I just purchased a Kia Sorento and I love it. The workers there are wonderful, im shocked by these reviews. But honestly if you compare this dealership to others they are on top.

I bought the car from them and it was in excellent condition; like they said. I went through a rough time with making my payments and they worked with me to help me keep my car. Overall ive had a great experience and so has my father which i have reccommended to go there.

I am a first time buyer and i think this is the worst car dealership that i been to. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They tell you one thing and when u get there its something else. All there cars are lemons, nice on the inside/outside but under the hood is a bunch of junk.

This car dealership took me for almost 4,000 on a car with a blue book value of only 2,000 and probably even less than that due to the condition. Literally every car that they have is CRAP. Their cars have broken down while on test drives. They are a very manipulative set of people and very very rude once they get your money. If I can save anyone from the xxxx I am going through with them with this review then so be it. I have reported this business to the better business bureau myself but if others actually take steps also maybe these crooks can be brought down!!!

I brought a car from Easley Bridge Road location back in January. I dealed with Paula and Mazen. She helped me get in my car and set me up on a good monthly payment where I can afford it evry month. Would tell anyone to go to her. I told my family and friends and we all in a car. She is good to look at too when is doing paperwork.

I wouldn't recommend this car lot to everyone how they treat their employees is how they treat customer I went to purchase a car and the man Sam was cussing the girl calling her a stupid dumb redneck she needed to jump off a bridge and just end it or he had something in his car that would only take one and it would end all her miserable poor girl was in tears but all she could do was smile and say he was joking I knew then I shouldn't have brought the car but I did and now I'm out 3500 and a car they trying to make me pay for repairs and I only had the car 30 mind so everyone please don't buy from this lot

I purchased a vehicle feb. 24 2014 broke down march 31. Car lot told me if i made payment and paid late fees and towing they would fix it. Paid $665 3 weeks it sat a car lot didnt do nothing to fix it now saying key is lost that they have told me have to pay 189 for key. He said motor has to be replaced and i have to pay 2200. This place is nothing but liars.He just trys to rip everybody off and get money. Dont pay a car from abu auto

My experience has been a complete let down. I was first impressed with them trying to "work with" me with the price. Till I had to point out specifically they had continually repeated a price for a higher marked vehicle. They also agreed to fix the windows and sunroof and do minor maintenance when necessary. For 3 weeks they have been waiting on my part one part that won't fix every issue. The mechanic does not care about his job and I have never recieved a call back concerning fixing these vehicle issues yet they can call and tell me I owe them money. When we planned the due date specifically and I had to remind them of this. This company is not about customer satisfaction or anything feigning just that.They are more concerned with the money towards their pay checks that they recieve for just sitting around pretending to do work.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2005 Chrysler 300 in Feb. 2013. By March I was paying for a repair that cost over $300. When I called to notify them of the repair to see if they would work with me on the payment, they did not care. They still wanted the payment and charged a late fee. Again in April the car started running hot. Found out the radiator had a hole in it and that it needed a thermostat. I called the dealership again about this...no help....they didn't care. I put $2500 down on this car so I expected it to run at least 6 months without having to pay for a repair. It was very hard paying for repairs and making the payment. Not only was the car lemon but the tires wires were showing. ABU AUTO did not care and does not maintenance their cars. Oh I forgot to mention that when I purchased the car it was daylight outside. When I tried to drive the car at night I found out the headlights didn't work. This future let me know that they put their cars on the lot without them being serviced. PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO ABU AUTO!!! They are selling lemons and only care about getting the money. In the end I let the car go back and saved up me enough money to get me a new car from Car Max (2012 Altima). It is so awesome!!! Please take my advice and don't give them your hard earned money because they only want your money and could care less about the product they sale!!!!

An absolute rip off! I have had a volvo xc 90 for a little over a year. Within that year this vehicle has had 3 major repairs: transmission, fly wheel,timing belt.. totaling over 3000 dollars. 2 days after the timing belt repair the truck broke down AGAIN! If I can save some one else the time,money,and trouble of dealing with ABU then this post was absolutly worth it!

THEY HAD GREAT SELECTIONS , VERY FRIENDLY SALES PERSON, AND THEY OFFER EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE CARS THAT THEY SELL.the financing was very easy we walked in and walked out in less than one hour.

Very misleading....crappy cars made up to "look" nice, completely money hungry owner.....Stay Away!!! Luckily I didn't buy, he was just too shady for me! Do research for quality dealerships before buying anywhere!!

This dealership uses predatory practices to mislead and overcharge their victims for cars that are worth no more than steel scrap prices. Each of the vehicles which I've looked at displayed problems that wouldn't make them road worthy in states which perform vehicle safety inspects. Abu Auto Sales is able to get a way with selling their vehicles because there is no safety inspection program in South Carolina.

Mazdin took the car after 32 days . I paid 3500.00 total and was there to pay my first months bill and he took the car. I live 1hr and 30 mins away and had my grandmother and son with me. They scam me out of 3500.00 . His reason for taking the car was that I needed to pay over 1200.00 for tax and tags .Mazdin told me that I couldn't get NC in the beginning and that I had to get SC tags . I live in NC .3wks later Brandy said I would have to pay over 500.00 for NC tags 30 mins later Sam told me I would have to pay over 1200.00. I went to try to resolve this issue and pay my bill and that's when they took the car and would not give me a refund. My contract was also fraudulent and I asked about it several times no one could answer. It's a scam for Mazdin to keep your money and his cars.This was a set up. Then plan to take the car and leave me and my family walking on the street with a pocket full of money.

I purchased a 2002 trailblazer from abu on pleasantburg dr. in march of 2011. The SUV had a headlight out that they said just needed a bulb. It didnt just need a bulb, after having my mechanic take a look at it, it has to do with the fact that the car had been wrecked 2 times prior to me buying it and IT DOESNT HAVE ANY AIRBAGSSS!! How shitty can you possibly be to sell a car to a young mother of TWO small children that does not have airbags and is not safe to drive AT ALL?!?!?!? TWO DAYS AFTER I HAD THE CAR, the CV axles had to be replaced. The car does not have shocks. TWO WEEKS AFTER I HAD THE CAR I HAD TO HAVE THE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL (the 4x4) REPLACED. TO top this all off they are charing me 24% interest!!! After reviewing my paperwork and seeing that they somehow got that one past me, i am absolutely furious! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ABU AUTO SALES! THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY ASSHOLES!

I bought two cars from Mazen. Before purchasing the vehicle I told them about a few things that needed to be fixed on one of the cars which never was complted. I then go to pay the car note on one of the vehicles in which I have never been late on and he reposses my car because he says my 2nd cars payment is late. I explained to him that you cant repo the wrong car especially if the payments are current. The 2nd was late by a few days and was getting paid the beginning of the week monday because the banks were closed. He treated me like I was nothing considering I bought two cars from him and have never been late on any payments. He begins to threaten me telling me who he know and what he can do to me. This place is very unprofessional and I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again.

Please do not buy from this dealer, it is a waste of money. The car I bought had problems and they told me it was just a belt they would fix. It turned out to be that the car need a new hybrid system (the car is a toyota prius) and they wanted me to pay the $2300 plus labor to fix it and tried to tell me the problem was a maintance issue. What a bunch of lies.

Buyers beware. Here is my story. I purchased a vehicle from Mazen(owner of ABU Auto Sales) because we had previously done business together. To start, he lied stating that there were new brakes on the car but I later found out that wasn't the case when I was in the car with my children and the car almost ran a red light! I brought car back and he really didn't want to put he brakes on but he did and stated that that was the last thing that he would do for me. I also had a light that was hanging on by a thread...but I was desperate for a car. And because we did business together before I figured he would fix something major if that was the case. Then comes the 45th day. I was leaving work headed to classes and I went to start my car and it wouldn't start. So naturally I figured it was the battery. I asked a friend of mine for a jump and low and behold...the car didnt' start. I called out to the car lot to express disatisfaction with the car. When i spoke to the owner...Mazen...he made the comment "So if your car gave out of gas or if you got a flat tire would you call me for that too?" As you can imagine I was pissed. I understand that when financing an "As Is" vehicle that after the warranty you are responsible...BUT 45 DAYS!!! Come on! Who the hell is expecting to pay for a major repair when they have had the car for only 45 days and I'm still expected to make my car payments. He has no customer service and neither does his help. People...just because it's easy to get a car from him doesn't make the cars ok. It's a waste of money. Please do not purchase a car from ABU Auto Sales.

He sells vehicles that are junk. After having for a few wks, problems occur which should hv been fixed prior to sell. he will not take responsibility for any repairs paid to a third party. you call to office to speak w/him but you never can. it is hard n this economy to buy a used car & w/in a few weeks of purchase, it goes out on you. You run the risk of loosing your job because you dont have proper transpotation & you loose a lot more because you have to pay out of pocket to have a car fixed that you tho
