I purchased a truck from this location and I can’t talk enough about how amazing everyone here was! They truly went the extra mile to get me in the vehicle I wanted. All of the staff is very personable, compassionate, and has the drive to go out of their way to please they’re customers. I’m also a first responder and they all show their appreciation to all the men and women first responders. After going to a hand full of main stream dealers in Washington and Greene County the people at Cochran set them self’s apart from all of the other corporations. In the future I will always go to the kind people at #1 Cochran to purchase vehicles. They truly care about they’re customs. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future. I can’t say thank you enough!!!!!!!

Replacing a previous review with 5++ stars. John, Christine, and everyone at this location went above and beyond to complete our purchase with all of the terms. The car did get a new grill. It was done in under 24 hours with a loaner car. I returned and was in and out in five minutes with a pristine vehicle (so clean and shiny!!) and a full tank of gas. The place is inviting and comfortable. Highly recommend shopping preowned at this location.

James and John were knowledgeable, professional and best of all they didn’t pressure us to buy. They worked around our busy schedule to ensure we got the car we wanted. Financial process was quick and easy. Christine was very knowledgeable and experienced; so she was able to answer any questions we had. Our experience was amazing!! We highly recommend if you are looking for a used vehicle to check them out!!!!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this dealership, I don’t think I’ve ever had fun buying a car before! Colin was so helpful and his love and knowledge of cars made the whole process so much more enjoyable. Every staff member we met was so helpful, honest, and friendly. This is the best used car dealership I’ve been to and I would send anyone there in a heartbeat!

John, Christine, and Brian were amazing. I can't even begin to elaborate on how fast and easy the buying process was. They got me an excellent deal on the car I wanted with a great low rate. I highly recommend #1 Cochran for a great car buying experience.
