I purchased a car from Young Idaho Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat in June of this year. I live in California and traveled to Idaho to pick up the vehicle and take it home. Everyone I dealt with during the process was great at keeping me informed, sending me pictures of the car and answering all of my questions. I had requested to get all of my financing in order prior to arriving to Idaho so that I was able to walk in sign and leave. Brennan took care of my financing, got my approval and told me everything I needed to bring in order to have a smooth signing. Everything was accurate and just as he described when I arrived. I did not feel any pressure from him to purchase anything beyond what I wanted and what we had discussed. I was able to get in, out and on the road to start my drive home very quickly. Being a CA resident my registration process as well as state tax situation was a little bit different than normal. The dealership handled all of that with accuracy and I was able to get my car registered without any issues here in CA. As a whole the dealership provided me with a stress free purchase, and I would absolutely recommend them if you are in the market for a vehicle.

Young Jeep in Burley was the easiest car buying experience My wife and I have ever had. Jordan was the best most informative salesman we have ever worked with. Cannot tell you how much we appreciated him during this experience. We will always use them to buy our cars.

This process was so smooth with Kale helping us get our engine fixed. Honestly, it was intimidating going back to the dealership since I’ve had unpleasant visits in the past. BUT it was the easiest and best I’ve had even with other mechanics in the area. I talked with Kale that my engine was ticking and I was nervous because of experiences in the past, he reassured me he would do his best to make this smooth and he sure did! I’ll definitely go back
