I'm not fond of used car dealers, "HOWEVER MO" the owner of Abs Auto Sales has made me a believer again! He had a van I was interested in and he is doing everything possible to be sure I am satisfied with my van purchase! He is definitely a customer service person and I have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so! Mo is the sales person you can trust and want to recommended people to! Mo, I can't thank you enough for being a friendly, caring sales person that you are, you are top notch in my book! I love my van! Thank you, Deanna

Very accommodating and friendly. Mo took care of me and even promised to repair a headlight we discovered was out during purchase. I took it back to him after a week and he was as good as his word. Would definitely return.

Mo sold me a car and it was a very positive experience. He was super friendly and professional and obviously knows a ton about cars. He explained what he had done to the car I was interested in and justified it's price. On the test drive the wipers were not in top form and so he ordered a new set of blades and had them delivered to my house. I had never gone to an independent dealer before but was impressed by how quickly all the paperwork was over.

The best car buying experience ever. He is the most honest business man I have ever did business with. He worked with me even though I was unable to go in and handle the process of buying a vehicle in a normal way. He was understanding that I was having medical issue and worked with me and my mom without any complaints . He went above and beyond to make sure and my kids have a safe car that was a price I could afford . He even made sure to put new tires in because he was worried about 2 of them . Without charging me . This dealer truly knows his business and is honest and goes above and beyond no matter what amount of commission he is going to make . Treats each customer the same from the Tesla buyer to the 1960 Honda buyer who can’t afford more then a few thousand.

BUYERS BEWARE! A few months ago I noticed a van on Mo's website for sale. I called to inquire about the van and ultimately agreed to place a $500 hold deposit on the van until we could drive from Central Oregon to Portland that weekend. 3 days later we purchased a local van that better suited our needs. As a courtesy, I called Mo immediately to inform him of our decision and requested that the $500 be refunded. He refused and went on to waffle about how "he needed to speak with his partner" about the refund. Mo never explained that the $500 deposit was non-refundable over the phone. I never signed any sort of agreement. He just happily ran my credit card on our initial call with no discussion about his intention to keep our money regardless of whether or not we purchased the van. Shame on me for allowing a used car dealer to run my card without any signed documentation but I'm still very disappointed that he lacked the integrity to refund our money. I assume the van has since sold (as I don't see it on his website) and we're still out $500. Be very careful if you choose to purchase a vehicle here. Do not put a deposit down over the phone unless you have something in writing guaranteeing your refund if you choose not to purchase. I hope this review will protect other unsuspecting buyers from experiencing a a similar disappointment while shopping for a vehicle in Portland.
