Bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from them. Jeremiah, Jeremy, and the whole team were great! Jeremiah worked with my over the phone since we lived almost 2 hours away, by the time we got to the dealership, everything was ready all that was left was to test drive and sign. They gave me a great price on my trade and made my payments lower than what I wanted! Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending them to friends and family to them!

We were treated well. They opened the door for us as we approached the building, and had a smile doing it. The only draw back for us was that they were extremely busy that day, and it took over 2 hours for the process, and some things that would normally be explained were left out. We still got a good deal, and look forward to receiving our new vehicle.

I purchased my new truck from Woodhouse at Missouri Valley. I was shopping for a new truck and new what I wanted. They located the truck I wanted AND they quoted a price that was very good -day one. There was no calling me a couple of days later with a lower price than originally quoted. They shot me a good price before I walked out of the dealership. Their price was better than 6 other dealers in a three state area. As much as $6k less than one dealer. This was on the same truck! They were very accommodating. Helped me get a 5th wheel hitch out of my trade-in. Answered all my questions about the truck with calls over a period of a couple of weeks. Always responsive and sincerely wanted to help. This wasn't just the salesman. It was the finance person, it was the Accessories lady, it was the mechanic that removed the old hitch, and it was the young man that found a box to hold the items removed from our trade.The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle I will travel the 360 miles round trip to Missouri Valley first.

Great service but took longer waiting to see the finance man,which we were paying cash so saw no need for the long wait.and this is the second car we have purchased from Woodhouse and both time the inside if the windows were filthy dirty even after someone TRIED TO CLEAN THE WINDOWS FRONT AND BACK.

I was in a situation where I had to bring my dog along for the car shopping trip. Everyone at the dealership was so welcoming and understanding about having a rambunctious puppy at the store. I called inquiring about a new vehicle and spoke with Ron Blankenship on a Thursday evening. I asked for pictures and then he sent them to me. My husband called and spoke with Ron about the new vhichle and our trade in. Ron was very professional and was a great sales person to deal with. We purchased our vehicle unseen and set up delivery for Saturday morning. Friday morning I spoke with Amanda regarding warranties, mud flaps and tinting of the windows. Mark and I spoke regarding financing. Late Friday afternoon it was determined that the windows weren't going to be tinted but thanks to the window tint person, they were able to get them tinted and delivery was on Saturday. Joan was the driver and was energetic and super friendly. All in all this was the EASIEST vehicle purchase we have done! You all did a great job. Above and beyond customer service! I worked in customer service/sales for 15 years and I have pretty high standards to meet and you all surpassed them. I can not say enough good things and especially want to thank Ron for all his behind the scenes actions! You ROCK!!

We appreciated the no-nonsense approach with no pressure and treating us as co-purchasers - not just talking to the man. We were driving a Hyundai Santa Fe for the last 10 years & thought we would replace it with a new one. We were very disappointed in how the sales staff treated us at Hyundai and also disappointed in the new Santa Fe. We almost ran back to the Buick dealership!

Everyone was very polite, having the door opened for you is definitely a plus. Great to see people with good manners. Survey may be a little skewed as I was very tired and the weather was terrible and I had a brand new vehicle that didn't work. 1st day was 50mph winds, 2nd day rain and cold. 1st day was great, got to pull inside and 2 hours later when finally decided they needed more time and got a loaner that was brought inside, too. (A couch or at least somewhere to put your feet up in the waiting area would be great for long waits) Called the next day when I was about 15mins away that I was going to make it before closing as I wasn't sure earlier in the day if they would need to leave our car over at showroom. Arrived about 5:15 pm in the wind and rain. Would have been great if someone had thought to have car inside so I could get stuff out of loaner and into our car easier. Had me sign a printout of what they had done but offered no explainations. I could have asked, but didn't take time. Would have been nice to know before I got back on the highway that all the electronics needed reprogrammed. All in all was one of my best experiences at a dealership service dept.

I had the oil changed on my Equinox. I appreciate that not only does my oil get changed, but that it has been checked for any additional service issues that might need to be addressed. It is also washed and vacuumed, which is an additional plus.

I recently drove up from Kansas City to purchase a new Buick Verano and had an excellent experience with the Woodhouse Family. My fiance and I were highly impressed with not only our salesman, Dave Robinson, but the entire staff at Missouri Valley Woodhouse dealership. From the second we stepped foot on the showroom floor, to our departure a few hours later, we were able to get to know several salesman that represent the Woodhouse family, and were treated warmly by each and every one. The buying experience was seamless, and even though we are from the younger 'tech savvy' generation, the options on our new Verano were explained beautifully by Larry Hennessey. Larry's expertise was very well demonstrated when he walked us through the features of the Verano, and we are very grateful that Woodhouse invests their money in a gentleman like Larry; he was outstanding. I speak for both my fiance and myself when I say we couldn't be happier with our decision to buy from the Woodhouse family and will continue to do so in the future.

Service department did very good with service and communication, I bought my 2012 Avalanche from your dealership and 3 months later transmission went out, I looked at truck a little closer and observed bad paint repairs. My conclusion is that I bought a beat up 2 year old Avalanche LTZ for premium bluebook price. I have purchased 3 trucks from woodhouse chrysler and I will not buy another chevy that some farmer beat on for two years.

My wife and I were on our way to Ft. Dodge IA to attend a funeral when my Tahoe lost power about 7 miles S. of MO Valley, IA. Fortunately we were able to coast in to the Woodhouse Chevy dealership. The service Advisor quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty throttle control sensor and the mechanic had the car running again within 40 minutes from time we entered dealership. We made it to the funeral in time and returned home later that evening with out any problem. Tahoe runs fine again.I have driven consecutive Tahoes or Yukons since 1994. They are a great vehicle (I pull a 4000 lb bass boat) and very dependable. The speedy service provided by Woodhouse in resolving my vehicle problem is greatly appreciated!

It was quick and easy - you had the "exact" truck I wanted, Josh handed me the keys, then we bargained to an agreeable price. The accessories lady was a joy to talk to and she made that painless as did the business manager. I had already driven quite a few and knew what i wanted. I'm happy with the transaction so far. To say that I am pleased with my Woodhouse experience is an understatement. Every person I encountered from the Woodhouse family was friendly, professional, and so accommodating! I traveled quite a distance to deal with them and was welcomed warmly. I NEVER felt pressured, they knew what I was interested in, my maximum budget and worked to make sure I was happy. I feel the salespeople and management went above and beyond to assure I left their dealership 100% satisfied. I know I got a GREAT deal on a wonderful vehicle.
