So I needed to get my tire replaced so I decided To go in this dealer with my tire and rim protection,I was denied by the service head advisor reason was because apparently he couldn’t be on the phone for longer than 20 min with the protection company which was a lie and after that he asked me to buy the tire out of pocket that it would be my best option, they just wanted to make a sale instead of usin the protection plan.Don’t ever go here total waste of time !!!!!

Worst Experience ever I bought a new MDX for my wife and when I had her go to the dealer to pick up the car and was told she would be shown the whole car and all the options and walk through the car, that did not the happen... The salesmen proceeded to just hand her both keys and walk away and told her "have a nice day" Would not recommend going here

In September 2015, we were driving our Acura (with approximately 108,000 miles) from MA to VA when the engine faltered. Through a series of events too complicated to discuss here, we had our vehicle towed from a Honda dealership to the Acura of Bedford Hills, NY dealership. We were pretty certain, based on advice from both an independent repair shop and the Honda dealership, the EGR valve failed. The following day, the Acura of Bedford Hills dealership confirmed this diagnosis. The dealerships repair shop also advised the car, even if the valve was repaired, was unsafe to drive because a front compliance bushing was torn. I was shown a-less-than 3/4 tear in the bushing and told they would not let one of their regular customers leave with the car in that condition. I asked about the severity of this minor tear, the nature of the safety concern, the length of time it would take to repair the car, etc. I made it clear we desired to continue our travel as soon as possible as we were spending considerable money staying in a local hotel, buying meals, renting a car and, more importantly, had to be in VA. If the bushing was not an emergency, we really wanted to be on our way and would have the bushing repaired by our home dealership. The repair advisor was adamant that if not repaired, the bushing it would fail before we reached Virginia.Based on this advice, I authorized the additional repair to the two front bushingsI was advised, if one failed the other would fail shortly. The repair of the bushings doubled the repair time and thus the time before we could continue our travels. We received the vehicle after 5 PM, too late to continue our travels that day to VA. The cost of repairs was over $1,700, nearly $700 of which was to install the bushings.Later, I learned there was no emergency. The tear was minor, it would continue to deteriorate over time, but was not an emergency. The Acura of Bedford Hills advice was a con-job, which cost us not only the repair expense but also the expense of another day in a motel and with a rental car. This experience with the Acura of Bedford Hills was and is distressing. Moreover, when we informed America Honda Corp., Acura division, of our experience, we received a form letter response, which did not even address our concerns. Hence, Acura of Bedford Hill's is not held accountable for deceptive practices. As we shop for a new car, this experience, unfortunately, created a significant negative as we consider replacing our current Acura with a new one.

Between the lack of customer service to the recall of the ILX and how this dealership is (not) handling it, I would highly recommend that all the readers stay away. I leased an Acura ILX a few years ago and the day I came to pick it up they made us wait for at least 5 hours without anyone coming to update us on what was happening. They didn't show us how to use the vehicle and were really rude about it because we wanted to get our deposit back since they didn't have the color we wanted, but they would not do it and forced us to get a color we didn't want. Then the Safety Recall notice came in the mail. Our lease is up in July and the parts won't even be in to fix the car until then but they refuse to let us return the vehicle early and are making us make the payments. They will give us a rental car in the meantime if we don't feel safe driving the vehicle but we only have a one car garage so are perplexed that we have to keep a vehicle we don't drive for 3 to 4 months. Then they are also not accommodating if our battery dies if we can't drive the car for 3 months. So what do we do???

away! I purchased a certified pre-owned 2012 Acura MDX from this dealer on 11/10/15. Initially, when they wanted my business they were very nice and staying in constant contact. So, I decided to purchase the vehicle. The next day after purchasing the car, it mysteriously wouldn't start and I was stranded out of town. I had to have it towed back to the dealership. The service department was rude and offered poor customer service and simply called and told me to come pick up my vehicle because they scanned it and nothing appeared to be wrong. With reservation, I picked up the car. This issue happened 6 more times! When I begged the dealer to cancel the loan or give me a good deal on a trade. They refused, gave me the run around repeatedly and eventually stopped answering my calls. They didn't care that they sold me a bad car or that me and my 3 minor children (2 of which are newborns) kept getting stranded. So, I decided to bring it to the Acura dealer in my local town for servicing in hopes that they could find the issue. The local Acura dealer still couldn't find the issue but decided to change out a random part in hopes that it would fix the problem. I'm now 4 months into the car and have been out of the vehicle for this same issue more than I've had the opportunity to drive it! The car is clearly a lemon and I'm working with the BBB and a lawyer to resolve the issue! Please stay away from this dealer! They did not care that I was constantly being stranded with newborn twins and a minor and constantly having to tow the car. They will lie to you and they do not care about their customers!

Before we connected with this dealership, we were highly frustrated with many other Acura dealerships that seemed to share arrogance and unreliable sales team. This dealership, specifically Igor in the Sales was a pleasure to work with from the very first phone conversation till taking delivery. Their finance manager Robert Bello is one of the finest professionals in this space, whose preparedness and responsiveness impressed us. Igor seemed to know the MDX product really well, worked with us on pricing and other terms in a very direct, transparent manner and spent right amount of time to make the entire delivery process very seamless and overall a pleasant experience. We spent many weeks at other dealerships without desired outcomes, whereas it took less than 36 hours at this dealership from the initial call and diving home with our first Acura vehicle (MDX). General Manager of this dealership was also very pleasant to work with, who seemed to walk around at dealership and make sure their customers are taken care of.

I am shopping around for an Acura and decided to check out Bedford Hills Acura dealer. I walked around outside for 10 minutes or so today and looked at the various models. Then I walked into the showroom..there was a young woman at the desk and never looked up from her cellphone. There was a gentleman to the right and didn't acknowledge me either. So I proceeded to walk in and looked at the car in the showroom, opened the door, etc...there were a few other men sitting at their desk and not once did anyone acknowledge me or ask me if I need help. I walked out. Would NEVER return or refer them to anyone that's for sure. If I could put negative stars I would. I'm not one to complain but i was so bothered by the unprofessionalism of this so called dealership.

I had the transmission fluid and the engine oil changed on my 2011 MDX at Bedford Hills Acura. I always double check the dipsticks when I get home to ensure that the work was done and the oil is clean and full. The transmission was a quart low and the engine was 2.5 quarts low. Had I not checked the oil its possible the engine could of developed severe damage. Never again would I use Bedford Hills Acura for service. Horrible work.

Leased a 2014 Acura RDX but had an AWFUL experience from Sales Mgr to GM of Acura of Bedford. I was quoted and agreed on an invoice price and told it would take 10 minutes to pick up the new car but when I returned two days later, the agreement contract had inflated by over $2000. After one and half hours and exhausted, I was pressured, taken advantage and bullied into driving off with the car. Have not been able to enjoy my new RDX because of that poorly managed Acura of Bedford. Then to make worse, I get an Email from Sales Manager, Igor giving me the heads up that Acura will be contacting me to rate my recent vehicle purchase a positive experience! I spoke with Acura Financial but no resolution was made. This has been my worst horror experience in over 20 years of leasing and financing new vehicles.For Eddie, the GM, the only way to change my negative experience is to do the right thing and revise my agreement contract to read $2000 LESS which will change my residual price as well as my monthly payments. which is what was originally quoted by Igor, Sales Manager.

Brought an MDX in for a recall on the transmission and front springs. The "free" recall work ended up costing over $1400.00 the transmission was installed improperly and leaking fluid from day one. The entire repair bill was over $8,000.00 and the work was done wrong. The dealership would not warranty the work just days later. The technician broke many parts attempting to replace the front could sings which were also a recall item. That cost another $350.00. STAY AWAY!!!!,This place is the biggest ripoff that I have ever seen!!

I had test driven the car in Bedford Hills and wanted to give them my business. However, when I arrived with my trade-in, they low-balled the price and then justified it by telling me that i was getting such a great deal on the price of the car. They also gave me several lines of bull to convince me my car wasn't worth what I said it was worth and that no one would give me what I was asking. They also claimed that there would be extra fees if I did business in Jersey(where i ultimately bought the car) or Connecticut. I immediately went to the dealer that originally offered me the lowest price and got the price of the car, the trade-in value of my car, no extra fees and they threw in all-season mats and wheel locks. I'm so glad I didn't do business in Bedford Hills.

What happened to customer service. During the summer I set up an appt to have my switch repaired for my seat heater. When I went to pick up the car they stated they couldn't find anything wrong with the heater. So all summer long I drove with a faulty switch which would go on sporadically. Recently I have had a whine in my car which I think is the transmission/engine. Naturally you would want to take care of this right away. I set up an appointment to bring the car in late in the day on a Monday and they give me a loaner and I pick the car up the next day. I travel from Connecticut to New York and I must arrive before 5PM to pick up the loaner even though the dealership is open late. Ok. I call to confirm that they have the car available before I head out and now they don't show me having an appointment. Appt gets rescheduled only because I called the GM since they had a shortage of cars and I drive to NY give them the 2 warranty issues and ask them to also do an oil change. I call the next day to see if the work has been completed only to learn that I have to set an appt for the switch to be replaced for the heater and they couldn't hear a whine in the engine. I suggested they keep the car one more day and UPS normally delivers in one day and they could replace the switch and take the car for another test drive. They said no because they needed the loaner. Obviously I wasn't too happy. Tried to reach the GM after the car was dropped off and he didn't take the call nor call me back. I spoke with a wonderful young man from corporate and I hope he will resolve the issue. As far a Bedford Acura is concerned, I should have listened to what people were saying regarding their lack of service because now, unfortunately, I am experiencing it. Shame on you Bedford Acura! You might light to take a lesson from Stew Leonard. You are in a service industry and you need to accommodate your customers and when someone brings you a car with a transmission problem you should do your best to figure it out. Not only have you lost a customer, but you lost a sale, and negative feedback is never good!

On 11/13 my Acura ILX 2013 was towed to Acura of Bedford Hills due to an accident. The moon roof had shattered while driving on the highway when some unknown object had hit it and it shattered. While my vehicle was at Acura of Bedford Hills the unprofessional conduct of Service Consultant Cody Ogden who was extremely rude, didn't return calls and ultimately I had to go to Acura of Bedford Hills to find out what was going on with my car. Cody told me when my car was finished that since I was going through my insurance company and their payment wouldn't get their for five business days, they would hold my car until they recieved payment even though they had a guarantee from my insurance company that payment was on the way. He stated that this was the owners policies and procedures, when he told me this I asked to speak to the service manager who is Alex. Alex who was extremely rude, obnoxious and argumentative also told me he was just following the rules and that his job would be on the line if he were to give me the car prior to recieving payment from my insurance company. I told him I have never heard of such a policy that when an insurance company does business with anyone there word is solid and has always been good enough. My insurance company was even willing to send a photo copy of the check that was being fed ex to them but the supervisor was unable to get a fed ex tracking number due to the check going out late thursday evening and with hundreds of other checks. I came into Acura of Bedford Hills on 11/16 to find out what was going on with my car and Cody had stated it was finished but they didn't recieve the check from Fed Ex so they would not release my car, but Cody did state you can pay yourself and we will release the car to you. I called the Bedford Hills Police Department to have a report made of this incident but they were unable to assist because they stated it was a civil matter. I went back inside and Cody again became rude, abusive in his words and argumentative in front of the employees and his service manager Alex who did not tell him that he was being inappropriate. Since the service manager Alex refused to render my car to me I had to pay out of pocket five hundred and twenty five dollars. I wrote out a check and went to return my rental vehicle. When I came back and got in my Acura that had been just serviced after being in an accident there was shattered pieces of glass in my drivers seat, chunks of glass in my passangers seat where I have a dog car seat that also has chunks of glass in it, ( this makes a hazardous condition for my animal) under my dogs seat chunks of glass in the back seat shattered glass all over and I took pictures of it. When I went back into Cody and told him that there was chunks of glass and shattered glass all over my car and that I had to drive home like that he stated, " I'm sick of dealing with you, I don't care, We don't want your business and Get out of here" I left after that and had to drive home with broken glass in my drivers seat and sitting on it. Update in addition to having to pay five hundred and twenty five dollars out of pocket when I have no deductible I just had to pay one hundred and six dollars to get my car fully and carefully detailed so that I would ensure my safety and the safety of others in my vehicle, hence the chunks and particles of broken glass left in my car by the service employees at Acura of Bedford hills. In addition I have a cut on my hand which I will be seeking medical attention for because of the glass left in my vehicle by Acura of Bedford Hills.

I first visited Acura of Bedford Hills back on September 2008 when I was looking to lease a 2009 TL. I had visited two other Acura Dealerships and they couldn't find the exact car I wanted(color, blue with black interior). I decided to contact Acura of Bedford Hills. Igor Minevich was the salesperson that spoke with me. I explained in detail what I was looking for. Igor's response was "I can get you the car". That very day, within two hours I went to Acura of Bedford Hills and sure enough Igor kept to his word. A few days later I was driving my 2009 Tl with all the accessories and exact color I wanted. Recently, I returned my 2009 Tl and leased a 2012 Tl from Acura of Bedford Hills and yes, Igor again came through with everything I requested. I truly appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff there and above all,especially that of Igor. Buying a new car can be very frustrating. However, I can say that my experience with Igor at Acura of Bedford Hills has always been a enjoyable and rewarding one. In fact, since 2008, my brother in law has also leased two Tl from Igor because of my recommendation. I will continue to conduct my car buying affairs with Acura of Bedford Hills.

I purchased my 2008 MDX new in December 2007 and found Mark Weinstein to be extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We negotiated a fair price and worked out a financing program that was equally fair with the General Manager, Ed Serino. Mr. Serino understands the meaning of "customer service" and practices it with complete professionalism, courteousness and wisdom. It was a pleasure purchasing my car from them, and it continues to be a pleasure every time I bring in my vehicle for service. The service department conducts business with the same courtesy, professionalism and knowledge with which Mr. Serino manages the dealership, and it is clear that he imparts his expertise onto his employees. On 03/02/2012 - I went in for a simple oil change and came out with a broken drain plug/oil pan. A simple oil change, something that can be performed in thousands of reputable facilities, turned to a nightmare. The mechanics managed to mangle the oil drain bolt - a part that should last into the hundreds of thousands of miles as attested by several of my previous vehicles. This part is manufactured to be changed several times a year, every year, yet this dealership managed to tear this part out of the vehicle. They also had the GALL to request $698.89 to repair an item they broke. When contacted, they stated the issue was not their problem, and refused to fix it or talk about it further. They immediately tried to pass this off as "wear and tear" as explained by other mechanics this part can be damaged by using too much force. Using standard procedures to change oil does not result in stripped threads. When speaking to the Service Manager he then hung up on me after refusing to review the issue further.Had I taken my car to any facility that does not race through as many vehicles as possible in a haphazard fashion, this would have never happened. I have been going to Mavis in Mahopac for years and have never had an issue. Coworkers have had oil changes in dozens of locations, hundreds of times, and never had an issue. For this dealership to break a part, want to overcharge to fix it, and then refuse to discuss the matter shows that they are negligent, unprofessional, and unreliable. I will NEVER go to them againI wish I had read the reviews on this dealership prior to going - this has not been the first instance of shaddy work and I fear it will not be the last.

Went into buy a New Acura and at first there was no one on the showroom floor and had to be called from the back area. Then they were happy to help and take you for a test drive. However they tell you wrong information about colors and options that you have for the car. Then when you negotiate, if you have the displeasure of having the GM (Eddie) come over they try to pressure you into buying the car that second and make you feel as uncomfortable as possibly constantly talking and not giving you a chance to speak or even think. Then when the sales person finally called me back after a few days, I had told him about another offer that another dealer made me and he hangs up the phone on me and refused to take any of my calls.This dealer is one to STEER CLEAR of. Pressuring customers into buying a car and hanging up on customers. Very unprofessional and rude.

As always, Acura of Bedford Hills makes a service visit a painless experience. Service Manager on checked me in 1/2 hour ahead of appointment and car was in shop right on time. No surprises, No hidden charges, no nonsense, they even have good coffee. Clean waiting facility. All dealerships should be like this!

Had a great experience with this dealer last January when I purchased a 2010 TSX. The salesman Robert Bello was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, and the general manager Eddie is a good guy who helped the sale proceed as painlessly as possible. Service Department is also friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I can not begin to tell you the horror story that these people put me through the last few weeks. I called and gave them a quote that I had received from another dealer and the sales person told me, we match it and make lover by $200. The next day I drove 38 miles and signed the papers for the car, which BTW they did not had in stock. They promised me that the car will be there in a one or two days, 4 days after the purchase they do not even answer my calls. Finally, get to the sales person and he offered me a totally different car or the car the I wanted with 200 plus miles on it, ridiculous! I asked them to credit my credit car for the partial down payment that I put down and today is the day, three weeks after that I am fighting. So, here I am three weeks after and no car and my wife and kids are suffering because of the greed that these a$$holes live life by. NEVER GO THERE, NEVER GO THERE, IF YOU NOT WANT TO SUFFER JUST AS MY FAMILY IS RIGHT NOW.

Their service group is very competent and knowledgable, even if other dealerships (Curry) are not...they knew the warranty issues, pricing and how to fix the car the first time. Do Not go To CURRY! You may spend a little more for an Acura, but let Bedford service the vehicle. You will be remembered and taken care of, professionally.

In a word: incompetent. They didn't bother to order the parts for my first appointment. Then they didn't call back when the parts arrived. For my followup appointment, they denied me service, even though the Acura emissions warranty extension I had received clearly stated I was entitled to an inspection and parts replacement. What a waste of time.

Our salesperson knew nothing about the car, nor the condition it was in. Car was not in condition advertised. Very unpleased with the attitude they treat you with. Seemed like they were just focused on the sale, telling you any lie they could just to get you to buy the car.

Excellent friendly service. Service advisors are knowledgeable and don't treat you like a fool. I have brought the MDX in regularly now for service for 36k miles. Even though I didn't buy the car there they treated me very well. Service department is even open on Satdruays. Thumbs up.
