Josh and Michael at the Akron location made our buying experience a 10/10. They were upfront and honest. Josh gave us every detail about the truck, he was very knowledgeable. Michael went above and beyond with our credit situation and helped us come to the best decision. I will return to Zombie John's for our next vehicle. Hands down best buying experience. I have to say this is one of the best experiences that I have had with a car lot. The car is actually as good as it was in the pics. I had issues with my bank and couldn’t get all my money out and Mike went above and beyond to help me. I paid for the warranty just like anybody should do if you have the money to do it. However, the cars are not junk like at other dealers but it’s better safe than sorry. I don’t see how anybody can give this place a negative review. You are buying a used car. You can’t expect it to be perfect. Thank you guys for the great car and all your help!

I was in need of a cheap work truck quick. Andrew was a huge help getting me the Dakota I bought. 8 months and 25,000 miles later the truck is still running good. They gave me a great price and it’s the best deal I have ever had. Best dealership ever. Thanks again to everyone at Zombie John’s.

Zombie John's is a place with friendly people and quality vehicles. The employees are nice as can be and helpful too. The car I purchased needed a few things done and before I mentioned them they told me what they were and were going to fix them at no cost to me. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Zombie John's to anyone.

I had been looking for a 2014 Chevy Equinox for almost six months. I had a specific budget that I admit was low for the vehicle I wanted. The staff at Zombie Johns located a 2015 Equinox instead with just 4000 miles on it for just a little bit more than I was willing to pay for the 2014 model! Needless to say I purchased it right away. They really do have wholesale prices there!

We were looking for a car and made an appointment to look at a car at another car lot, when we showed up they were closed and it was 1 of only 2 cars on the lot. We left and went driving around and happened to see a car at Zombie John's, so we pulled in to take a closer look. Everyone was so nice and easy to deal with there! I saw a SUV on line and went to see it. When I arrived at the Dealership I was greeted friendly and with courtesy. I figured since I was 18 and had no credit or co signer I'd get the same response I received at the other Dealerships. But I was amazed! They Guaranteed they could help me and holly smoke...they did.
