This garage/dealership is TOP NOTCH! I've been a loyal Service customer for years w/ my 2006 GMC Yukon Denali. Jeff Zapp and his team of service professionals are untouchable. More recently, I purchased a new (to me) GMC Sierra SLT Crew Cab - All Terrain Package from Tom McConnell. Working with Tom was the single best car buying experience I've had to date. His level of professionalism, courtesy to myself and my family, and willingness to help me buy the vehicle I wanted are all reasons why I'll buy future vehicles from Tom. His efforts, along w/ Jeff Klade (Finance Director) and again the Service Team (specifically Jeff Zapp and Chris Cotter) to fine tune my new truck deal made me feel like the most important customer they have. Everything about my experience with Zimbrick was awesome. customer service was perfect. I found a car I really wanted but was unable to drive down to check it out for a couple of days. Tom made sure I the car would be available when I drove down(all the way from Green Bay). When I got there, the car was ready for me to take a test drive, the paperwork was already started and within an hour or so I was ready to drive off the lot in my new car. Everything was smooth and easy and I absolutely love the car. Thanks again to everyone at Zimbrick East Side.

After being dissatisfied with the dealership experience for my previous vehicle, it was a priority to purchase my next vehicle from a dealership that has their act together. Zimbrick Eastside turned out to be just what I needed. They have a great inventory; their website is updated and easy to use; the dealership facilities are clean, updated, and inviting; and the dealership staff was friendly and helpful. Most of my interactions were with my salesperson, Tom McConnell. Tom did a great job answering my questions and making the shopping process as easy as possible for me. I asked to drive several different vehicles, and when I'd return with one, he'd have the next one ready to go. I liked that he let me take my test drives solo, which is definitely my preference. My favorite parts about working with Tom were 1) He's easy going and low pressure. At no point did he ever attempt any of the classic pressure sales techniques. This helped give me a sense of trust/sincerity in our interactions. 2) He went above and beyond to make himself available for questions, etc. Tom gave me his email address and cell phone number, and I used both on numerous occasions throughout the shopping/buying process. It meant a lot to me that he was willing to respond to text messages in the evening and on his days off. Tom even went into the dealership on his day off to confirm my eligibility for a rebate that I found online. All in all, this was a great experience. If Zimbrick Eastside's service department is as good as their sales department, that will be icing on the cake!

I came to look at care later in the evening when the dealership was closed, but Denise came outside to talk to me (even though she was no longer punched in and getting paid.) She was willing to answer any questions we had and direct us in the right direction. She provided us with her card and phone number and told us to give her a call anytime with any questions or concerns. She searched until she found the car with all of the features I was looking for! I come in for oil changes and she will come sit next to me and just chat and see if I am still satisfied with my purchase. I get 2 years of free oil changes and tire rotations. Everyone I have encountered at this dealership had lended a helping hand and a warm smile. I am VERY pleased with the service I have recieved from this dealership and will continue to purchase my vehicles from here, along with refering my family and friends to come here! Check them out!!

11/18/2015 I was looking for a GMC Terrain and spoke with Tom McConnell who was very helpful and patient with all my questions. We talked about what I wanted and needed in a vehicle as I do a lot of driving for work purposes. I wanted something nice and comfortable and within my budget. After choosing one, and getting the amount I wanted for the trade in the rest was easy. Tom took the time to get me connected to On Star and explaining all the features on my terrain. I have been back to the dealership with different questions and Tom is always very nice and takes the time to answer my questions and what is ever more important makes me feel welcome and always tells me that if I have more questions to come back. I was looking for a GMC Terrain and Tom McConnell helped me out. He showed me several vehicles, let me test drive one and showed me a couple more. He was very helpful about questions I asked and was very knowledgeable about the terrains I was looking at. After choosing one, the financing and trade in of my vehicle went well and soon, Tom was getting me connected to On Star and explaining all the features on my terrain. Found our car online through the Zimbrick website. I was purchasing it for my fiancee and it was by far the best vehicle buying experience I've been in. On top of Tom helping her with any questions she had, I had to give it to the finance guy for not trying to sell me unnecessary packages on her vehicle. It took about half the time of my own car buying process too (around 2 hours) and I/she didn't feel pressured. If i'm looking for another vehicle, I'll definitely give Zimbrick another call. I enjoyed it.

I made an appointment to get an oil change. Then I found a coupon for a cheaper oil change at Wilde East Towne Honda, so I asked if Zimbrick would match the price. They said they would not price match, so I got in sooner at Wilde East Towne Honda and got a cheaper oil change. Now I don't bother with Zimbrick.

I came to Zimbrick to look at used Toyota Camry's, but I ended up leaving with a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. My salesman was John Bridgman, and if you meet with anyone at this place, I would recommend John hands down. He answered every single question I had in great detail and even gave me examples to back it up. I went to other dealerships around the area and found myself comparing all the other salesman to John and within 5 seconds I knew I wouldn't be able to buy a car from anyone besides John. John let me test drive a 2015 Hyundai Elantra and I knew right away this was the car I wanted. I came back the next day and bought the car. If you are in the market for any kind of vehicle, John Bridgman is the man you want.

We purchased a 2015 Hyundai Elantra from John Bridgman two months ago. We brought it in for the first oil change yesterday. We had a few questions about some of the features like the "blue tooth" for our cell phones. John was clearly busy with other customers but took the time to help my wife and I get it programmed. My wife and I currently own 3 vehicles all purchased from Zimbrick. Our most recent purchase was a Certified Used Sonata Sedan-Limited Edition. This was our first Hyundai and we had lots of questions. He was very patient in making sure all of our questions were answered. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. John Leung made my purchase experience a very positive experience. I've purchased only a few new cars in my life - most of them have been newer used cars. When I seen my 2015 Elantra on the showroom of Eastside Madison Zimbrick Hyundai I fell in love with it. John was so nice to work with, and with his help we were able to get it done the same day. I also had a bike rack put onto the new car, and John was able to schedule and get that done for me. Hyundai gave me a very nice new loaner car to use while that was being done. I would recommend Hyundai Eastside to anyone looking for a car. I love my new Car!! By the way, I traded in a 2012 Toyota Corolla. I just did not like the design of the 2012 Corolla.

I had previously purchased two Hyundais from the Westside Zimbrick location, but this time decided to make the trip to the Eastside since they had more choices available for what I was looking for. After doing our due diligence, we decided to visit Zimbrick on the Eastside to purchase a used car which we saw on their website and we liked it. Upon arrival at the dealership John met us outside and we discussed the car we wanted, Honda Accord 2012. We took it for a test drive and we got to know a little bit more about John and the car. We happened to have in common being in the military, different branches. He answered all of our questions about the car, and we ended up to purchase it. He made the experience very pleasant! We recommend this dealership, they have nice and good cars, and of course John Bridgman who made it all happened and allowing to drive home the car on the same day!

We spent a Sunday afternoon going from dealership to dealership (12 to be exact!) looking at pre-owned SUVs my husband researched on line. We purchased a Hyundai from John Bridgman a few years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. A couple months ago we were looking to buy a Buick Enclave. I went into the dealership and the salesman took me for a test drive on a used one they had on the lot. He knew we had purchased a Hyundai previously and had worked with John Bridgman. He called John and he came over to the Buick dealership to assist me with the rest of the sale. John really went to bat for us on getting a very, very fair deal on the car. He is no pressure, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to deal with John again on any car that we buy.

My wife and I decided we needed a larger car to accommodate our active lifestyle. We started that process by reviewing several dealerships and car options. We visited and drove cars at several dealerships, but found we were most comfortable and satisfied with our visit to John at the Zimbrick Eastside. He took the time to listen to our needs and give excellent suggestions on additional options after we realized the smaller SUVs weren't going to fit what we needed. There was a no-pressure atmosphere when we left saying we wanted to research this new class of vehicles on our own as well. We came back a couple weeks later and started working on a deal to purchase a used car that John had suggested, and that we found to be an excellent fit. The SUV not only what we decided were our "need to haves" but also several of our "wants". John was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process making us feel valued and appreciated. I came looking for a 4 wheel drive specifically NOT a van, and needed to be able to pull a pop up camper. John Bridgman took the time to find out total loaded weight of my trailer to make sure I had the correct towing capacity. Turns out what I was looking at before I saw him, would have ruined the vehicle by pullling the trailer. He found me the perfect car. It was a lease return and as soon as it showed up on their inventory, he called me, drove it to my work for a test drive on my lunch break and I bought it after work that evening. It took a little time to find the right one, but with his tenacity, honesty and patience I have the car of my dreams!

This was by far the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. The Sales Person we worked with made it not only painless but fun! Keith Cone went above and beyond to get me in the right vehicle at the right price. The Packer Green and Gold balloons was a nice touch when I came to pick up my new Sentra. Plus he took the time to show me all the bells and whistles & explained how they worked. I will definitely be a repeat customer to Keith Cone and Zimbrick Nissan. This was my first experience buying from a dealer, I was quite unfamiliar with the process and somewhat wary. I did have a very specific idea of the car I wanted and why I wanted it. After viewing the vehicle online, I contacted the dealership and was put in touch with sales representative John Bridgman. John spent time discussing the purchasing process with me as well as addressing concerns I had about the vehicle itself based on extensive research of the model year and reliability, etc. I felt John was informative and fair in all of these conversations. He provided me ample room and time to make a final decision with my wife. It did not seem to me in this case there was much room for price haggling because of the time the car had been on the lot, I did not really press this issue. The financing quotes and the process of purchasing/paperwork with the dealership's business manager were all agreeable. I can't speak to whether I got the ultimate deal or not, being very unfamiliar with this sales environment, however I felt like John Bridgman had a plainspoken and very fair way of presenting the options and working with me through the buying process. While I have not had it for that long, I am currently happy with my purchase from Zimbrick and would recommend others consider it.

I was in desperate need of a new-to-me car and called John Bridgman to help me find something in my price range. I was expecting to just find a decent used car but John found a 2015 Hyundai Sonata for me to lease. I had never leased before, but they explained all the details and let me make the decision for myself. The entire process took just four days, from first calling John to finalizing the paperwork and picking up the Sonata. John and everyone else I met and worked with at Zimbrick Eastside was a "real" person, they didn't operate from a script and were genuine and honest. Everything about the selection and buying experience was EASY and I couldn't be happier with my new Sonata!

I have a 2011 Nissan Murano that I purchased new. Last fall I purchased 2 tires that were highly recomended by the service person. I am extremely happy with the tires and the service. I then purchased a second set a couple months later. I was told at that time the original tires I had still hade adequate tread. The original tires had little to no traction and I was very unhappy with them. It was nice the service department wanted to alert me to the fact I could continue using those tires but I didn't want them. So far so good. Here is what I cannot understand. Tire rotations. Why do you charge us for rotation of tires?? If you purchase the tires at most places, they include tire rotation for life. It's a policy at Discount Tires, Tires Plus and even Costco. I called Discount Tires and they rotated them for FREE even though I didn't purchase the tires there. I have talked to the service people about this and the response I got was they often promote by 3 and get 1 free. The other places I mentioned have that also but include lifetime rotations.

Car shopping for my fiance and myself started about six weeks ago. We are from Illinois and had spoken to and gone into six different dealerships in the Chicago land area. I am not going to even begin to explain what the experience in those dealerships was like, it would take many pages of anger and frustration. The last dealership in Illinois was Jidd motors in Des Plaines, Illinois, by far the worst dealership in Illinois if not the country. My fiance found the Pathfinder we were looking for on the Zimbrick Nissan dealership in Madison, WI. I looked at the car online but there were no pictures, So I decided to call the dealership and ask if it was still available. I spoke to Ryan Wilmot, he said it just came in yesterday and he hadn't had the chance to put pictures online yet. I asked him if he could possible email me some pictures of the car. Within 20 minutes I had several pictures of the car. I was impressed by not only the car but by the promptness of Ryan. I call him and told him that we had financing available, a trade in vehicle, and a down payment. The financing we had could not be used at this dealership. He asked if I wanted to my financing though them. I said not because Jidd motors had run our credit and given us 11 hard inquires. He said I understand I hope we can help you in the future. That Monday night after talking with my fiance we decided to give them a shot. We did the credit application. At 840am Tuesday morning Ryan gave me a call to say I am going to run some numbers and see what the best deal available is, don't leave your house until we have got something good. for the next couple hours Ryan and I exchanged calls to work from different angles on the financing, He kept me in the loop on every ongoing though the process. The last call cam about 1130am. He said I got you a great deal. Not only during the entire process did he keep me informed but managed to beat my banks interest rate. On this note I would like to thank Bill Weber in the finance department for making this work for us. Ryan said you ready to come your new car. We will see you in 2 hours I said. When we arrived Ryan said lets go look at your Pathfinder, not lets take a look at your trade in, or lets argue about trade in value. Not one time was I haggled, mislead, or put in a position of bargaining. Ryan and Bill took the time and put in all the effort from beginning to end to make this an enjoyable experience for us. When it came time for the paperwork, nothing was kept secret or hidden in writing. It was laid out for us, explained and every question was answered. As we were about to head back to Illinois in our new car, Ryan said let me get a picture. I thought why would he want a picture. on the drive back I received and email from Ryan with the picture of us with the car and a message saying thank you for taking the time to drive up here and your business. All I can truly say is Ryan and Bill please don't retire anytime soon, we will be back to purchase ALL of our next vehicles though your dealership. You have restored my faith in the customer comes first and your professionalism throughout the process was outstanding. Thank You so much for a great experience.

first we have purchased many cars from zimbrick i.e. 2 new mercedes 1 used 1 new bmw 1 new saab. We have always received perfect service until we visited the east side budget dealership and a salesman named John, he was horrible he was rude, crude and had a I could care less attitude, after making a reasonable offer on a car he rolled his eyes laughed shook our hands and said "bye" nothing else. We have always recommended Zimbrick , even had our kids buy there but NEVER again and we will never buy from Zimbrick again

After having a great experience at Zimbrick Hyundai Eastside, I decided to return to Zimbrick Eastside when I was in the market for a new Nissan Frontier. While they didn't have the exact truck I wanted in stock, I was assured that they could get what I wanted within the week. I even gave 4 color options that I'd accept. In spite of the fact the Sales guy, Ryan Wilmot, miscalculated the payment several times...and failed to note that my employer had a discount with Nissan for an additional discount, I accepted their offer for my trade and we agreed on a price for the truck. I signed paperwork committing to the purchase. The next day they told me they had located the truck. The next day they said no one was calling them back (meaning, I assume, dealers who actually had trucks). Essentially one day before my deadline (I was traveling the next day) Wilmot told me he couldn't get a truck. I was very disappointed at promises made that they were not able to keep...promises they knew they couldn't guarantee they could keep. At no time did they indicate anything but confidence that I'd have an acceptable vehicle within my timeline. I feel I was deceived, if not lied to. Wilmot's ineptitude ruins Zimbrick's otherwise fine reputation for me. Fortunately I was able to find another desirable Frontier in stock at Kayser Nissan across town. I purchased it the same afternoon Zimbrick's Wilmot disappointed me.

This dealership just plays games, pushes to try and get you in the dealership instead of being honest. I have caught them play the price game several times while looking for a SUV. Do yourself a favor and stay away. No one needs a crooked dealership when buying a new truck.

We searched for a 2011 Chevy Tahoe on cars.com and set up an appointment with Clay Luttrell who contacted us after we sent an inquiry on line. Clay was very kind and went out of his way to make our time worthwhile. We had to go to Zimbrick again after we purchased this vehicle to have a tear in the back seat repaired. Again, Clay went above and beyond to make us happy! He even topped off the gas tank for our trouble of having to go back. What a guy! I would highly recommend Zimbrick, especially Clay! We will always keep Clay at Zimbrick in mind when shopping for vehicles!!!

I visited Zimbrick's eastside showroom to look at a used car. In the process, they asked to appraise my used vehicle for a trade. What they can back was about 40% below what other dealerships offered, and kept mentioning issues about my vehicle as well as things that will likely go wrong soon that would cost thousands to repair. They used many scare tactics to make me feel that their offer was well above what the market price of my vehicle was. Afterwards, I took my vehicle to the factory service center, and was told everything was in pristine condition. The experience really turned me off from buying from Zimbrick--they don't seen honest and don't care about the their customers.
