers agreement, which I did take a few moments to verify - once again looking for surprises. The next day, I sat with Ivan to complete the paperwork and ready to get the "financing had to be changed" routine. As expected, the financing had changed - my payment had gone down by almost $15 due to getting a better rate. I normally don't buy a warranty, but they had included (for a fee) a bumper-to-bumper new car warranty that includes towing and rental - critical for the distance to where I work and the nature of my job. The entire time included quite a bit of humor. Having been a car salesman for a short time many years ago, I am extremely suspicious (and knowledgeable) around any car sales environment. I have purchased many cars over the last 30 years and it has always been stressful and challenging. This is the ONLY time I enjoyed the experience and actually like the sales AND finance people. It has been two days and the vehicle is perfect for me. I am still in shock...

Going to this dealership has got to be my biggest mistake by far! What a nightmare. It started just going in for a test drive... Before I knew it I was leaving with a car that was not even purchased nor was any paperwork signed. Without permission or his presence they ran my husband's credit and told me it was just a pre-screen!! LIARS!! I gave them a deposit check in good faith to HOLD until my husband and I went back to seal the deal. In the meantime we noticed a few things on the vehicle needed attention. After returning in my lunch hour a few days later to discuss the issues to be fixed I had noticed they cashed my check. In addition did not want to make the simple fixes to the vehicle. Oh yeah and the payment promised was no longer the payment promised. I told them I could not go further with the deal and requested my trade in vehicle back. Upon the request they told me it was no longer on the lot!! They shipped it to their wholesale lot. WE DIDN"T EVEN SIGN A DEAL!! With a "promise" I would have my check back in 2-3 days I am now getting the run around. Time to get the legal system involved!!!SAVE YOURSELF THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. Go elsewhere

Have bought quite a few cars here over the past 10-15 years with great deals and offers, but went there recently and it appeared all new salesman who are somewhat pushy. Had a younger salesman go over a vehicle with me and basically sat down and said, ok, here what we can give that to you for. No negotiation, as he kept on saying, that final price, this is the best you going to get anywhere. Not only that, told me that my car mileage is way high when I am over 11k below the mileage for the lease. Sad to say, I left the dealership and ended up buying a brand new vehicle elsewhere with a very good price, actually 87 dollars a month cheaper than what Windsor offered me for same vehicle. I would still recommend them, but shop around a few dealers before making any final offer as I found one almost 100 dollars cheaper for same vehicle, plus a navigation included which wasn't in the other vehicle I looked at.

Cash for Clunkers program SCAM!!!"Cash for Clunkers program is a scam!!! He said Marcus just makes the appointments and Mr.Williams would handle my transaction. When I get there Mr.Williams has no clue as to which car I wanted(Altima) and hands me off to Charlie Gheya.I asked Mr.Gheya why Mr.Williams could not work with me. Mr.Gheya said Mr.Williams was tied up with another appointment.I was there for a good 45 minutes and Mr.Williams was still sitting in front of his computer. Before getting a quote they want the details of the used car(ad says $5500 for ANY car). Waste of time.Mr. Gheya said they only apply the $5500 to a FULLY marked up vehicles with no discounts. The Internet price was $16,591 with a MSRP of $23,935.The quote I received from Mr.Gheya was $27,995. I was suprised at the quote and told Mr.Gheya so.I asked Mr.Gheya to bring Marcus Stone out to discuss the emails we had.Mr.Gheya said he would bring out the manager to explain this policy to me.I got up and left........very unprofessional to say the least.

Beware! This is a tiny dealership, RUDE, LIARS, ARROGANT!!I inquired about a Rogue and the Internet department lady sent me a price stating that its negotiable and that they can match true car price (this is a total lie). I drove 40 mins (+tolls, skipping work) believing what the lady told me. After reaching the dealership I was given a salesperson, who was nice to talk to. So far so good. Nobody explained anything on the car, just gave me the keys to go take a test drive. I drove and looked at the car features on my own. Went in and the Manager came to talk numbers. They started the usual negotiation process. I was discussing with the manager (lady) about their price, exchanging numbers. Still okJust then this guy passes by talking extremely rudely to me and the manager. He said these are my numbers - take it or leave it - and don't come back again. He was a JERK! and absolutely did not know how to talk to customers. I get up and leave. I am not paying these guys to get myself insulted by this JERK!They are not earning my business for sure. Would you ever eat at a restaurant after having a fight with the waiter? These guys live in a old world, where they do not know and understand the importance of Internet. Please take your business elsewhere. Also another thing I noticed on previous reviews that these guys respond stating ... Sorry and How can we help, blah blah. But the bad reviews keep coming in. I wish I would have read the reviews before making the hour drive to this scammership. I called and spoke to the internet sales manager (Jennifer) multiple times to confirm a price and financing terms. I asked they send me an email with the same in writing, which they did. I then spoke with another sales rep on the day of my appointment, once again confirming in an email the price they quoted with the finance terms they agreed to. I arrive at the dealership and the sale manager totally disregards the email and proceeds to tell me that sometimes people "hear what they want to hear." Funny, because I had it in writing. When I called the following Monday and spoke with Jennifer, she doesn't seem to recall ever discussing the financing. I have it in an email and in my hand-written notes from our telephone conversation. Please avoid. Also, Nissan USA should be made aware of their tactics and I plan to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs department and I urge others who had similar experiences to do the same. By the way, this is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review, but this experience crossed the line.

Went there to have oil change and car multi point inspection. Overall it was a good experiance and the service advisor was informative, professional and kept me apprised of my repair status. While I was there there was a repeated ad that Windsor Nissan would match or beat any tire price within 30 days. My comment is when I inquired about tires for my care the tire price for Identical tires were $200 more then quoted me.The tires I would have ordered included all installation, mounting and balancing, road hazard AND nitrogen inflation for the life of the tire. The service advisor said he couldn't come near that price.I would have had expected him to check these prices online as the TWO retailers are very well known and reliable. My suggestion is to charge whatever the dealership needs to charge to make a legitimate profit but REMOVE the advertisement from the waiting room.

Through them I was successfully able to terminate my lease payments one year early, buy a new car with no money down, and get six years of free service with only a $7 increase in my monthly payment. They paid off my lease in quick fashion thanks to Ed, who works in their administrative office. All employees I interacted with were very nice and knowledgable. I have previously bought cars at this location but I had a negative experience with their service department that made me go to ACME Nissan to lease my wife's murano. I recently purchased a used car from this dealership which I loved. Our salesman was very kind, but upon taking the vehicle home, I realized the vehicle was shaking in the rear end. I contacted this dealership to see if there was any kind of arrangement to be made to help me with the cost of the repairs since I had only had the vehicle for 4 days. The sales manager, Greg told me it was "my problem and that I was suffering from buyers remorse." I told him I could even drive to the dealership to speak to someone in person to discuss the vehicle to which he responded that he "would have me arrested if I showed up at the dealership and have the car impounded." I love the car and wanted to keep it, all I wanted was some assistance or suggestions for help. I am deeply offended by the manager's insinuation and am shocked that the alleged supervisor would speak to a customer this way. THIS IS NOT A DEALERSHIP TO RETURN TO OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. The level of unprofessional behavior is disgusting.

Best Recommendation: - Ask for any fees up front. This goes for any dealer, but as you can see in the reviews Windsor's fees are pretty high comparatively speaking. This should be used as part of your negotiation Summary: - I purchased a used, non-Nissan vehicle - They were willing to negotiate via e-mail: Almost unheard of! - Everyone was extremely responsive, professional, and friendly - One of, if not the best 'dealer' details I've received - Ruben (sales) and Jenn (internet sales) were both great I found Windsor Nissan while looking for a specific non-Nissan used vehicle. Using Cargurus (Great site!), I found Windsor dropped the price on the vehicle I was looking for that day, so I sent an e-mail through the Windsor Nissan website. I received a response very quickly from Jennifer. I'll note that Windsor was the ONLY dealer (out of about 8 I worked with) to even discuss pricing/fees via e-mail. Every other one wanted me to come in before they would even discuss an offer or lower price. They even went so far as to provide an 'out the door' price via e-mail. This was a HUGE step forward for me as a buyer, although I'm sure they are not big fans. I live about 90 minutes from the dealer, so I asked Jennifer if she could check on a few things for me, making sure the car didn't have an odor, any service history, status of the brakes, tires, etc. She got me my answers quickly and took a deposit to hold the car. On my way to the dealer, I received a call from Ruben, our assigned salesperson confirming my appointment and letting me know to ask for him. When I arrived, the vehicle was out front, had been washed, and was ready to go. Ruben asked for my license and we were on the road in a few minutes. Once we got in the car, we noticed the TPMS (tire) sensor was on. The car had been on their lot for some time and it was extremely cold, so I wasn't too worried. Ruben assured me they would make everything right, check for any leaks, and make sure the tire pressures were correct. We continued on the drive since the tire wasn't totally flat, just low. Ruben knew the car surprisingly well for it being an off-brand for him. He was professional, relatable, and very friendly. Since it was dark, he let me pull it in the service garage for a review in the light before taking it back to have the tire checked out. Ruben himself spent time with the technician reviewing the tires and tire pressure, very impressive! While waiting, one of the sales managers stopped to introduce himself and assured me they would make sure everything was right before I took the car home. I feel like I shouldn't need to say this, but we're talking about auto sales after all: It really felt genuine. Once they were done, Ruben pulled the car back around so we could take it for another drive to make sure I was comfortable. He did not rush me or pressure me in any way, even when I asked if we could take a little longer trip down the highway. I agreed to move forward with the price we negotiated via e-mail and we moved forward. The only negative was the time it took to process the paperwork, tags, etc.. especially since a price was already agreed upon. It took about 2 hours by the time I said 'go' until we were leaving. Everyone remained friendly through the whole process. While doing the paperwork, they fully detailed the car and it was by far the best 'dealer detail' I've received. We've purchased 4 used cars in the past 5 years and you may know, the dealers do not do the best job cleaning the cars. The car is black and I could not find one spot of extra wax or one swirl mark on the entire vehicle. I was very impressed. In summary, I would highly recommend them. I can't speak for their new car pricing or even other used car pricing because I had a very specific car I was looking for, but I received a great price on my car, everyone was friendly and professional, and I felt like they were willing to take care of issues if they arose

The dealer is hilarious, but not in a good way. I made a trip to Windsor Nissan to test drive a blue 2007 Mini Cooper that has been on their lot for over 3 months. The drive to the dealership was the highlight of my experience. Details:During the test drive a part fell off of the car (roof mounted antennae), the finance person is as dishonest as they come, and they have their own employees write five star positive reviews on the Google review website pretending to be customers (Brooke Obrien - Internet sales, Ivan Hay - Finance, Amy Marceca - Sales). At least try to hide the fact you work for the company (like Alex Xela) if you are going to lie to potential customers. By the way, I flagged the posts for Google to remove due to their conflict of interest policy.During my experience with the finance guy I had everything I could do to not burst out laughing because of all the BS he was spewing. The first number I was provided by the sales person was just a monthly payment number. Not helpful if you are an intelligent person and notice the fact that the payment is far too high. I asked for the actual numbers and was shown a hand written piece of paper with four numbers (price, doc fees, non-previous customer price increase and trade-in amount). Again, not helpful. I asked for the interest rate and numbers again. This time the finance guy came out and tried the pressure sell. He tried the far too old "What payment do you want" trick along with other stereotypical used car finance guy moves. Never once did he show me the actual finance sheet that I wanted to see. Given the monthly payment increase over what it should have been, it was probably due to some kind of extended warranty that he was just adding on.He then told me that I had to trade in my car if I wanted to secure financing through him. I know I have less than perfect credit, but trying to strong arm me into giving them my car for a ridiculously low price so that they can make even more money off of me is not a move that is ever going to work at least on someone with an IQ over 50. What I found strange was the fact that he thought it would be a good idea to have this conversation on the sales floor. My credit is not great and it is nothing that I am ashamed of (duh, I am posting it for millions of people to see), but it is very unprofessional to discuss one customers poor credit in front of everyone in the dealership. That conversation should always take place in an office. My advice to anyone going to Windsor Nissan (assuming you have no other choice) is to put a car finance app on your phone and begin punching in the numbers as they are spewing them at you. You will be a more informed customer and it will prevent you from being swindled by this less than reputable dealership. Better yet, go to a real car dealer. You know, like a Lexus dealer, and buy a CPOed vehicle from them. Why? At least they are honest about what is going on. I once asked the finance guy at the Lexus dealer why the parts at Lexus were lower than the local Toyota dealer (Toyota and Lexus share the same parts). To my surprise I was told Because we get you on the front end. This conversation happened while I was waiting to sign the paperwork on the second car I was buying from his dealership. I love honesty and I especially loved the cars I bought from him.

I'm literally writing this review 2 hours after buying this car. Point blank period is Nissan Windsor will rip you off if you are not careful. They throw a bunch of fees at you after and only after you notice them. My car price went from $11,000 to $20,000. So read your paperwork and then read it again. I have never had people try and get over on me this bad in my life. As with all dealers it's just about money with them. They are unethical and I would never do business with them nor recommend this dealership. Don't be fooled by them being friendly. Its their job.

I have been a Windsor Nissan customer for the last 9 years and they have been nothing but polite a nice and willing to work with me. Today, 12/31/14 I walked into the dealership to lease my 3rd Rouge from them and it has been the best experience I have ever had. Lorenzo and John, the sales manager, have done nothing but work with me on price and getting me the car I want. There was no pressure to lease this car what so ever. They were truthful and honest about everything and every number we talked about. If i wasn't a Windsor Nissan customer for life already, this experience made me one. I recommend anyone who wants to lease or purchase a car, visit these great people. They are helpful and respectful and willing to help in anyway possible

I was in the market for a used vehicle. I saw a 2012 Jetta for 10,700 with low miles. Being that I had previously purchased from Windsor Nissan, I thought I was in good shape. Maybe negotiate a lower price. When we got there, a salesman showed us the car and we test drove it. Afterwards he went to get the papers ready and I was shocked when $3,000 appeared on the quote, making this deal now 13,700. He brought over his manager, Phil, who was the original salesman that sold me the car 2 1/2 years ago. He "attempted" to explain the charges. Basically, prep, repairs, etc. I asked about the $1,000 "loyalty". He said if you purchased a car within 24 months they reduce the total price by that. Well I purchased 30 months ago. So I had to cough up that money. I said this was deceptive which he responded no its in our website, etc. Still its deceptive and a scam. I asked why not simply advertise it as 13,700. No answer for that. And also the 3,000 charges were non-negotiable. Don't do business with Windsir Nissan. I am going to contact the BBB, FTC and ConsumerAffairs.

I purchased my car right off the lot on October 4th, 2014 after a long debate of prices. They listed the vehicle online without hidden fees which made the price jump from $13,000 to nearly $16,000. Upon hearing the actual cost when sitting with our salesman, I flat out stated if I had known it was more I wouldn't have drove the hour drive to come look at the vehicle. The sales manager finally came out and tried to weasel me up to a price even though I said I appreciated the effort, and due to their determination they finally came down to a reasonable price. It is now December 12th and I have yet to receive my PLATES!! I am on my third temporary plate, and I wish I had read these reviews before even considering this dealership. Apparently the previous owner never paid their dues, the dealership never had the title, and now I'm in the process of dealing with a lawyer to avoid getting screwed over. The service is crap, phone calls are never returned and no one is ever available to help. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!

My husband and I were in the market for a used sedan, and saw a couple that we liked at Windsor Nissan on cars.com. It was an hour from our house, but the online prices made the drive worth it, so we decided to make the trip. We had shopped around already, and were ready to get a car that day, just for sheer sickness of car shopping in general. Rude sales people- When we got there, we were handed off to a salesman, Ivan. We only knew his name from the receptionist, because he didn't even have the decency to introduce himself. During our test drive, we got no more then 2 words from him. Not one time during our experience did I feel like he wanted to sell us the car, or had any type of respect for us as customers.Hidden fees- The whole experience started off with Ivan explaining to us that the price we saw on the internet was approximately $3000 less than what the actual cost was, because it didn't factor in certified pre-owned dee of 1295.00, dealer prep fee of 795.00 and a 1000 more for a loyalty fee. Now I understand the dealership needs to put some money into a car to get it ready to be re-sold, but we were looking at a Kia Optima at a Nissan dealership, so how can you justify a $1300 fee for a car that CAN NOT be certified pre-owned..?? I questioned this a few times, and Ivan responded that he must not be explaining it right, because I just wasn't understanding. Now that is correct, I don't understand how that makes ANY sense. Despite the terrible sales person, and the hidden fees, we really liked the car and wanted to put an offer in. We made an offer, and were told because we wouldn't sign a piece of paper stating that we would take the car right then and there if they met the price, that we weren't serious about buying a car. Ivan also said he didn't want to give us his best price because we would just take it and go to another dealership. I kindly reminded him that we had drove an hour away from home to look at these cars, and that was not our intention at all. So in the end, the price online for the car was $12,999, after negotiating, their "best" offer was $15,999. Something seems terribly wrong with that picture.....So, we walked out, drove down 130 to the Honda dealership, had a GREAT experience and bought a car 2 hours later. Windsor Nissan's loss.I would encourage you to look anywhere else but this Nissan dealership. I hate shopping for cars, but this experience set an all new low!!

My boyfriend and I arrive at this dealership with every intention on buying a car but left empty handed. Larry Williams was our salesperson and he is the only person I can give a positive comment about as he was patient and knowledgeable. We arrived at 12 pm and did not leave until 8pm. We were so close to buying the car that we move all of our belongings from my old car to the new one and changed the plates. Everything went wrong when we were about to sign the paperwork and the price we agreed to was increased by $5000. Although they went down on the price again it was still not the same number we originally agreed to as it was $2000 more. My concern is the dishonesty that the sales manager Phil possessed. I would have purchased the car if it were not for the trickery that was going on and the waste of my time. I would not recommend this dealership for anyone and I will not be purchasing anything from people who can not be up front and honest.

The only word I can use to describe this place is ridiculous. I honestly don't even think any of their employees know what they are doing. This dealership might as well just be a frat house with the employees pea-cocking around trying to be the biggest xxxxxxx. The only thing they seem to be good at is pushing blame off on each other leaving the customer running around in circles trying to figure out what is going on. On top of their incompetency the sales staff is extremely rude, and the customer service department is basically non-existent. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and buy your car elsewhere.

"Bait & Switch!" should be their sales motto. Manager Amy quoted me a price over the phone for a specific Nissan that I was looking for online. She said to come in and a salesman would write up a contract so they could start looking for the car. She said that there were 4 in the immediate area that she could get her hands on. When we visited, salesman Lorenzo tried to sell us cars already on the lot. When we asserted that we were only interested in the exact specs, we were told that 3 of the 4 local cars were sold & the remaining 1 was in transit so they couldn't get their hands on it. Lorenzo promises that he will find us the car and that he will call the next day. No contract signed and no phone call the next day. I email him asking for progress. His email response is that there are no cars in the area matching my description and that he would have first dibs on the next one. That same day, I search Nissan car inventory online via Nissan's own website. There are 14 cars matching my exact specs within a 250 mile radius. There is even one in Springfield, NJ and one in NYC, both within 50 miles. Within a week of that lie, I have my new car with the exact specs for the same quoted price from ANOTHER local Nissan dealership. Why condone and reward bad behavior in our society? There are good people out there trying to make an honest living. From a mom trying to lead by example, please consider buying from another dealer.

I bought a brand new truck and the gps holder came broken... that happened one month ago an they couldn't repair. every time that I called to find out when would the piece arrive... none knows and the last time that I stopped to find out, their excuse was that the manager who was in charge of that department is no longer working with them...??? no computer, no system that track the piece order???? they depend on one person??? nobody to call me??? I spent sometime to write this, because I don't want somebody else has to go thru this.

I went to Nissan Windsor NJ to check the latest Nissan Rogue 2014 and Ruben who was the sales guy who explained to me the details and features of the old version of Rogue compared to the latest Rogue 2014. I chose the Nissan Rogue 2014 because of the style, power and gas efficient. He helped me out throughout the process and his Sales Manager assisted me to quickly complete all necessary documents. That day I got it and drove it. Also, their finance manager helped me in my application to be approved by the bank and explained to me the payment terms and contract. I was thankful to Nissan Windsor and finally I have this vehicle that I want. Cheers!

If Disgusting, dishonest, trickster, ill-behaved can summarize adjectives for this dealer, would be the least. This dealer sold me a lemon as-is knowingly. I bought a Jeep at 100K + mile on it, when I bought the Jeep, there was no engine light on. I bought the Jeep believing this dealer would disclose known issues with the vehicle. Engine light came on just in few days. I went back to dealer, spoke to Phill Stolyar about the issue. He blamed it on my 1 mile test drive on 4x4 low gear at 20 mph, are you kidding me! I went to service department and asked for inspection report they performed before selling me this lemon. Dealer had clearly listed pre-sales transmission problem but did not disclose it to me at the point of sale. Common, any dumb can know how to erase engine light for few days, this dealer did exactly the same trick. Phill Stolyar was very ill behaved when I asked him for a copy of pre-sales inspection report; these folks declined to hand me a copy of pre-sales inspection report. Customer service is a joke for this disgusting, disgraced, dishonest, tricksters, ill-behaved dealer, would not let any of my friend and family buy from Windsor Nissan. I learnt my lesson; do not expect Honesty and Integrity from cheap folks. Apparently, I traded this lemon within a week time and bought new car from a much better dealer. Looking at the 1 star reviews and dealers reply shows as if they are willing to help. Gosh, but 1-star never stops coming for this dealer!

=========================================BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE =========================================DO NOT BUY OR LEASE ANY CAR FROM WINDSOR NISSANOn June 23th, 2014, I purchased a certified Used Car from Windsor Nissan.Windsor Nissan sales people along with their Finance person worked hand in hand to cheat me by charging me 1000$ more than agreed price. When I brought this issue to them, I was taken aback by their shocking rude behaviour and the way they treated me.I called their Finance guy Peter Scalesci. The moment he realized that they made a mistake and need to give me 1000$, he stopped answering my calls. When I confronted him in the dealership, he was rude and intimidating and brushed me off.Next day I went to meet the Sales Manager Phil Stolyar, he made me wait for a long time and then rudely asked me to come next day. But when to the dealership at the predecided time, guess what both Phil Stolyar and Phil Scalesci was missing. I wrote emails and no reply.I sent Fax and no reply. To my horror, their harrassment went to unbelievable length when they would not even respond about the license plates. Now they wanted to blackmail me by holding on to my license plates and pressurise me to forget the 1000$ dollars.I am in shock and cannot believe that such people exists. Can you believe it?Fortunately these people have made mistakes which will help me complain to State attorney general. It is not a case of 1000$ but the horrible way these people have treated me.It goes below the level of decent human being.I am sure that they have cheated many others who have dealt with them. You can join me in my complain to State Attorney General. My wife and I went to many Nissan dealers looking for a Nissan sentra and had many good quotes ,then we went to Windsor Nissan and they could not match the price on the car we wanted. We left the Windsor location for a Nissan dealer that gave us the best deal. As we entered the parking lot of the other dealer I received a call from mike Scolaro from Windsor Nissan and mike told us this great deal for a car with taxes and everything. Come to find out this price was not with taxes and everything . They fast talked numbers to us to make it seem like the numbers where what they said with no visual presentation until you sit to sign contracts. So we ended up buying this car, Come to find out a week later they said we owed them 1000.00 cash for a deposit they had forgot about to collect , now I didn't know about any deposit And they seemed to skip over this when signing the contracts. Well a week later you can't even return the car so how convenient for them. I don't know if I was selling a car I don't think I would forget to take a 1000.00 dollars from the person before driving off with my car. Windsor Nissan didn't even try to rectify this problem in any way ,as Phil stated the bottom line you signed the paper work you owe the money . I warn you stay away I will be telling every one I know about how they don't care about customers and are out to take your money buyer beware. I quess customer service is a thing of the past for Windsor Nissan.

Went there in Feb to lease a car, they did not have the car, but had to order it, gave them 2500 deposit to John Millicone, sales manager they told me car would be there in about 8 weeks. Agreed when I order the car for lease terms of $265 per month for 39 months, and hence they order car. When car arrived, the took my old car back from lease, showed me the new car, explained all the new features, then when back in to sign the paper, when they did the 'BAIT AND SWITCH" WITH ME. Now Phil Slater, another manager come to my desk, and say sorry we cant give you this car for $265, its now $375 per month for your lease. I said we already had agreed the lease terms 2 months ago when i gave you my deposit which you had for 2 months, and we agreed then. Phil said sorry, we made a mistake, the MSRP was different, and we didnt factor in the sunroof, which is a blatant lie, as the car was order by them in February. I walk out of the dealership without the car I ordered , they had locked me in but never intended to give me the agreed price. Now its time to sue them for breach of contract. Avoid this place like the plague, you cant even get a call back from anyone, tried to cal John Mollicone several times to resolve theis, evn my wife when there to speak with him, was told John was fired and not there, then I call up the same day, and was told John was busy with a customer and he worked there, left a message for him to call me, and he never did. Left a message with owner Marcie Mcguire as well to resolve this, she never called as well. Do yourself a favor, go to Acme or Pinebelt where you at least get an honest deal. Okay, buying a car can be painful, but not so at Windsor. Sure, it's a given that every dealer is attempting to extract every drop of juice from the lemon, but there are ways to squeeze that attach to more decency. When you come down to it, it's the salesman which can affect the adventure and Lorenzo Isidoro made it a most pleasant one. Thanks, Lorenzo. I will tell you that if you find a price for a certified used vehicle on line from Windsor be sure and read the disclaimer. There are about $2000 in extra fees for certification and preparation of the vehicle . . . and then there are the documentation and titling fees which are always a surprise as to their magnitude no matter the dealership. But if you are aware in advance and factor it in, the shock won't wreck the joy of acquiring a new vehicle. All this being said . . . and with not a molecule of juice left in the lemon I believe I still had the best dealer based car buying experience in my life at Windsor Nissan. Check them out. Ask for Lorenzo.

Terrible experience unless you have a 750 credit score, I advise you to seek another dealership. You will be looked down upon and disrespected. The internet sales dept, lie to get u in there, and waste your time. From experience, there are other Nissan dealers such as on 130 going north not far from this useless one. They said they couldn't help me and I just bought a 2014 honda accord coupe! Trust me there are much kinder places out there who won't discourage you, or look down upon you because your credit may not be perfect..everyone has a different circumstance and there will be a dealership who will work with you kindly, this is NOT it!!!

I purchased an Altima from this dealership on 3/15/14. I received an internet price that was $2000 less than I expected to pay. However, the dealer gave me less than I expected for my 2 year old trade which reduced the great deal on the internet price I received. But overall the final price I paid was good. My salesman Rueben was friendly and knowledgeable about the car. He explained all the options in the car and set up my phone for the Bluetooth. My overall experience at this dealership was good. The one issue that stopped me from giving a great rating was the $449 document fee the dealer charged. This fee covers clerical expense, data processing and document delivery service. $449 is outrageous for these services which probably cost the dealer less than $100. I bought a car from this dealership in June 2013 and the fee was $259. Not sure why it would go up $190 from 9 months ago. Also, the finance guy told me that the fee is standard and hasnt changed.

Extremely bad service. Went there to get my car checked and to get an estimate. They told me to come next day coz service manager was not available. On going there next day the service consultant told me that I didn'take appointment so we cannot see you, and he had not told me to make an appointment previous day. When I said I left early from work coz you told me yesterday to come today so he said ok let me see what I can do. He asked me for my registration card and when I got it from my car, he didn't look at it and asked me if I had done any service with them? I said no so he asked me where did I buy my car. Obviously he had read name of the selling dealer on my license plate and knew where I had bought from. Without even touching my car he told me they would not do anything and that I should go to the original selling dealer. I asked him I want to see his Service manager who was also extremely rude and looks like they didn't even want to do business with me since I didn't buy from there. Please do not go here if you didn't buy your car from here.

I though you might want to know:I went to buy a Nissan rogue 2013 (Good deal I heard) for my wife and after the test drive choosing the car and ready to make a deal The sales man went to his manager ( unfortunately I don't remember the guys name) and his manager came in was such an aggressive attitude and insisted on me telling him on what price I would like to get the car for and after I told him the price in my mind he started telling me that I am wasting his time and he made me very uncomfortable (Still doesn't' want to tell me the price of the car) so I told him you know what I don't need this I am not buying a car from you then he KICKED me out of the dealership His exact words was "get out of my dealership".

Nasty staff, corrupted place, provide misleading information just so you sign a deal and purchase a car. Fraudulent practices. Purchased a brand new car with an additional warranty- finance guy lied about what the warranty will include once I had to use it (only months after my purchase) they to honor it and all of a sudden my warranty doesn't cover any of the items I was promised during my purchase.

I RESPONDED to an internet adv. far a car, dealing with poor credit ratings, I contacted the ad, and in a very short time Windsor Nissan salesman Larry Williams, called and he assured me that he would and could get me financed, my wife and I took the 2 hour ride and thought here's another story, however once there and meeting Larry he was a man of his word and we left with a used 012 Altima which is one of the better cars I have driven. Larry is a very through and professional salesman, one you can take his word to the bank. I love the car, the dealership is great, and Larry is tops in my experiences with car salesman. I can fully recommend Windsor Nissan and especially Larry Williams very highly.

I can refer this dealer as Cheater! Price which is quoted in website is completely different than the price which is said by dealer. I traveled around 40 miles to see a car there and finally they are adding about $ 2500 - 3000 from the original price. They'll never say a final price in call. And always ask you to visit, after going there they'll say we can't give at this price and add many charges to it. If you want to waste your money and time buy a car here!

I was looking for 2010-2012 Nissan Pathfinder. I found a 2012 online with very low mileage and a decent internet price. I went to test drive and negotiate to get the vehicle. I was unable to negotiate for a much lower price, but accepted the price (CASH) that I was able to get as the vehicle was a 2012 with low mileage. I was disappointed to discover that the "prep fee" was so high and the document fee was also quite high (especially since it was a cash deal and not as much paperwork involved). I was also disappointed to find that there was only one key that came with the vehicle and extremely upset that they would not provide me with another key! After emailing the sales manager 3 times with no response, I decided to go to another dealer to get the key made. I felt like the dealer was more than willing to take my money and not give me much in return. LOVE the car...not happy with the sales experience!

Good Morning Everyone!!As a physician, if my services are delayed to my client, definitely I will be sued along with loss of my clientage.. I am writing this review out of my frustration with services with this dealer. I recently had bought Nissan Rogue 2013. We called via fone and got the price and upon arrival, we were given a different price (difference of ~1500$ as hidden charges) and we were not given a chance to speak to representative who gave us price. During our deal, Sales manager told me that my Permanent plates will be available within 15 days, which did not happen by this time even (my plates expired on January 2nd, 2014). I left number of voicemails( more than 20 minimum) with representative, who never called me back and Finance department also never returned me call.. Upon my request to speak to my Sales Manager Mr Phil, I am told, he is on vacation. I had spoken to some Sales manager last time on 2nd January, who very arrogantly told me, its not their problem (`We have filed your plates 2 days back, I don't care how long it takes as it is not under law to provide temporary plates for more than 2 weeks`).. I am not sure if that true about temporary plates.. I can't drive to hospital in car for which I am paying money. I am paying double price to serve my duties diligently.. I strongly recommend against going to this dealer !!!

He even washed the car before allowing me to test drive it. The whole atmosphere was comfortable and we felt like we were welcome, valuable, intelligent purchasers. Would definitely come back and would recommend Windsor Nissan. Mike Piombo also helped with the sale by being informative and helpful !! We called the dealer over 15 times, leaving voice messages each time with no call back. We left messages on multiple managers voice mails and no call backs. This is gonna ruin my wife's credits and they don't seem to care. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone, horrible service

My internet sales experience was great. Jenn was very professional and quick to respond. My experience with Vlad, the salesman, was good. He did not pressure me to buy the vehicle and he was able to provide useful answers throughout the process. The floor manager, Mike Piombo, was very friendly and straight forward with me.The two major issues I had would be considered "behind the scenes". #1 - During my first visit, Mike took my offer sheet to another manager who ripped it up in front of everyone in the showroom and essentially ended the negotiations on the first try. This was very unprofessional, a waste of my time and would have ended my experience with Windsor Nissan if it wasn't for Jenn. A week later, Jenn was able to facilitate an acceptable deal despite my first visit. #2 - At the time of closing, I traded in a vehicle and so we called my leasing company to get a dealer payoff and mailing address for the payoff. A month later, the leasing company called to inform me that the vehicle had not been paid off and that they were reporting it to the credit bureaus as late. I called Windsor Nissan to speak with someone in Finance, Sales and the GM to get the issue resolved, but was unable to get someone on the phone who could provide me any answers. I left multiple voicemail messages and numerous emails over the course of two weeks. I have been told that the payoff has now been sent after more than 30 days since I purchased the new car, but my credit has already been effected. In the end, I have only received one verbal apology with minimal effort to correct the issue. There was no sense of urgency from anyone and now I have to dispute my effected credit score.

I am so appreciative to my sales agent - Mr. Ivan Hay. I was desperate, my 2001 Nissan Maxima needed all kinds of repairs, I knew it would not make it through the winter. Mr. Hay was trustworthy, patient and caring. He did what so many other car salesmen wouldn't do for me because of my bad credit. Mr. Hay went the extra step in getting me approved for financing and helping me get an extension for paying the down payment. I am so happy with the 2012 Nissan Altima Mr. Hay sold me. I can drive to work and school without worrying about my car breaking down on me.Mr. Ivan Hay is a valuable asset to Windsor Nissan - this man deserves a Raise!God bless.Andrea Conover,Satisfied Customer of Mr. Ivan Hay

I originally found the vehicle I ended up purchasing (2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser) during an internet search specifically for that type of vehicle. My first contact was with Jenn from the internet sales dept and she was extremely helpful...answered all my questions and even took extra pictures of the FJ so I had a lot of confidence at least on the vehicle condition before visiting the dealership. This was especially important to me since I would be traveling 3 1/2 hours to visit. I was also able to confirm a starting point for our sales negotiation via email and even put money down...all before making the trip. When I arrived there was only one 'ding' on the FJ that I wasn't expecting so all in all the condition was pretty much as explained. I then worked with Paul for the rest of the sale and, although one always wants to pay less, I have to say the sales price was very competitive and worth the trip. We did have one other surprise and that was a stone chip in the windshield that I'm not sure anyone saw ahead of time. Paul was able to quickly arrange to have it repaired (inside 2 hours) at their expense and we were on our way as expected. All in all a very good experience and I'm glad I found them.

On 10/10/13 at 9:00pm the dealer convinced my Aunt to sign a bunch of documents for which she received no copies of. She reiterated that she did not want to buy anything just yet but they convinced her to drive home a used car from their lot and "try it out for 72 hours". She called the next morning and came back on 10/11/13 at 5:00pm to request that any deals made be canceled (she was told that she hadn't finalized anything and was just trying out a car which could be brought back after 72 hours). At that time (less than 24 hours after signing documents that she received no copies of); she was told that her trade in vehicle had been sold and taxes had been paid on her "purchased" Kia and that nothing could be done; they were adamant that she could not have her trade-in back and only offered to switched the purchased vehicle for another vehicle from their lot. Although she was within her right to rescind as per NJ law and well within her right to a 24 hour period of contact review to cancel any contracts; the dealer refused. Only after she contacted the financing bank to explain to them the illegal and unethical happenings did the dealer agree to give back her trade-in (which hadn't been sold) and take back her 'purchased' car. It's obvious that my aunt is not the most prudent shopper but that does not give the dealer the right to break the laws of the state which allow customers to have 24 hours to cancel any contract. She also did not get copies of any signed documents nor did she know the purchase price of the vehicle that she had unwittingly purchased.

The worst customer service ever. I went to find a better deal than what i got from another dealer for a pathfinder 2014. I was clear and told the customer service this story at the first time i stepped to their premise. At the beginning the sales consultant was nice but everything changed when I refused to sign a commitment that I will buy the car today. Off course this is ridiculous as I went there without my husband and we even didn't discus payments. the only thing I got is the total price which means nothing till I know how much I am paying every month.

Traveled 3 1/2 hours this past weekend to look at a 2007 Toyota FJ. Overall a very good experience. Found the vehicle on-line and was able to determine our sales price starting point before I ever left the house thanks to Jenn and Jamie. Jenn even took extra pictures to address questions I had. Felt over 80% confident it wasn't going to be a wasted trip. Ended up dealing with Paul for the final negotiation. We had one surprise...a stone chip in the windshield...which Paul was able to arrange a repair on-site within 2 hours and still got us on the road in decent time. Their price was competitive and attention before and during the sale was much appreciated. FYI, the ride home in the FJ...sweeeet!

I have given this rating because the employee I worked with at Windsor Nissan, Hal Panzer, was very good at trying to accommodate my needs with the amount of money I had. I was not going to lease again but after he showed me the new cars and I saw how in (3) years how more updated the cars are I was hooked. He wanted to work with me so that would be comfortable in paying the price for the car even though I had very little money. He gave me the same respect and courtesy as a person with a lot of money. Took his time with me to test drive the car and showed me all the power gadgets in the car. I would certainly request him again.

As it has been said, buy a car is a task no one looks forward too. Well, I must counteract this age-old adage with the exceptional customer service experience my husband and I have personally received through the help of Jenn Nelson at Windsor Nissan. Jenn was not pushy, she listened, she responded in a timely manner. Jenn was honest and realistic from the standpoint of obviously wanting to make a sale but knowing what our financial limits were. She was accurate in her approximations and because of this effort, was successful in getting us an approval. Relationships are key in life and the professional relationship formed with Jenn and her dealership is one I appreciate and it is my hope when my children start driving in 2 years, I can return to Windsor Nissan and work out another deal, as positive as the one that is transpiring now. Thank you Windsor Nissan and Jenn for being a class act dealership with true personal skills and allowing me to leave the transaction with a positive sense, not a sour taste in my mouth. You are truly remarkable when it comes to make car deals come true.

Second time in the last year successfully worked with Richard to lease a vehicle. Both experiences were excellent, there were no games that I continue to experience at other dealerships. Overall my experience at this dealership was awesome. The first price they gave me was excellent and lower than I expected based on my research. Other dealerships were $2000 higher. The salesman did not pressure me when I told him I wanted to get other prices. He told me his price would not be beaten by another dealer and he was right. I was there less than an hour for a test drive and negotiation on price. We picked up the car the next day and the salesman had all the paper work ready so all I had to do was sign. In and out in less than an hour and 25 minutes was the salesman explaining all the options in the car. He paired my phone to the Bluetooth also. The finance guy (Joe) mentioned the extended warranty. When I said I wasn't interested no pressure what so ever to purchase. If you are looking for a Nissan definitely check out this dealership!!!

Paul Kirchmyer assisted both my daughter and myself as soon as we walked in. He inquired as to what we wanted (originally we were just following up on a pull ahead promotion) and then worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with our selection. He made us feel comfortable while we waited for cars to be readied. And another sales person even supplied us with lunch. The facility is well cared for and even the service area (where we dropped off our old cars for an oil change -- too bad we did not stop service before the oil change) came to keep us up to date on what they were doing. I would definitely be a "return" customer in the future.

I am never disappointed with the service and courtesy of the Windsor Nissan staff. The people who work there go out of their way to be polite and kind, not in a I-have-an-alterior-motive kin of a way and not in a forced way. They genuinely enjoy their job, which also says something about their company and business policies. As a former customer of a different Nissan dealership and service department, who repeatedly screwed up the service to my car, forcing me to return for a second or third time; kept me waiting for extended periods of time; and to top it all off were repeatedly rude to me, I am thrilled to know that I can 100% count on Windsor Nissan everytime, every visit. I inquired about a new car lease in Oct. I became ill and Sam followed up not only on the lead, but to see how I was coming along. This dealer was not pushy an was willing to work with me to get my lease signed. I am now enjoying my 2012 Rogue. Thank you for the wonderful buying experience. It was a pleasure talking with Sunny.

Overall expereince was good, with one exception; we bought a vehicle that needed to be registered in Pennsylvania (where we live), and the dealership did not intiate any paperwork for PA registration, nor did they inform us that we would need to take care of that. This ahs led to serious delayes in registrationa and inspection of the vehicle.

Windsor Nissan is by far the best and most professional of any car dealership in ourarea. I purchased a 2012 Altima. Mike Prezlock was my Salesperson and he provided me with outstanding support throughout the entire process. He made the whole experience to be pleasant and expeditious. I believe that I received a good deal and that the dealership was direct, honest and responsive to the homework that I had put in the discounts provided(including a generous loyalty bonus).

Both salesman were very nice, professional and helpful. Ivan and Michael both took me for test rides and told me the same information on the Maxima. I was very pleased with the professionalism they showed and I was extremely impressed with how this dealership did NOT rush me into making a decision. They gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision and allowed me the time to make it without the typical "you HAVE to buy now" speech.Rich, the manager, kept his word on the price we agreed on and I am very happy with the results. I was even more impressed with them after I returned 2 hours after purchasing the car to advise them that I was hit from behind. EVERYONE in the dealership asked if we were OK and if we needed anything and then did their very best to make a bad situation good again. I've worked and been to numerous dealerships before but this is one of the first where I can actually say that they care about their customers first and the sales second! THANK YOU EVERYONE for making this car experience the best EVER!

I have to preface this review with the warning that, in general, my expectations of any car dealership are very low. Regardless what state you're in or whether you're buying used or new, ultimately, you as the consumer are responsible for checking and double checking everything that is done with your money, including the details of the expenses and the bottom line. That being said, my experience at Windsor Nissan was fairly smooth. We came in after having test driven a new Altima another Nissan dealer just up the road (we negotiated with them and they couldn't meet our price), so at Windsor we basically told Vinny the specific car we wanted, which he walked us around the lot to find. Then we said here's the price, meet it or beat it, and they were able to beat the price. That's about as smooth as a car deal can be.Eventually I had to ask for a detailed breakdown of the charges and was able to find an extra tax charge, which they took off after I complained. This didn't sour me on the them though, since as I said, I've come to expect this kind of treatment whenever purchasing a car, plus you can't discount the fact that errors do crop up from time to time. From what I have seen I think the dealership has a large selection of new cars, and an eager and polite sales team. I would purchase another car from them if such an opportunity presented itself.

By far one of the smoothest new car purchases I've made. Jamie is true to his word. The deal he tells you about on the phone is what you can expect when you get to the dealership. Adam took over the sales process from there and arranged our test drive. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had all the information on the new 2012 sentra and made the whole process easy. Bill from the finance office had everything in order and made the paperwork process a snap. No high pressure add-ons, just straight to the fact deal paperwork. I can't say enough about the positive experience that I had at Windsor Nissan. Will definitely be back again and again and I will also make sure I tell everyone I know that is looking for a car about the excellent people that work there.

All wanted me to come in without providing specifics - price, terms etc. Jaimie Rodriguez handles internet sales at Windsor Nissan. My car broke down, so I took it to Windsor Nissan, the dealership my family has been using for 25+ years. I told the service department it sounded like something was wrong with my engine and I needed them to check it out and give me an idea of what I'd be paying. I said I would either be fixing my car or purchasing a new used one. I am a recent college graduate and cannot afford to spend a lot of money on a new car yet, so I was hoping to fix up my car so it would last me 1-2 years. If I was able to get it to last that long, I would have the opportunity to save up some money to buy a better car that would make more sense for me in the long run. I explained my situation and my budget to service and they diagnosed the problems in my car.I was first told that the water pump and timing belt in the engine needed to be replaced. While that was more than I wanted to spend on an old car, it made sense to fix it seeing as they usually need to be replaced at the same time, were not major parts, and would prevent me from buying a totally new used car that I had no background information on and no warranty on. It took Windsor Nissan 2 weeks to fix that problem. After the water pump and timing belt were fixed for $1550 (which, again, was higher than I wanted to pay on an old car, but made sense for me considering I only needed it for 2 years max.), service called to say that they were sorry and had not fully diagnosed the problem. I needed to replace the rod bearings in my engine as well. This frustrated me since the service department had been looking at my engine the whole time, but I felt obligated to do this since I had already had $1550 worth of work done to my car. This pushed the price of my car to $2200 + tax. Extremely frustrated that this was what I wanted to avoid in the first place and that I had been backed into a corner with Nissan, I decided to deal with the $650 and suck it up. At least I'd have a reliable car that I knew was taken care of since it was mine for 5 years. Another week passes by, and Nissan calls me again. {Keep in mind, for the past 3 weeks, I have been getting calls every few days saying, "Just an update: your car will be ready in a few days.") They tell me that they are sorry, but they need to fully replace my engine. This is absurd. You have been looking at my car for almost a month--in fact, exclusively at my engine--and you can't figure out what's wrong with it the first time? Make a diagnosis mistake once and that's one thing, but twice over the course of almost a month? I was told that my engine replacement would be even more money, but it would be relatively cheap because they would switch over the new parts they had just put into my car into my new engine. Had I been told the first time that I needed a new engine, I never would have fixed my car. Putting a new engine into an old car is not a good idea; your engine works on over-drive while your old parts can't keep up. This often blows out your transmission or other major (and expensive) parts. They told me I'd have a 90 day warranty on my "new engine" and that it was a good idea. They flat out lied to me.Now I'm extremely frustrated because we have basically been forced to deal with Nissan. I decide it's time to bite the bullet and look for a new car. I move to sales and discuss my experience in service. I find a great car for my needs, and it is time to negotiate with the sales department. Sales refuses to wipe the service bill. Meanwhile, I'm trading in my car (with new tires, decent parts, and now a BRAND NEW timing belt, water pump, and rod bearings...). They tell me that they have to pay for parts and they have to pay their service department. I state how unreasonable that is because they are just going to sell my parts to someone else and make their profit, and it's not my fault that their service department couldn't properly diagnose the first time (or the second time). Long story short, after an unsuccessful and depressing "negotiation" my $2200 + tax service bill (which comes out to approx $2400) was not wiped, and they tacked that price onto my car purchase. After saying I would leave Nissan to look elsewhere for a car and that I would like to take my car back and leave them with the new parts they had just put in, I would still be forced to pay the same service bill. I did not want to leave my car there because some of my personal belongings were still left in the car, and the trade in value was at least $1500. I felt robbed and obviously will never recommend Windsor Nissan to anyone ever again. Had I all the time and money in the world, I would have tried contacting a lawyer, but clearly I am not made of money, nor do I want to waste valuable time and energy on something so frustrating. After lots of thinking about the situation, I realized it was better to just suck it up and take a loss. If this is the way they treat customers who have been coming to Nissan for 25 years, don't expect them to do anything but rob you deaf, dumb, and blind.

I went in to buy a used car... as cheap and reliable as possible. I had an old Infiniti that finally gave out on me and needed a car fast. Knowing I cannot afford a newer Infiniti, I decided to look at the Nissans. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately, but the salesmen were busy. Jaime, who happened to be the internet sales manager was free first, so he helped me. I must say that I was reluctant at first because of previous experiences with car purchases and the sleazy salesman. Jaime eased my worries, and actually everyone there was friendly. These guys seem rough around the edges, but they know the cars, their competition, and what it takes to get a car out the door. After taking a test drive in a 2009 Sentra, I realized it was not for me. Jaime showed me a 2009 Altima (loaded) that had just come in. It was in great condition and priced in my budget. Jaime worked hard to get it in the price I needed. He also did not know that my wife was with her brother at another dealership nearby and we were comparing notes. Windsor had the best deal and service. We would definitely recommend going to see Jaime, even though he handles the internet sales. I gave him a tough time, but he was very professional and appreciative of my business. I would have liked the price to be a little lower, but these guys figured out pretty quickly I was in a bind and capitalized on the situation. I can't blame them, I would do the same. Great place!

I was referred to Mr. Nardine by Marci McGuire (the owner) herself and have had nothing but issues with my overall buying and service since the moment I signed the papers. Firstly, the finance person slipped in an extra $450 charge for gap insurance after he informed me that it was included in my extended warranty which I agreed to pay for because he told me that the gap was included. Second, the person who details the cars lost the second key fob and failed to actually clean the car before I was to drive it off the lot. The salesman assured me that I could come back when I had more time (seeing as I had been at the dealer for more than 4 hours at this point) and they would detail the car in order to remove the scratches that were on the vehicle, fill the gas tank (because they had not filled it) and make sure that I had a second key fob. I drove the car off the lot and had to immediately turn around because of a constant noise coming from the front of the car. I spent another 2 hours at the dealer waiting for the service department to figure out that apparently some clip had not been attached at the factory (this was the story I was given) and they had now fixed it and all was good. Several days later the noise returned. At this time, I also realized the $450 charge tacked on for the gap insurance that I had not authorized. I called the dealer and received no call back. After a day of no returned call, I showed up at the dealer (an hour's drive from my home) and demanded to speak to the manager. The service manager was not in that day but another service manager inspected the car and found that they did not have the ability to permanently fix the car so they would have to order a part. The manager agreed to send me a check for the extra charge on my bill that the finance person added and agreed that my gap insurance would hold because that was the information I was given. After 2 weeks of not hearing from the dealer about the part they ordered or receiving a check, I called the dealer only to be told that there was no part ordered, the service manager had no idea what I was talking about and the sales manager was not familiar with any agreement of a check to be issued. At this point I was so furious that I demanded to speak to my salesman. Luckily, he reminded the sales manager about the check that he had agreed to issue and then connected me to the service manager who said that they would provide me with a loaner car as they kept my car for as long as it would take to fix the issue (which was really the only acceptable option at this point). I brought the car in and was without my brand new car (that I was making payments on) for 2 days. Upon receiving it back, I drove away, finally somewhat satisfied with the check that I was promised and a car that was finally detailed and quiet. The service manager had to order a part due to the fact that one of the scratches was not able to be removed and I planned to return in a week in order to have it installed. That was yesterday. Today, I noticed that my temporary tag expires tomorrow. I called the dealership and spoke to the receptionist who said that the person who does registrations is not in on Saturday and I would have to wait until Monday to speak to him about my lack of registration. I left a message on the voicemail of my salesman and after 2 hours still had no returned call. I called the sales manager and he informed me that he didnt know what happened with my registration (not that it was taken care of and just didnt get to me..just that he didnt know what happened....) he offered me a new temporary tag if I would come pick it up which meant that I would have to drive an hour there and an hour back in order to pick it up. He then offered to have a new temporary tag sent out to me by Monday because that was the earliest he could have it to me. I reminded him that my current temp tag expired tomorrow and that would mean that I was in violation of NJ MVC laws. He told me that this was the only option. At this point I became furious and reminded him that he was basically asking me to break the law. He put me on hold and a short while later Christine picked up and informed me that they would be sending me a new temporary tag overnight. I was then told that in order to get my registration card I would have to call back on Monday to speak to the person who deals with NJMVC. I am now waiting for my temporary tag and have to call again and go out of my way in order to get something done that should have been done a month ago.

Zach needs to work on his communication skills he was not pleasant at all to deal with.

This is the best Nissan dealership in NJ so far , All the other Dealers give you fake prices over the phone and when you reach the dealership, either the vehicle is sold or the colour you wanted is not available. I took a quote from Sean Lucas Over the phone and he gave me the best deal for 2011 Altima 2.5 SL Loaded. And to my surprise his numbers didnt change when I reached the dealership. The sales person Vinny was of great help too. I visited this dealership six months ago, hoping to buy a car for myself. I had just reached the driving age, and had heard from an employee there that they had a wide range of used cars for sale for a person such as myself. I had also been to other car lots, and were not happy with their selection, so, I gave them a shot. The place was off the side of Rt. 130, and looks like it belongs there; small and comfy, and fits the landscape. After arriving, I was informed not too hastily where the used cars were, and proceeded there. I looked around, and saw a variety of cars, but was happy with a Green 1998 Acura that was there. After consultation with my parents, the price value seemed reasonable for the mileage on the car, and its current condition and age, which were great. I had the dealership inspect the car before purchase, and upon having a nice conversation with the General Manager, Chris Forzani, left the lot happy. My car has not had any problems that this dealership would not have mentioned a car could have, and they seem to be truthful and honest from what they have presented.

I have purchased three used cars from this dealership in the past three years. I find them to be very honest and their prices extremely reasonable. If there was an unforeseen problem that was not detected at the time of the sale, they immediately took care of it without a hassle and without charging me extra. Most people are leary of going to a car dealership ,as was I, (in the past). I wouldn't keep on returning there if I didn't receive the excellent service that I have. I highly recommend Windsor Nissan to everyone I know who is looking for a car. Yhank you for making car buying less stressful!Sincerely,Doreen Groves

i was looking for a new car and i live near windsor nissan so i tried there, i went online and found the car i loved when i called the dealership i spoke with mike he was very friendly and lured me in with a very good price, he was very eager to help me find what i was looking for. when i arrived at the dealership i was assisted right away and showed the car that we spoke about over the phone. i didnt have great credit but they helped me out. the price was a little more than we had spoke about after all the taxes and extra costs were added on but i was still very happy with the price. since my visit ive reccomended 3 friends and theyve all been more than satisfied with their experience at windsor.

I was referred to John Lowenthal at Windsor Nissan by my coworker who recently bought a car from John. I understood John had been there for 7 years and worked primarily by referral; this made me feel good that I would be dealing with someone experienced, knowledgable and (assumedly) successful. I called, made a convenient appointment and everything went as smoothly as I have ever experienced in over 25 years of buying cars. I received a fair price, a good trade-in value and everything was fully explained to me. The finance office experience was upbeat and friendly (Bill Clarke was great) and the car was perfectly clean and ready to go quickly, The gas tank was full, every feature was explained to me; John even set up the bluetooth for my cell phone and my wife's phone too! He introduced me to the service department manager and scheduled my first oil change - and that was on the house! I love my new Maxima and I am recommending Windsor Nissan and John Lowenthal to everyone I know.

I've purchased a lot of cars in my life, and i have to say this was the easiest experience I've ever had. I made an appointment with Mr. Nardine, we spoke in length on the phone about the type of car I wanted and the price it needed to be at. He was very helpful and informative. When I got to the dealership, he had the car cleaned, gassed, and ready. It was exactly what i was looking for. when we got to the price, it was exactly what he said it would be on the phone. It was so pleasant to purchase a car from Windsor Nissan. It is nice to know that there are still some car dealerships out there that don't play games. I would recommend Windsor Nissan, and Mr. Nardine, to everyone I know, and I have.P.S. Love the car, thanks again

Came from 2 other Nissan dealers and went to Windsor. Told Windsor everything the other Nissan dealer said and they told me they could do the deal for the monthly payment I needed. I told them my trade was $4500 upside down so they gave me $500 more. They asked my credit score and I told them 730. They ran credit and it was 735. No problem there right? They gave $500 more for the trade. Now this is OK right? Well then they came to me and said they can't do it. I am very aggravated that they pulled my credit report based on the fact that they could do the deal. When I questioned why they went ahead and pulled my credit they had no explanation. The moment I walked in the door I told them I would give them no personal info until they work the numbers based on everything that took place at the other 2 Nissan dealerships They agreed and lied that they could do it.These guys are manipulators and liars. They did all this to get me to agree to a higher payment per month after I originally told them no higher then $350. If you don't want get lied to and manipulated by a car dealer stay away from these guys. Acme Nissan down the road was straight up and told me they could not do it so I applaud them for their honesty. As for Windsor Nissan All I could say is God help the consumer.

They sent me an internet quote. When I went there, first of all nobody was interested in talking to me. Finally they found a person who had just started working there that day. When i showed the internet quote, the manager said this quote is just to get you in and added another $2000.00 to it. Usually you go to a dealership to reduce price but in this case they were increasing the price when I went there! Used high pressure tactic. The car wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. Gas was not filled and was not given. Started adding lot of other charges during actual financing details. Overall, it left a very bad taste. When i told them this they didn't care either.

I serviced my Murano '09, which I purchsed from here for 1.5 years. I have Maintenance + Plus Silver Plan 1, which should cover listed inspections, oil/filter changes, tire rotation. Two days ago, I was out of town and instead my wife went there for 15K checkup. The service manager Tony Katawick told my wife that she should pay about 140$ for 15K service items, since they are not covered by the Plan I have. She had no choice but going through it. When I checked the invoice later, I found that almost all inspections listed in their 15K service were covered by my plan! Moreover, they charged for engine oil and filter, but these parts are also covered by my plan too. In all my previous every 3 month check-ups, all these parts and labors were covered by my plan. It is this time that they tell differently to my wife. I called back and asked refund for what they charged. Tony and another guy named Andy flat refused! I say they REFUSED, meaning that they did not deny that there is a mistake, but keep responding me tens of times that "I cannot refund at all." No way to communicate in any sensible way. I am going to file a complaint and claim to NJ Consumers Bureau Affairs. I noticed that many other clients were also having terrible experience with this place. I suggest anyone thinking of going there to go to elsewhere. I heard Nissan dealer at Hamilton or Morristown are way better.

I picked up my car late on the 29th of June and by the time I drove away it was 1030pm. The next day I noticed that one of the features was missing out of the car and called the dealer ASAP. At first, the tone and domineer of the sales associate was rude and extremely disrespectful. After I threaten to cancel the deal, I was told that they would find me a car with all the features in it and swap the cars out. At that time they also told me that the contract I signed was for a completely different car then the one I was driving and that the car I signed for was still sitting on their lot.Women should never have to feel domineer/belittle the way this dealership made me feel.

I will start with what is best. The service department was courteous, experienced, and provided clear communication on the status of my car. They went above and beyond, and that was very admirable. I took my car there for oil changes, tune ups, etc, and although my car was not a Nissan, they still treated me fairly and with respect. The sales crew was a different story. When I bought my car in 2008, they seemed very pushy, but yet the sales/finance were never on the same page as far as pricing was concerned. In fact, they called me back the day after my purchase to tell me that the financing numbers were wrong. Fortunately, I was honest enough to see their mistake and went back in. Even then, they were rude, and I had to pretty much renegotiate the deal again.I went back there again in June 2010 to purchase a new vehicle. Now most of the people on sales were gone, but some remained. My salesperson had no clue on how to distinguish a Nissan Pathfinder and a Nissan Armada. I did not see much on their lot, yet he tried to pressure me to make a deal that night.I finally bought a car at a dealership in Princeton. The people were nice, friendly and gave me no pressure. I did find out that the car I had bought in 2008 was involved in an accident 2 months before I bought it. Now, I do not know why this did not show up in the car fax before I purchased this car (because with an accident, I wold not have bought it), but one has to wonder why. In any case, I would not go back there until the get a new management staff. However, as I stated earlier, the service department is great!

I saw a price for a vehicle on autotrader and their website. I emailed and a John Kerrigan replied. We had several emails go back and forth and I 100% confirmed the vehicle was in stock and the price was correct.I drove 80 miles there and found the price was totally wrong. By about $10,000. I talked to Tony there, and he called over another person. Presumably a manager, and I believe his name was Mike. Everything that came out of Mike's mouth was a lie. He said the car had already sold that afternoon, and one person came in and bought 20 vehicles. It was such a bad lie it was an insult to my intelligence. He said the keys for the cars sold were in a back room. I had the keys to the vehicle in my hand 4 seconds before, and Tony had gotten them from a desk in the showroom. The dealership's power was out, a sign said since 4:30pm. And my last email from John Kerrigan confirmed the car wasn't sold as of 2:09pm. That's a really small window for selling a car, but 20 of them? Also, the car was parked in 3 deep, and started rough, as though it had been days or more since it started last. And finally, the price was corrected on their website hours after I left. Note: the supposedly sold car was not removed from the website, rather the price was corrected. 2 out of 3 of the employees of their sales staff I dealt with were liars. I will never go near that place again.

After the new service representative appointed here (as mentioned in the Employee section), most of my visits for my brand new 06 Maxima service, I had to pay lot of money, which I was very dissatisfied. When they are doing/replacing two parts, which were estimated as 2 hours labor work and charge for two hours, they give the vehical in 45 min. When I asked why charged for 2 hrs. They said thats how they work. It is very dihonest. I did not the other service/dealership near by, but these are the only nearest dealerships for me. I had to go. I am thinking of shifting my car to Honda/Tayota.

I went to this dealership looking to buy a used vehicle only to walk away frustrated, offended and in complete bewilderment over the horrific experience. The staff were the most dishonest, untrustworthy, verbally abusive, unprofessional and spiteful people I have ever dealt with. The environment and attitude was everything but friendly and respectful. I was treated like trash and talked down to by sales associates. The salesmen are unethical and dubious. All they cared about was getting the most profit out of the sale and the irascible sales associates attempted to intimidate me every step of the way. I cannot, with a clear conscious, recommend this dealer to anyone.

I had the most wonderful experience working with this dealer. Before I came to Windsor Nissan I worked with Somerset Nissan, North Plainfield Nissan, and Acme Nissan and I had the worst experiences. Their customer service was terrible and they acted as if they could care less whether I bought a car or walked out of the door.Windsor Nissan has the friendliest, most efficient, and honest employees I have come across. I had the priviledge of working with a Salesman Rich Bell and he bent over backwards for me from the moment I got there until the moment I drove away in my new lease. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone that wants a new or used Nissan in New Jersey. There were no pressure tactics or lies to get me to make a snap purchase, Rich Bell took the time to work with my needs and my budget to ensure that I was going to walk away feeling good about my purchase.I have not one bad thing to say about this dealer. From the beginning to the end the experience was fantastic and I think anyone looking for a car should give them a shot!

After the manager said that he will accept it, he came up with new idea to add GAP insurance idea without any explain. Since I downpaid more than 40% of the car price, I didn't need the GAP insurance at all. They put it without any explanation.Be careful with this cheaters!!!!

after dealing with lousy arrogant delaers. I finally looked oline to find good reviews for windsor nissan. That is when i started going there. It has been almost an year. I bring my car here for service and repairs. Their prices are ideal. I checked out midas, minekee, pepboys etc for my spark plug change as my car approached 100000 miles. windsor nissan gave me the best quote also their quality of work is very good. They never push you to repair something that already in good shape. I definitely suggest every one to take the time to drive up here. Before moving closer to highstown, I used to live in Edison. I drove 20 mils to reach this service center But i think it is worth it.

Me and my wife were thinking of getting a minivan last year, so we thought why not check some vans out and get an idea. We went to this dealership and told the dealer that we are just looking and want to get an idea, our budget at most will be 12K - 15K. This dealership tried to sell me a 2004 Quest for 23K and tried power sales tactics of us. We ended up signing papers and getting our credit checked and the salesman kept telling us that this is a common procedure. We told him that there is no way we are buying a van for 23K, he told us why not trade in my 2001 Altima with 40K miles and he will give me the van for 18K. The KBB value of my car last year was $8500. The salesman was putting a picuture in front of us as if the whole deal is going to cost us only 18K! When he could not get his way, he brought in 2 of his managers who tried the pressure tactics on us. Our half hour adventrue turned into 3 torchurous hours. Thank god we came out of this dealer ship without getting robbed. Stay away from this dealership, they are bunch of thievs.Buy the way, their service departs sucks! They put in new rotors in my 95 Alitima and it took them 3 days to get the job done. When I got my car, my car started making noise. When I went back to them, they tried to be sucpicous of me. It is really amazing whoever is running this shop.

Sold us a car with a broken engine temperature gauge, broken rear brake light, and broken CD player. "Fixed" the temperature gauge, but instead of indicating the engine is always hot, now indicates that it is always cold. My guess is they just disconnected it, even though they had the car in service for almost a week and I was told they had ordered the new temperature gauge. Hal Panzer had the nerve to say for all he knows, the brake light may have stopped working as we were driving the car home. They are liars and thiefs. Stay away!!! You'll find cars advertised at low prices on their web site--print it out and bring it in, the sales person will act all surprised, say it must be a mistake, then will "reluctantly" sell you the car at that price.

Mr. Hanson lied to us repeatedly, trying to seel us things we clearly did not need. He also tried to trick us into signing a waiver of the dealer's obligation to repair the car should it fail to meet inspection, telling us it was about something else. Either he was lying or, after eight years, he still doesn't know what is in his company's contracts. He also interrupted our meeting frequently to shoot the breeze with friends on the phone. Our salesguy Leo was good, but this guy almost killed the deal. Avoid.
