I did not buy my car from Acme, however, they treat me with the professionalism and curtesy as if I did. They are very polite and friendly. I've been coming back to have them service my car since I got it.

The whole process was very straight forward. Make an online reservation, arrive at the service center, and leave it all to the experts here. a regular maintenance, changed the rubber door mold and regular inspection done in about 2 hours. Overall, good and quick service.

So it's that time again to turn in you old leased vehicle and do "the dance" of haggling for another. To alleviate this headache, I considered returning back to Honda in N. Plainfield to lease a vehicle through the Costco Auto Program. After previously doing this and having a great experience I assumed this would be the best route to take. This was not the case! After being quoted a high monthly payment and receiving no Costco documentation with the numbers on it, It dawned on me that upon speaking to a manger that the sales person had lied to me about everything. After he took my Costco card and quoted me "Costco pricing" the truth came out that this dealership no longer participates in the program any more. That helped me make my next decision which was to switch to Acme Nissan where I would meet Andy, Rob, Lou and Jack. These three guys made my next car purchasing experience such a pleasure. My sales representatives Andy and Rob from beginning to end were honest, professional and just plain nice. They were helpful in explaining the vehicle as well as the services and the process. They closely matched the Costco pricing I had received from another dealership even though they are not in the program but to their advantage they offer a great maintenance package when you buy a vehicle there. It was truly a great experience and one you should definitely consider when looking for your next vehicle. I've never owned a Nissan but love my 2016 Rogue and the new Nissan family I belong too. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

I was in a situation where it was time to get out of an old vehicle and get into something new that allowed me to feel like I was upgrading, safer than I was in my previous car, and not paying an arm and a leg to do so. So I did what everyone else would do in this situation. I did some shopping. After a week of going back and forth, I thought I was going to get a great deal from Windsor Nissan. Without going into great detail, Windsor Nissan let me down, lied to me and made me feel as though I was not worthy enough or valued enough as a customer. What was I to do?? THATS RIGHT, I WENT TO ACME NISSAN!!! :) From the very second I pulled up to ACME NISSAN, I felt GREAT! The air was clear, positive and friendly! I was greeted outside with a smile and was welcomed as though I was going into a friends home. This feeling carried all the way through from my salesman Darren Lazare, the general manager Lou Narcisi to the receptionist and other ACME NISSAN employees that passed by me. I couldnt believe how incredibly nice everyone was. It was easy to see that these people truly loved their jobs, and what a breath of fresh air to see the manager so friendly and involved! The dealership was incredibly clean and provided a comfortable environment for extended waiting periods of time. They offered free refreshments and snacks. The bathroom was clean. I was incredibly impressed with ACME NISSANS inventory they had EXACTLY what I wanted, in the colors and options that I wanted which was amazing because shopping at other dealerships I felt like I wouldve had to settle for a color car I really didn't want. There was absolutely NO settling at ACME NISSAN. The best part is there was no reason to spend an entire day or more here. I got treated like I was family, I was given the best price up front, I didnt have to haggle or negotiate. Bill Susan, the finance director was also amazing, when it came time to sign the paperwork he gave me options so that I could make the very best decision for me and my family and there was NEVER any pressure to purchase anything extra. I walked in the door at 9:30 and drove home with my brand new Nissan Altima SV in beautiful Pearl White by 12:30. Darren has been amazing and has followed up to make sure that Im happy in my new vehicle, he even called to wish me a Happy Birthday! My old car loan was paid off within 4 days - they are so quick and gave me even more of a reason to trust and feel confident buying from them! I am absolutely LOVING my new Altima!! I feel incredibly safe driving it, I LOVE all of its great features and I thank Darren, Lou, Bill and the rest of the gang at ACME NISSAN for making my experience unforgettable! My family and I cannot wait to purchase from you again!!! Thank you for making buying a car so much fun!!!

Love this dealership! I have been going there since 2009 and they've always been very professional and efficient. I love these guys. I didn't have an appointment 5/13/16 for service, but called them in the morning of the same day and was told to bring the car in at 11am. Once I got there my total wait time for oil change and tire maintenance was approximately 16 minutes. This is record times compared to my previous experience with other Nissan dealerships in NJ, this is the best Nissan dealership in all of NJ.Belinda.

We had spent a good deal of time online researching features and comparing prices between the RAV4 and Rogue. We have been very happy with Nissan and Toyota vehicles. Our decision was made easy based on the test drives between the two cars and the totally different experiences at the dealerships. We feel that the Rogue is a better value for about the same money, actually a little less. Our salesperson, Dennis, as well as everyone else at Acme were great to work with. The Rogue is the fourth vehicle our family has purchased from Acme.

I recently purchased a used Nissan Rogue from Acme Nissan, and I left completely satisfied. John Van Ness is an excellent salesman, completely professional and not at all pushy or deceptive like other salespeople. John was always honest and told it like it is without trying to put a spin on anything, and that straight-shooting approach to selling is something I really appreciate. The finance people were outstanding as well. Overall, the dealership offers great customer service and I had a completely positive experience. I plan on shopping at Acme again in the future.

I have been leasing with Acme Nissan for the past 6 years. Had great deals on Nissan Versa and Nissan Rogue. Very professional staff, smooth paperwork process, excellent service (free of charge 6 routine complementary services), excellent cars! Yuri is absolutely the best expert/salesman I have ever known - very patient, client oriented, always "win-win" state when having a deal with him. Overall, great dealership, highly recommended!

I was all set to purchase a CPO 2012 Murano which I had seen advertised online, test driven on 10/5/15, had discussed pricing with the salesman on 10/12/15 and wanted to show my wife. Upon my arrival the next evening one of the salesmen (Jake Jaskowski) rudely informed me that the price of the car was different from what had been previously advertised. He stated that the advertised price was incorrect and had since been changed to reflect the correct price. He even stated if we had done the deal the day before he would have honored the the originally advertised price. I left the dealership not willing to renegotiate the deal based on the new price. As of that evening the advertised price online was the same as it was over a week before when I first looked at the vehicle, and less than the price I was offered that evening. I emailed the original salesman and told him I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which I did. The salesman Jake is related to the owners and as the saying goes the apple doesn't fall far from the tree so my advice is shop somewhere else for a Nissan.

I went to this dealer after a bad experience with route 33 nissan. Acme nissan was straightforward and no drama. The sales manager was fair, and his sales rep Stephen was nice. I was to trade in my old car and they did not hostage my car key, unlike route 33 nissan. After they assessed my old car, they gave back my car key as they promised. During the price haggling process, the manager was fair right from the start with the trade in price of my old car, the price of the new car, and met me half way with my monthly price. It was a surprisingly good sales process for me. They were not greedy nor pushy like route 33 nissan. Acme was fair.

My wife and I went to this dealership to trade in her Nissan Maxima and lease a New 2014 Murano last November. The dealership promised to payoff my wife's maxima, but we were left with a payment of several hundred dollars even though there was no charge for excess wear and tear. The dealership clearly new of the charges on my account ahead of time and failed to pay them. The only reason I didn't sue them was the fees due in arbitration. When I called the dealership to complain about the salesmanager yelled at me for like five minutes. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership and both my wife and I generally get a new car every two years. It was outright fraud and I would never buy from them again. In fact we get free maintenance from them for three years and I won't even trust them with this free service. They are liars, frauds, and all around bad businessmen.

I bought brand new car 2013 Sentra SR from this Acme nissan dealership. It was only 200 miles on my car transmission failed and needs to be replaced. After 5 days they replaced transmission in my car. after five months I went back again for some sound coming out of transmission and some gear shifting problem. I waited in the dealership and they took one hour and fixed something but didn't give any proper reason. They told me to come back after 3 days. I went back againAfter 3 days they took 2 hours and gave me reason with report this time car needs bearings. They were blaming driver hit on curb or somewhere but I went to my mechanic and I came to know my car bearings were absolutely ok. Now again after 10 months transmission failed second time. This time dealership asking me $3400.00 to replace new transmission again. They said Lower transmission pan damaged and dealership is blaming an accident for the failed transmission that never happened. In 18 months 2 times transmission failed. I really had a bad experience with this dealership. I don't recommend this dealership.

I had purchased a 2010 Sentra from this dealership 2.5 years ago, my car was totaled 2 weeks ago when I was rear ended so I thought I would return to the same dealer since I thought they'd appreciate a returning customer.I was there earlier in the week looking at a 2011 Rogue with Andy Patel. I liked the car, it was a very basic model. I mentioned to my salesperson at the time that the sticker price was way over Kelly Blue Book. He told me not to worry, he'd make it affordable for me. I didn't buy the car, I had to speak to my boyfriend and let him see the car as well. The manager came over and tried to convince me, but it wasn't happening this day.In the meantime, I shopped at a few other dealers. I noticed that the prices were ALL significantly lower that Acme Nissan on rt 130. Today in our travels I wanted to show my boyfriend the car since we were driving all around anyway. Another salesperson (Steve) approached us and we let him know we had spoken to someone else, he was going to let them know we were there. Andy was busy so Steve said he would help us. Steve told us to not pay mind to the prices on the cars "We all know those are not the prices, don't fall for that gimmick.. we can always work something out" Not only did Steve laugh when we told him the rates we found at other dealers, but to our face told us "no one will give you that price" and insisted on selling us the car at top dollar.. I didn't appreciate being called a liar. This salesperson was arrogant as well as rude. He spoke to the manager and we overheard them saying offensive remarks about us. Steve came over to us and told us "no" and laughed.. We shook his hand and left. I do not recommend this dealership. They are dishonest, rude and I suggest doing your research. There are many other Nissan dealers that will give you a better experience. If you want a dishonest person who will overcharge you, I'd suggest you buy a car from this dealer. I have since gone and bought a car from Buick.. It is 10x the car the Rogue is. I had a great experience and recommend Buick GMC on rt 22 in Green Brook NJ.

After getting beat up at another Nissan Dealership in Langhorne, PA., we drove about 30 minutes North in New Jersey to Acme Nissan. They couldnt have been nicer. There was no typical car dealer nonsense like we experienced at the Nissan Dealer in Langhorne, PA. They honored their price, didnt try to change cars or do anything unprofessional. We took delivery of our new car and we love it. We will go back to Acme Nissan again for our next car even though the Nissan Dealership in Langhorne, PA is very close to where we live.

I have obtained Service for my Nissan Xterra at DCH Nissan, Admiral Nissan, ACME Nissan, and Flemington Nissan. My favorite dealership has been ACME Nissan for both service and sales. I am a young female and the gentlemen at this dealership have always spoken nicely too me and have never tried to take advantage of me on repairs. I came in to have my power window repaired. The shuttle serivce got me to work on time. The dealership called me to tell me the price of the repairs before performing them. I double checked the price of the part with South Jersey Auto Supply and it was correct. I additionally requested to have the old part that was changed out returned to me, since I work as a CPA with a background in forensics I like to cross check these items. The service technician gladly returned the old part with no problem. This has been by far the best dealership I have been to around the state of New Jersey. I actually will NEVER go back to DCH Nissan. ACME Nissan also has assisted me since purchasing my vehicle from DCH on errors that DCH caused. Great service!! Thank you again Tom!

I have used this dealership's service department MANY times and have nothing bad to say about them. ALWAYS courteous, informative, and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and want to come back. The sales department may be a different story. I went in this dealership on the afternoon of Friday 9/20/13. Dennis was called by the 'front desk' to assist my wife and I with looking at a Pathfinder. I told Dennis that I had been researching a number of SUVs on the internet and that I was out that day to check out the vehicles physically and to test drive, and that I would not be purchasing that day. He then directed us to his desk instead of giving us an overview of the vehicle in the showroom. Pulling out a sheet titled "Sales Agreement" he proceeded to get my contact information, and ask which model Pathfinder I was interested in. While I wasn't too sure, I just said I wanted to test drive one with 4WD and leather interior. He then asked how much I wanted to pay per month. I once again reminded him I was not there to discuss buying as I wanted to determine if this year's Pathfinder would deserve further consideration. He then asked what color I wanted to drive. Is color really important in a test drive? I told him I didn't care. As he got up (annoyed) to go bring a vehicle up for the drive, he asked again what color I wanted and if I wanted on board navigation, to which my wife reminded him that color wasn't a factor for a simple test drive. Dennis then shot back at my wife "I'm just trying to get a car that your husband likes!", and walked off to get a Pathfinder. HOW RUDE! He is very lucky I chose to leave at that point, because nobody needs to talk to my wife that way.Too bad Acme Nissan has Dennis working there. They lost a sale to another dealership.

I just leased my 3rd car from Acme and have been a customer since '08. Nissan has great incentives that allows me to get out of my lease early and the folks at Acme were very helpful in lowering my payments on my most recent lease while not having to settle on a cheaper vehicle. Having recently started a family, I am obviously on a budget and they understood my need to keep my payments at an amount I can afford. As long as they stay the way they are I will continue to use Acme. I was disappointed that my usual salesman was no longer there but I worked with Jake and he really went over and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy.

so this is an update, unfortunately things went sour quickly again. 900 miles into the new pathfinder and the battery went dead....was told it was a computer settings issue....then just under 1200 miles the rear passenger tire blew out the sidewall.....but I purchased the warranty on the tire/rim...thank goodness.....well, when I was speaking to the service manager, Tom, he swore there was no way the tire wall blew out without hitting something....so here's my question to Tom....why would I lie about hitting something when I have a 100% replacement warranty? So this got me thinking should I be concerned with the other 3 tires....so I talk to sales about this....well, they don't want to hear it. Rich, Brian, Jack, Paul (jack and paul are the owners sons) "can't" do anything about it and recommend I call Nissan Corporate. Over the course of the next 2 weeks...yes, I said 2 weeks....I am led to believe the tires would be replaced by the fact I am in constant contact with the service manager Tom and the Corporate Relationship manager, Verta. We even go so far as to have a conversation about which tires I would be comfortable with....well 2 weeks in a rental car that Acme Nissan paid for (approx. $450 from my understanding of rental car rates) Corporate Nissan said they wouldn't replace them and that I have to take this up with the tire company....really? 2 weeks for this? So I go into Acme to pick up the pathfinder and ask for them to sign a release form on what their opinion is on the tires and that they will not replace the tires, both from Acme and from Corporate....they refuse to sign, Lou in sales, and Brian R. is such the car salesman now. I ask him "Brian, when you sold me the car, you said you have a wife and a 2 year old, would you feel comfortable putting YOUR family in this car knowing the tires may be unsafe?" His response...."well, we really shouldn't be talking about this" Nice job guys....ACME TALKS THE TALK about family....we are family owned, we care about family, yadda yadda. well, when it comes time to walk the walk, they turn their back on you.....Nice Job Acme Nissan....by the way, Paul and Jack, the owners sons....my wife works with 2 people they both went to high school with in the North Brunswick area. Those 2 people my wife works with are friends with Paul and Jack on Facebook. They sent them messages to ask for them to help out and their response "yeah, we know who this guy is" .....talk about not caring about your reputation. I hope you all can sleep well at night, I am going to have to pay out of my own pocket to make sure I can and that my family is safe. Good job with a first time Nissan buyer !!!

I bought a used 2001 Pathfinder and bought it to Tom Bradley for service. He informed me the vehicle had 2 open recalls that required action. Not only did he do the required recalls, he suggested performing the 60,000 mile service on it and provided a loaner car. The price was reasonable. Toms knowledge, helpfulness and attitude were second to none. I would reccommend acme nissan service to everyone and I would suggest they see Mr. Tom Bradley. It was a pleasent experience overall.Yours,Jim Capo69 Vernon Way, Port Reading NJ 07064

Bought a pre-owned car today coz I had to buy it. Did not want to spend much time on looking for another one. It took total of hours to get the car out the door. Deal was done at 11 am but got the car at 2:45 pm. They did not properly guide us on mode of payment and on adding the insurance on car we bought. I felt that they wanted to sell their finance offer so that they can make more money. Above al these, while I tried negotiating, the sales person got rude stating that we already negotiated price many times. He did not want to go to manager again. Manager came and told us the final price of the car with very bad attitude. All they reduced was only A couple hundred dollars on their Internet price that was because I found some minor defect on car. Otherthen that no price settlement. They knew that we need a car, so their hand was up. Over all I won't suggest if someone is looking for a good customer service.

Do Not Use This Dealer!!They Do not honor there own contract! We were trying to buy Our Grandson a new car as he was just starting college & needed tranportation to get back & forth from home to college (No Public Tranportation Available). We expected the normal back & forth hassle on price but were surprised that it was less painful than usual. We found out why when we went to pick the car up. They tried to sell us a finance plan & added additional charges for registration & paperwork that was in error, so they wanted more money. When we refused to give them any more money they refunded our deposit & let us leave. The Manager we dealth with when we went to pickup the car was nasty.

I wish I could spare u all my story but if I do my rating won't be accepted. After a frustrating and expensive week of dealing with these people and Nissan Consumer Affairs they put a key instead of the remote in my Murano's ignition and break it. The service manager Tom gets sarcastic when I asked for it in writing. After 1 hr and 15 minutes of my 4 yr old and 4 month old waiting with me they send me home in the rental car I was returning in the 1st place and we had to move all our stuff back again including car seats. Then they want to charge me for being 2 gallons short of a full tank for $10! They charged me 1 and a half hours of labor for something that takes 15 minutes so either I'm being over charged or their technicians are that incompetent. Can't wait to talk to Consumer Affairs again tomorrow. This is just a piece of what ive had to deal with. NEVER EVER use this place.

I normally take my vehicles to a local shop and a mechanic I trust, however like most take my vehicle in for warranty work. However, when Acme's service mgr Tom found out he told me to take my Armada elsewhere for service, the guy is a real DB, he even went as for to tell me my mechanic used the wrong gear oil. And then refused to put any of his statements in writing!!!Stay clear, I will be heading to Nissan Edison from now on, seems from talking with Edison Nissan they understand at times people like to get service by there local town mechanic!

Lets just say that their service department is way more expensive than other dealers. I was over charged to get my brakes done and get this....they charged me $6.50 for a remote battery. I purchased the same battery from Windsor Nissan for $3.50. I know it's a small price but that gives you an idea of their pricing. It was double the price. Go somewhere else and save your money.

i have to say it really depends on who you have to deal with. i made an initial visit only to be discouraged. however i was contacted by Lou N via email and spoke to him personally by phone. a price was agreed upon and i made my way back to the dealership. Granted i was a bit skeptical because many dealers use a tactic just to get you in. However Acme Nissan really stepped up this time. I went in and was given another salesman (brian R.). Brian knew his stuff and was really easy to deal with. Bravo to the combination of Lou N and Brian R. Jack in Finance was also Awesome. He explained all options was very friendly, and did not push to add warranties. I hope these guys are there the next time i decide to purchase a vehicle.

I can't say enough positive things about Acme Nissan. This was the second dealer we went to when looking for my wife's car. We had found the car we were interested in online and took it for a test drive. Without prompting the sales associate, Nick, provided us with a printout that itemized the costs of the car including taxes, tags, and our trade-in. Additionally it included a matrix of financing options based on length and downpayment. I was so surprised to see this - all of my questions had been answered without even being asked! On our first visit, we were not prepared to purchase and while there was still the standard "what do I need to do to get you in this car" it really did not feel like a pressure pitch. Nick was so laid back and easy to work with while maintaining a level of professionalism. He also did not take the usual approach that you see at "shady" dealers where they ask you to wait a moment and bring in the manager or have to go back and forth to get any information. Lastly, after we had decided to purchase the car, we worked with the business manager to finalize the financing. Once again, no pressure pitch to add all kinds of warranties or "extras" - he did review them with us, but clearly was not trying to waste our time and went through everything throughly but efficently. An absolutely wonderful experience and it will be our first stop the next time we need a Nissan. A+!

I had a really nice experience with Acme Nissan. It took some time, but at the end everything worked out the way I wanted. First I came to the dealership on 8/26/2011 and Rich Giacobbi showed me a car Nissan Rouge SV AWD, it's features and around a Dealership. The price I was offered, was a little to high. I did not buy the car that day. I was shopping around NJ and checking prices on the Internet. I came back on 10/15/2011 with the same intention to buy the Nissan Rogue. I had a monthly payment in my mind, I would want to pay to stay within a budget. Almost at once we agreed on the payment with Rich confirmed with Lou Narcisi and within 30 minutes I was all set, shook hands and that was done deal. Everyone is happy. I got the price I want and can afford, the Dealership had a sale. What else to wish for. I hope all the deals done that easy. Thanks a lot Acme Nissan.

I learned a lot from my experience with the Acme service department, much of it not very favorable. Dealerships are known for charging more than the independents. However, Acme Nissan, as some other reviewers have noted, seems to outcharge the rest. Instead of trying to maintain a lasting customer relationship each transaction has only one goal- to maximize corporate profit. In my opinion, their mechanics are as good as any. But in terms of value, you can do a lot better.

Windsor wanted me to come and hagel for their best price and Acme discounted the car and gave me their rock bottom price before I went to them. I like the non hagel deal. Thank you to Erik and Rich. I enjoy my car and recomend you to everyone!Gurdwar

Allen was great to work with. He helped me with all the features of the car. The price was great. Lou the General Manager was also very helpful in helping me choose a car that would fit my budget and lifestyle. When I picked up my car, Allen walked me through all the features and that was a big help! I know know all the features my car has. I love the I Pod holder!

I searched far and wide for a Nissan Sentra, but got the best deal and service dealing with Allen Roth. I was looked everywhere from NY to MD but chose Acmee Nissian because of Mr. Rother. His service before, during and AFTER THE SALE was definately worth noting. He made sure I got the best price and that all eligible discounts were applied. Furthermore, he continues to follow up with me tothank me for my business and remind me of my recommeneded service appointments. I would highly recommend Allen for anyone looking to purchase a new car!!

This dealership is the best I have have experienced. They have an excellent knowledgable technical staff and doing business was a pleasure. I was so pleased when I purchased my wifes 2010 Rogue I went back and purchased a 2010 Murano. I would never go anywhere else period. Jack and PJ made the experience incredable. I have prurchased and leased many cars in my 30 plus years driving and they made it the easiest. They are knowledgable about the products and treat you with respect. They arent pushy like other dealers. They provided many different ways to purchase and took their time making sure I was completly satisfied which I am!

The heating system in my car was not working.I was charged $650.00 for the "labor" for replacing the thermostat and flushing the cooling system. The car was returned with the technician stating that the issue has been addressed. That was not the case - and actually there was NO improvement in the heating.Upon being questioned - Service technician states that actually another $2000.00 are needed for fixing the issue. The issue was escalated to the owner. The owner is a very rude person - who instead of trying to address the issue - actually tried to force us into spending the additional $2000.00. No one had an explanation of what was done for the $650.00 already spent - other than claiming it as labor charges.

In short here is how this dealership operates: 2007: Leased an Altima and was given a residual price at which I could purchase the car for when the leased expired. 2010: When I went to purchase the car, I was told by Jack that the price that was on the contract which they had given me could not be honored and since they were not "making any money on the deal" that they couldn't stand by the price they had given me.Jack, eventually told me that he would sell me the car at the price that was on my original lease contract, only to have Bill and Lou contradict his statement and tell me that this was not possible. The correspondence during this entire exchange with them was horrible. I am convinced that becasue they really wanted to sell me the car at a higher price, and not honor what they originally told me that they were reluctant to return my calls. However when I wanted to sign a brand new lease, I couldn't get them off the phone. SMH In short Lou, Bill, and Jack run a horrible dealership. When I asked for the manager Jack told me he was the highest person, only to have Bill and Lou tell me they were the highest people and Jack was a nobody. SMH DO NOT TRUST ACME DEALERSHIP...THEY ARE VERY CORRUPT AND RUN A SHADY BUSINESS. THEY'RE NICE IF YOU LIKE THE NICE KIND THAT WILL KNIFE YOU IN THE BACKGo to Meadowlands Nissan (its well worth the extra 45min up the turnpike) they run a good business, and I ended up going there to close out my lease and get another car.

I am sending this rating in because Acme Nissan does the things all dealers should do and most do not. They are polite, courteous and explain all repairs needed, what isn't needed and what repairs I should expect to plan for in the near future. They make a concerted effort to deal with each customer quickly, yet efficiently. They call you when the car is ready, you don't have to call them and find out it was done an hour ago which happens at many other dealers. When I call and ask for service the phone gets picked up right away, it doesn't ring and ring neccesitating me having to call again, which happens at many other dealers I have done business with.

My expierience at Acme Nissan was one that I have shared with everyone I know who is looking to purchase a new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with respect. My sales consultant Peter, was by far one of the best sales consultants I have ever dealt with. He took me all the way through the process until it was time to turn me over to his manager Rich who made sure everything was in order. Dealing with the finance office was less stressfull then one could have hoped for. And finally, when it was all concluded, I was thanked not only by the General Sales Manager Lou, but also by Paul one of the owners sons.I sincerely recommend Acme to anyone who is thinking of Nissan, but if they are not, thinking twice.

Let me be more direct than the other negative ratings. The Service Department is fraudulaent, deceptive and warrants a federal investigaton under the Rico Act (look that up if you don't know). One-by-one they have driveen away five (5) members of my family -- and now me. In short the experiences have involved: claiming service was needed that in fact was not, charging for services that were not perfomred, charging for replacment parts that were NOT REPLACED, vehcle damage that was coveted up or just not reported to me (until I discovered it upon returning home -- and lastly HUGE overcharges for parts and labor. I only lasted this long because upon purchase of my last vehicle, I told this to the general manager! He promised me that things had changed and to call him directly if I saw any of these problems again. That conversation was conducted to close the deal on purchase of my last car. That was several years ago. So at this point, all I can do is TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have been going to Acme Nissan for service since 2004. I mostly only took my car there for recall services or if there was a problem with my car that I could not figure out. Here is what I gathered from my experiences with them...1. They overcharge you for everything. From parts to labor. They will try to get as much money out of you as possible. (But who wouldn't expect that at a dealership right?)2. The service managers are not very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles and the service that needs to be done on your car. Time after time, whenever I would speak with a service manager regarding issues with my car, they would always come up with issues that are not applicable to the problems/symptoms I was having. I know this bc one time I was actually able to talk to the mechanic that worked on my car and he told me totally different things than what the service manager told me. Maybe the service managers were just mixing up my car with someone elses. For the amount that you are paying, they should be paying more attention. I recommend talking with the mechanic rather than the service manager to prevent confusing yourself on what needs to be serviced on your car.3. Acme Nissan Service Department is supposed to be the "expert" on figuring out what is wrong with your car, right? Wrong. A few times that I have taken my car there bc I could not figure out the issue, they were totally clueless on how to fix it. On this one particular occasion, to make matters worse, not only did they told me that they could not figure out the problem, but they would need to charge me $97 for every hour that they were trying to figure out the problem. Sounds fishy right? I told them they have 1 hour to figure out the issue. This was around 11am when they told me this. They never called me back, so I called them around 4pm to see what was up. I was told they were so busy that they didn't have a chance to call me and that they "think" they know the issue, but it will cost another $130 to see if it is that issue at all. And it if it is that issue, it will cost another $800. If it isn't that issue, well thats $130 down the drain (in addition to the $97). I opted not to have them look at my car any further. Acme Nissan likes the idea of "shotgunning" parts until they find out the real issue bc they get paid for the parts and labor. But I would recommend just going to a local mechanic that you trust bc they can do the same exact thing for a lot cheaper.4. The people in the Acme Nissan Service department seem to be nice people, but how far does them being nice get you? Not very far and a whole lot poorer. Their customer service needs to be worked on and I recommend that Acme Nissan takes a step back and re-analyzes their practices. After my latest experience with Acme Nissan, it has accumulated to a point where I will not be doing business with them again, mostly because of their business practices and the feeling of being ripped off everytime I go there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

One Word....RIP OFF. If you go there, then be prepared to pay 200% more then your local workshop. People at service desk pretend to be co-operative but they will rip you off for sure. VERY VERY Expensive and will leave you with no choice. Not at all flexible and doesn't understand customer pains. Be ready to PAY A VERY VERY HIGH PRICE if you go there.

I think they are a great scam dealer. My mom was recommended for the same repair over two consecutive oil changes for her Pathfinder. For my Altima, I knew I had a stuck thermostat, but they wanted to do recommend other work because they found 'goo' in the radiator. No kidding, that's what they wrote on the invoice. No need to go here unless you're on vactaion visiting and your car is overheating and must be repaired. I couldn't make the 180 drive back to Maryland otherwise.

I called the service department to find more about the service charge that I was not sure of.The guy who answered my call did not give me the answers that I was looking for, so I asked for the manager. He said he was not there now. So I aked for someone superior than his position. He put me on a hold, and after a while, THE SERVICE MANAGER WHO WAS NOT THERE 5 MINUTES AGO, was on the phone talking to me. Ok, fine.Tom Bradley, the service manager explained about the charge, but I still wasn't sure about the charge, so I asked him back with more questions. At one point, he was laughing, so I said,"Are you laughing at me?" and he said,"No I am laughing at what you said."I am not a person who knows about cars, and my questions might be funny for someone who is an expert about cars. But that person, happened to be the service manager at the dealer, CAN NOT laugh at a customer, or at his comment. Horrible service. Lack of proffesionalism. I am not recommanding them to anyone.

Pricy. Asking more than what they should do.They eventually fix it but who knows what they have actually changed. I left my car there and they told me what they had changed but later on I realized that they had changed only couple of small plastic connection parts and asked me to pay for the entire new part which they didnt changed. Try to make me understand for their convenience regardless of the fact. Finally, it always takes time. Oil change? Usually takes more than 2 hours regardless of whether you have an appointment or not because everybody has a same appointment time.

I have purchased (3) vehicles from Acme and my daughter has purchased (2). The reason for this has been the courteous fashion and superb service we have received in the past. I have never had a problem with this dealer. The owner PJ also took the time to ask us if we were satisfied in all aspects of their sales and service. I will continue to do business with this organization as long as the quality of their service remains as it has been over the last 20 years. Tom Bradley of the service department has always been responsive to my needs. Bill Susan the sales rep. was courteouos and informative at all times even though it looked as though I was procrastinating.
