It was fine, Chuck was nice enough to show me the truck and test drove it. Chuck also delivered the same truck to me since I couldn't drive it back home by myself. The only draw back was that I had to come back the next morning to get my 2nd key fob. Overall, it was a nice experience, and now I am just waiting for my license plate and registration.

I did not expect the service to take as long as it did. But I appreciated that Scott kept me updated on the process, almost on a daily basis. My auto repairs were covered under a warranty and I only paid a small copay fee. But by keeping me informed along the way, Scott made me feel as valued as a paying customer.

I got a flat on a Sat. of a holiday weekend. Sarah got me in but thought it might be Tuesday before the work could be complete. She called me later on Saturday...the 4 new tires were on the car, inspection and routine maintenance completed! The shuttle driver picked me up and I had the car back by 4:30. Amazing service!

I have never experienced worse service or treatment from a car dealership in my life. Where do I start? So first Brian the sales guy reviewed the car with me, I was interested in financing it, he talked me into leasing. We went inside to crunch numbers... The finance manager Omir comes out to toot his own horn saying "don't worry, one of the reasons they hired me is because I have great negotiating skills". "I'm trying to get you a deal close to what you're looking for". After hours of waiting...I asked Brian what was taking so long and he said that the finance manager was in negotiations. I specifically asked Brian if these "negotiations" would lead to several hard hits on my credit report, he assured me that the negotiation was with ONE bank but he just needed to get the right person from the bank on the line. Needless to say, I have 6-8 inquiries on my report from these guys. Not only that.. The car I looked at had a $38000 tag on it, but a week or so later I received rejection letters from 3 banks stating that I had requested $44000 in auto financing. I have called the finance manager several times and left several messages and still haven't heard from him. It's been three weeks now. Whenever I call and ask for the finance manager, the receptionist said he was in his office with customers but then I talk to Brian who says he's not in today, he's been out for family emergency. WTH! I am contacting the BBB on Abeloff. Completely ridiculous. I drove an hour there for squat.

The purpose of speak with James at Abeloff was to talk about the "offer" they were giving for my wife's Altima. James went off the rails and instead of paying attention to the info my father-in-law gave him and I cogently outlined in my voicemail and my over the phone, it didn't matter to him. He continued to say that we had to come to the dealership, which is no small task given that my in-laws, myself, and my wife had to sync up and be there and we all work in different areas and states.He was not listening to anything I said, continued to avoid telling me anything about the car, and did nothing buy talk over me and tell me that I had to come in b/c the deals were expiring. That's all I got ... the call ended with him telling me "I don't have to tell you anything."

I bought a Nissan Pathfinder 3 months ago, I just took it for oil change to find out I need new tires, rotors and pads. How can a new car needs all those things after 3000 miles. Anyways the guy in service promised to call me at the end of the week. It's Saturday and I still haven't hear from them. Obviously they are liars. Tristan was the guy who lie to my face and told me the car was in great shape.

My husband and I sent in an internet request about a used Rogue on New Year's Eve. Joe Gering called regarding our inquiry the following day. We were near the area and stopped in to take the car for a test drive. We loved the car and felt the price was reasonable. Joe was very personable and we never felt any pressure. A bad experience at another dealership, led us to turn to Abeloff. What a difference! We should have gone here in the first place.

The sales person Joe Gering was very professional. I felt the pricing was fair and there was never pressure to purchase while negotiating the price. I added the nav pkg on the morning of delivery and Joe Gering and Abeloff were still able to deliver the exact vehicle and color when promised on that afternoon. The sales manager was friendly and I felt was sincere. Joe Gering stayed in touch with use after the sale and followed through with minor adjustments until we were satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Nissan. The entire experience from first contact until taking delivery on the vehicle was effortless.

I drove from VA to purchase my 2012 Maxima from Abeloff because they had the car I wanted and gave me the best deal. I've since scheduled my service when I'm in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. They really make a female feel comfortable at the dealership which some p,aces don't. I will drive to PA for my next car and it will be from Abeloff!

James would not answer my questions regarding price. ASSUMED what my income level and how much I could afford which was INCORRECT. Too focused on looking at other customers that walked in and not focused on me. Needless to say because of his terrible customer service I purchased my 2013 Nissan from a different Nissan Dealership in my area.

They were not my first choice only because of distance, but after finding many dealers did not have the excat 2013 Nissan I wanted, I fanned-out until I ended up at a dealer located in the Poconos 35 miles away from me. I was happy I ended up there, The car was perfect, the salesman (John M) was a gentleman, a calm easy going personable guy to deal with. Michelle in the docs dept was very efficient, pleasant, no pressure did I feel from anyone. Store was new, bright, CLEAN and well stocked. I was in and out in like 2 hours, and that included doing my trade-in and driving away in my new Nissan that I am very happy to be back in a Nissan again! (that is another story!...)

I felt I could trust these guys. They sold me a used van and I felt very comfortable dealing with them. They told me that they'd make the care right when I signed to buy. They did. I even had a small problem after a 1000 miles and I came back to them. They helped me out and fixed the issue without blinking. I would buy from them and feel good about it.

BILL & TAMMY WERE GREAT IN HELPING ME BUY MY NEW NISSAN MURANO. What impressed me about this dealership was the friendliness, service & attitude with customers. Even a service maintenance guy walking down the hall said hello. From the minute I walked in the clean and nicely designed showroom I was impressed, I was made comfortable. Bill walked out from behind his desk, and personally point out the different cars that I had questions about - oh, and called me by my name in doing so; as stated, very friendly. Tammy made sure that I understood everything, and that everthing was in order the way I needed it(transition from my old car to the new one). Throughout the process they both engaged me and my husband in frendly chit-chatted.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new Sentra. Bill and the staff at Abeloff were very friendly and helpful. We weren't sure if we wanted to purchase the Sentra or another Scion, but Bill and his manager was very patient and helped us make the decision easier. We also got a generous offer for our trade in. Our car had over 200,000 miles and they gave us a very fair price for the car. We were surprised.They were also very accomodating with our schedule to pickup our new car. When I picked up the car Bill spent more than an hour with me reviewing the owners manual and demonstrating how everything worked in the car. My husband was not there to pickup the car with me, but Bill said that we could come back anytime and he would go over everything again with my husband. Bill is very experienced and professional salesman and appreciates your business. He takes good care of his customers. I would recommend this dealership and especially Bill.

I have been shopping long and hard for a new car brand after my Chrysler cars began to fail me regularly (I have been a loyal Dodge and Chrysler owner for years), and nothing had really popped before I came to Abeloff Nissan. From moments after I got out of my car until I decided to buy, Jeremy was more than helpful. He made me feel welcome, and I didn't feel an ounce of pressure during my entire time there. I have never had a car so thoroughly explained to me before, and seriously, knowing everything about an Altima will make you want one. Jeremy went over everything, even things I would never have thought to ask about the safety, reliability, operation, and even technical explanations of the Altima I was considering. Once inside, Jeremy and Scott did an outstanding job of explaining various financing options to me, and made me very comfortable with my decision. I felt very welcome and at home, even though they were very busy that day. Jeremy, you can count on more business from me in the future, and Scott, if you train all your employees like him, I have no doubt that you will be that busy every day. Thanks!

Dean Green was totally unsatifactory as a service manager for the following reasons:a. He never listened to my concerns, almost giving me the impression that he wanted me to go away.b. He would talk to me in a condescending way as if I had no knowledge of what was occurring with my car. The whole experience made me feel horrible and disrespected.c. He did not follow up with promises to contact me regarding my concerns, which resulted in me chasing him down constantly.d. He had a tone that was disrespectful and extremely phony. He would say quite frequently, "Tell me the symptoms, NOT the cure!" He was NOT genuine at all and I found it very disconcerting that I would be treated in such a manner after having made a new car purchase. I reported him to the general manager, as well as the owner.

I purchased my vehicle during the cash for clunkers promotion and waited 4 weeks to obtain possession of my vehicle when others I knew got their new vehicles right away using the same promotion. They would not budge from sticker price so I know that I overpaid and looking back I could have gone anywhere and bought a vehicle without the trade in for the same price. This was the first new car I bought and this was definitely a lesson learned. I purchased a service contract for the vehicle and regret doing this as the service manager at this location is the phoniest person I have ever met. I find it hard to believe anything he says as he is the least genuine person I have ever dealt with and whenever I speak with him I am made to feel like an idiot. In my last dealing with the service department we called first to ask about the tire warranty and was told that we should come in and have them look at it and they would then file a claim with the tire company. I go there and they look at them agree they are worn after only 18,000 miles but tell me there is nothing they can do and that I would need to go to the tire company. I asked why they made me come in and all I got was a shoulder shrug. I asked what the warranty was on the tire and he didn't know the answer to that either. It seems to me if you sell me a car with tires on it you should know what the warranty is.All in all I am very unhappy with this dealership and I am wishing that I had gone to my local Ford dealer to purchase a new car.

I hate to use a cliche, but it was actually a "pleasant car buying experience" from start to finish. The salesman weren't pushy or sleazy. What they promised on the phone, they delivered. There was no pressure to buy and everyone at the dealership who I spoke to or even passed by was pleasant.
