It was night and day. The day before I spent nearly three hours at an Acura dealership in the east bay. It was not a pleasant experience. I went to Acura of Concord the following day and met Andreas Mokos who made the experience very pleasant, so much so, that I purchased my new car. Good dealership, great sale person, great price, done deal.

And, even though all of their personnel are outstanding, we found that dealing with Andreas Mokos of their sales team made our multiple purchases an easy process because of his demonstrated professionalism and personable service. I was a little nervous, having never set foot inside a dealership. Jemille Alongi changed my mind! She walked me through the process was so knowledgeable I felt at ease. There was no pressure and I'm coming back next week to buy the car I've always wanted. The dealership was nice and the customer service was phenomenal.

My three-year lease was ending in a few weeks. Called Acura of Concord Sales Manager and discussed what I wanted and what was available. A few days later Anatoli called back saying he would have what I wanted by April 17. On April 19 I drove my 2013 Acura TL to Concord and signed on for a lease of a 2016 Acura TLX ADVANCE. As usual it was a very pleasant and informative process. The car is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. The audio system, navigation system, added new automatic driving safety and road handling features, including all wheel steering, front and rear cameras for collision warning, Lane Keeping Assist, front and rear parking sensors and Adaptive Cruise Control are awesome. These cars are super high-tech. I spent about an hour with Mansoor Mansoori learning how to set and use the new TL's technology and road testing the car. Then spent about 45 minutes with Zarif Saeed going over the financial details and the final lease paper work. These guys are a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgable, they easily answered all my questions. And I know they will be available by phone if I have more questions. I have been leasing Acura cars from Concord Acura since 2003. Their maintenance service is impeccable. They are the best. You will not find a better car dealership!

After three weeks of disappointment with other auto dealers, we were referred to Hendrick Auto, Acura of Concord (CA) through a friend, also a previous Acura client. Thanks to the wonderful team for providing us with a great experience all around, something we were not expecting. Excellent follow up after sales. With a bit of negotiation which is part of the work both for salesman and buyer - we have sealed a very pleasant lease agreement and we purchased an awesome Acura RDX 2016. Our salesman was Mansoor Mansoori. I believe he has excellent skills as salesman and a very helpful guy. He is a good face of a good car maker. Could not be better after spending three exhausting weeks with Toyota dealers. Never at any point did we feel pressured to buy. Natural, friendly, professional and we still appreciate his follow up after driving last three months! My husband and I are completely satisfied with our buying experience with Henrick Acura of Concord (CA).

This was such a great experience. (I dread going to the "dealer" Bleh! ) I walked in with a friend who was helping me with my car and needed some assistance. The place was packed with people and we looked very confused. First, had a few questions that needed to be answered about my 2004 Acura. Like I said it was busy. What really struck a chord with me was when Marty "Boisvert" (I think), stopped in his tracks as he was tending to someone else's needs and kindly asked if we could use some help and that we would be helped shortly. Taking a few extra seconds to see if we were alright. Well, just the acknowledgment and friendliness put us at ease. Needless to say, we were helped in a timely manor, and will continue to loyaly return to Concord Acura. Thanks Marty and crew!

I recently had an exceptional buying experience at Acura of Concord! Mansoor Mansoori was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions, explained functionality, bells & whistles, and demonstrated all of the exciting features. It didn't take us long to decide which car we wanted. Mansoor even went above and beyond by picking me up at home to go get the car from Concord, as our old car wasn't running. The finance manager, John Gonzalves, was also helpful and personable. I feel like we got a great deal! Very pleased with this dealership and Customer Service!

I've had 2 Acura's, the last one I bought used at this dealer. The sales person Jerry Ponciano is the best! He is fully knowledgeable about all type of cars and models, experienced for sure. Ronnie Garcia in the service department is awesome, again he is professional, considerate, and an excellent communicator. Found car on internet, talked with dealer re;car, dealer did not follow through with agreements, repairs, was also late. Quite disappointed, won't return.

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Acura of Concord. In checking the Carfax report, it showed the car as having been damaged. The dealer told us they knew the prior owners, took the car as a trade in, and the damage was what they called arking lot damagewhich affected the front right bumper. We carefully examined both front bumpers and they checked out good so we purchased the vehicle. The next morning, seeing the car in daylight, we noticed the fender panel was lumpy near the back bumper. It had been painted over nicely but when the car door opened it scraped the paint & underneath the fender it was rusted. Acura of Concord refused to do anything about it. They said we purchased the car "asis"; Too bad for us. They hid the damage well; Our mistake. Be more wise & extra careful with a used car purchase from Acura of Concord. Don't trust them.

Do NOT buy or service your car here they are scam artists and their service department is embarrassing incompetent. After taking my car in for an oil change, I was notify my rear brakes were worn out after just 15k total miles and 5k after I bought it - as a Certified Pre-owned no less. The service rep said they would investigate to see what could be done with repair costs. Well, that was last I heard from anyone in the service department. Over a 3 week span, they never called me back, never returned my voice mails or emails. When I contacted the person who sold the car, they responded with At this point there is not much I can personally do. Except have sympathy for your current situation. Really, all he can do is provide sympathy? Ive since found out Honda/Acura lost a class action lawsuit due to faulty rear brakes and legally required to repair them and still they only response I get is sympathy. Acura of Concord or scam arts DO NOT buy or service your car there.

Overall a very good car buying experience. Made an appointment online before visiting and salesman + car were waiting for me when I arrived. He was very low-pressure & told me a lot about his dealership & why they're good to do business with. Would recommend avoiding Saturday mid-day purchases, as apparently everyone in a 1000 mile radius is ahead of you in line to purchase a car as well, and there are only 2 finance guys processing all of them. After the purchase process was complete the salesman spent plenty of time making sure I knew how to use all features of the car and knew how to get in touch with him if I had any questions. The next day and a week later, I got follow up calls to make sure all was good, which was nice.

I found an Acura TL online, and I quickly called this dealership and made an offer on the car. My offer was accepted, and I tried to pay for the car over the phone with a wire transfer. Unfortunately I was unable to make the transfer due to the fact that is was a Friday, and the money wouldn't go through until Monday. I decided to make the trip up Saturday evening after work. I had talked to my salesman Juan (and Chuck) to ensure my car was still available. I purchased a train ticket for Saturday, and had my weekend planned around driving the car home. I even confirmed with the salesman that the car was available before I boarded my train. He said "The car is safe, don't worry about it - you'll have your car at 10 AM tomorrow!" I boarded my train, and after 4 hours on the train, I received a text message from my salesman stating the car was sold. Not a phone call, a text message. I tried calling him back, but he would only text me. Here I am Sunday morning, 5 hours away from home... without a car. Thank you Concord Acura for screwing me over.

I bought 2007 MDX in May, 2007. I sent quote to this dealership and the response was quick (within one day). The quote was one of the highest. The next day, the sale called me to follow-up. I told him that I had better quote than his. He replied that they could not go lower. So that was end of the story. The sale is polite and responsive. However, the price is not flexible.

I've had my '30 MDX serviced here twice. Both times I was quite satisfied with the service itself, the price, and the attitude. In addition, unlike many dealers,they washed the car afterwards.<br>The problem if anythign was in getting an appointment. If you call, they tell you they are booked for two weeks. Just show up and you'll get service that or the next day. So be prepared to drop off the car.
