This is our 3rd car that we bought from 802 Toyota and thought the service and price was great. Phil Lord was our salesman. He was really nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend asking for him. He will walk you through the whole process. Once my wife and I knew what we wanted, it took 3 hours from start to finish to trade in our old car and walk out of 802 Toyota with a new car.

802 Toyota had the exact Tacoma I wanted in stock, so I decided to contact them and arrange a visit. I had some complicating circumstances but the sales staff were able to work with me to sell me the Tacoma they had, which was the exact truck I was searching for. I went in, drove the truck, and drove it home all within a couple hours. Pricing was fair, and the whole process was relatively efficient and customer focused. I'll certainly consider this dealer in 20 years when I am ready for a new Tacoma :} Thanks guys.

I had a great experience last week at 802 Toyota. Eric Lane and I had been exchaning emails for a couple weeks. He asked me to stop by and take a look at some numbers to see if we could work a deal. I never imagined I would be driving home in a 2015 Tacoma, my first NEW vehicle. Eric and Cat were awesome, they made the process fun and not stressfull. Never once did I feel pressured. I will go back for sure!

I had to buy a car over the weekend and Shane made sure I had what I wanted and I at the price I wanted. The paperwork was simple and efficient and the facility is comfy and accommodating (they have a drive in service center!) I noticed all kinds of people waiting for their repairs that had plenty of space and amenities (wireless, changing tables in bathrooms, coffee and hot chocolate, etc) so your wait was as productive and comfortable as possible. Highly recommend you call Shane for your next car!

When Shane #1 greeted me on the sales floor, the first thing he said to me was "Excuse me sir, didn't you have pants on when you came in here?" A valid question that deserved an answer. So my reply was "Do I detect an accent? Doesn't sound like you're from here. New Hampshire, perhaps?" After the standard greetings and salutations were exchanged, I was test driving a Highlander. Fully clothed, mind you. After the test drive, I was introduced to the sales manager, Cat. I'm allergic to cats, but not people named "Cat," so everything was going to be ok. Cat was super friendly and very helpful. She asked me what other vehicles I was considering, to which I replied "the Bugatti Veyron." To which she replied "the Highlander has more cargo space, and is actually obtainable." It was hard to argue with her logic, so I began to lean towards the Highlander. Well, 802 didn't have the Highlander in the color I was looking for: Electric Fuchsia Disco - which apparently doesn't exist. So Cat was able to locate my second color option rather quickly. And the service folks were able to add all the accessories I wanted with the exception of the TRD periscope, which also doesn't exist. At closing, I was introduced to Shane#2, who walked me through some features and options and what not, and he even drew me a nice picture. I think it was of a panda bear. Shane #2 was just as helpful and friendly as Shane #1. I've numbered the Shanes in the order that I met them those numbers are not based on handsomeness. I would call that a tie. While my account of every detail regarding this transaction may be slightly inaccurate, my experience with these three people at 802 was top notch. I find the process of purchasing a car to be an unpleasant experience. This was not. PS - Shane #1 is from Australia. So I was close.

Brought back a RAV4 after local garage said that it was badly out of line. Since it had just had a recall, I talked with a service adviser who started screaming at me in the public area when I mentioned what the local certified mechanic had said. Accused me of being antagonistic when I tried to interrupt his tirade. Would NEVER walk through the door of this dealership again. I am a senior citizen and would advise others to beware.

I was lucky enough to work with Shane Sheeran for over a month and a half on purchasing a new car from 802 Toyota. He helped me out significantly when it came to learning more about the leasing route. Also, from the day after I left 802 Toyota after realizing I needed to try to sell my old car first, he respectfully kept in touch with me via email regarding my attempt to sell my old care. Called several dealerships in the area with questions and quote requests. 802 Toyota exceeded the others on all levels and most importantly price. We spoke with Shane Sheeran about a 2014 Toyota Camry LE and the great deal he quoted us over the phone was the exact same deal we walked out of there with. None of that let's get them in here or sorry that deal is no longer available stuff you find at some other dealerships. Not to mention the Camry he had waiting for us was a perfect match and a color we had never seen before but yet was the color my wife liked the most of all available colors. Shane is GREAT to work with and when the need arises again he will be our first call.

Easy to communicate with. Sam Clark was a great salesman to deal with. He was friendly and knew the vehicle, was very knowledgeable. The process was simple, not confusing. My husband and I walked in with out an appointment hoping we would find a better experience in the Toyota dealership than the dealership we had just visited previously. We were immediately greeted by Kip who sat down with us and asked us detailed questions on what we were looking for in a vehicle - and even asked us what we did not care about. We felt like he was very open and upfront on what they had available and what he thought would best meet our needs - without trying to pressure us to consider more expensive vehicles we clearly had no interest in. We had a very comfortable test drive in a vehicle my husband chose, a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with a V6 engine. Although the vehicle's gas mileage was not has high as I was hoping to get (hwy mpg is 26, I hoping for better than 30...) we loved everything else about the vehicle and felt like we made an great deal on it. The final process felt more like reasonable negotiating rather than high-pressure haggling. My only complaint is that the final processing of the paper work for the financing and sale took a very long time. There was only one person handling this part of the process and my husband and I were at the end of the line. But, overall, I would recommend the Berlin Toyota dealership.

I was looking for a used vehicle, preferably a RAV4,and found a few on the 802 Toyota web site that looked promising. I contacted them and received a follow up phone call almost immediately.Everyone involved was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Starting with sales assistant Janet Hatch who I spoke with on the phone. She gave me additional information regarding vehicles I had seen on line and pointed out others that might be a good fit for me. The next day, without an appointment, I went to the showroom with my sister in tow. Janet was at the reception desk and greeted me and my sister enthusiastically, we chatted a bit and she found us a Sales Consultant, Sam Clark . Sam was very knowledge about the vehicles I was looking at and cars in general. My sister and I put Sam through the wringer with lots of questions, taking the vehicles out multiple times and pressing him to get the best deal. Throughout the process he was very pleasant and helpful with out being pushy. After I decided on one particular vehicle we started negotiations. Sam (and 802 Toyota) gave a little and I gave a little reaching an agreement on a price that I think we both felt good about. We then worked with Business Mgr. Desmond Culcleasure who was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. While we were waiting for the paperwork the owner Dave Birmingham stopped by with his dog (Bentley?) and chatted with us, making sure we were being well taken care of, which we were. Another employee, Cat Arnold, sales manger also came over to chat and like everyone we dealt with was super friendly. All and all it was a great experience! I would highly recommend Sam Clark and the gang at 802 Toyota to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used.

Sam and Cat worked hard to get me into a bigger truck, Tundra. I happened to stop in one afternoon on a whim to see what they had that i might be interested in. Before i knew it they were making me an offer i couldn't refuse! They knew that I did not have to trade and that I could certainly continue with my Tacoma, but with an offer that was as lucrative as what they were presenting me....well, I am now driving a Tundra! This was my first car buying experience. Stopped in after passing up a deal at another dealership. Corey was able to assess my needs, find what I was looking for, and remain flexible during the Holiday (Thanksgiving) season. The write-up process is worth pointing out as a negative portion of the experience solely due to wait time (5+ hours), but I think this was an isolated case. Would certainly recommend this dealership & Corey Morine to a friend!

The Internet certainly helps in finding a new Tacoma with the specs and color that you desire. After talking with several dealerships in both NY and Vermont (I live in the Adirondack region of NY), I chose 802 Toyota of Berlin, Vt. Through Sam Clark in the Sales Department, we talked terms on a Sunday!! (He gave me his personal phone number) and closed it on Monday. He was upfront, knowledgeable and enthusiastic in his conversations with me. The truck was ready to be picked up IN 24 HOURS, where the paperwork was ready and Sam's instructions on setting up the many options were thoroughly explained and performed. Questions I had that he didn't know the answer, he soon found out for me. I thought the pricing was very competitive and would highly recommend people (esp those of us that live "across the pond" in NY) to consider this relatively unknown dealership for their next Toyota.

I called Sam Clark knowing exactly which car I wanted to buy. He responded quickly and with the utmost professionalism. I live in New York and Sam personally drove the car to my door, had all of the necessary paperwork in hand, met me with a fair trade in value and a fair value on the Matrix I was buying. I got home today to find the title had been overnighted to me as well. Do yourself a favor, if you are tired of car-buying hassles, go straight to Sam Clark at 802 Toyota. If he doesn't have an answer, he is quick to find it and communicates both effectively and in a timely fashion. I could not give Sam a higher recommendation or I would. I had stopped by to test drive a 2014 Corolla and Chuck Heingartner was the sales who helped me. he was patient, listened to where I was coming from, what I was looking for, and didn't try to pressure me. I enjoyed my test drive, then took some time to research, and explore options on the 'net. I have been buying and leasing cars for over 30 years and I have never gotten the level of service that 802 Toyota provided in my last 2 automobile transactions. The 1st one was a car for our 16 year old son who just goty his license and we needed something safe and reliable and Chucky found us the perfect car for a great car. The sales process was easy and no high pressure. When we had a few minor problems after the sale they took care of them goodwill and never charged us. The 2nd was a lease on a 2013 Toyota Venza AWD. We have leased our past 8 cars in the last 12 years and they made the process so simple. I have recommended many friends from Stowe that have gone and and received the same excellent service from Chucky and the entire team at 802.

I have leased 6 vehicles in the past 10 years and this was the best experience I have ever had!!! I will recommend them to all my friends and family!!! I purchased my 2nd Toyota tundra from 802. Shannon Bolduc is the best. She worked very hard to find the right truck and deal. to Make sure I was happy with every detail. She treated us like a family. She lead us through step by step, trying different vehicles. colors to make sure I had the right vehicle for myself. She went to bat to get my price to what she needed so i could upgrade to a new tundra. The whole experience was great. The finance manager was very knowledgeable and quick. The longest part was them working with the banks to get the best rate for me. Toyota came through with that. Only wish she was closer. I live in Newport VT so it is a drive, but well worth it. So Thanks again to Shannon and 802 for making the process as good as it can be.

802 Toyota was more than willing to honor a lease that was advertised on line for a specific Rav4 while another large Toyotal dealer in the state would not. I walked out with a 2012 Rav4 only a few hours after I entered the dealership and it was on a Saturday!

We had been searching for our new SUV for about and month and were getting frustrated with other dealers. I contacted 802 Toyota about several vehicles we were interested in. We got quick responses and they were ready when we came in. They let us drive several vehicles before we settled on the one we liked. I have been searching for that perfect vehicle for a while and have yet to find it. I was very impressed with the amount of time Sam spent with me and the incentives they offer on there certified vehicles. I will take this all into consideration when making a decision on where I purchase my new to me vehicle. It is quite a trip to the dealer from where I live, but it is worth it knowing that I will be taken care of for a whole year if anything should arise during that time with the vehicle. That sets the bar for other dealers out there, and I would feel more confident buying from 802 than any other I have dealt with yet.

Although buying a car is one of the most expensive purchases we make, it need not be a stressful experience. Many car dealers work hard to make the process confusing and difficult... akin to going into battle. I emailed 802 Toyota after walking out of 3 other area dealerships and was put in touch with Sam Wright. I told him exactly what I was looking for. Sam was quick to respond with the exact model I was looking for... a 2012 Rav 4. I asked for his best price (which we arrived at quickly) and was the proud owner of a new Rav. Thank you Sam. I trust the people at 802. They did a good job of servicing my previous car. Their near me in Vermont. Naturally I turned to them when it came to replacing my 2002 4 runner. Shannon, the salesperson could not have been nicer. She knows her cars and sincerely works to know her customers. Because of her I bought a car that was second on my list of preferences.
