I had a great buying experience at Zeck Ford! I found a vehicle online I was interested in and set up an appointment to go look. (By the way - I highly recommend (as the website states) making an appointment. When they say this dealership gets busy, they mean it!)My family and I were immediately impressed with the laid back culture as well as Clint's approach to the process. Instead of pushing the "sale", Clint took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle and we test drove a few different models. He also spent time patiently covering all of my options and pros/cons of buying used vs. new. He wanted to make sure my future car was a good fit for me. When I made the decision to purchase the paperwork was straightforward and simple - no hidden fees here. I appreciate that they are very upfront about the pricing as I did not want to have to negotiate all day long. Bonus - the vehicle I bought came in from an auction without floor mats, so Zeck threw them in at no cost. They really do go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. We were a bit disappointed in the amount they offered for my current car (offered $500, KBBV a few thousand) but that is most dealerships. For this reason I declined to trade it and will sell it myself. Overall, a fantastic buying experience and Zeck Ford will be at the top of my list when it's time to purchase my next vehicle.

Best ExperienceSo, my sales person was Galvin. To keep this short he saw I wasnt happy about the original vehicle I went to purchase. He was patient, spending most of the day with me. The first Ford I ever owned was purchased at Zeck Ford years ago, that experience was marked with quality personnel, exceptional service and the vehicle I wanted. I decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle and my first stop was of course Zeck Ford. My salesperson, Mellissia Thomas worked very hard on providing the car I wanted. She demonstrated from the time of discussing my trade in to the time of me walking out with the keys to my new car that Zeck Ford still maintains quality personnel and exceptional service. From finance to service and all departments in between there was not one person that did not try to help. So on this trip to Zeck Ford I left with one of the greatest things you can leave a car dealer with, I left with the car I wanted and a smile.

My business partners and I recently purchased a Ford Transit work van for a company we started in Oklahoma. We chose Zeck Ford in Kansas primarily because they had the best prices in the tri-state area. We will no doubt be return customers, however, because of the amazing customer service we received. After our purchase there was a slight mix up with the address to where our paperwork was to be sent. I called the salesman Darius Mathis---and he handled it like a pro--while on his honeymoon! He apologized and within 5 minutes I received a call from Nick Nava, one of the managers at Zeck. The next morning I received an email that the paperwork had been sent express overnight delivery. Two years ago my wife was looking for a Ranger pickup flareside. They don't hardly exist. Rick looked for six or eight weeks, occasionally offering alternative vehicles she might like. He didn't quit looking,and we jumped on the first one he found.Last week we test drove a Flex on Wednesday, but there were no vehicles with a Vista option. He found one on Friday, and we drove it and bought it the same day.Love the tenacity.

I did all my shopping online. The Zeck website had lots of good pictures and description. I liked most that they had so many vehicles to choose from.And since I was shopping from a few hundred miles away they were able to answer question via phone or Internet and eventually offered delivery at a very fair price. Delivery person was very nice.My car was a "new" used car. A 2015 Transit with under 100 miles on it. So far it seems like a great buy and I am happy with it. I like that the PRICE is the price listed so I know to take the price or wait for a price change.... or take the chance that someone else will buy it. On the website you can mark your cars to email you if there is a change in status... out of stock or price change. I could not find a better price on a comparable vehicle so Zeck is where I purchased my vehicle. They are handling the paperwork and I hope to receive it soon. They are in KS and I am in another state.My one complaint would be that it had a ding the size of my small fingernail that was not on the pics where plastic had buckled and for the new car feel .... that kinda irks me. So I will have to fix that or get used to it. I would buy from them again and also have recommended them to others.

After hours of research I determined that this is the best place to buy a vehicle based on price, quality of the vehicle and the fact that my friend and her family have purchased five vehicles. Clint, our sales person is honest and forthright and I highly recommend him. We are very pleased with this dealer...and I am a hard critic!Just make sure you have an appointment as they are very busy and transactions can take some time. We went in just to sell our newer car and planned on finding a less expensive car through a 'for sale by owner' online. When we explained our situation to them they tried to help us find a reasonable solution without allot of high pressure. They thought they did not have a car in our price range but the sales professional and manager took the extra effort to check the recent trade-ins. They did find a very clean trade-in that saved us allot of money.The environment was casual and low key. The paperwork process took longer than expected but they were busy that day. The music in the sales area was a little annoying, we asked them to turn it down and they did.We are very happy with our purchase.

This place has a no-haggle pricing attitude. They research and guarantee you won't find a similar car any cheaper within a 250 mile radius. I did do some checking before we purchased our Explorer and they were anywhere between $3,000-$7,000 cheaper. We worked with Rick Mears and had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Zeck Ford and I promise, I'll be going back for our next vehicle.

The service was more than expected! Rick Mears worked with us ON HIS DAY OFF to give us the quickest service ever! Prior to coming in, I was able to view cars online so I knew exactly what I wanted. This saved us a LOT of time looking at cars on the lot. It helped having a lot of views online inside and out of the car, too. We arrived about 5:00 PM from a two hour drive from Clinton, MO. We left with our car and paperwork at 7:15 PM. I call that record time!!!

No haggle approach. They pretty much guarantee you won't find the same car within a 250 mile radius any cheaper. We couldn't walk anywhere inside the store without somebody asking if we needed coffee/water. The salespeople do not work on commission from what we were told so they really don't hound you about things. They give you the price and you both take it from there. Rick Mears (no, not the racecar driver) was our salesman. I highly recommend Zeck Ford and will be back when I'm ready to trade in my '06.

It was a great experience for once! I got a fair price for my trade -Jeffery and the sales manager were very professional and worked with me on the value of my trade. We came to an agreement that benefitted both of us. The price of the truck I purchased was a really great price - better than I have seen all year. I never felt pressured once. After being given the run around by three other dealerships I finally decided to make the drive from Topeka to Leavenworth for the Truck I just purchased. The day before I had went to another dealership where they were trying to sell me a very ran down Chevy Silverado for nearly 30,000. I went home disappointed and thinking that I would never be able to afford a truck which is what I NEED right now. I looked online and thought maybe I should try Zech again. The only reason I hadn't already was because I wanted a Chevy and not a Ford. I looked and found the vehicle I wanted right off the bat! It was perfect and with both of my experiences at this dealership I looked online first then made the journey up to the dealership. The photos ALWAYS do the vehicle justice. Never have I seen any sign of wear on the used vehicles which is a MUST for me. I purchased the vehicle for nearly 5,000 less than I expected. My APR was outrageous but Zech got me down from over a 5% to a 3.2%. I also was able to stay very close to the amount that I wanted for a monthly payment. I was able to get a great trade in price as well. I think that if you are looking for something amazing you should check this place out. I have worked with Nick twice now and Kelly was trained by him (BOTH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND). It is great to have had such great experiences twice, and I know I will never purchase anywhere else! I found the car that I wanted to purchase online through Autotrader, and called to find out more information about it. That is the first time that I got to talk to Ray, and through the subsequent 30+ conversations (I am a pain) he was always pleasant, respectful, and prompt in getting me the information I needed.I made the decision to purchase said vehicle and then flew 1500+ miles to pick it up and drive it home. Not only did Ray meet me at the airport, but he also went above any beyond with a couple of my other requests. Through some miscommunication on my part we had a small hiccup when I got to the dealership. I came to Zeck Ford to seek out a replacement for my venerable 2000 Contour not only due to my experience with Ford vehicles, but also due the relationship developed with the service department. Jeff Bowlin, who was among my first contacts in Sales, was very helpful in getting me started. Sage -- our sales representative -- made us comfortable and answered a multitude of questions; John -- our customer service guy -- spent over an hour familiarizing us with the Explorer's features. I thought that my first experience buying a car was gonna be a nightmare. You hear people l ways saying they just want your money or try to hide some defaults to get you to buy a car. I feel at zech ford they were honest up front and it was comforting to know that they weren't dodging my questions. It was easy and I even learned a few things. Hands down, this has been the best car buying experience my wife and I have gone through. I had done a little research before coming in, and already knew the prices and selection here were about the best I could find. My wife and I weren't planning to buy, but we were interested in test driving an Explorer. Oscar greeted us quickly, and took us inside to find the one we wanted to drive. After driving it, we really liked the car, so we let them value our trade, knowing there was almost no way we'd get what we wanted/needed. I was proved wrong! The first offer came out low as expected, but the second one came at more than what I thought we'd get, which allowed us to purchase yesterday. The no haggle price keeps things super easy, as you're only negotiating the trade. I never felt any pressure to buy. In the future, I will highly consider making the 2.5 drive from Columbia to purchase here again! Zeck Ford tries to counter the stress of car shopping with a carefree atmosphere and friendly customer service. Jeffery Bowlin was great. However the drawback of this atmosphere is that is could be seen as careless. It took a while to find the vehicle I was interested in and it discouraged my buying motivation. All-in-all, it was a fairly painless experience. I would just watch the carefree/careless balance because your customer is weighing a heavy decision, and your image needs take it seriously too. I will say, I didn't care for the pressure to purchase additional warranty from the financing department, it borderlined on being disrespectful of of my actual needs/budget.

They had a great price online and gave me a fair trade-in on my Escalade. So good I my my deposit and my wife and I drove from Texas to KC. Made the trade and made a two day trip out of the return to Texas in our 'new' SUV. Shawn was helpful getting us through the paperwork, test drive, and inspection. Just bought my first car there, everyone who worked there was very helpful and I didn't feel like they were trying to force a purchase on me which I liked. When i walked into Zeck Ford this past Saturday and it was immediately clear that this isn't a normal dealership, and I mean that in the best way. As far as the sales staff We worked with Hunter Martin and he is awesome! Hunter was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, but most of all very honest. Throughout the whole process I got the impression that that he was strictly there to help me make the best choice for my family and not what was best for him or the dealership. Overall I would absolutely shop here again!

First this dealership does not pressure you to buy. They are there to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. I was very impressed with my salesman, Hunter Martin, he was very knowledgeable, friendly and did not pressure us. In the past I hated to shop for a new car, the sales people always pressured me and frankly would aggravate me to the point of walking off the lot. I have to say the buying experience at Danny Zeck was a pleasurable experience. This is a great dealership, if you are looking for a new car, check them out.

I found a car I wanted to look at online through my employers discount site. Other dealers were hounding me to come in to their lots, which really turns me away very quickly. I noticed a different approach from Shawn Gunderson at Zeck. Upon arriving, I felt welcomed without the pressure I'd felt from other dealers. Talk about a laid back atmosphere. Give them a try, I know you'll find a welcoming atmosphere. They are a flat rate dealer with good prices. They'll try hard help you find what you are looking for. If you do buy from them, I suspect you'll leave feeling that you'll want to buy your next car from them as well. I know I did..

Was greeted by GRANT MAIAVA, explained the process in detail. We shopped the internet before coming so we knew what we wanted to look at. Grant was SOOOOO helpful. He made a painful experience fun and enjoyable. We test drove a couple of cars and he explained the different features the cars had. We decided and a car and he walked us thru the process. Grant has GREAT people skills.Took his time and answered questions we had and never made us feel we were taking up time he could be with another sale. Great at his job. We will send others to him. Zeck Ford was great, a breathe of fresh air. I loathe bickering with dealerships and salesmen who try to get you to buy new, get you to lease, or haggle with you over price. A coworker reccomended Zeck Ford to me. Mellissia confirmed what my coworker told me. They are a haggle free dealership. The sales people get paid on how many cars they sell, not off of commission. I would highly reccomend.

I boughtba used Toyota from Zeck Ford. It was refreshing that they didn't try to sell me a new car, lease a new car, or try to haggle with me about price. The sticker price is the price you pay. My RAV4 was 1800 under KBB value. The sales team is paid off of volume, not commission. I will NEVER buy a car or truck from a dealership that has a commission based sales team ever again!!

Zeck Ford had to look far and wide for my truck with BLIS, the first find sold the day they attempted to put a hold on the truck, but they were persistent and found one the next day. The finance dude was well versed and the process went well, my only regret was that by the time we were done with the paper work, it was too late to complete the training, but I was able to sync my I phone and set my door lock code. Over all it was a great job by Ms Mellissia Thomas and the staff. I bought my 2010 F-150 there and would return for another Pick-up in a New York minuet

Sage is a top notch salesman!! He listened carefully & quickly helped us find the type car we were looking for. He easily arranged a test drive so my wife & I could find a solid car to replace our 8 year old Taurus which recently was totaled from a rear end collision and was not cost effective to repair. My experience started with an internet inquiry into a pre-owned F150, and from that point on, my experience was nothing short of great! Nicole called me back within an hour to set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive there was no pressure to buy, which I greatly appreciated. They let you take your time and I never felt pushed into making a decision. This is my second Ford purchase from Zeck Ford. I really love the "no haggle/low price" process. Our salesman, Shawn Gunderson did a great job assisting. My only complaint is the length of time it took to complete this transaction, considering that I had preselected my purchase. However, Shawn and the Zeck team were otherwise fantastic. It was a pleasure doing business with Zeck Ford. We had the pleasure to work with Ray Mullenaux, one of their sales consultants. He told us upfront that as a sales consultant he is not paid on commission and he worked with us to get a vehicle that we needed. At no point did we feel like we were being persuaded to buy a vehicle from the dealership. As newcomers to the US we had problems securing a loan for the vehicle but the dealership was prepared to let us drive the vehicle as the financing was being worked on. I am sure that some dealerships would have given up on us as it took about a week for our bank to approve our auto loan application. Thanks to Ray and Zeck Ford for being a dealership with a human face. Now I understand why you call yourself the 'undealership'. All the staff that we interacted with were friendly and made us feel welcome.

I was looking for a used truck and went to Zeck Ford because they had a particular one I was interested. Upon entering, I noticed they were extremely busy which was a surprise as I had already been to other dealerships and they weren't as busy. Especially surprising because it was a Thursday afternoon.I was introduced to Mellissa Thomas who asked the basic questions she would need to help me. I indicated the truck I was interested in and we went on a test drive. Mellissia was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Never once did I feel pressured.In follow up contacts, Mellissia was pleasant and non-pushy. She was genuinely interested in helping me find the vehicle for me. We were tagged by Car Guru whenever an auto we were looking for became available. So happened Zeck Ford had one. I emailed them and heard back immediately. I can't say enough good things about Mellissia Thomas.. She was very knowledgeable about the car and through the days would call or email me almost immediately with any questions I had. And the entire place of business was a very warm and inviting atmosphere. The minute you walked in, someone was there to greet you and wanting to help, asked if they could get you anything. I walked in during a Thursday afternoon and there were many customers in there and the place was bustling with activity. That says something right there. I was almost immediately asked if I needed help and I said "yes" and was passed off to Mellissia Thomas. We sat down and discussed a particular vehicle I was interested and soon after, we took a test drive. I never felt rushed and the whole process was very smooth.Dealing with Mellissia and Zeck Ford was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. Most of the time, it is painful and stressful but Mellissia was very friendly and knowledgeable. In follow up contacts, she was non-pushy, pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. A couple of weeks ago I made my second used car purchase from Zeck Ford after being recommended by the Store Manager of the Firestone store I use/love (95th & Nall, Overland Park). All the good things he said about the dealership were true during my first experience in June 2014 and most recently. My salesman, Steve Courter, was "the luck of the draw" the first time I went but I had such a great experience with him then, I sought him out again.What makes Zeck so great? Wonderful selection with detailed online listings so good the car I was interested in online was the one I bought both times. Straightforward pricing, is what it is and sales personnel are not on commission so you are not dealing with hidden agendas. Yes, I have to spend 40 minutes driving there but it is a pretty drive and so worth it. Any service I need done that requires a longer than wait time, they provide a loaner car. I did take my previous car in for a couple of recall items so I also have the experience with the service department which is also great. Doesn't take much to see the employees like their jobs and are happy to be there.The only negative I will mention, which won't stop me from going back, is the salesroom atmosphere which is high energy and upbeat ... good. How they partially achieve that is with a sound system with really heavy bass (you feel it in your chest) and way too high a volume ... bad. Buying a car is not a 15 minute process so by the time I finally got out of that room into finance I had a pounding headache. I also have tinnitus in one ear, so it really ramped that up for days. I only include this in my review so hopefully the management will consider a less "rock concert" feel and more background energy. AND it will not stop me from returning. Next time I will have ear plugs just in case!Last but not least, as a woman, I have been to far too many places involving cars (sales and service) where I have been treated as "stupid little woman" (one Ford dealership very near me in Overland Park). Zeck Ford is a place anyone will be welcomed and treated with consideration and respect. Just go!

My father suggested I go to Zeck once I settled on the type of car I was wanting because he had a great experience with this dealership in the past. I do not regret listening to him, all the personnel were friendly and easy to work with and I could tell they genuinely wanted me to get the best car at the best price. The atmosphere in the office was very welcoming and relaxed, people joked with each other and the customers and openly communicated about conditions and possible problems with the cars in question, and they were more than willing to answer any questions I had about the process (sometimes repeatedly). I would highly recommend people going to Zeck for their next vehicle.

I began working with Nichole Wolter on a used car that had not come in yet. There was no high pressure tactics to buy a car, the car sold itself. Nicole was fun to work with, she is energetic and will do what she can to get you in the right car. I made arrangements with her so my wife could test drive a model similar to the one we purchased to make sure she liked it. Nicole went above and beyond to help us. We went to Zeck to look at and drive 4 different vehicles we had identified on their website. Our salesperson was Sloan Cloke, a very nice young man who treated us (much older customers) with total respect and patience. In addition, other members of his "team" introduced themselves (Buddy and Tyler) and checked in on us without adding any pressure to the process. Zeck is a no haggle dealership that claims to offer "true value pricing". As an educated car shopper I can vouch for their value pricing model. Their prices were competitive or better compared with other Ford dealers I reviewed, and I reviewed all of them prior to my visit to Zeck. As a price motivated shopper, it is important that I get the best possible price and I feel I did just that with my purchase. I addition, I traded in a vehicle and they gave me more than one other dealer I had shopped with had offered. The closing process was also accomplished in a painless and timely manner. A couple more points I would like to make. I can't say enough about Sloan Cloke. It was such a pleasure to deal with this young man. He actually gave us a full test drive in four different vehicles. At the end of the test drives, my wife and I decided we wanted to sleep on it over night. He promptly returned the keys to our car and we were allowed to leave with absolute no pressure to close a deal that day. The next day we indeed did return to Zeck and bought the vehicle we chose. This was the best and quickest auto buying experience I have ever had! Thanks Sloan!! Oh, and Chip says HI.

I helped my son buy his first truck with Nicole Wolter. He works on the pipeline, so he was buying it through the pictures and info that Nicole was sharing with me to answer all his questions. When we finally found the right truck, she was quick to keep me informed and everything we needed and what to expect next. She was even willing to stay late so he could get back to town to sign paperwork. I must say that it was one of the most pleasant buying experiences I have ever had. Found vehicle (Ford Explorer) online. Price was good, but they matched another dealer's lower price (that dealer was in Ohio). I worked with Kyle Anderson mostly over the phone and he had sent pics & videos of the vehicle. We negotiated some and his price could not be beat. Kyle was very caring and responded to questions expeditiously and professionally. He worked very hard to fulfill my requests and that level of service is difficult to come by from any dealership.. So, I drove from Baltimore Maryland to Leavenworth Kansas (1109 miles) to complete the transaction. While there, I met Buddy, Brendan, and Eric at Zeck Ford. All were incredible nice and didn't delay the process one bit trying to sell me something I didn't need. After completing the transaction, I drove back to Baltimore Maryland and, boy, was I tired. But I would do it again in a heartbeat because of the hospitality of Kyle, Brendan, Eric, and Buddy. I had been in contact with Hunter Martin who had just recently helped my wife and with the purchase of a new Explorer. He was going to help me out with a truck. I would not hesitate to recommend Zeck and Mellissia Thomas (my sales person) to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Mellissia was extremely helpful and informative during the entire transaction. I did have an issue with a trainer in the finance department not listening to me, but I don't fault Mellissia for that. The dealership does need to take care of this trainer though as he was so patronizing that he almost lost the dealership the sale. But other than my brief experience with him, the visit to the dealership was a positive one which resulted in me getting a car that I absolutely love.

Overall employees were very nice all 5 or 6 I dealt with.I was referred to a specific salesman from a former purchaser, he was busy the first day I went in so someone else working with the salesman helped me. The second day I went back the salesman I wanted helped me. I changed my mind on the car I started out looking at and went with something else. I was looking for a Ford 350 Transit Passenger Wagon for my expanding family. Finding anything in Texas was a bit out of price range. Enter Zeck Ford with exactly what I needed. Despite a few hail damage dings in the roof (which unless you are 9 foot tall you can't see), the transaction was seemless. Kelly provided videos of exactly what I asked for quickly and walked me through the process of what they needed. What could have been a stressful purchase (buying something this expensive without seeing it), turned into a great experience. (That and I saved $8000 over the best price I could get in Texas.) The no haggling made things really easy. Highly recommend them!

Jacob understood this and sent me a 7+ minute video of the truck. I flew to Kansas City and Jacob picked me up at the airport. The time at the dealership took longer than I expected, but that was due to the finance up-selling. Jacob was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Zeck Ford. Even though I have another Ford dealership 5 minutes away from me, I would still do the drive over there. My contact with Nicole started online. Her response was fast, informative, and accurate. I did get a general email from the dealership asking for information about my trade in with implication that I would be given a price range for my car. I sent back the information but did not receive any reply to that email. The dealership is well located, employees seem happy to work there, and eager to please and answer any questions. Everyone I worked with was a pleasure to deal with. There were some wait periods which made the whole process take a bit longer than I expected, but it was a Saturday and very busy. My time was spent primarily with Hunter Martin and I appreciate his attitude and recommend him to anyone looking for a good sales associate.

We called to let Rick know that we were in the market for a used vehicle. If he came across something he thought we'd like, he would give us a call. Just a few weeks later, they took in a 2013 Ford Edge. It had everything we wanted and then some. During the purchase process, we learned that dealing with Zeck Ford was very simple. There was no back and forth on price. They have a formula for figuring price and that's what it is. Great news for a non negotiator! I knew I wasn't going to pay more just because I'm not one to negotiate price. Whenever you purchase, and finance, a vehicle you're going to spend a little time at the dealership, but the overall process was simple and quite painless compared to some past experiences.Probably my favorite part, though, aside from Rick of course... You can walk out on the lot at any given time and not be hounded by salespeople. Because of how they handle employee compensation, they are helpful, but their is no pressure to get the sale no matter what.

Best car buying experience ever. My salesman went out of his way to send multiple text messages and videos since I was buying from out of state. He then picked me up in my car early from the airport. We had a great experience at first when we bought our ford explorer. We loved it and loved our experience at Zeck and Tyler was great. Soon after buying the car we ran into a problem with the car not running right and no one seemed to be able to figure the problem out. So after about 2 1/2 months we were back at Zech with them buying it back and us shopping for another one. That experience was a little different. Every one was still really nice. Things just didn't go as we thought they would. I at least thought we would get what we paid out of the vehicle since this wasn't our problem. We would have loved to keep the explorer we had just if they could fix the problem it was having. We got a year newer and walked away from the whole thing but we didn't want to pay more then what we already were and we had made that very clear from the beginning. So the only thing I would change is having them look for another car like we had so we didn't have to pay more. Thought they would come down in price a little on the new explorer we were getting since this isn't something we did and we just bought this explorer from yhem. We are happy now to actually have a car that runs without a problem. All in all I think if you were just going to buy a car then Zeck would be a great place to go. And Tyler was a great salesman and kept in contact with us throughout the whole deal.

I had my eye on this one particular vehicle this dealership had, so I emailed Kelly about the vehicle to make sure they still had the car. I found out it was in the courtesy vehicle program so I set an appointment to look at the car and they didn't have it when I got to the dealership because the service department loaned it out. Sage was the guy that helped me out with everything. I live 55 mins away form the dealership so it was a hassle for me to come back especially if I didn't like it. Sage went above and beyond by bringing the car to my work and even loaned it to me for a couple days. Sage was vey helpful during the process, texting me and answering all my questions had.This was my first time buying a car and it was such an easy pleasant experience. Buying a car from a dealership can be very stressful because salesman normally try to persuade the buyer to make a decision fast by throwing out numbers ect, ultimately rushing into a purchase. Mark Atkinson from Zeck Ford is not one of those salesmen; he is a down to earth, honest type of dude. Mark is not a pushy salesman, he moves at the buyers pace and that made me way more comfortable working with him. Sales Manager Nick Nava was awesome to work with too, not only was he honest, he helped me save money by educating me on some financial aspects when trading in a vehicle. Zeck Ford is doing it right and I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone I talk to when discussing purchasing a vehicle. I had been looking online and at some dealerships for a used suv for a couple of months. I was very specific with what I wanted...I saw that Zeck Ford had what appeared to be my perfect match. The website mentioned that it was almost ready so I headed out on Saturday morning to have a look. I was greeted at the door by Steve. Unfortunately, the car was still enroute to the dealership from New York. I test drove a similar model and put a deposit down on the one that matched my criteria. I vowed if I walked into Zeck's and got the same old sales pitch, I was out and was going to keep my car. I walked in and saw EVERYONE wearing t-shirts and shorts, not your normal dealership. Shawn approached me and had the truck ready for me to test drive, the exact truck I wanted. Needless to say, he worked extremely late that night to close my deal. Although everyone stayed late to assist in closing my deal, I never felt as if I was putting them out. Everybody was great. Shawn was very patient and was a pleasure to work with. My husband and I purchased a 2014 Ford F150 XLT truck from Zuckerberg Ford in early July 2016. The process was great - we never felt pressured just to buy something. Oscar was very helpful in allowing us to search and find the right truck for our needs. The day was very enjoyable, which has not been our experience purchasing previous cars. Since we live in Missouri, but purchased in Kansas, we only had 30 days to get the truck tagged and registered. Zeck Ford said that they shouldn't have a problem getting the Title registration paperwork to us in time to avoid a penalty. That wasn't the case - I called Zeck Ford three times before the paperwork was finally sent to me (arrived one week after the penalty deadline). We had to pay the penalty to register. Also, Zeck Ford told us before we left that the Truck had a tire jack. We drive 3 hours home and no tire jack. When I called and asked for one to be mailed, Zeck Ford said not a problem. We got a car cleaning kit instead. So good service on the front end but not so much on the back end.

Being in California, I was assisting my brother-in-law purchase a new vehicle over the phone and online. With a slight disability from an accident at 2 years of age, Justin had been taken advantage by a number of car sales folks over the years. We found this used Ford Edge online. Contacted Zeck ford, first talk with Shawn who is in charge of Internet sales. We went to test drive the Edge Sport, when we arrived Shawn had turned us over to Mellisa Thomas. Melissa was very pleasant,helpful and did not pressure us into anything,which was very much appreciated. We drove the used Edge Sport then wanted to compare to the EDGE titanium. Melissa found one for us to drive so we could compare the two different rides.The price was great on the sport, they did a car fax report. We wanted to think about the vehicle before making decision . Melissa and Shawn both emailed us maintenance report since it was first built so we would have full disclosure.. After some thought we decided this vehicle was not for us.With all of that being said I would HIghly recommend Mellissa Thomas and Zeck ford for my future purchases. They were definitely a delight to work with.

Rick asked if I wanted to keep it for the weekend so I could drive it more and get a better feel for the car. That was the first time ever have had that option and this time it helped me to realize this car was what I was looking for. I looked at the car on Saturday and went to finalize the purchase on Monday. It was a great experience and none of the haggling prices, here you know the price up front but also to add they are great at pricing. Why waste time at other dealers who mark prices up for you to spend time with the back and forth? It was wonderful them giving me every possible information about what I was buying and also no pushiness of do you want this or that extras. I am hoping to drive my new car for a very long time but I know when it comes time again for another vehicle I will definitely be going back to Zeck Ford and want to work with Rick Mears! Again, I cant say it enough Rick is the best car salesman I have EVER worked with! If you need a new or newer vehicle I highly recommend you go there!! After being frustrated with trying to buy a vehicle from my hometown dealer in Topeka, I ran across an internet deal from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth , Ks. While I didn't buy the vehicle I saw on the internet, I did find plenty of no hassle deals that Shawn was happy to show me. I'm not an easy buyer to get along with when parting with my hard earned money but Shawn and the entire staff at Zeck Ford were very patience and professional with me.Shawn found a 2016 Ford F-150 with some hail damage that I got a great deal on. Zeck Ford searches for deals like this to pass on to there customers. If you want to walk into a place that you are made to feel like you are a part of the family, this is your place. I admittedly had the usual expectations of walking into the typical hornets nest type dealership, I was proven wrong. Zeck is a breath of fresh air in the used car game. When you pull in (on a Saturday) they do not have salesmen buzzing around the lot like buzzards, yet are more then willing to connect you with someone if you have questions.Mellisia in sales was phenomenal to work with. From the second we stepped into the doors at Zeck, she wanted to know our story, why we were in the market, and then began looking for the car that would best fit our family. Our 'new' used car needed new brakes and the team thee took care of us and made the deal right. The only knock I have is that the dude in finance was kind of a xxxxx and they were way understaffed in that department. All we needed to do was write a check to them because we payed cash and it still took 1.5 hours from decision time to leave time.

I traveled from Grand Rapids, Mi to Zeck Ford to purchase a 2013 Ford Edge. When I arrived I mentioned how excited we were to be getting and AWD vehicle. My salesman Steve pointed out that the vehicle I came to get was not AWD. Oops I have should have payed closer attention before traveling 1000 miles away. The sales manager and Steve went above and beyond to find me an AWD Edge that actually had fewer miles and more options on it for the same price. Professional and friendly. Did what they said they would, and did it when they said they would. Didn't make me wait around for hours on end negotiating a deal. I was in a hurry and they got me in and out in the time frame I required. Salesman, Shawn Gunderson, was prompt in contacting me after I had entered my info through Zeck's website and was very accommodating with my requests. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I went to a different Ford dealership the day before and it was a bad experience. The sales guy spent the majority of the time on his phone talking to his wife. Needless to say, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I was recommended to Zeck by a friend of mine and I did not regret it. Rick was extremely helpful and three of their staff stayed an hour after they closed so I could get everything worked out. I contacted Nicole late morning about a vehicle I was interested in, she got right back to me!! She was busy when I arrived but Nick got the vehicle so I could look at it while waiting for Nicole. The whole place was crazy busy but they all took very good care of me. Test driving with Nicole was awesome,it was like cruising with a friend. When I began looking for a different vehicle I went to Mark Atkinson at Zeck Ford for a change from Olathe Ford. I was looking for an, admittedly, difficult vehicle to locate because of my high standards and general stubbornness when it comes to vehicles, vehicle condition, and what I think I should have to pay for them. Mark gave me no grief and was one of the most helpful salesman I've ever encountered. Using their vehicle locate program he told me exactly what he thought he could do, what might not be possible to do, and assured me that he would select vehicles that would pass muster in my eyes. Mark and Gene wanted 30 days instead of 14 to locate my vehicle and ended up taking less than a week to find one. Their service department performed some work on the vehicle for me and did an awesome job as well. Mark was very up front throughout the entire process and kept me informed.I have bought my cars at Olathe since 2004, from now on I'll be buying from Mark and Zeck Ford.

The shopping experience was excellent. I was purchasing a minivan (which I was not excited about), but they had one with all the features we were looking for and, considering the mileage, was well priced. Despite my reluctance toward the vehicle (minivans in general, not the particular one they were selling), Mellissa made the experience very nice. She was willing to meet with me a second time after I had an opportunity to go home and sleep on it.Only con: on Saturday the whole dealership smelled of popcorn. That may not bother you, but being pregnant, it was a bit tough to ignore.

So after learning that our family car that we had for 10 years no longer runs we took to the Internet in hopes of finding our new family car. My husband and I set a price rang and started looking. My brother works at Zeck Ford so I knew it had to come from here. So we found a Honda CRV that was in our price range. Saturday morning we drove to look at the CRV. I fell in love with it. Took it for a drive and it was great. This was our new family car. Sat down and did the paper work. Didn't take long for the paper work at all. All we needed now was to talk to someone from Financial that took a little while but hey it was Saturday one of their busy days so we didn't mind having to wait. The staff was so nice. We have to bring our two children, and anyone with kids knows how crazy they can be at times. The offered the girls popcorn, water, and even moved us into a room in the back that was more quite, the room even had a tv score for the kids. Once we were don't talking to Cullen, it was all done and time to take our picture with our new family suv. This was the first time I have ever bought a car and the whole experience was great, we didn't feel rushed at all. We were well taken care of from the time we walked in to the time we left. Darius went the extra mile. Showed him the car and price and he didn't push us for something we didn't want or couldn't afford. So if your looking for your next car, truck, or suv like we were, I would go to Zeck Ford. Best place ever!

We were looking online before purchasing and the best deals kept showing up at Zeck Ford. The moment we walked in we realized this was a cool place. There were TVs everywhere, music was playing, and you could tell who worked there because they all were wearing the same grey "Z" t-shirts. We went immediately to the cars we had expressed interest in online. A few hours later we left with a 2016 Explorer for $28k! It was THE BEST car buying experience my wife and I had ever had. From start to finish this was the smoothest pain free experience I have had when buying a car. The salesmen, Hunter took care of me from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off. Never did I feel pressured into buying a more expensive car as I had been in the past with other dealerships. I'm very indecisive- you can imagine how my search went! They had several great options in our price range and wants/needs. It was great to see cars all in one place. My salesman, Isaiah, was very helpful and great to work with. However, his sales lead was absolutely terrible to deal with. She was rude and condescending and the only reason I continued with the sale was because Isaiah was such a good salesman. He saved the sale for Zeck because I was about to walk out after having to deal with his sales lead. I was told that my vehicle had a new battery and wipers installed and that was a lie. I had to purchase a new battery out of pocket one week after purchase because the old one was factory (3yrs old) and cracked and leaking. 5 out of 10 rating for me.

I was treated as a valued customer. I had many fears about buying a used/new car but my dealer calmed my nerves by detailing the step by step process to purchase a car. It was necessary for the dealer to repeat several items as I became overwhelmed with the process. I must be truthful, I was tired and became cranky, but my dealer stay calmed and tried to make things easier for me. He did a great job. I am absolutely happy with the choice of the new car, the price of the car.

Had to trade in a vehicle with an issue and he worked a fair trade in for that and helped us find a new truck for my husband in our budget. We researched what type of vehicle we wanted beforehand and then found Zeck Ford. They offered the best price for the vehicle we wanted. We did have to renegotiate the value of our trade-in. Staff was good to work with.

EXCELLENT AND BEST DEALERSHIP--DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER DEALERSHIPS LIKE WE HAD!!!!! We had shopped around numerous states with numerous dealerships. Zeck Ford and their staff were completely on top of their game. They did a fantastic job in following up with us, sending photos of different options, and even went as far as calling us to explain the car they ordered for us did not fit their quality standards upon delivery since the Carfax report did not match how the vehicle looked. We truly appreciated this since all other dealerships would not have put forth the time and effort to make sure we, the clients, were taken care of. We were most impressed that they do not pay their salespeople commission. It was explained their sales staff gets paid the same bonus regardless of price of vehicle sold. We had never felt so comfortable in choosing a vehicle since there was zero pressure from the sales staff. They truly showed us our options, answered questions, and stepped back to let us decide. I have recommended their dealership to all family and friends immediately following the whole process with Zeck Ford. Sloan, Gene, Jace, Cullen, and Derek Zeck, were unbelievable!

I came into Zeck Ford after researching different suv's. I love the process that they have and i was able to work with Isaiah Anaekwe. Hands down he is the best sales man that i've worked with and i'm 68 years old and have bought over 25 cars in my lifetime. Go to Zeck Ford and ask for this non commission sales rep. Zek Ford made it easy and painless! I was in and out with no hassle and no problems. I was informed right away of the whole process and everything I would possibly want to know about the car. From the time I submitted an online inquiry to leaving the dealership with my Edge, Zeck Ford made my car buying experience easy, fun and painless (yes, I said fun). Nicole was fabulous to work with - there were no games, no all-night negotiations...she was no-nonsense and made the entire process easy. The drive from south OP was definitely worth it. Ray Mullenaux certainly exhibited a level of care, professionalism and customer service appropriate for that appellation. I was in the market for a fairly specific, specialized vehicle that the folks at Zeck had in inventory. Corresponding largely via email, I arranged to fly to Kansas City, where Ray met me at the airport on his day off and orchestrated the purchase process to get me on the road back home as soon as possible. A shout out also to Cullen Lewman, master of financing, who does his job exceedingly well, and has the same dedication to customer service and efficiency as I experienced working with Ray on the sales side. I'm only disappointed not to be able to take advantage of what looks to be an excellent service department as well.

I had been searching for a very specific vehicle and combination of options, mileage, color, and price. I finally found one at Zeck Ford. I'm from neighboring Colorado and had never purchased a vehicle out of state before. Everyone I spoke with at Zeck Ford was knowledgeable and helpful. Within a day I had spoken to several people to discuss my trade and had answers to the tons of questions I had about out-of-state buying. With a deposit they held the car for a week until I could make the trip from Colorado.I was really nervous that after spending 9 hours driving out to Leavenworth that I was going to get there and have something fall through - that they would offer me less for my trade, or different financing terms, or something else to screw me over. I was pleasantly surprised when the folks at Zeck followed through on everything they promised me and then some! Everyone I had talked to on the phone made a point of coming by to say hello. The car was exactly as advertised.Probably the best dealer experience I've had! The only bad thing about Zeck Ford is that they're 600 miles away.

I had a great experience buying my car. I was told EVERYTHING about this car. They even fixed a few windshield chips that were noticed in their last inspection of the car before I took possession of it. My salesman, Shawn Gunderson was great and didn't pressure me into a sale at all. He was great! I would highly recommend Zeck Ford!
