Wow! This was, by far, the best experience Ive ever had purchasing a car.Thanks to alex and rob, i now have my long awaited prius. The price was phenomenal and the customer service didn't disappoint. alex went above and beyond, taking the time to find the best interest rate. Alex and Rob are absolutely amazing!! I bought a 2008 Toyota Rav4 from them on 9/27/14, which I got for amazing deal and it is exactly what I wanted! Rob took the time to help me get the financing I needed at a great price and was completely honest and understanding from the very beginning.I had just had the worst experience at a dealership the previous week where they even tried to joke that I couldn't afford their cars. Rob was nothing like that! He was truly awesome! Before I had even owned my car for a full 24 hrs, someone KEYED it!!! I had been on my way out to sign a few more things with Alex when I noticed the devastating silver streak across my jet black car. Alex told me to bring it back in and they would see what they could do. Rob went to work and in less than hour he had my car back to its original beauty! They are not like other car salesmen. I highly recommend A+ for purchasing any used car. Alex & team are so nice and friendly with customers and I had a wonderful buying experience for my 2011 Nissan Altima. My father purchased his last two cars from Alex at A+ Auto Sales and highly recommended him to me. Have to say, I had just as great an experience! I just needed a reliable car to get me to and from work, and the 2006 Kia Rio that I purchased fit the bill perfectly. I was able to get it at a good price, and the whole process was quick and painless--that hasn't happened to me very often when purchasing a used car! I bought my first mazda3 in December of 2013. Love the car and got a it at a great price! He helped me get an extremely low interest rate! I had the car for a little over two months and was hit by another person. My car was totaled. So we called Alex after getting the car taken care of. He didn't have the car I was looking for, but did go out of his was to find one that was out of state just for me! And had it ready for me to take home within a week after calling him! Cannot thank him enough!

I too have always avoided the small independent sales but have now found my source for great used cars! After four months of Autotrader and Cars.com I finally found a car that really got my attention. I really appreciate the free CARFAX that A+ make available! I emailed Alex several times asking questions and making offers. Finally I challenged him with low APR and He came through! I filled out the credit app online and he was able to get me a rate that was better than I could get with my banks. I drove 2 hours and finally got to drive the car, LOVED it! Within minutes Rob had the paperwork done and I was on my way home. I will defiantly contact Alex when my married children are ready to buy a vehicle. The lot is small, the building is small, his overhead is lower and he is able to offer cars at a great price! Great Job! Thank you! Oh yeah a word of caution: (be careful his cars are too nice) I purchased the White 2010 Mazda6 for me but my wife took it and gave me her Blue 2009 Mazda6 :)

Great experience purchasing my first used car. Alex Perez was terrific at helping me find the car that was perfect for me. No pressure tactics or haggling over prices. Alex is so helpful and easy to work with. He does not hound you or give you a lot of pressure while you are looking to buy, like most car dealers. You can get you an excellent price on a car at A+. I definitely got the best deal in town on my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe that I purchased from A+ Auto Sales. We had an issue related to the door for the gas cap opening right after we left the lot, but Alex and Rob stayed around and helped us. Then they sent us to check out the vehicle with their mechanic to have it fixed on them. They followed through with the problem.

This was my first experience at a small independent used car lot, and just talking to Alex or Rob you will understand they are not a typical used car lot. They are grounded with a solid character, friendly, informative and open. A+ was the best experience buying a car. After shopping for a particular car for months, I got to experience the lack of customer service from big lots such as "used car factory", their gorging prices and dishonest character. A+ Plus was simply more informative, honest and better priced. For people who dread the experience of purchasing a car (especially a used car), because of car salesman's tactics, etc. - look no further than A+ Auto Sales! I was thoroughly impressed with Alex and Rob's service and professionalism. Test drove three cars and Alex suggested that I take the one I liked the best to my mechanic to have him look it over. He verified that it was a solid car, and a few days later, my wife and I went in to pick it up - we were in and out of there in 20 minutes! Not only did Alex give me the price I asked for, but got us a better rate than he originally thought. Bottom line - go here first if you're in the market for a car. These guys won't steer you wrong.

First time we can honestly say the buying experience was fantastic from start to finish. Alex listened to what we needed and then went to work to make it happen, he even got us financed at a better rate then what we had. We have purchased vehicles in the past from well known dealers who were pushy and who wanted to "fly" through the paperwork, often trying to get you to spend more than what you had planned to. Alex was never pushy, explained everything and pulled out the Carfax without us having to ask about it. The end result was we purchased a great Silverado and paid less for it than comparable trucks from big dealers. We will be back for our next auto from Alex! Today our family purchased a second car from A+ Auto Sales. Three years ago I bought a great little Hyundai Sonata from Alex that has been a great car with no issues. When my oldest son needed a car he shopped around on Craiglist and Kings Auto Mall - disappointing. I wasn't a huge fan of buying cars until I talked to Alex. We talked about the type of car I would like, he pointed out 3 cars on his lot that resembled what I was looking for. After that, I test drove all 3 cars, he even cooled the other two cars down for me since it was a hot day. After that, we talked about the three cars and weighed the pro's and con's for each car. I picked the car and was very excited, I never felt pushed into a car that I didn't like. I loved the totally opposite approach that he had. After that, he helped me secure a great loan for the car. I bought a used Mercury Milan from A+ about 3 weeks ago. It was the exact car I was looking for, which I know is hard to find with good used cars these days, and it was the lowest priced Milan of that quality in 100 miles. The buying process was very simple, and he was very friendly. Recommended.
