I traded in my Lexus RX350 with 135K miles. They gave me a good price for the trade. I purchased a 1 owner 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 with all of the features I was looking for. I found it on-line through Cars.com. The whole sales process was a no pressure delight thanks to our salesman Zach and whole Acura of Auburn team.

My current lease was up (BMW) and since I had decided to take some time off (quit my job), I was in no hurry for a new car. Well, a job offer came a long I had to buy ASAP! After trips to Infiniti, Audi and Mercedes, out last stop was at Acura of Auburn. I saw 2 models I loved and Zach gave me the details on both. He answered my 87 questions, professional and patiently. He knew I wanted to lease so we got that out of the way pretty quickly, giving me the numbers for each just in case that would be a factor in y choice, which it was! I decided on a SUV, signed what I needed to sign AN AMAZING DEAL AND PAYMENT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED TO SPEND, NOT 1 PENNY MORE! Guess what? I changed my mind, returned to the dealer first thing the next morning and Nat the sales manager helped me. He too was professional and patient! The paperwork was redone and not a pissy attitude to be found. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful TLX! Thank you Zach, Nate and Denny!

After having a vehicle totaled on the highway at the end of May, my search for a new vehicle was pushed up quite suddenly. I Purchased a used 2013 Ford Escape Titanium a couple of weeks ago, and I couldn't be happier! Not only did Zach help me find just the vehicle to fit my needs/wants, and price point, his professional, courteous manner and low pressure, straight to the point approach, made the whole process of getting in a new(to me) vehicle absolutely painless, and rather enjoyable. I've been a customer of Acura of Auburn for about 12 years. That should say something in and of itself that our relationship's lasted longer than my first marriage. The sales team and the service team have always been professional, friendly and worked with me as a partner in deciding on both car purchases and repair decisions. They negotiate reasonably and tranparently and are focused on building a long term relationship vs. making the most money on a single transaction. This is the only dealership in my 40+ years of car buying with which I haven't needed a shower after dealing with the salesmen. I heartily recommend them for any purchase or lease, be it new, pre-owned or used.

I'm going to recommend Acura of Auburn to all my Acura owning friends from now on!I own two Acura TL's, 2003 and 2005, and in both instances needed parts rapidly. Henry and Stacey in the parts department were both awesome and made the experience great. The first time I needed a replacement heater fan harness for my 2003, Henry got me the right part and gave me a great price as well. I had my girlfriend pickup the part for me and he even went above and beyond and gave us a printout with the official instructions on how to do the repair.The second time I needed a new rear underbody spoiler for my 2005, Henry gave me a stellar price and even guaranteed I could pick it up the next morning. I placed the order at 4:00PM and was able to pick it up the next morning around 10:00AM! Upon pickup, he offered to dispose of the large box the spoiler shipped in, which helped me out immensely. Both Stacey and Henry made the 35 minute drive to the dealership worth it. I will be returning when I'm in need of parts and when service time comes around.

I usually purchase a vehicle every 3 years, so I decided to try leasing. I had a a 2008 Acura MDX to trade in for the new 2016 model. I met Zach who escorted me on a test drive. Very knowledgable in Acura vehicles and also very pleasant to talk with. I decided to go forward with the lease. However, we ran into a snag almost immediately. Turns out my trade in was in a major accident before I purchased it used. I was unaware of this (always pull those car reports!). So basically my car had negative equity and the payments for the lease were going to be more than I wanted to pay ... Never mind the down payment went up also. Disappointed, I was ready to call it a day, but without a word from me, Zach spoke with Nathan the manager and they gave me a great discount and a deal I couldn't turn down!! It was undeniable they wanted to do business with me and it showed! Not only that, they had the vehicle ready for me same day. They really worked hard for me that day! It really was the BEST experience I've ever had (and I've had plenty), and not just because they worked with me on price, but because they are just some of the most pleasant people I've dealt with in the car business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Best car purchase ever. No hardsell at all.It started out just my husband and I stopping by to look at cars and with Rick greeting us and showing us around and having a casual conversation we decided to make a deal with only 15 minutes till closing and that's all it took with him, Don and Nate making it happen that night.When the car arrived and we came to pick it up, Heather had everything ready for us and the transaction couldn't go any smoother. They even surprised us with yet another incentive discount that had become available! Don spent a great deal of time going over the newest features and Rick made sure he was present for the delivery and stayed until we drove away.Everyone at Acura of auburn that we had the pleasure of talking to or dealing with was friendly, courteous and respectful.We were absolutely satisfied with everything. I've dealt with people in the service department for over 2 years now, and I've come to have trust in them. I've most recently dealt with Justin in the service department; someone who is definitely customer-focused, and familiar with the inner workings of your car due to his previous experience as a service technician. I get stressed when my car acts up, but they try to make it easier and less stressful. This is the best place to bring your Acura or Honda for service in Auburn.

Saw a Pre owned Car online at dealership so I decided to take a ride from Boston to check it out. I was very nervous about purchasing a used car from dealer an hour away. The minute I walked through the door, my fear was resolved. I met Zach, the sales person who was very polite and honest. I had several questions, concerns , he was very patient with me and got the answers I needed. We went on a test Drive, I knew I was going to buy the vehicle from them. i left a deposit, and had to return next day to pick up the car, Zach even picked me up! It doesnt end there, the finance woman, Heather was outstanding, wasting no time, honest, made me feel very comfortable. I cant say enough about buying a car here. Boston Car dealerships should take notice about this no pressure, honest, no games way to make a car buying experience a pleasurable one !

We were very displeased with our recent experience at Acura of Auburn. While the receptionist and our salesman, Zach, were awesome, the rest of the staff were very unpleasant to work with. We were very happy with Zach! He was very personable and was great to work with!!! However, the rest of the team was not on top of their paperwork and phone calls. The businesswoman, Heather, made the whole process a lot more painful than needed. She knew what time we would be arriving for our second visit, and did not have our things ready. We put a deposit and started paperwork on a Saturday and were then told we could finish the papers and get the truck on Monday. However, we never received a phone call on Monday. We had to call the dealership multiple times and even though we were told we would be called back, we did not hear back in a timely manner. The receptionist was very nice and apologetic. After finally hearing back and then making the hour plus trek back down to the dealership, we could not even pick up the vehicle that night. We were told we would have to be there by 4 on a weekday which they neglected to tell us before and would mean we would have to take time off work or make an early morning weekend commute for a third trek down. While at the dealership, the staff were very inattentive to us. When we finally made our finally trip down, Heather was extremely disorganized and yet again did not have everything in order for us. We are so glad third and final hour trek down is finally over so we never have to go back again. All we have to say is thank goodness we don't and never would drive an Acura and got a Ford trade in from this dealership because we would not recommend it to anyone. Last month, we bought another car at a different dealership and had such a wonderful and thorough sales team that this experience was a huge disappointment and a big frustration. Save yourself the frustration and multiple, unnecessary trips.

Bought a branch new 2006 Acura MDX from here. I paid almost 39K with 100K extended warranty. About 5 months ago, the thermal start got problem caused the car has overheated. Towed to the dealer and they told me that my car's extended warranty had already expired although it had only 82K by then.... So I spent total $6000 from my pocket to fix the car back and forth 3 times. Just about yesterday, someone called and told me that my car extended warranty has just expired and asking me to pay more money for more warranty... What the heck, the dealer ship told me that my car has expired 5 months ago and the insurance called me later after 5 months and it wasn't expired by then.... Over all, I figured out that the dealer was xxxxxxx lie to me and trying to charged me big chunk of money. I got to say their service is really bad and lack of experiences. Get far away from this dealer.Tran

I went to this dealership as I was looking for my first Acura. I test drove the TL and TSX and felt the TSX was a better fit for me. The sales rep we had was okay, very talkative and telling us how good we looked in the car etc. When we sat down with the sales manager and I believe his name is Brian, things went down hill very fast. Brian was rude, disrespectful and made us feel that it would be a honor or privilege for us to buy a car from this dealership. I did my research on pricing before walking in and he quoted us on the high end and would not negotiate. Needless to say we left and I purchased my car from another dealership further from home for 2k less and worked with much nicer and friendly people.

I had a bad experience at another dealership and decided for the same price they gave me I could purchase a new one. This purchase will be the 5th vehicle through this dealership - both new and used. The only reason I looked elsewhere was because the used model I was looking for wasn't at the used car lot. The internet sales manager answered my email and when I met him he showed me a few of the models and let me look them over without any sales pressure. I was able to obtain what the dealer invoice was and was shocked when he came within $100 of my price! The whole deal took only a couple of hours. There's a reason I'm a repeat customer for both their new and used vehicles.
