I have been buying cars from this dealership since the late 80s early 90s and I have no complaints thus far. I wish you had more inventory, but I was able to find a car. My experience was great and Otis Smith is still the best. He is professional, knowledgeable and funny.I enjoyed working with him and so far I am happy with my car, with the exception of a scratch on the back door of the driver's side. I understand that the technicians are on strike, so nothing can be done just yet. So other than that I'm a happy customer.

We came in and as soon as we walked we got welcome. The help was exceptional and we looked at 3 cars they where all great and the one we pick they help us a lot with all the financing and they give us the closest to the payment we could afford I recommended 100% and they also spoke our language so if you are a latino this is the dealer to come to.

I contacted this dealership after receiving a referral that Otis Smith was AMAZING! After speaking with the sales team and scheduling an appointment for Saturday, Otis reached out to and wanted to meet Friday instead. The person who referred him is a very close friend of the family so I trusted her opinion. I informed Otis of what I was looking for and gave him the information he needed to start a search. Our original meeting time was at 6:30pm (and that was the time Otis chose). I informed him that I am 6 months pregnant and would have my 6 year old daughter with me and didn't have too much time to spend as I was beyond exhausted. He assured me it wouldn't take long! At 6:30 I received a text from Otis pushing our time back til 7 as he was "still working things out". At 6:45 I informed him that I was ON MY WAY to our meeting and was informed that he will meet me as he stepped out to grab food. I showed up at the dealership at 7:04pm and Otis was not there. Otis did not walk into the store until after 8pm and no other personnel of the staff offered to help me while I waited. When Otis FINALLY arrived, I had no intention of doing business but was awaiting my ride home as I had been dropped off. To make matters worse, when Otis walked in, instead of him introducing himself and asking my name, he walked around the corner and texted me "where are you? I am here?" Otis then brings the manager over and says, since it was so late, none of the financing offices were open and they would have to run my information the next day...which was Saturday, the date of our originally scheduled appointment! I left and went home and did not return the next day. All of this occurred on January 15, 2016. I did not receive a callback from either Otis or Tremaine in regards to my application! I even called a week later requesting to speak to Tremaine (who is the general manager) as my credit had been ran about 8 times and I didn't want another dealership running my information at this time. Tremaine told me that he would call me back in 15 minutes and to no surprise, I have NOT heard from him! This is the WORST experience I've had purchasing a car and I was so disgusted with the level of professionalism here! To this day I STILL have not heard from either Otis or Tremaine!

The hole purchase process was a mess.They screwed up a $50,000 Christmas gift for my wife by delivering my car almost a month later even though I bought it on Dec 22 / 2015.A bad trans in a brand new Murano and a scratch paint took almost a month to repair Tremaine was less than indifferent addressing my issue, always talking on the phone with somebody else while trying to talk to me. However Steve did a good mechanic work

Realized that I did not have the wheel lock key...after TWO evenings- sitting over an hour the first night without anyone telling me they would not be fixing it. Finally waited another hour and had the wheel locks removed but replaced with non-locking bolts!

I visited this location for a test drive after making an appointment with Kala. After the test drive I began to negotiate pricing regarding the particular vehicle I was interested in which was a 2014. I told the salesman that I thought their prices should be less seeming that the 2015 models should be soon arriving to their location (surprised they didn't presently have any available). I told him I could get a 2015 for the same price they were asking for a 2014. His response to me was "well, why didn't you get it!" I attempted to ignore his comment and asked him to give me a print out of the options on a particular 2014 model. I once again asked him again were they willing to move on their prices and he really didn't give an answer. I asked for his business card and told him to keep my information and to call me when they were ready to move their 2014 inventory. His response to me was "you'll find one somewhere else" and walked away from the table. He didn't bother to offer to show me something else, inquire as to what features I was looking for or, at the very least, thank me for coming to the dealership. He walked away.....returned the car to the lot and returned and started talking to another customer. They were very busy this particular afternoon and I didn't have time to speak to a manger (I have to go to another dealership). I called and left a message for the Sales Manager to return my call. Kala did call me back the next business day and forwarded me to a manager and I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manner in which I was treated. Needless to say I would never go back to this dealership nor will I refer this place to anyone.

My husband and I had a terrible experience yesterday. Nissan's manager chased after us as we were headed to our car. He said we were not serious buyers and called us a joke!! I told him my husband is buying me a car a.s.a.p., and I want to search for the best deal. I don't know how that equates to we're not serious and a joke. He was unprofessional. I can't blame him though, I would've chased us too after seeing the income my husband makes.Chad was no better. He said he was confused when I told him, the numbers they configured were not what we were looking for. I don't know how much more laymen I could be. These guys were playing games with us too. I wish I would've filmed this transaction for Youtube. You all should have seen the promissory note the boss wrote for us in marker on a piece of paper. Chad kept scratching out the numbers to get us to agree to a payment. To add flame to the fire, Chad kept saying he didn't know exactly how much the car cost. This was quite a show. I deeply regret going after that Altima coupe first. Their competitors down the street were busier, which suggests better deals and customer service. I do not recommend Nissan South Holland.

Kayla, a very nice young lady called me several times she even called me on my birthday, that made me extremley happy that she made that gesture to think about me. I told her I would come in and I came in on Mar 1 and dealt with Joann who was very nice as well.I was very nervous but she made me very comfortable and she was very patient with me. I've dealt with dealers before along with experience in the business but I believe honestly out weights the dollar amount a salesman and dealer gets when selling a car. This was not the case here. A Nissan Pathfinder 2010 was listed online at $26,800 but with some cosmetic issues, Suv vibrates when idle, auto driver window did not close to do an electrical calibration issue, tires tread failed the quarter test ($0.25) by not covering or touching the head of George Washington, and a periodic chirp that the salesman (Willie) could not explain why, could not find the fuel economy settings for the over all current MPG and HPG, and very bland about who I was or getting to know me as customer. This dealership knew I was knowledgeable about the system and didn't bother to negotiate with me. To add injury to insult the so called manager show a invoice sheet with a suggested retail saying that the price listed is what they paid for it? I've found other Pathfinders that were newer and lower in price at other dealerships who were willing to work with a price. Nissan of South Holland is about the money for themselves and not the customer. Salesman (Willie) didn't even take down my name and number or offer a card (which is very sad) when he found out how much I knew about Nissans (Owned 4 in my lifetime). Not trying to bash but just being honest. Also, it's strange to look at their website with reviews of all 5's (Stars) and no bad reviews. That's not realistic and should tell you something about Nissan of South Holland. This car wasn't worth the price and with the defects mentioned but they still wanted a high price when I know that SUV values at around $22,500 (True Market price) but set at the price for a new car almost. I've did my research and the Bank assessed the SUV I was looking at as well and it wasn't no where near the price offered. The manager even had the nerve to say that the original price was at $29,000....For God sake it's 2013..lol. I will make sure I will spread the word about this place. No value of service and no honestly what so ever. I love Nissans but dealers are another story itself.

This is my third visit to Nissan of South Holland, Il. One visit was good, the car I was looking at just did not meet my needs. The second time, I visited unannounced, looking for a car that was advertised on their website. When I got there, I was told that the car was unavailable for me to look at because the owner had driven it home. This time, today, I saw some M series Infinity vehicles on the website and called to see if they were available to view. I was told yes, they are there for me to look at and that I should ask for Will Broughton when I got there. Needless to say, when I got there, after wasting almost an hour of my and my wife's time, we were told that one of the M series cars had been taken home by the owner and that the other one had gone to auction......yesterday. Which is when I think that they think I was born. It amazes me that it is considered acceptible to tell a customer that because the boss did something, it is ok. That just seems arrogant to me. The "bait and switch" of advertising something on a website that is desirable but is not really available is unfortunately not new to me, it seems really common in the car business. I guess that I was naive in thinking that a phone call to confirm availability would result in accurate information. I honestly feel sorry for Will that he has to work under these conditions. I think that this is my last trip to Nissan of South Holland and unfortunately and unfairly, my last look at Nissan/Infinity vehicles. I just don't think that they are worth the effort and disappointment.Good luck if you go there,Scott

Recently, well about 3 months ago, my wife and I both came in to get oil changes with the kids and I knew we were going to be there all day however, to my surprise we were out of there in an hour. Both cars were done and me, my wife and kids were on our way. I appreciate the timely service. I am still not in the market for a new car but I was happy that the salespeople (Will) came to check and see if we were ready yet. He is very respectful for a sales guy.

They lied to me and were very deceitful. They told me one thing but changed it once I signed the papers. I was told I had 30 days to come up with the down payment but when I signed the papers, they said 3 weeks. Not only that, they cashed the check before the settled date and that caused me to pay an overdraft fee of $36.00. That really pissed me off. We had an agreement and they broke it. They didn't keep their word on the date. The sales manager and sales consultant said the car was in good condition and had no problems but I left with two problems. A squeaky back brake and leaky struts. I called the sales consultant to tell him about the problem. He said he would call me back but never did. I had to call him back but he surely called me non stop for his money. He was only worried about getting paid. I've been there 3 times and had to wait four or more hours and they lied and said they fixed the problem but I watched them the whole time do nothing. I had to drive in the car with the service director and he even said the problem was annoying. So they lied to me and said they problem was fixed but clearly it wasn't. They only fixed one problem and refused to searched for the other problem. This has been the worst experience ever. I am very disappointed. I would never come back here to buy a car.

The staff is fantastic. I was going on a road trip to DC the service advisor told me exactly what I needed to have done before I left. Caliph did an excellent job and I had no problems with the car while it was on the road. I will definitely return to Nissan of South Holland for all of my service needs. I truly trust them to do what they say they're going to do without any extra or hidden fees tacked on at the end.

Realized my Bluetooth was not connecting to my car and found that my antenea was missing. Drove out there and decided to get my oil checked also. In and out in no time. As I went back to my car to hook my bluetooth up a salesman walking by offerer to do it for me. I just get the feeling that I get treated like a friend and not just a customer. The reason why i gave the rate that i gave is because, Mr. Smith is my orignal saleman when i bought my Nissan Versa in June 2010, and when i walked through the door on friday, June 24, 2011, I saw him and he remembered me. Mr Smith sat next to me and asked how i was doing and i told him i was fine, while, we were talking i discussed with him that i was interested about getting a new and bigger car. Then he asked me what i wanted, I said, Altima. Then we went through a process of getting a car. Although i didn't get the Altima, but i was very happy with my New 2011 Nissan Centra.P.S Mr. Otis Smith is a great salesman, and i will be more than happy to recoommend my family and friends to shop a Nissan when it is time for them to buy a car. The young african american lady in the service department (I don't know her name)is wonderful. Everytime she helps me, I leave with a smile. I've bought several cars from Nissan Of South Holland. That in mind, whe was able to give me a discount on my oil change. Thank you so much.

my visit was better than expected. i did want a car note that was a little less than what i received, but it will do. i was told that if my car payments are on time for a year i will be able to trade in my vechile and receive the vechile of my choice at the same carnote payment...so i hope otis smith lives up to his word...i'll be seeing you may 2, 2012.. thank you

Troy was my salesperson..I was just looking at price on vehicle to compare to Kelly Nissan in Oak Lawn where I was suppose to buy a vehicle. Troy asked for me to give him a couple of minutes to see if he could do better. I did and then went to Kelly Nissan. Kelly Nissan would not or could not beat the offer. I returned to dealership and had a stress free encounter with Troy and his coworkers. Actually had a great time! Upon return for my 1st oil change I was not disappointed with the service department. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and had a very reasonable wait while my vehicle was being taken care of. Thank You to everyone I had contact with. By the way, I returned within a couple of weeks and my daughter bought another vehicle like mine. Too bad for Kelly Nissan... Kathleen Nolan O'Malley

This was my best car buying experience by far. I went in with the price that i saw a car at another dealership farther away advertising and asked if they could match it. They matched it and were very helpful, friendly, honest, and not pushy or overbearing like most salesmen. I told them how much I appreciated this experience and I said they would rather get repeat customers than make a quick sell. They now have a repeat customer in me. I was only there two hrs from walking in to driving away in my car.

Everything about my purchase was easy! I first found them online and was very happy to find there website was very easy to use, I was able to find what i was looking for right away- they have a great selection so that made it simple. I used the live chat on the site to get a few detail and they offered to have someone call me to set up a test drive. I arrived to my appointment to a warm greeting by the internet manager. I was deciding between buying new and used and they really took their time walking me through the benefits of both. They just gave me the facts and didn't pressure me one way or another. After I got through through the financing they gave me the grand tour of the car and made me feel like an expert on my new car, they didn't just send me on my way. overall a top of the line experience at Nissan of South Holland

These guys are the best! Will gave me the tour of this New dealership and a great selection of Certified cars. I bought a Certified Altima. The deal was perfect and I had a choice of super low payments too. The finance people were on top of their game. No suprises and gave me the treatment I deserved. I highly recommend this dealer.
