I recently brought a used car from Eric Foret. He was a excellent sales person and understood both my wife's and my requirements in purchasing the car. He was very polite and did not pressure us in buying the car at he first visit. He understood that I needed to take it to my mechanic before we could discuss a price. Even after the trip to the mechanic, he did not pressure me in buying the car, since my wife was at work. I told him that my wife and I would return later in the evening to discuss the price. We brought the car that evening. I would recommend Eric as the person to see if you are interesting in buying a car. Great Experience.

WE WERE JUST LOOKING AT CARS AND BECAME INTERESTED IN A COUPLE WHEN FRANK VILLALOBOS ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP. WE TOLD HIM WE WERE JUST LOOKING AND THAT WE WERE PRESSED FOR TIME. FRANK HANDED US HIS CARD AND SAID THAT IF WE SAW SOMETHING OF INTEREST THAT HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO ASSIST US. WE CHECKED THE OVER FLOW LOT IN FRONT OF THE MALL AND TOOK DOWN THE NUMBERS OF THREE CARS AND CALLED FRANK AND TOLD HIM WE WOULD BE BY THE NEXT DAY. THE NEXT DAY WE WENT BACK AND THE CARS WERE READY FOR US TO CHECK OUT BUT WE HAD ALREADY MADE UP OUR MINDS ON ONE. WE TOOK A TEST DRIVE AND DECIDED ON THE JEEP CHEROKEE. THE PROCESS OF FILLING OUT PAPER WORK WENT PRETTY FAST SO WAS THE FINANCING AND WE DROVE HOME WITH A NEW VEHICLE. YOU CAN BE SURE THAT OUR NEXT VEHICLE WILL BE FROM ZEIGLER AUTO GROUP. Shout out to Jorge Matos for selling me a brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee when I thought it would not be possible for me to get into a brand new car like this! The process took awhile and I was there for about 5 hours but I ended the day in a brand new car. Trading in a car that was worth way less than what was owed I was shocked to see I was able to get into this brand new car with lots of tech! Jorge was very nice and a great salesman! Also, the financing department was able to find me a GREAT deal considering I was coming into the deal with negative equity. I would buy another jeep from this location!

Not only was he knowledgable on the vehicle but he also listened to what I was looking for and helped me make a decision that I was very happy with. Charlie, the finance manager, had all my paperwork ready for me to sign which was appreciated because this process has taken hours in my previous experiences. Overall, the best experience and selection around!

I am not new to buying a car or dealing with dishonest dealerships Recently I purchased a 2013 dodge challenger from the men at Schaumburg Ziegler Chrysler Dodge and Jeep. I shopped online for fair market deals for months and found one I liked over here then made an appointment to see it. I spoke to my sales man Gerald Cato over the phone. Automatically Zeigler set themselves apart and above the rest because Cato was willing to and did converse over the phone with me about pricing, availability etc.. Most dealerships will tell you nothing to get you there.. Cato valued my time on the phone and gave me a reason to come look at the car. Normally with online shopping the car is never there and I would never waste my time but after speaking to Cato I was more than willing to take that chance. I drove 30 miles and met Cato and surprise to me he had the actual car with the actual price as advertised The price was good but I wanted better and made a set price that I wanted to spend After a few hours of negotiating Cato honored my price and we made a deal. Another thing that set Ziegler from the rest is that I didnt feel that fake salesman pressure from Cato I viewed him as an equal man and that was a huge change from pervious car buying experiences Me and Cato shook hands then it was off to the finance department I thought ok. now this first guy was awesome so the second guy is going to try to rip me off and add on a ton of stupid upgrades etc.. I met with Michael Spooner who I will call Mike. For the amount of money I was spending Mike made me completely feel comfortable Mike is an extremely down to earth man who like Cato gave me the sense that he is trying to help me. Just like Cato, Mike did help me. I went to that dealership with a check from my credit union for 20k and ready to pay extra out of pocket. Mike pretty much gave an extended bumper to bumper warranty for 6 years. Mike was respectful not to even ask what interest my credit union was charging and just let me know what he qualified me for It was 3 points lower than my union. then we talked more and mike told me he could prob drop it down another point if he shops around needless to say 2 days later I drove back to the dealer after I dumped my credit union and Mike did not honor the 3 or 4 percent difference He actually beat that and dropped it by 5 points, I am so thankful of him he saved me thousands I drove the car a few days and notice a few minor things wrong with it so took it back and met with Manny at the service department Turns out the previous owner had upgraded aftermarket parts put on that were malfunctioning not covered form my warranty Manny went straight to the bosses and told me all repairs are on the house Manny gave me a 2016 jeep to drive while my car was in repair and called me almost every day explaining in perfect detail the status of my challenger. Today Im back in my car and I could not be any happier with it and have zero buyers remorse I normally never leave reviews but the amount of professionalism, help, and guidance the 3 men I just mentioned gave me I must give credit where credit is do. These guys sold me a car for life because so long as they are still there I will be buying every future car from them. I have already and will continue to refer anyone I know looking for a car to them. Let me just say again I couldnt be any more happy with my experience with Ziegler thanks to these 3 men. Christmas is around the corner and I hope these 3 guys get an awesome Christmas bonus for doing above and beyond helping me and further making the Ziegler name a name of my own. Thanks guys.

I drove 2 hours to come look at a car. the Internet department was good at communicating. Spoke with Samantha she set up an appraisal and look at a car. When I arrive they tell me yes I have set but they are unable to appraise a car right now or show me the one I'm interested in. Which makes no sense, so I sit there on a Monday morning at 9 am waiting for them to "locate" the car, when instead I found in in the lot and showed them where it was. So they then had to find the keys, it was so unprofessional. Then the salesman named Marc, was way way to aggressive in trying to make a sale. I look at the car for 5 minutes and tries getting me back inside to get paper work together. I want to test drive it and actually look at the history and service report but no, he kept trying to lie to me about making a deal only today it's good. Way to aggressive. All I can say I enjoyed the Maserati Department when I purchase there instead. The Chrysler department needs to be more understanding of their customers!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Tony Braglia for his above and beyond approach to customer service and satisfaction. In today's world, it's not often you come across empowered decision makers. Tony is just that. As an out-of-town customer (2.5 hours out-of-town) his approach was exactly what we needed. We had a service need shortly after purchasing our vehicle from Zeigler. We were a little concerned about how it might be handled as we had to take time off of work to travel to the dealership, and we really weren't sure how long the vehicle would be tied up and if we'd need to make a return trip to pick up our vehicle after service. Unfortunately, we were required to leave our vehicle. When Tony was confronted with our reality that taking time from work to return and pick up the vehicle was going to be a challenge, without hesitation he offered to have our car delivered to us. He also promised to share pictures of the progress of the repair to comfort us and gain our confidence in what Zeigler suggested needed to be done. Yesterday our car was delivered and looked beautiful. We are so pleased that Tony was empowered to offer solutions. Tony did everything he said he would do. His communications and follow-up were fantastic. I never once had to follow-up......I only had to return calls or email that he initiated. Thank you so much, Tony. You are very much appreciated by my wife and family. You delivered as you promised and you saved us time, which these days is at a premium. What a great dealership, and very helpful people. I had been working hard, and finally the day came to trade in my Dodge Dart for a Dodge Charger. I went in, and was dealing with Kevin Bennett who is a great salesperson to deal with no pressure at all. The Sales manager Mike Miller also helped us quite a bit by giving me quite a few options on the table to get my a great vehicle. Kevin, and I did some talking, and we went over a few things then we went, and talked also with Mike Spooner who is the Finance Manager. Mike Spooner, Mike Miller, and Kevin Bennett all helped me get to where I could drive home that night with a brand new 2015 Dodge Charger AWD instead of my Dodge Dart. I couldn't be happier with my car, and if I do ever move from the area you best believe I am going to load it onto a car carrier, and have it hauled up here to deal with them on a trade in. The entire staff is very friendly, and great to deal with a true tribute to the leadership of the General Manager Joe St. Germain, Sales Managers Mike Miller, Lou Lopez, and Mike Borowski. The finance team over there with Mike Spooner leading the way couldn't be in any better hands. I highly advise for you to go there, and go deal with them it will be well worth it. Don't wait go and see Kevin Bennett as soon as you can he is a great man to deal with.

I called in ahead of time to schedule a test drive for a blue 2015 challenger r/t scat pack. I was assured it was in stock and available for a test drive. After an hour plus drive to the dealer, I came in seeing what I thought was the car being parked out front. The salesperson who helped me was kind but only after popping the hood did I realize it was a lower trim. After some talk I found out that the challenger had been sold the prior night. Not only that but I was also informed they would not allow test drives of their scat-pack trim. I left in a calm furry, and was soon called back by the sales people I had talked on the phone in the beginning of the process. They were 2 hours late to inform me of their mistake. 2 hours I spent driving to and from my home for nothing. As is, I find a lack of knowledge by those who answer the phone to be a big problem, along with their communication with the sales team. I spent a sunny Saturday going on what seemed to be a wild goose chase.

Spoke with someone at the dealership to let them know I would be in at 6 for a specific used car. They took my information including telephone number. I also made sure to tell them I was coming from over an hour away. 15 minutes from the dealership received a call asking if I was still coming I said yes that I would be there in 15. Got to the dealership to find out the car was sold two hours prior.

I recently purchased a Fiat 500 Abarth from Ziegler Fiat. It was a great buying experience. I felt welcome, was treated as a highly valued potential client, and was never pressured. In fact, the buying experience started with my kicking the tires on the showroom cars while waiting for service on my existing car. Miguel Pagan - their Fiat Specialist - is absolutely outstanding. He welcomed my tire kicking and explained every feature of the car. His product knowledge and enthusiasm were contagious. When I decided to buy, the negotiation was quick, fair and transparent. I drove away with a car I enjoy and a new partner car enthusiast in Miguel. And by the way, the Fiat service Manager is terrific too.

The reason for my overall rating being 5 stars for this place is because of the gentlemen who helped me. I recently bought a car from Ziegler Chrysler Dealership from Gabriel Jimenez. For anyone who has ventured into the process of buying a car, knows how terribly exhausting, frustrating, and chaotic the process can be. However, I was so thankful to have Gabriel helping me out. He was very "to the point", GREAT sense of humor, respectful and made the process drama-free. I am in love with my Ford Fusion Hybrid. It is a 2010, runs beautifully, has a sunroof. I also love 2 safety features on the car that I had never experienced before. When I put the car into reverse there is a camera that is INSIDE the mirror, it appears when I am in reverse, and then disappears when the car is in any other gear (so as to not distract the driver). I also love the BLISS blindspot technology on both of my side mirrors! Overall, I am more than pleased with my car, and Gabriel made the process far from dreadful---it was simple, clear, and exciting!

We walked in the door just to look at a new Dodge Dart when we were immediately greeted by Gabriel Jimenez. He introduced us to our future car, the 2015 Chrysler 200S, which we immediately fell in love with. Gabriel went through leaps and bounds to find us the right car with all the features we requested. After going on a test drive, we decided to begin the purchasing process. Gabriel was able to work within our budget without being overbearing or pushy. After coming to an agreement to purchase the car, Gabriel spent nearly an hour teaching and reviewing the many features of the Chrysler 200S. Before leaving the dealership, we felt confident in our decision and felt comfortable knowing that Gabriel would be a continuous resource for any additional questions we may have about our new car in the future. In early February I bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from Zeigler. I love this car. I had a great experience doing business with Raul. He was very knowledgeable and an all around nice person. I hadn't driven a manual transmission car for many years, and during the test drive Raul did an outstanding job with helping me out. I would recommend Zeigler to all my friends and family. The staff did a wonderful job getting me a great loan (this was awesome because I am fresh out of college and don't have many years of established credit). Once again, I was so pleased by this experience. If you think about buying a car from Zeigler, ask for RAUL, he was really a pleasure to work with. I bought my Challenger from Zeigler in 2009. From day one they treated me more as a friend than a customer. Every three months for the last 5 years, I've gone to Zeigler for the maintenance on my car. I know when I drive up, someone will be at my side within a minute. Sometimes they're there even before I can get my key off the keyring! I tell them what I need done and I know they'll take care of it quickly. The staff remembers me and my car and makes me feel right at home. Everyone is polite and friendly. I've never felt that their prices were outrageous nor have I ever been pressured to have work done. I do not buy a car until I know exactly what i am looking for. Upon entering Zeigler in Schaumburg, Nick Todorov politely approached my wife and I and asked if he could help. I told him I was looking for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler, Sahara Unlimited, loaded. he pulled on out and we went for a drive. Nick new everything about the car, how to sinc the phones, download music, etc. he answered every question. I received their offer on my trade in, which I felt was low. The actually suggested I take the car to Carmax, just a few blocks away. I did and received about $3500 more than what Zieglar offered. Zieglar was able to accept the Carmax check. After some price negotiation on the jeep, I left with an amazing deal. 100% satisfied. I plan to have all my serivce done at Zieglar.

From the minute I walked in for information on a new car to the moment when I got the keys, Zeigler was fantastic. Everyone there was very helpful and had a great attitude, not pushy at all. As far as my husband and I are concerned this is the best place to take your car and will never deal with any other dealership when we purchase our next Jeep. We was misled by Hawk Jeep in Forest Park,I'll. We took our car in for one thing and they told us we needed 5500 dollars worth of work and our warranty was no good, my husband call Zeigler. Where we purchased the car and got Mr. Joe Germaine. he was outstanding and we took our car into Zeigler , he assured us that he would take care of us. When we picked up our car from Hawk jeep all of a sutton we only needed 2000 dollars for repair.Well we took the car to Zeigler Mr. St.Germain cleared up any doubt about our warranty and fixed the car as well as got a rental which by the way was in the warranty.His quick response and personal handling of situation was outstanding and professional . We will only deal with Zeigler in the future and have told and will continue to spread the good word about this dealership . Also a follow up call by Kristen was made to us to assure us any problem we could depend on them to give us the great service .How awesome is that!!!!!!!!! I would recommend and have recommended to all my friends what a great place Zeigler is to buy a car from because they stand far above the top for great service, Micheal and Sandra Holmes

I want to write this review not just on a one time experience, but on my experiences since I purchased my 2012 Jeep Compass from Zeigler Schaumburg. Allow me to back up a bit: My husband first bought his 2012 Grand Cherokee Laredo. We had a phenomenal experience with salesperson Steve Schafer at Zeigler. We spent a considerable amount of time with him. That, in and of itself, is a huge compliment. I tend to flee salespersons. I never give in to pressure; in fact, salespersons' pressure tactics send me running away (and I don't look back). It was the stellar service that Steve and others (Bob) gave us that sealed that deal. My brother was on the market for a new car. He had a few in mind and rendered considerable research. We went to look at those; but, my husband and I asked him to consider Jeep (the lifetime warranty was a huge attraction). He told me he was just looking; he was NOT buying a car that day. Once he met Steve and confirmed Jeep's offering (lifetime warranty, etc.), he bought a Jeep Cherokee! It was months later, I bought my car, of course!, from Steve at Zeigler. My service has been impeccable, truly, thus far. I have been treated wonderfully. I never feel rushed. Service allows me to ask questions without hurrying me. They take their time to answer (thanks Andy!!!). John Cnota, thanks for your top-notch customer service. Really, you all go above and beyond (service; sales; finance), and it counts! It all matters, and I can say with 100% confidence, that I and your customers notice and appreciate it!!! I cannot speak for my husband or my brother, but they are still going to Zeigler Schaumburg for their service (my brother has closer dealerships to his home), so that counts for something. PS - There's a Jeep dealership about 5 minutes away from my home; I will be coming to Zeigler each and every time with service like this (15-20 minutes away). Keep running the specialty coffees (you once removed them and them put them back on); nice touch of comfort!

Time and time again when I come to this dealership I get a great experience. The latest work on my 2008 Commander is just another example of the great service I got. Items requested were addressed correctly and other potential items were pointed out now when it's less costly to address were also noted. As always, I'll be coming back again. There is some work on the 2002 Grand Cherokee that needs to be done.....

I was looking at a few different Chrysler products; In the end, I was looking to buy a Wrangler or a Patriot - as long as I got a good deal on whichever vehicle I selected. I went to two other dealers in the area and had a miserable experience. In each case, I called those dealers BEFOREHAND and reviewed their advertised prices with the internet sales staff. I was told that those were the prices I would pay. Each time, I sat in the dealership and was ready to buy a vehicle after my test drive; each time I was presented with prices, they were both higher than what was online and what was confirmed over the phone. I determined that apparently this is what dealers do nowadays (it's been twelve years since I did this last). I was angry, but needed a car so decided I would buy it anyways, even though I was going to pay $1,000 more than what they quoted online, and about $1,500 more than what I wanted (the only vehicle in the color I wanted had more options than what were on my list). After we decided on the price and I was about to buy the vehicle, I started playing with my phone and saw a BETTER equipped Patriot (in the color I wanted) at Zeigler for a lower price. The salesman at that other dealership said, "sir, when you get there, it's going to be the same thing, they won't sell it at that price. Go ahead and try, and when they don't, feel free to come back and talk to me, but I can only hold this price until the end of the night, because my manager says he isn't going to lose money on this car at this price again tomorrow." I was fed up. I went out to the lot and called Zeigler from my car, they said, "come in right now, the car is yours at the price we have it listed at." I was at their dealership thirty minutes later, and then an hour after that drove my new Patriot off their lot, at the advertised price. I guess to sum it all up, my previous trips to the other two dealers left me feeling frustrated and annoyed. That is NOT how you are supposed to feel about the experience of buying a new car. It is supposed to be fun and you are supposed to feel like you got a good deal without a guilt trip (such as being told that they are going to be "losing money" on the car). I had a great experience at Zeigler, I had a great experience with my salesman Kenny. He was a great guy and the experience of buying from him was a great one - when I left that dealership, I felt that I got a great deal and didn't feel that they were trying to take advantage of me. Even the overall vibe at that dealer seemed to be better, I actually enjoyed talking with Kenny, there were kids playing foosball and there was a college bowl game on a huge TV in the showroom. It was a relaxed, easy going atmosphere. Financing was great too; everything was explained thoroughly and the process went quicker than I thought it would. When I was taken out to my car to drive it home, Kenny pulled my old car (that I was trading in) into the garage so I could get all of my items out of it, then he programmed my Bluetooth for hands free operation and made sure it worked properly. I am sure I could have looked through the manual and figured it out, but this was a lot easier! All in all, I feel the other dealers did themselves a disservice by not being honest with their advertisements. I am going to be buying a Wrangler in a year or so, and without question I will be going back to Zeigler. Even if it don't end up dealing with Kenny, I got the impression that they just do business the right way there - so I am sure all their salesmen are just as honest and straightforward as he is. Don't even bother going to see any other dealers in the area. There are five or six Chrysler dealerships by me - Zeigler is probably the farthest away of all of them - but I will go there WITHOUT QUESTION the next time I buy, it was worth the extra ten minutes of driving. In the end, I drove off happy with my purchase and my experience - and I love my new Patriot!

Im happy to submit this letter of merit to the Ziegler Auto Group in Schaumburg for their exemplary service and overall customer satisfaction. I recently returned to Ziegler for vehicle maintenance while experiencing some steering issues with my 06 Dodge Ram. I was extremely impressed with both the overall size and functionality of the dealership. From the time you enter the drive-in waiting facility youre immediately met by your service adviser. From there youre directed to an incredibly comfortable and user friendly waiting area, efficiently designed for spacious relaxation or work. To which you can help yourself to the complimentary breakfast bar with an assortment of flavored coffees, and doughnuts while enjoying some morning television on one of several TVs. From the incredible sales floor to the kids center, this dealership has considered the customers overall needs and comfort. Upon completion the service advisor met me at the desk where both he and the mechanic explained to me the results before physically walking me through the vehicle at the lift with every question I had met. Along my 31 mile journey to Schaumburg I have access to several other dealers including (3) additional Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge locations, but none seem to embody the character of Ziegler. Youll never hear the words dissatisfied or average associated with an establishment of this caliber. I had gone to this dealer a while back and had a less than pleasing experience at the hands of their '#1 salesman of the year', so I was a little apprehensive to go back. My wife and I had already purchased 2 Jeep Grand Cherokees from them in the past so we decided to give it another shot. Zeigler had a specific car on their lot that I has been searching for and I am an endless searcher for the perfect car. I went to look at the 2014 Jeep Rubicon that I found online and there it was in the lot so I was able to see it as advertised. Happy with my choice, I went in and was immediately greeted by John Geanakoplos. I wanted to have specific things done to the truck such as a 2 inch lift and upgraded wheels and tires so John brought in Bob Anderson from the service department. We talked at length in regards to having the work done now versus doing after the fact by a secondary repair person as it would not void the warranty and would have full Mopar parts not aftermarket (always have them do the work for this reason if for nothing else). When you price it out you will always find cheaper than the dealer but don't void your warranty. After some spirited banter about the value of the car as I do my homework endlessly before ever negotiating we agreed to terms. The dealership was very busy on this day so we had to wait a bit for the Finance Department. All this while John and Bob were very hospitable (I know there will be those that say 'yeah of course they were, they're selling you a car') but through our conversation and as you can see I can talk, we discussed our passions for Harleys, our kids and their respective high schools and last but not least our passion for muscle cars. I know it was just passing time but they were genuine through the process. We closed out our deal and with not a minute to spare before the New Years Eve snow storm hit, we were driving off in our new 4x4, what a day to make that buy... Anyway as long winded as I am, John Geanakoplos and Bob Anderson brought HUGE redemption to Ziegler after my last experience. I guess selling the most cars and being #1 with your plaque on the wall for the year doesn't make you a great person as proven by the last salesman we dealt with but these gentlemen truly should be Zeiglers #1's. They were presented with a disgruntled past client and turned their opinion around. Isn't this what any boss wants or desires from their employees and management? Remember, just because you don't see the car you want on the dealer lot doesn't mean they cant get it....they will search all other dealers or have the factory make it to your specifications. So if you're happy with a certain dealer, go there. Go here when searching for a Jeep, ask for John Geanakoplos and Bob Anderson and you will not be disappointed.

My daughter and I were greeted at the door by a friendly salesman named Lawrence. He was very attentive to what I wanted for pricing and the type of vehicle I was looking for. We did not walk into Zeigler expecting to buy a new car but the service was excellent and everyone their was genuine and personable. After test driving our Jeep Patriot Latitude we fell in love. At first we were a bit weary of the pricing but the staff at Zeigler did everything they could to get a car that I have always wanted into my price range. i would recommend these guys to anyone, they went out of their way to make our process enjoyable. Every staff we dealt with also had a upbeat attitude and a great sense of humor.

Where to start, a great dealership wont be a great one without having excellent employees and I was lucky to deal with such people; Andy from the service department and Tim from the Spare-parts treated me well all the time. You wont find a review like mine, because I buy used minivans and bring them back to life with OEM parts and certified mechanics know what they are doing. I spent over $ 3500~ in spare parts and service on my recent purchase, 2008 town and country limited. This money is well spent; I fixed everything that I can think about, I got the minivan with 100K miles on it back in August 2013. To summarize, Zeigler was good to me; Tim was always able to match competitors prices and Andy always gave me reasonable estimates that brought me back to the dealer time after time. Andy also is a pleasent guy to deal with, knowledgable and takes his time to explain the problem or the repair. He is not pushy or using scaring techniques to sell you a repair or service. To summarize, I call to check if Andy is at the dealership before I make my trip to Zeigler.

My Jeep Compass will be a year old the end of December and I am loving it. We stopped in to visit Kato last December and when we told him what we were looking for he found it that visit. I have been a customer of the Service Department for over 10 years. Great, Quick and Attention to Detail. Only place I will take my jeeps for oil changes or service. I drive in, report my issue and I am given a solution and quote in a reasonable amount of time. Service Department knows my car and I have always have been satisfied with their work. Recent visit for noise when I was braking and convinced I needed new brakes, was diagnosed as only part of the brake that needed to be replaced. I feel the Service Department is Trustworthy and charge a reasonable price for their work. I would recommend the Service Department to my friends and family.

I had my two kids with me on our car buying journey! I have never in my life had an experience at a car dealership that went this well. The kids has tons to do. They played video games, Foosball, and had a blast as I was engaged with the salesman! This is the second Wrangler that I have purchased from Zeigler and specifically from Steve Schafer. Words cannot convey my satisfaction not only with the Jeep itself but with Steve. He is honest, does not waste time, and treats people with the utmost respect. They are extremely unprofessional! I went to trade in my 2013 Nissan in for a dodge and given a very low offer for my technically brand new trade in almost $4,000 below the actual trade in value. They then asked for $5,000 down to make up the difference. I made it clear I knew where I stood credit wise and especially knew what I should expect as a trade. I asked then to run my credit through (1) major institution Ally Financial and signed that on the credit release disclosure form. The finance guy ram my credit through over 8 different lenders a after promising they would not. They also had me sitting and waiting holding my Nissan keys hostage for over 30 minutes. I asked the salesman Aaron what the keep back was and explained I felt they were fooling around with numbers and I was ready to leave. He then came back with my car keys and I said " I can call you within an hour to let you update you with financing" he never did. I went to Woodfield Nissan the same night and bought a Brand New Altima SV at 2% interest with $1000 down and was given a great offer on trade in for my 2013 Nissan I had traded in. I would NOT recommend anyone go to this dealership unless they want the run around, have their credit run irresponsibly , or want to pay too much. Don't say you were not warned.

Recently had to make an unexpected trip to Zeigler Chrysler due to tire inflation gauge not shutting off after re-inflating left front tire due to seasonal drop in temperature. Originally assessed as having no \chance of same day service, Tom (Service Advisor) showed extreme professionalism and perseverance to ensure the repairs be done quickly and devised a result mechanically to prevent the problem from re-occurring!! The reputation of any business depends on the caring and skills of their entire staff!!

I know the decency and quality of this dealer and I would recommend them to everyone to consider, even though the vehicle I was looking for was not in their stock I did not want to deal/argue/come home feeling like ripped off with any other dealer. Mike (sales manager, and Lawrance my salesman went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking to get. Mike stayed at work until midnight to locate my vehicle, Lawrance drove to pick it up from a dealer that is 140 miles away. Straight forward pricing, easy and honest finance department, (they will not play games with you to bump up your interest rate so they make few more bucks like most other dealers do, you get the lowest best possible rate. If you are in the market for a vehicle,be smart and do your research on the car/truck you want, know how much it really is before you go to dealer and Zeigler may only surprise you with a better number than you are prepared for. You will go home happy.

Buying a car can be stressful, but not at Zeigler Schaumburg. We were welcomed. We knew we wanted the Jeep Patriot and weren't pushed into buying a different car. Kerry Washburn educated us about the SUV, informed us of all buying incentives (which were fantastic) and immediately took us for a test drive. The purchasing experience was easy, we came prepared with a few documents, were given refreshments and our salesman did all the work. Charles offered us a warranty that would have been foolish to refuse, we signed paperwork and drove home in our new Jeep Patriot, that's it! For a good car buying experience, go to Zeigler Schaumburg and ask for Kerry, I promise you, you will be satisfied and leave with a great car and peace of mind.

We should have known something wasn't right when the salesperson asked us to write a good review for them at the start of the transaction. In a nutshell, the used vehicle we purchased in "excellent" condition (the Carfax was fabulous, which is why we bought it) showed a check engine light two days later, requiring $657 in repairs. The dealership didn't file our insurance paperwork, which we learned of through notices from the state and the lender asking us to prove we had insurance. The dealership also did not ask for the title to our trade although we mentioned we had it with us. Days later they insisted we return it in person (an hour drive one way) or pay to overnight it to them. When I arrived with the title, I was greeted warmly and told the finance person would be right with me. I waited for 45 minutes as a few other customers came and went, but when no one came to see me I left it at the service counter. I am glad some people have had a good experience with this dealership, but based on the level of character we encountered throughout this transaction, I would not recommend doing business with them.

At the beginning of summer, we purchased a grand caravan at this dealer. We had multiple problems with the final figures and paperwork. To summarize, the price quoted and informally written by the salesperson was not the price honored when the contract was written which lead to a $2000 higher price than expected. We were also overcharged by $700 and gap loan coverage was added to our loan without the explanation that there would be a substantial charge for this or that this coverage was optional. Terms and coverage of their extended warranty plans were also misrepresented. It took an assistant manager to look into the problems and weeks to get a check for $700. The finance manager did cancel the gap coverage at our insistence. Mysteriously, the informal paperwork with the price quote "disappeared" and the salesperson "did not remember" it. We followed up with a letter to Dodge customer care but never received an acknowledgement of our letter. We also detailed these issues on any phone survey or online survey received but these, too, have been ignored. This was our first purchase from a Dodge dealer after buying Fords for many years from a variety of Ford dealers. We will never go back to Dodge.

I read the reviews even in triplicate but i do not understand why they were so rough. I am disabled and felt the whole staff did back-flips to help me out. The pre-owned charger was in amazing condition and the deal beat every other dealership i went too. I hate used car salesmen just as much as everybody else but this group provided everything and more and i am completely satisfied and look forward to purchasing from the z-team again soon...good job guys :)

Second class citizen should be their motto. The saleswoman Daniela was rude, I had to email her multiple time to try and get answers and it was an overall HUGE time waster as she did not listen or pay attetion at all. I was told they would not negotiate over the phone and that I had to "come in" before she could do anything, (This is internet sales right??) she then promptly asked what my offer was. I gave her my offer then after 2 days went but with no response I sent an email to which she responded "I forgot, what was your offer again" she then sent me a generic email stating that they would have to negotiate in person and when can I come in. This dealership needs to get a clue, I stated that I was over 5 hours away in emails and via phone conversation and the car in question was over 44K and I would not be coming up under the premise that they may or may not negotiate only to waste 10 hours of windshield time and gas. News flash, if your going to advertise on Cars or wherever then you should be prepared for people to call from everywhere and negotiate so you can sell the cars. Needless to say I will not be spending my money or any other time messing with this dealership. HUGE disapointment and would not send anyone to them.

I found a vehicle from this dealership online and was chatting with Lindsey in chat room for this dealership regarding a specific vehicle. One question that was asked was when am I in looking to purchase my next car, and I answered the very next day if the pricing was right. So the next day (Saturday) arrives and I call, to find out if the vehicle I was interested in was still in stock and available and Lindsey assured me that it was. So I drive from the south suburbs to Schaumburg immediately and arrive there in 45 minutes from talking with Lindsey. I was greeted by Dan who informed me the car that I just spoke to Lindsey about was not available but at the body shop. When I asked why Lindsey told me differently and that according to Lindsey the car was available 45 min ago and why not now, he said they just picked it up to take it to the body shop for a dent repair. So I asked why would you do that knowing that I was on my way to your dealership with title in hand for my trade to buy that specific vehicle, and he said that Lindsey was not aware that they just picked it up. Well like I said I was ready to work and close the deal on this car, but Zeigler dealership failed. As far as I am concerned I will never ever set foot in or conduct any business with this place. This is my first time trying to buy a car on my own. Did I choose a bad place to start. First when I got there and walked around there was 3 or 4 salesman walking around not doing anything and none of them even attempted to talk to me. I had to walk in and hunt someone down before I even got helped. Finally I got someone to come out to help. He seemed decent, I let him know what car I was looking at and he went in and got the keys. When he came out again he brought a another guy with him and said he was with another customer and left us with this new guy. This salesman did not care, didn't want to even make a effort on selling me this car. The most he did was turn on the car and unlock the door. He never offered a test drive. He never attempted to take me to get more information about financing. When I tried talking about the price to see what I could get, he said internet price was as low they went without hesitating. He almost acted as though he thought I didn't have the money for this car. Buying a new car should be enjoyable. This experience just left me irritated and unsatisfied for the rest of the day. Think twice before shopping here.

Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee- would not negotiate one penny on price- said no negotiating on "internet" pricing. Newbie salesman misinformed us regarding warranty- then offered us the same warranty he said was included for more money- had to put my coat on and threaten to leave before they did anything for me. If my car wasn't totaled and if I didn't need a car right away I would have told these guys to shove it. Typical "old school" frustrating experience with salesmen trained in traditional sales techniques. I don't know who this works on. It's the 21st century, guys. I had to demand very loudly they put some gas in the car because they wanted me to drive it away on empty.

This place couldn't be worse. It symolizes everything wrong and annoying about buying a car at a dealer. The kid who had been selling cars 7 months recited every line known to car sales BS. All rehearsed, made things up about the product to try to get the sale, then more rehearsed lines when he insulted us with the trade value... $4000 under other offers... and the numbers game began. I sell things so I know the game, and he knew this but still gave me the BS. I don't review anything. This place forced me to. If this was the last place to buy a car, I'd walk. No joke. They even tried to get me to pay OVER sticker playing with the numbers. Overstocked and acted like he was selling me the Mona Lisa. Showed him pricing elsewhere and he called the other prices false at $4-5000 under his. UNBELIEVABLE.
