I bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 from A&H Quality Car and i must say that I've been very happy with the service that they have provided me. It's a good place to get a low Mileage car from them and i put 50.000 miles on the car and it's still going strong. Also they are very good on helping you out on Financing the of your choice.If have any repairs is needed J.J. and Adam will help you in the future. They stand their car.!!!!!

I was interested in a 2009 Chevy Trailblazer they had for sale. I emailed them to see if it was available and to see if they would send me a copy of the Carfax before I made the trip to there shop. NEVER heard from them. So I tried again and NEVER heard from them. If all had gone well I would have bought that SUV.

First let me say, I prefer used over new cars being financially competent and not filthy rich I just can't get past the new car depreciation rip off. That said, I am retired military and love a good pickup truck, Toyota Tacoma is always my first choice. A & H had a great truck very similar to the one somebody hit & ran on me one week prior. My previous truck was parked when criminals in a stolen vehicle banged it up to the point of being totaled, so I immediately went in search of another with similar low mileage as my 2003 had. The 2002 that I bought from A & H, was in great condition but needed a part that they were working on prior to me coming in. We made a fair deal since I was paying cash, and they let me drive the vehicle around while waiting for the part to come in. When it came in (about 2 days) they had a mechanic drive out to my place in DC about 45min away, pick up the vehicle while I went to work and within two hours they called saying the vehicle was parked in front of my house and informed me of were the keys were located. Great customer service! Also, when I first came to their location I was driving a rental and couldn't drive the other truck home, so Jay Jay (one of the owners) picked me up at my house at my convenience and drove me all the way back to Chantilly to retrieve the truck, so that's two times front door service:) Registration/Inspection on a salvage title is pretty seamless in DC. Just let the inspector know it's a salvage title or you will end up going through twice, also the DMV will take approximately 2-3 days to clear your title with MPD, just to make sure it's not stolen, I turned in my title on Wednesday and they called me on Friday to register, I had no problem at all. I am very happy with my new/used Tacoma it only has 116,000miles (my 2003 had 102,000) and it has some perks that I didn't have on my previous truck, like bed cap and tow kit. They also gave me the before pictures and of course I downloaded the carfax history (DC DMV will also provide you a copy and go over it with you to make sure you're aware) everyone was very helpful and transparent throughout the process. At the end of the day it's up to you to do your diligence and feel good about your purchase. I have a great personal mechanic, who did the once over while I was waiting for the part to come in and I am very pleased with what we found (oil needed changing, and brake fluid needed to be drained) otherwise he told me I made a great deal, the truck is in top shape for it's age. And believe me he took about three hours with me in the garage going over every meticulous detail, undercarriage & belts included. Again, I'm more comfy with used cars so this will be my go-to-place. If you prefer luxury they have nice BMW, Infinity, Lexus, and an overall good selection, I was quite impressed. It's been a month now and I've been driving around the city and on the beltways to Virginia and Md, so far no problems. I definitely plan to do business with them again!

Great guys, my truck is one of a kind! No problems, hiccups, nothin. Decent financing options, little pricey if you don't have great credit but Adam will get it done for you. Good Luck yall!

JJ is very honest stand up dealer in my book. He took his time to show does good quality cars in our budget and only in my budget. it was very hassle free and JJ has a great sense of humor. As I see it, he truly respects the wishes of his customers. I did buy a 2001 Lexus with only 40,000 miles on the odometer. Again, JJ was totally up with me in all aspects, especially with before and after photos. I noticed before buying the vehicle that the two fog lights were missing. He told me he would please come on order and install them for free. Once I got home, I noticed that the auto stick was not working. I then called JJ to let him know with the symptoms were. He then told me check into it and get it fixed. To the audience that is reading this, these are used cars and and times you will get a bug or two that needs to be fixed. My car was manufactured in 2001 and it drives like a dream!!! This dealership is all about good customer service and a dealership such is this is very very hard to find. I do highly recommend to folk that are looking for a good used cars to go to the dealership first. You will definitely leave with a smile on you face knowing you purchased a good sound car. Don't take my word for it. Go see for yourself.Thanks JJ for my dream car!!!

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I needed a car fast and suddenly and they worked with me in ways I could not imagine, not to mention that I got an incredible deal on a great car that was exactly the vehicle I needed at the price I needed. The owners could not be nicer, friendlier and more helpful and they take quality and customer satisfaction more seriously than anyone I have ever dealt with. They disclosed everything about the used car to me without my having to ask any questions and they made sure that all issues were handled. I plan on buying cars exclusively from them as long as they are still in business. I could not recommend them more highly.

Whether you're looking for a good laugh or just to buy a set of wheels go see these guys. You'll laugh for 45 minutes, sign some paperwork, and then realize you're saving thousands by buying something with extremely minor previous cosmetic damage. They do a darn good job fixing them; my daughter is really happy with her zippy little scion and has been for a year now. Next car, I'm not even going to shop around! I've lost your number but thanks so much Adam! <3

Second time I've bought a car here. Didn't hesitate for a second to come back! Really great guys, very nice, upfront and honest. They address any and every concern I may have. The customer service is above and beyond, appreciated them really working with me so that I could get into the car within my limited timeframe. The car's been running smoothly and I'm very happy with it. Would recommend this dealer to anyone.

I purchased a car for my daughter and was given straight and honest answers involving the automobile. JJ and Adam provided great service and answered all of our questions. My daughter is extremely happy with the car and the after sale service is awesome. I am definitely buying another car from this dealership in the future. These guys treated us like family and I really appreciated the professionalism demonstrated by JJ and Adam.

After purchasing the vehicle the car would not pass inspection. Many of the repaired parts were not attached properly to the car. Many of the instrument panel lights came on after a couple of weeks. The car had loose wiring which caused many of the lights to go out during night driving. I called the dealership many times about the car and parts. They were very rude and unfriendly. Its apparent that they quickly buy damaged/salvaged cars and quick fix the vehicle for a sale. Do not trust or deal with these people.

I bought the neatest little Chevrolet Aveo from these guys about 6 months ago. I had to come on here and write something; I went to 15 dealers total, each had a different shpeel. These guys gave it to me straight from the minute I called, little bit of damage to the rear bumper; all repaired and new parts! Everything was explained and taken care of at the blink of an eye, I don't know how they make money at the price I got it for. A+ I just sent two of my girlfriends over to you guys. My sales guy, Adam was extremely professional and redundant, wanted to make sure I knew every cute little detail. <3 these guys!

I recently went to look at a vehicle. The mileage and price was low. When I called on vehicle of interest I was told the vehicle had slight damage to where the body parts were replaced. I understand accidents happen so I went to look. When I was looking at the vehicle only one body part was replaced and the other panel was bent back to shape and hidden with trim. Body panels were grossly misaligned. Vehicle was claimed to be non smoker but had cigarette burns on the interior. Many other electrical issues were present as well. Then it was disclosed to me that all vehicles are purchased damaged from auto auctions and this vehicle was salvaged title. Unless the vehicle is from 1980 it shouldn't have a salvage title with only a body panel or two needing to be replaced. Very high pressure to purchase and they pass it off as if the car is as good as new. When you have an area of concern they are quick to say it doesn't matter and you are thinking it way over to much. If you raise the question about something it's obviously a concern or an important issue to you. Your money and mind could be better spent.

Sent out e-mail to this dealer through Cars.com. Never heard back - at all. Later that week had opportunity to drive by Chantilly site of A & H. They are located in a (shared) warehouse zone. They have no defined lot for their inventory, nor could we even identify signage for their office. We abandoned the effort and will not be returning.

We bought a Jeep here a couple months ago, attracted by its low mileage and price. We knew the car would have salvage/repair title. The ad for the car said that the car has been inspected with a "fine-tooth comb". The sale person declared he was all about "full disclosure" so he showed us the damage on the car and the repair, saying the only damage to the car was its tail gate, just needed to replace the tail gate. Everything else is fine, he said. Knowing Jeeps well, we didn't mind the kind of damage it had suffered. Once we got home with the Jeep, took it to the state inspector, we found out that the Jeep's body had been on a mechanical stretcher to straighten it out. The front tie bar was also damaged from a frontal hit. So either the car dealer was incompetent in inspecting the car with his "fine-tooth comb" or he lied about the damage. Your call. 3 weeks after the sale, we still didn't get the title for the car. We called a few times to figure out where the title is. We were told it has been sent a couple times. Eventually, we still dont have the title and the dealer stopped answering our phone calls. Not until we contacted the VA Motor Vehicle Dealer Board that we found out what happened and two days later got the title to the car. The dealership had been sending the title to the wrong address. (3401 instead of 3407 Howell ct). It was sad that it took a regulatory agency to figure that out and for us to finally have the title. The attitude of the dealer during this process was unprofessional to put it politely. IN SUMMARY, the dealer misrepresented the condition of the vehicle, refused to work with us on post sale issues. We will not be going to back there, nor will anyone we know/talk to.

I wasn't asked to come to the dealership. I was never told that I would get a fair offer for my trade. They never sold the car I inquired about. They left my business and that was the end of that. Business is about profit and customers.

I needed to buy a car in November and I was tight on cash, I cant believe how helpful the staff at A&H was, not to mention there selection was very good. They were able to find me the car I wanted at a price i could afford. I highly recommend.. great prices.

Looking for a dependable used first car for my daughter led us to A&H. We were impressed with the overall condition of the vehicle and the ease of the deal. Realize in advance that vehicles are bought at insurance auction, but that Adam and JJ have very good standards on which cars they select. Don't expect to haggle much on the price, but you'll get a modest warranty on the vehicle. Adam has been responsive with taking care of several post-purchase repairs. I would recommend this company to others.

A little farther than I like to go but they had the right car for my daughter. They provided full disclosure on the history of the car and allowed us to take it to a mechanic for a second opinion. Nice folks. We had a little misunderstanding on a price point on the warranty but it was easily cleared up. My daughter is so happy with her new little Escape!

I test drove a car from A&H. Right after, before anything else happened.. Adam thoroughly went over the cars history with me. He was extremely sincere and honest about everything. I am a young professional female, I was always taught to be ready to negotiate, and hold a guard up... That wasn't the case at A&H. I never felt like I had to worry. I ended up purchasing the vehicle, and I will continue to do my car buying from Adam, at A&H.

I've owned the car I bought from A&H about a month now & it's been running smoothly with no problems. The guys there really were great through the whole process. Customer service was awesome. I really appreciated that they were available a few times after closing & even after the sale was final the sales manager offered to do things he didn't have to just to make sure I was happy with my purchase. When I first went to look at the car I had planned to drive it to my mechanic to look over but an unexpected issue prevented me from taking the car at that time, so to make it up to me they took it to my mechanic for me themselves later that day. Wow! I was seriously impressed. The car didn't necessarily come with all the standard details & refurbishments I would have got if I'd purchased a "certified used car" from a big dealership (for example, they sold it missing the manual), but they were upfront about what they were selling & very patiently talked me through all my concerns. No pressure sale, they weren't pushy or didn't go to great lengths to convince me, they just seemed to get it that I was apprehensive & had a ton of questions. I'm happy with the car I got, the price I got it for, & my overall experience with this dealer.

Do not truth this company and particularly JJ. I purchased a car from them one week after I arrive to the US and he sold me a repair car ant told me that it have a good resale value, taking advantage that I told him that i didn't know what the repair title brand means. One year later The car is working great but now I can't use it as trade in, nobody will take it DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT TRUST JJ!!!!! Frankly I have never met anyone who can lie so convincingly as JJ......
