Upon reading a review on hidden fees and the response by the dealership, we were prompted to write this review. We were advised of thousands of dollars of fees only after we spent much time selecting a couple cars to buy - so many fees that it was a deal breaker and we wasted our day. So maybe we missed the fine print somewhere too but ended up buying certified pre-owned vehicles from a dealership and are very happy.

This dealership offers great customer service and they are easy to finance with also the buying process was easy and they had me off the lot with my brand new car in less then a hour. I highly recommend this dealer if your looking for honest people and a affordable car . Thanks again

This is the first car I ever bought sight unseen. The beemer was exactly as described, and the experience was very professional every step of the way. Amazing experience and they delivered to my doorstep. Wow!

Prices look to good to be true.. low mileage, recent model... then when your ready to negotiate - you can't because the website displays wholesale pricing and you have to pay almost $1000 is "retail transfer fees" Cut your losses and look elsewhere.

First off, I'd like to say that these guys are actually really nice, and were willing to answer any questions about the cars, and let me go for a test drive. I bought a 2013 dodge challenger sxt, after a preliminary test drive, and knowing it's been in a bit of an accident. Finance: Their finance guy really did help me out with this car, I managed to get a deal with him, even though my credit wasn't the best out there. He helped me out as best possible, and gave me a deal that no other dealership did. Sales: Their guys were all willing to help me out, I had no problem with the sales guys, especially with the girls on the phone calling me for every step on the way The car itself: I took account for the accident, and the price given wasn't bad at all. They even had a well known certified mechanic take a look at the car before it went out, due to a leaking issue too! The only problem is that the car overheated, and their mechanic had no idea what was up. The car had basic warranty left on it, so I took it to the dealership and it drives perfectly well. Great dealership, set in a offset location in morris county. Just make sure you know if you're getting a USED car, then there is a possible shot that there could be something wrong with it. Go with something low mileage if you have any doubts, manufacturer's warranties are a godsend. If it wasn't for the mechanics who couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car.... five stars!

I am very happy with the whole team at Zoom. From start to finish there were no problems. My sales person was nice, attentive, and informative. I am a NYS Police officer and I don't like any nonsence, I came to buy a car. I wasn't givin the normal "Sales Routine" They answered all my questions, Gave me a fair price for my trade, and I was in and out in less than two hours. HOME RUN !!! I will be back again !!! I would've loved to give them 5 stars overall. I bout a Subaru Legacy May 8th 2015 from Carlos & his team (which was very pleasant to talk to & work with). I was given 20 day out of state temporary tags. I was told the title would be sent to me at the lastest in 14 business days. Cashiers check cleared from my federal credit union & all. May 26th im calling to find out from their title depart whats going on. Im trying to give them every benefit of the doubt. After talking to SABRINA (who also said to me in so many words not to worry about driving around on expired temporary tags was ok just call them) Finally on the 29th of may after harassing them & damn near threatening them with a Lawyer. My title was overnighted & finally arrived June 1st. June 8th my title was changed over by Maryland & mailed to my house waay faster then it took The Auto Zooms Group to ever send it. Moral or the Story When you find a car you like from them.DO THE TITLE WORK YOURSELF or get someone else to do it & save yourself the $2-500 process fee they charge to get you paperwork taken ar of a month later.

Spoke with representative over the phone about price of vehicle. Went over four times how much everything would cost including taxes and fees. Repeated myself four times the amount, rep assured me would be the same price when I got there to purchase vehicle. Thirty minutes later rep act is he knew nothing of what we discussed and attempted to add on additional fees. Completely wasted my time just to get me on the lot. Not a great experience.

I had a great experience with Allen (manager) when I bought my 2012 VW Jetta 2.5SE about two weeks ago. It is early to say but so far I am happy with it. The car was very and well kept as most of the car seen on the lot. All are well priced and will recommend to anyone. Please give them a chance to serve you! You will save good amount of Money! Read fine print front and back. Deposit money is not refundable like every other dealership. Salesman never mention it, til you want it back then refer to small print on back of page 2.

Glad that I drove the distance to take advantage of a great deal on a solid car. The dealership isn't a beautiful location but I was buying a car not the dealer's decor. I was able to purchase the car quickly on the spot. Would recommend.

My parents recently retired and are moving to FL. My husband and I wanted to surprise them with a new car to drive down in. We test drove the Audi then saw an XF that caught my eye. We ended up getting them that car with all the works. They had a safe drive down which was most important to me. Upon their arrival, they called to say they love the new car. No issues, maybe an oil change soon. Thank you guys for your help. Buy more Jaguars,maybe my husband will surprise me with one someday too!!

Current grad student who was looking for a nice used economical car. Allen worked the deal to make payments/ interest affordable & within my budget. Professional and diligent. I didn't want to make a rash decision and buy smart but he did a explained the deal thoroughly and I left with my car that same evening. Super happy about this purchase.

Zoom was great! I just got a 2011 Mercedes GL450 and no other dealer was able to beat their price. Our salesman, was a pleasure to deal with and most of all he was very patient with us. The customer service and pricing at Zoom is unbeatable.

I bought a 03 Highlander from these guys. The price was very good, but you get what you paid for. Since I bought the car in January, I've had some unexpected repairs. The O2 sensor had to replaced ($600), and so does the AC compressor (dealer wants 1,100 to fix). They also promised me a spare tire. They gave me one that had a crack in the rim, and so they said they would replace it. That was 2 months ago. They haven't returned my emails when I ask about it. I also had to wait two months to pick up the car because when they sent it out to paint the bumper, the garage left the windows open during hurricane Sandy. It took them two months to fix some electrical issues. When I picked up the car, the left side speakers didn't even work. Again, you get what you paid for. I would have just walked away but the price was the lowest I found, so I just stuck with it. My last complaint is that they don't offer financing in house. You have to drive to Teterboro to get financing from some 3rd party that charges a bunch of mysterious fees. Good prices, but overall, I wouldn't go back.

we are very pleased with the car we bought for our son. Service was great, car was well maintained and all necessary repairs made. We had a few issues with fuses/lights but it was an inexpensive fix and not unusual for a car this age/mileage.

We recently bought a used car, Audi A6. The service initially was great. Nice people, friendly communication via phone and email. We only had a short amount of time to buy a car, due to another dealership who in the end couldn't deliver the car. We payed a significant amount of money for a used car of 2006. Everything looked ok and we picked up the car. They also sold us an insurance, which looked convincing. They ensured us the car was checked and in perfect condition. The testdrive didn't show any flaws, so we trusted the salesmen. Although there was a small hall in the tire, we had it fixed ourselves and didn't want to bother Zoom Auto Group.When we then took it to the MVC, it didn't pass the exam. We had it inspected by an Audi dealer and we were told it needed immediate maintenance. Of course we realize this was probably lower if we went to an alternative garage, but it at least told us we had bought a car that was not in good condition. We also checked the Carfix report with the Audi dealer and there was no maintenance done earlier this year.We called Zoom Auto and then the trouble started. They said we signed a form agreeying we could not claim the standard 30 day warranty and they could not help us. In the process of buying a car, they have not clearly explained this to us. You get a lot of papers to sign and don't expect them to let you sign such a form. Yes we agreed to buy the car in the state as is, but since they explained the car was checked and in good condition, we expected this to be ok. After multiple calls and emails they agreed with a check at a garage of their choice, to get it passed the MVC exam. This was a minor fix, not even on the list of the total repair cost. The warranty they sold us didn't cover anything, so that money was gone too.After explaining them we had no other choice than to take legal steps, they agreed to pay for the small repair (fix a indicator light in the dashboard) to pass the MVC test. They simply refuse to do anything about the rest of the repair cost. Please be aware if you buy a car from Zoom Auto Group.

We had a great experience with them. Our salesperson was John. Everything went smoothly and he explained everything, including the fact that they don't fill up the gas tanks due to the fact that they are a wholesale dealer. We understood that they sell so many vehicles per day that it would just be too costly for them. I saved money and time by handling everything over the phone. We knew the prices of the vehicles that we were interested in before we arrived. He explained that the process would go smoother if we had some idea of what we wanted and we were able to submit our trade information online before we even got there. Once we arrived, we realized why he said it would go smoother if we knew what we wanted because they have so many cars. John greeted my husband and I when we arrived and explained the whole process and even though it's different than most dealerships, at least the ones that we were use to, we were very happy with everything. There were no surprises and he wasn pushy at all. What a relief it was to meet a salesperson who was nice and understood our needs. I have recommended John to everyone I know wanting to purchase a used vehicle. The process was quick and easy. I can tell you that it is one of the busiest dealerships that we have ever seen, for such a small facility. We could see John was busy with other customers, but he always stopped to take the time to make sure that we were comfortable. We drove off with our vehicle and we were very happy. See John he was absolutely wonderful! We will be back for our next vehicle! Thank you John and thank you Zoom Auto!

I waited 30 days to write this. I absolutely love my new civic. It's not actually new, far from it, but even though its a 2001 with a lot of miles the car feels and looks like new. This is more of a testament to what a great car the Civic is but the guys at Zoom were wonderful too. Very friendly and not just before they got my money! A week after I bought the car Jason called me to make sure everything was going well and to let me know the title was on its way. If you're shopping for a car you should definitely give these guys a shot.

Found a Mercedes e 320 from Zoom worked out all the details and agreed on a price.Put down a deposit and completed all the paper work,I agreed to come pick up the car in 4 days.On the day before pick up they called me to confirm what time I was coming and they told me everything was good to go.On pick up day I as was driving 15 minutes away from the lot they call me and say the deal is off because they cannot find the title.I came to find out they had put the car on the market again after I had secured it and sold it for a higher price, very bad salesmanship and very, very, unprofessional wasted my time and gas.Would never recommend this dealer.
