I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I feel the need to warn the public of the awful experience I had at this dealership. I have bought used cars before so this isn’t my first time purchasing a used vehicle. I had seen a vehicle in their lot that I was in the market for. I had called the next day to take the vehicle for a test drive. After driving the vehicle I liked it and initiated the process of purchasing a 2013 Ford Explorer. I asked all the necessary questions about the vehicle such as, is it in good condition, is there anything wrong, etc... the dealership (Mike the owner and Tim the service technician) assured me that the vehicle was in good condition. The day I actually signed the paperwork and bought the vehicle, drove it off the lot for 2 miles and check engine light came on, the engine started stuttering and I immediately pulled over and shut the car off and turned it back on. This problem continued for about a month, and after bringing it back to the dealership a handful of times and the dealership assuring me they fixed the problem or gave me excuses as to why my vehicle was having problems, I became frustrated. I finally took it to a trusted mechanic and was told that there was a leak from my gas tank onto my exhaust making my vehicle not drivable and a major hazard!!!! FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH I DROVE THE VEHICLE LIKE THIS! I called Abbott motors immediately to complain and they seemed very defensive that this was not their fault, they had sold me a vehicle in good condition and that I must have done something to cause this, they also reminded me that I did purchase a used vehicle and the I shouldn’t expect it to be in perfect condition..I definitely didn’t expect it to be in new condition but I did expect it to be safe enough for me to drive... bottom line DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL PUT YOUR LIFE AT RISK!!!

I think Abbott Motors is a great place to buy your vechile I have bought 2 cars from them and had no problems just the usual that anyone could have at any dealership... and the Service Manager Tim is just the best never had no problem calling him for service to my car like oil change, inspection he was always there for my service needs ... I wanna thank everyone there at ABBOT MOTORS !!!!!!!

I went to look at a Jeep renegade they guy seems nice when I got there to test drive the check engine light was on which is obviously not ok I have owned a Jeep renegade before so I simply asked why it was on ( because it’s on for a reason...) I also had full intentions on purchasing ....well when I asked he said it was “just a sensor “ ..... but why is it on at all ... I was told it would be off the next day not understanding how considering it has to be driven to turn off I believe he meant reset 💁🏽♀️ Either way I was told if I don’t want it I can go it had only be 15 mins and I only asked why it was on . Just thought it was something to know if you don’t know about dealers then know they don’t turn you away for inquiries on your purchase

We bought a 2016 Chevy I love it the put new tires on it the day I picked it up I worked with many of them for this car and I feel they worked hard to get us the loan for the car plus gave us a full warranty as long as we Owen the car I had trouble with my wipers they got me right in to fix it then I had another problem and Mikes crew are all out with being sick or family sick so Mike himself called me told me to take it to pep boys so I did he made everything so easy sent over my warranty my car was done fast and when I asked price I was told if my warranty didn’t cover it Mike would and now looking to buy a second car nd will go there because they are nice people they don’t just say oh well my shops closed so Thank you Mike and team and Tim is a great guy and with COVID he washes the stuff they touched with cleaner in front of u very good team there thanks again

Very nice group of people, very decent, down to earth and very reasonable. They remind me of a time when the world was a fair and decent place. Looking for used car so I stopped in to take a look at what they had. Found a car I liked, put a deposit down and asked to take car to my mechanic. Scheduled appointment with my mechanic went to pick up car and was asked to fill out paperwork to finalize purchase. Told them we haven't agreed on price, made fair offer on vehicle and was told "no, the price is the price. No negotiation". So if you are interested in buy a used car for the exact price listed on the window sticker this is your place for you. I prefer to negotiate with a reasonable business man, a take or leave it kind of attitude doesnt work for me.

I would like to thank the staff at Abbott Motors for the excellent service that I received when purchasing my 2005 Mercedes Benz E320 4matic. My salesperson was Gene and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Also Stan, the Finance Manager, was very helpful in getting me approved. He worked his butt off in getting the deal to go through. He was very honest with me and I would recommend Abbott Motors to anyone. They have great vehicles and a great staff. I absolutely love my car and I want to thank the staff and the owner for all of their hard work. I went in thinking I wouldn't be able to get what I wanted or anything at all. The sales people were very helpful and everyone was friendly. I ended up getting the truck I wanted, all the options I wanted, and even the color I wanted. I'm very happy with my new truck and can't wait to use the 4 wheel drive this winter!

the car was overpriced, wouldnt let me take it for a test drive unless they could run a credit check. told them i was not interested anymore bought a car from someone else. still to this day they call me at least three times a day DONT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!!

Purchased a used Mazda MPV in June from Abbott Motors. Transaction was very easy and fast. Needed to return for some repairs. Sales and Service were very helpful. All of the staff are professional, courteous, and extremely kind hearted. I always feel that I am getting a fair deal, which really please me! Randy especially has always been great.
