An amazingly positive experience with Tim. I didn't need to be sold on a Tracer. This is my third one! What I appreciated the most was that Tim worked with me and made a positive experience. A weekend road trip confirmed I have the right car. My experience with ACE confirms I can recommend Tim to anyone shopping for a new used car.

Tim's a good guy. He's honest about what you're buying. They use an independent mechanic who you can call and get a second opinion of any work done on the car, and the car itself. They have safety and emissions done as part of all their sales so you know you are not getting scammed. I got an old Camry from here, and it's been running strong for 3 months with no problems. The car had a few defects on the body and doors but these were made known to me not just in person but on the initial phone call. Very happy.

Not a good experience at all. They sold me a warranty then 1 day later was told the vehicle couldn’t be warrantied because of a discrepancy in the mileage. Not very trustworthy

BEWARE!!!! If I could leave no stars, I would. No sales rep on the lot, called them, never came, called them again 30 minutes later…told me it would be another 15 minutes and to, “go grab a sandwich or something.” That’s when I bluntly told them I had been waiting for them for over 30 minutes. I was then called the B word and to buy a car somewhere else.

My husband and I were car shopping for my son's very first car and I was extremely skeptical about purchasing a vehicle from Ace Motors due to some of the negative reviews. Just remember there are two sides to every story. From what I gathered, many of the negative reviews are from potential buyers who are unable to obtain financing due to poor credit scores. You cannot fault a business for this unfortunate circumstance. I also noticed some reviews state that cars have warning lights on prior to purchase. If that's the case, then don't buy that particular car. No-one is forcing you. 🤷 My experience with Ace Motors was superb. We were able to test drive the vehicle and fully inspect it prior to purchasing it. On 9/11/20 we purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion for my son and surprised him with it. The car rides smoothly and we have not had any problems with the vehicle. Both Tim and Pat were friendly and made the process quick and stress-free. It was a pleasure doing business and I would highly recommend them.
