I don’t normally give reviews on my shopping experiences but in this case I’m gonna make an exception. This car dealership made my time here worth it, didn’t waste my time, listed to what I wanted and went out of their way to get the best deal for me. Tim and the rest of the staff were polite,courteous, and made me and my wife feel like family not just another check on the car sales of the month board. This is what professional and respectful treatment of the customer looks like. Tim thank you so much I love my new ride.

Been here several times, and always very patient. If there's a problem and they can fix it they will. A bit pricey, but the job will be taken care of. And as for honesty, if they see a better option they will let you know and give you that option, and appointment time used on there watch if no work done then they won't charge that fee. Honest, loyal, good, friendly peoe here at this location. We great appreciate your wonderful service and hope you stick around for years to come!!!

We have been coming here for a few years now for service. Service is always fast friendly and most importantly done correct! We have two Jeeps a 2019 JLU and a 2015 Jk Rubicon. Have also got to meet the owner David on several Jeeps run. Will not go anywhere else.

Eddie Anderson is the best salesperson! He was very pleasant, and professional. Took great care in our buying process. Also Jason was very courteous, and professional. Also made us laugh alot. We would definitely come here again and refer them to everyone! Absher-Arnold you Rock!! :)

I haven't bought a new car in ten years. I was a little nervous going into this and Eddie met me with a handshake and a smile. He answered every question I had and some I wouldn't even thought to ask! And josh did everything he could to accommodate our needs! I drove away with the car I wanted at just the right price! Went planning to buy a new van and Eddie suggested a used one with all the options and a great deal. Very easy to work with and no pressure to make a decision. Finance was smooth and the whole experience was better than anticipated. Will definitely buy from then again. Highly recommend.

We drove up to Absher-Arnold just wanting to look at a few cars. What happened while we were there was an unlikely and easy experience. My wife and I both liked a 2013 Dodge Avenger. I had found a good price online and wanted to have a few questions answered. Eddie Anderson met our questions with care and a genuine attitude I have never seen in a salesperson before. What we got was a friendly and knowledgeable staff and an excellent deal on the vehichle. Before we knew it, we were leaving with our vehichle and the easiest car buying experience we have ever had period! Thank you Eddie and Jason for your excellent service and friendly nature during our short time at the dealership. I am not a person who likes to car shop or interact with car dealerships. My experience tonight has changed my perception on this topic however. We would definitely do business again with Absher-Arnold, especially Eddie. Thank you.

My current vehicle was a small svu and it was not performing on wet roads, snow and ice like I wanted, I thought the smaller engine would also save in getting better gas mileage, well needless to say, I wasn't very happy with the performance of my vehicle, so I decided to go with a vehicle that's performance has always been top rated....JEEP. So I looked online and submitted a request about a Jeep that was at Absher-Arnold Motors. Within minutes I received a call from Cheryl. She was very kind and I told her I was looking and she invited me to come take a test drive and she would show me some jeeps. On my next day off from work, I drove to Absher-Arnold and met Cheryl. I had a good feeling from the first time meeting and talking to her. She showed me two jeeps I was interested in, I got to test drive both of them. She thouroughly told me all about the vehicles. I knew after test driving the Wrangler Unlimited Oscar-Mike edition that this was the Jeep for me. Now the hard part, seeing if we could make this Jeep mine. After a lot of talking and help from Cheryl and Dan (sales manager), I was able to leave the dealership with the new jeep that was still in the range that I had been paying for my small suv. I now am the proud owner of a 4 door Jeep Wrangler, and I coudnt be any prouder to be a part of the Jeep Family! Our sales person Cheryl Goematt was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and worked hard to match a price from another dealer. The other dealer lost our business not because of price but because of Cheryl's professionalism and knowledge of the product she is selling. We would buy from her and Absher/Arnold again.

Auburn paired my new cell phone in seconds and also explained how to take my key apart so I could leave a key with some one and yet they could not drive it. I went in very frustrated with another dealer I went to being VERY rude to me. I walked in and met Auburn Drue right away. She was so sweet the whole time, and really listened to all my concerns. I was very impressed with her and sales manager Jason working so much to get me my car. I left with a brand new 2014 dodge avenger, and i couldn't be happier with it. I look forward to seeing them again when my car needs it's first oil change.

These Guys are on top of their game...they go out of their way to get you the very best deal. No pressure, no sitting in an office for hours going back and forth between the Finance Man and the customer. You strike a deal, it's as Good or better than you can find on the internet and you both walk away, dealer and customer, knowing both of you got a fair deal. We purchased a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Polar edition for my daughter for her 16th birthday. Cheryl was so accomodating and she and her team worked with us hard to close the deal. We did not feel pressured at all. They wre very imformative and we left the dealership feeling very satisfied.! I would highly recommend!

I made the "quick" decision on the 29th of the month, that I wanted to take advantage of Dodge's month end incentive program. Mind you, both my husband and I had to work! Not only was Absher and Cheryl completely accommodating, but they got us in and out in no time...all on the last day of the month! I got more for my car than expected, so that is a bonus! This is our second new car from Absher...won't be the last!!!

We found a 05 GMC Envoy on cars.com from Absher-Arnold Motors, along with several others. The quality of service given to us for the time we called and talked to Auburn Drue until I drove off the lot a fabulous. We called to inquire about the car and Auburn asked to call us back so she could give it a drive and give us an honest report. She promptly called us back with a knowledgeable report and said she would work with us on the price. Couldn't have asked for a kinder friendlier person to wait on us. Every concern was promptly taken care of and Auburn true to her word got me off the lot for EXACTLY what we wanted to spend. She treated us like people instead of a bank account, truly lovely experience. I would highly recommend Absher-Arnold Motors, very seldom to you find honest, trustworthy car dealers that care more about the people on the lot then what's in their pockets.

We bought our 2014 Dodge Charger from Absher Arnold in Marion IL. We had the best service. Our salesperson was Cheryl Goemaat , she was so well informed. We highly recommend her. A very friendly atmosphere, and very clean. I also would like to say the Business Manager Wyatt Churillo was very nice. We highly recommend Absher Arnold in Marion IL.

I am not one to normally post a review however because the experience was so amazing I felt the need to do so. I have bought alot of cars in my time but never have I ever had this great of an experience. From the moment I walked in I was blown away by the professionalism from my sales person Eddie Anderson. He never made me feel like he was trying to sell me something. The best part of the experience was that when I found a vehicle I liked I was presented a more than fair price right from the start and didnt have to do the back and forth game that most dealerships play. I can honestly say that once I found the perfect vehicle I was out of there in an hour. If someone is looking for a no haggle exprience Absher Arnold is the place!

I took my brand new car in to have a few things repaired. I went and showed them what needed fixed. I was called less than 24 hours later and told the part was in and to bring it in and they would change out the parts. I thought wow that was fast shipping! I took my car in and went to pick it up and no new parts were put on it. They had glued the old part and told me it was new! Seriously I could have done that! My new car shouldn't have to have glue holding it together. Service manager assures me he will fix it this time. Thanks for wasting my time! We will see how it looks this time.

I visited this dealership a few weeks ago. I was treated as if they did not care if I was there or not. I stayed hoping that the situation would improve. It did not. Again I decided to stay and try to salvage the situation. I went ahead with the process of purchasing a vehicle. They treated me as if I was incapable of math. They tried to persuade me that they were doing me a favor by giving me much less that the book value of my vehicle. I finally had the good sense (after 2.5-3 hours) of this horrible process to walk. Bottom line...their customer service is horrible. I will never purchase anything from them. If I could give negative stars I would. The review requires me to give at least 1.

Do not believe their statements about good quality and good customer service. Beware do not buy from this dealer. They have been dishonest from the moment I purchased my vehicle with it breaking down in less than 24 hours. They are telling people they do a check on their used vehicles and come to find out from their own employee that they don't do the inspections. They will rip you off should you have a problem and do it with a smile on their face. Seriously be very cautious and do your homework and insist that you take the vehicle to your own shop. Should you find a problem beware once they check it you will be told that they could not find a problem when in fact you do. Be sure to get a second opinion . Most of what they claim even on here is not true. Thank you.
