Was rushed into buying a vehicle that we test drove and said we wasn’t in love with but apparently that particular vehicle was the only thing that would work for us. I don’t believe that because it was the first and only vehicle showed to us. A few days later we realize we hate this vehicle and contact the dealer in Springfield they say come up and we will try and work something out and get you into something that suits you. Once we got there we were completely ignored for the better part of an hour and was told by the guy that was there who is extremely rude and unprofessional by the way bye bye you own it. So we contacted the St Louis office to see what our options were and no one seems to care. So the car is currently sitting unregistered until the bank comes to repossess it.I will absolutely ruin my already not so good credit just to never have to deal with this company again.

We stopped by to look at a specific used MDX that had been sold but were surprised to find that the RDX is comparable in size to our prior vehicle, a Honda CR-V. Also, we were considering getting another CR-V (7 years of trouble-free ownership), but found that the price of an RDX wasn't much greater than that of a high-end CR-V. We liked the comfort and advanced features of the RDX, particularly the safety enhancements.We were at the dealership before it opened but Wade assisted us anyway. We were treated as well as I've ever been treated at a retailer.We're not impulsive (we spent over a year looking before our last home purchase) but it took only a day for us to agree to purchase terms. We're driving the RDX every day and are very glad we decided to buy it. Knowing that Honda is the manufacturer was also important to us.

I arrived early for my appointment but was greeted by my service attendant immediately in a friendly and efficient manner. I needed to have my passenger side air bag replaced on a recall by Acura and also had my car serviced. I waited for the car in the waiting area. The person at the coffee bar was very friendly and I spent about 2 hours in the waiting area working on my computer. Jane and Tyler were both professional and friendly. I was very satisfied with my morning at Acura of Springfield!

Tyler picked right up on this and applied the service that was needed based on miles and computer read out. Also, because the service was going to take longer than I had anticipated, Tyler offered a loaner car (which was much appreciated even though I didn't need one).

I am not a fan of going through the process of buying a car. I know what I like and don't like to play games... If you are like me, Jay Wolfe Acura in Springfield MO is for you! My husband and I visited the lot on a Friday night and knew with certainty the car we wanted. Jesse, our salesman, was curious and informative, but didn't pressure us into making a decision on the spot. They allowed us to take home the car for the evening and promised when we arrived back the next morning they would have numbers for us on the new vehicle as well as our trade in.We arrived back the next day and, as promised, they provided us details on how much we could get for our trade in and the price they could do on the new car. We negotiated back and forth for a bit - not my favorite part, but they made it tolerable - until we agreed on the terms. As a business owner (and female) I resent any salesperson that talks down to me - and Jesse and sales manager Lucas did everything RIGHT! They were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy in the Springfield MO area! Great work Jesse and Lucas - keep it up! You set yourselves apart from the others for sure!

THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAVE IS WITH YOUR CAR WASHER AND POLISHER!!!! he messed up the windows with a dirty old rag that he used to clean it and the inside was not any better. all the windows are like the windhield, did'nt notice till we came into the sun. Ths is the FIRST major mistake he made.

As always another good experience. The service department does such a wonderful job in helping us maintain our 2009 RL that I am certain this car has many more years of reliable service to be enjoyed. I certainly appreciate the professional manner in which our car is maintained and the courtesy of all the personnel at the dealership. We purchased our first Acura in 1994. This is our second Acura. This alone speaks volumes about the dealership and especially the service department. Great automobiles and a great dealership.

Where else can you go and have a sandwich made to order, drinks and something to satisfy your sweet tooth; all free while you wait for your vehicle's oil change. I received my car back shiny and clean for less than a service at a chain or big box store. I also got a great lesson about all of the new features available on the 2017 MDX's while I waited - I hope I can buy a newer one some day soon! The service and experience at Acura of Springfield continues to exceed my expectations. I won't go anywhere else for an oil change!

Acura of Springfield was outstanding in the way airbag replacements were handled. The airbag replacements were not immediately available, so a rental car was provided. I was notified when the parts arrived, and an appointment was made. The service department and all other Acura employees were very friendly and helpful.I bought my Acura RL from them and have dealt with Acura of Springfield for many years, and I highly recommend them.

The dealership is an excellent place to have the routine maintenance on our 2009 Acura RL performed. The service department always does wonderful job performing the task that has been requested whether it is a simple oil change, tire rotation, or any other repair found to be needed to keep the automobile in the absolute best condition possible. After all repairs are made they always return the auto freshly washed and detailed. I also appreciate being notified of upcoming preventive maintenance items that are necessary to help keep the automobile trouble free and prepared to extend its life for many thousands of miles. The experience is always very comfortable. The lounge provided, the excellent coffee and any sort of snack available that you might desire in addition to everyone being very concerned and friendly making sure your visit to their dealership is an enjoyable experience is so refreshing in today's society. We have driven Acura automobiles since 1994 and the visit described above has been consistent throughout those many years. The automobiles cannot be equaled when rated on their reliability and the support supplied by the dealership.

Brought my MDX in for it's timing belt and water pump change, $1300.00 big ones. The guys did a great job, dropped it off in the morning, made me a killer breakfast smoother for FREE! They gave me a brand MDX to drive, which I hate because it just makes me want to buy a new one :) but my 08 MDX still has a lot of life in her. She stills drives today the same as it did the day I bought it thanks to Springfield Acura. They had it ready by lunch time, I went by to pick it up and they fed me lunch, FREE again! It doesn't get any better than that. Good job guys!

I love bringing my car here for service! They checked me in very quickly and I was on my way to the waiting area where I was offered coffee, Breakfast sandwich and all sorts of goodies. The waiting area is really nice. Two hours later, my car was done and washed and vacuumed. I was free to enjoy the rest of my day.

Some initial internet questions were not answered right away. But, Wade in sales quickly made up fot that shortcoming....if there was one.The dealership was clean, orderly, with many amenities that are customer oriented. Impressive. All of the staff was helpful, friendly and respectful of the value of a customer's time. Wade in sales was polite, professional, very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and a real pleasure to work with. Negotiations proceeded promptly and in a business like manner without any sales pressure or foolishness. The only "bump up" opportunites offered to us were those we we inquired about. There was no lenghty "check out" process and no pressure was applied for us to buy anything extra.

The work was complete much quicker than I anticipated. Also, they went beyond what I expected with the "extras." When they washed my car after servicing it, I was surprised to see that they had even cleaned the all-weather floor mats (something I had been intending to do myself).

Scheduling service was easy and accommodated my schedule. Parts had to be ordered for repair needed requiring my vehicle to stay at dealership overnight. Loaner vehicle was made available to me which i had to have because I live 60 miles from dealership. They had car ready by early next morning, called me when it was ready. Very professional and accommodating. They have always treated me well and have provided excellent service.

They were "out" of "decaf" coffee, said they don't have any....I know it is probably not often requested. So I gave them a hard time...'have to find a new dealership that takes care of all their customers' needs... a few minutes later the came through. Found some...made for a pleasant wait. It is a small thing, but speaks volumes about their care. If they are this caring about a cup of coffee, I know they are caring about my RDX in the service bay. Been working with Rick Denbow since 2003 when I arrived in Springfield and purchased a Saturn Vue...great working with everyone.

Service was very easy to schedule online. When I showed up they already had everything ready to go, and provided a complimentary breakfast and car wash. My car was serviced promptly and quickly and I had no "surprises" when the time to pay came.One minor flaw: the service report for my car showed that one wheel might need alignment, but nobody told me about it! I'd have happily stayed and little longer and paid for that to be taken care of!

Overall experience was excellent. As I related to both the salesman and finance person the only item that taints the whole thing a bit is the forced addition of the $199 fee at the end. It just does not sit well, charge it somehow but roll it into the purchase price of the car and not an extra line item on the bill of sale. Outside of that, everything was great.

I brought my MDX in for an inspection, I asked if I could wait on it because I was on my lunch break. They not only offered me a comfortable place to wait, but they made me lunch! It was at no cost to me, a very sweet young lady made me a Turkey sandwich with all fixins. Then I went to check out and my bill was only 12 bucks, my MDX was brought up and they washed it! All for 12 bucks. Best service in the world. Thanks guys.

Aaron was very helpful in finding a car for me that would work with my negative equity, and even though I had to go through a different lender, he worked with me on price when I couldn't get enough for the loan. I have always taken my PWP 2008 Acira TSX here for most maintenance done on the car. The only thing I can complain about is the price of oil and filter has increased around $25 more on the last 2 years. There basic oil change is $25 and synthetic is $75 now. It used to be $50 for Mobil 1 synthetic. I may have to start doing it on my own for that price.

The battery on our MDX all of a sudden would not hold charge. I made a call to the dealership and they were able to schedule me in right away and replaced the battery for us.I was pleasantly surprised to learn that even though they replaced the battery, none of our radio, seat, instrument, navigation settings were lost and there was no charge for the battery or service!

He then ask us if there was anything else to do for the car, since we did have a appointment. we ask for a car wash and a light shine, no problem and off we went to the waiting room. My wife brought the car in for service this past week and once again, (2nd occurrence) the service staff has no record of this promise in their files. I explained to the person helping me on our first visit that free oil changes was part of our deal and was told that it would be added to our file for future reference. Unfortunately my wife was placed in the uncomfortable position of convincing the service staff that we expect our oil changes to be complimentary. This is my wife's & my 3rd Acura; the last two (2013 RDX & 2016 MDX) were purchased from Acura of Springfield. This may sound crazy, but I actually look forward to visiting this dealership for service. The Service Department has alway been very professional, courteous and clear as to what maintenance is recommended and how much it will cost. We learned from our first Acura, a 2001 MDX, that routine maintenance has been a key to its' longevity (now with over 200,000 miles). The customer waiting area is First Class with a full service snack bar (complimentary drinks & food) and a warm, inviting lounge (with two big screen TV's, Wifi and a nice variety of reading materials). It's a great place to relax and chill out while you're waiting for your car. No need for a loaner.

Also, I expressed concern that I would forget to retrieve my parking permit when I dropped my car off and when I returned to retrieve my repaired car the repairman immediately reminded me of it! The recall repair on our MDX was a very pleasant experience. Kenny was polite and had our paperwork laying on the counter as we walked in for the noon appointment. He then led us to the complimentary lounge, where we were offered (and accepted) a freshly made panini. Salesman Rick was courteous and made our visit a pleasure. Kenny explained everything about my car very well and was able to complete my service in less time as anticipated. I needed to have the airbag inflator in my 03 TL replaced due to the recall. The service guy treated me really well and said not a problem we'll get that swapped out for you right away. I was offered a courtesy car but declined and waited it out inside. The lounge area was very nice and accommodating during the wait. A B-1 service and a splashguard replacement was scheduled for my TL. I have to remind them every time that I have free oil changes from purchasing the car new so if there is a way to put in the system when a customer has free oil changes so that doesn't have to be pointed out when a charge is presented that would be great. My Wife and I were looking to purchase a new vehicle and we spoke with a Very intelligent young lady Christina who made the whole hassle of buying a car great. My wife and I had been shopping around all day and for the first time all day we actually felt comfortable and not pressured. We were able to look around and the whole process was just profession and stress free. Well i had my oil changed and got an applique fixed and tires rotated. (Good job). Nose piece isnt fixed (scratch thats needs fixed that was on there when i bought the car) (not so good job...yet) HOWEVER they are workin on it. This is second trip back to get some scratches fixed (i live 1.5 hours away) and they buffed it but it was not totally fixed and they had it for 9 hours total while i went to meetings ouf of town. so it needs a new piece which they said on my next trip they will fix (another 1.5 hours each way) but if it gets fixed next time ill b happy. The service guys were nice and professional and they offered me beverages and food when i got back, and loaned me a loaner vehicle and reimbursed me for gas. It was a comfortable environment and i do believe that they tried to fix the scratches however it was pry to badly damaged and needed repainted or in my case a new piece painted to match. Overall their service and environment was great but i was disappointed that i have to make another trip but if they get it fixed then ill be happy, im a patient person and am understanding but for a car thats only got 6k in miles i want it to look great. And if they say they can fix it then i want it fixed well. Definately a better experience this time. My car was returned to me in a clean and tidy condition. As always Kenny Gibson was very nice and professional and his manager was nice and professional as well and I feel like Kenny really cares and isnt jus there for a paycheck. He really goes to bat for a customet. Great job Kenny Gibson.

I had a 2006 Acura RSX Type S that we were trying to sell and were having very little luck doing so. I was trying to save a few bucks by not getting it detailed first. So I did my own detail, the outside turned out pretty good, it was the inside that didn't really look as good as it could of. After many people looking at the car and then not buying because they said it was a "little rough" I took it into Springfield Acura for a interior detail and exterior hand wash. I picked the car up at 5:30 yesterday and sold it at 6:30 to the first people that looked at it! The detail shop did such a great job, it looked brand new again, the new owners are happy, we're happy. Thank you guys, I wish I new the detailer's name(s) so we can thank them personally. Your attention to detail and the pride you take in your work truly shows. The 100 bucks we ever spent.

My wife & I recently purchased a 2016 MDX. We took our time by looking at many vehicles in the mid-size luxury SUV market (with 3 rows of seats); it was time well spent. Having owned a 2001 MDX for 12 years and selling it to our son 2 years ago (now with > 200,000 miles), we looked dilligently to find a vehicle comparable to the new MDX (kind of a been-there-done-that mentality thinking it would be nice to try another vehicle for variety's sake). The more we looked, the more the choice became easier (and obvious). MDX rules!

She was worked right in and was able to relax while waiting in the lounge. The dealership made the purchase enjoyable by avoding "working"the deal; rather the sales associate "Aaron" took his time to allow the deal to come together on my time frame. He knew the buying signs but never over pursued. Of particular interest was how efficient he was in helping me come to a buying decision.I was never TO'd to management, which I expected to happen but instead Aaron worked the deal beginning to end, never losing focus of what my needs were including how I would finance.I began by looking at five cars (Genesis, Honda Accord Touring, E Class Benz, TLX and RLX). Aaron allowed me to look and drive both models and never made me feel there might be any underlying dealer inicentive. His manager (BJ) took a few minutes to introduce himself and we began a conversation about the cars. After a few questions, he appropriately suggested the RLX (for all the right reasons) and within 30 minutes, the price was established, the financing was in place and the deal was complete.Of particular interest to me was their patience in making certain I had landed on the right car before we began any significant negotiations.The RLX was far and above the better value when compared to any other brand and the technology interface (GUI) is the best I have seen--learning curve is short. BJ actually made a statement that made my decision easy (Aaron actually made the same statement later when we discussed the value proposition), and that was that the engine and car was a luxury Honda....when it comes to considering a $60,000 purchase, reliability and retention of value is at the very top...that said, I felt more like a peer to peer transaction had taken place than any other dealership initially in the mix.Lastluy, Aaron was terrific at the delivery when we discussed all of the features on this car and from a buyer perspective, even though very technology literate, it saved about 9 hours of reading all 400 pages in the owners manual! Excllent experience from both working with Aaron, BJ and the management team.

My spare tire was quoted incorrectly at 400 and they tried to charge me for 644. They said that the 400 dollars was just parts not the 2 hour labor (if acura is really charging 2 hr labor to install a spare in a trunk which takes less then 10 min, than they are ripping people off). but ended up charging me only 400 and change. And threw in an oil change which was nice. However when i got in the car there was grease from an employees cloths all over my front interior which they did end up cleaning up most of it. We were there for a total of about 2 hours which seemed a little long however the reason im giving 4-5 stars is because the people were very nice and threw in a oil change and worked with me on the price that was through no fault of my own quoted incorrectly. That was nice of them. A smile and a discount can go a heck of a long way to impress a customer. Kenny Gibson did a great job and made me feel like a valued customer. This employee gets a 5 star in my book.

Excellent Service Department. Acura Service Department has always completed any necessary maintenance on my 2002 Acura MDX. I appreciate the honesty that I receive from the technicians. I recently had a safety inspection at another business, due to availability on a Saturday. This particular business gave me a list of things that I needed on my vehicle, although it passed inspection. I was given a list and prices for rear brakes and new tires, as this other establishment noted that I needed new back brakes immediately and new tires by the Fall, 2015 (my current Michelin tires only have 37,000 miles on them and they are 65,000 miles tires that Acura put on). As I have kept all my records for Acura, I was surprised by their evaluation. My father has also been a mechanic for over 60 years and he was sure that they were incorrect. My husband decided to go ahead and rotate my tires (when he was doing his own vehicle), and unfortunately when the business that gave me the safety inspection (not Acura) pulled my tires, they cross-threaded a lug nut and it broke the stud when we tried to remove it. My dad was going to come up and fix my problem, but I told him that I trusted Acura, and my father is 80 years old, so I didn't want him to have to crawl under my car. Acura fixed the broken lug nut stud that was caused by the other business. Acura also inspected the brakes and tires and they are all in good working condition (nothing needed replaced any time in the near future) I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the employess in the Acura Service Department.

While I did not wind up purchasing a vehicle from Acura of Springfield, I still have no problem recommending a visit to this dealer if you're in the market. My wife and I worked with Aaron Meier, who was very knowledgeable of the products on his lot, as well as a great listener who didn't waste time showing us vehicles out of our price range or that were sporting features we weren't interested in. Both of us felt comfortable and not at all uneasy while test driving the car with Aaron in the backseat, and there was absolutely no pressure from him to buy that day. The price of the vehicle we were focusing on was a fair one, but unfortunately the main deal killer for us was the mileage, which obviously has nothing to do with Aaron or the dealership. Even though we did not buy from Aaron this time, I certainly would in the future, and again, have no problem recommending you visit this dealer and work with Aaron.

The people at this dealership were very nice and welcoming. They were quick to respond to my email and set up an appointment. I got a very good deal for the used car I purchased and at no point did I feel like anyone was trying to pull the wool over my eyes, which is what I've unfortunately experienced in other places. We had a long wait due to some technical difficulties but they had complimentary food and drinks and a lounge, which made the wait comfortable and easy. I had test driven a MDX at a different Acura dealership, but the sales people at that dealership really turned me off. I emailed the sales department and Ryan Rush promptly called me. He asked me what he could do to earn my business. Ryan went above and beyond. Ryan and Rick made me feel at home at Acura of Springfield. I felt like they really wanted my business and wanted my car buying experience to be pleasant. The negotiation process was easy - unlike every other car I've purchased.The waiting room really feels luxury. They brought us out cookies, and drinks. We were offered lunch, but we weren't that hungry. The gentleman who helped us set up the car made sure I was comfortable with all of the features before we left. I just really can't say enough good things about my experience at Acura of Springfield. I will be back when we replace my husband's car.

Greeted by friendly staff. Very professional in their demeanor. My service rep looked up maintenance history of my vehicle and recommended what needed to be done. They did a complimentary so many point inspection in addition to regularly called for maintenance which revealed a couple of repairs that needed to be done. Did not proceed without my permission. I waited for my vehicle in their customer lounge which is very comfortable. They provide free refreshments for their customers. This is an excellent dealership with top-notch customer service.

After arriving at Acura we had a much different experience than any other dealer we had been to at that point- a much better experience. They showed us the cars without trying to sell something right off the bat. We worked with Aaron who was so great with answering questions, allowing us to look into multiple cars as well as test drive multiple cars, and then taking his time to explain everything inside. We weren't entirely sure of our decision on the evening we initially went in, so we asked to return the next day. Without any hesitation or pushiness they agreed. We returned the next day and picked up right where we left off. We love our car and even more the service we received!

When I found out I needed new tires, the recommended tires and other tires that were on hand were a bit outside my budget. That really didn't make me happy cause we have purchased three cars from your business 2 of them were Saturn and the third was a Acura. So I really see the point of that comment. I had my 02 MDX detailed this week to prepare it for sale and I have to say, it looks brand again, for the price, you can't beat it anywhere in town. Everyone else was $50.00 to a $100 more than Springfield Acura, and the job they did was A+. There were two areas that needed special attention, the head light lenses and the hood, it had massive scratches on it, and they are now gone. Almost hate to sell it, but I bought a new MDX and I have to :(

Overall good experience. Friendly staff. Kids loved the free smoothies. We were traveling from Oklahoma to St. Louis to watch a friend play college baseball. We had been looking at new Chevy Traverses and found this on line. Decided to make a stop on our trip and see it on our way through. The purchasing of the vehicle was pretty well straight forward. Only complaint was that we mentioned more than once that we were heading to St. Louis and we still had to wait for the service staff to have it cleaned and brought out when we were ready to go.

Our assistant manager, Wade McCamey, is someone we recommend you ask for by name. He genuinely listened to our needs and wants, presented 2 well-thought-out options, allowed us extended test-drives to evaluate all the features offered, answered all our questions, gave honest opinions when requested, made the complicated new technologic advances easy to understand and demonstrated them during and after the test-drives. Then, allowed us time to think things over, make a decision, and prepared our chosen vehicle (even helped wash/clean it himself to help support staff finish by the end of their day) so we were able to drive away with our new RDX feeling confident in our decision. He also spent a good 1/2 hour after that to explain the technology package and loaded our cell phone data so it could be used that evening. Really the best experience we've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Was actually difficult not wanting to buy both vehicles he had us drive. It was very helpful that he rode with us to explain things as we experienced technological advances we weren't previously familiar with. He also made us comfortable with the dealership taking care of us going forward by giving us a tour of the facility and answering our questions. He has set the bar high, so it will be difficult even visiting another dealership to expect the same experience. Knew his stuff, but did more listening than advising, which is always appreciated and a sign of respecting his clients and knowing how big a decision this is for a family or couple. We definitely have a sense we will be well taken care-of throughout the ownership experience with our new vehicle. Thank you, Wade!

Our 3d string vehicle, not an Acura, needed a safety inspection. Since we are long-time customers of this dealership, we asked if they would accommodate, which they were willing to do. Alas, as the vehicle was pulled in, a main brake line rusted through. The service department repaired three leaking lines plus another item it needed to pass the inspection. A $12 inspection became very expensive but I feel I would have paid the same at any reputable garage plus I have the assurance of technicians who have always done work on our Acuras.

I needed the oil changed to get ready for my next trip. I was pleased that they also checked everything and found the battery needed changing in the ignition. They thought I might need an alignment done but when they checked again, came back and said I did not need it done now. I felt they were being honest with me, when they could have done the alignment after I had agreed to it. It shows they do have integrity in their business and makes me more comfortable in trusting them.

Came in to get software updates on 15 TLX and installation of remote start. Great experience from beginning to end and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Price on remote start was about $100 higher than listed on acura.com but otherwise I was very satisfied. We found an MDX online we liked and made the 2 1/2 drive to Springfield to drive it and take a closer look. When we arrived, Aaron greeted us and explained the vehicle. We drove it and expressed some concern we had with it. Aaron told us of a similar one that had been traded in the night before, but wasn't cleaned up. We looked at it, drove it and decided that was the one. Aaron was excellent to work with and very professional yet personable. BJ was excellent with our finance options, with all necessary things discussed, but leaving the final decision to us. Overall, one of the best experiences of car buying we have encountered. Wade was very personable and visited with us while Aaron was rushing around getting the car ready on short notice. Just a fabulous experience!!

We like to trade cars and we've had our fair share of pushy, obnoxious, and greedy dealers. When we came to Acura of Springfield in Missouri, salesman Aaron had the car waiting out and ready for us even though we did not make it to the dealership until around 6 at night. It was already dark out and Aaron recommended pulling the vehicle into the garage for easier and more efficient viewing. He then allowed both my husband and I to test drive the vehicle for a good while. When we decided that we did want to purchase the vehicle, the price game went quickly. I'm used to spending at least an hour or two debating prices with dealerships, but the already low price that was originally on the used vehicle we wanted was able to be negotiated down quickly to our affordable price. From the time we decided to buy the car to the time we walked out the door with the keys and all of the paperwork, it had only been about 30 minutes, and we left feeling like we paid a very fair price. We will deffinately be recommending this dealership to our friends and anyone else in search a new vehicle!

We had such a great experience at this dealership (Acura of Springfield). Wade met us at the door and immediately asked what we were looking for in a vehicle. They had one of each model inside the showroom, so we were able to spend the amount of time we needed checking out the vehicle and learning about it without getting cold or wet outside. After he gathered information about what we were wanting, he went and pulled it up to the door for us to test drive. We never walked through the lot, never tried to pick something out from their inventory. He just went and got it for us. It was SO EASY and fun! This was by far the easiest purchase I have ever had. I came through the lot on a Saturday evening after the dealership was closed and saw a car that I was interested in. In the mean-time, Wade got my financing paper work moving along so by the time I got to the dealership at 5:30pm I drove the car, decided that I liked it, went through the purchase package paperwork with Wade, then in to the finance office with BJ and was literally out the door with my 2008 BMW 328i in under 2 hours!!I will be back to Acura of Springfield in the future.

I brought in my 2002 MDX because of a Check Engine Light issue, first time I have had a CIL and the vehicle has 170k miles on it, it amazes me that these vehicles are so reliable. Anyway, there were several components that needed attention, Spark plugs (never replaced) fuel injectors and or EGR valve clean and or replace. All of these being replaced at once would be extremely expensive, so I opt in for the spark plug replacement first. Regardless if this fixed the issue or not, they needed to be replaced, $300.00, well worth that if you only have to replace them every 170k miles! It didn't solve the CIL issue, so I guess the next step will be the fuel injectors, $1100.00. That will have to addressed next month :(. Although the plugs didn't solve it, I'm very pleased that the service writer is willing to work with me as we address this random problem as I can afford it.

I come to Acura for free oil services as part of my vehicle purchase. They are always friendly and thorough and usually get me in at my convenience even with same day requests. I know they have made notes on my file regarding recommendations and the fact that I have repairs done elsewhere. There are two reasons I did not submit "excellent" in my review.My first concern is a current noise that's been ongoing for several months that another facility said is the hub bearing but Acura said is the intermediate shaft if I remember correctly. I brought my records and inquired that both bearings had been noted as a concern on my Acura records and one was recently replaced. I trust both facilities but cannot afford an incorrect repair or a 3rd opinion. My second concern is that on my last visit I was told the maintenance light needs to be on at the time I bring my car in for the free oil change. The "reset oil life" message was on the morning of my oil service but I pushed the knob to clear it so I could see my odometer and verify it was time for an oil service. My odometer was within 200 miles of the Acura reminder sticker. Due to my profession of food delivery, I usually drive that many miles in 2 days and I work long hours so I have to take advantage of time off work. I also have to reset my mileage daily for work to track miles for tax purposes. For those reasons I feel it would be nearly impossible to bring my car in for service while the maintenance indicator is on. I am willing to take a picture when it does come on so it is dated and timed for me to show the service department at my next visit.The lifetime free oil change was a perk when I was deciding on making my car purchase from Saturn. It was an important factor when I calculated the overall cost and savings. I have not nor will I abuse this benefit by bringing my car in ahead of schedule. My time is as valuable as the technicians who perform this free service.

Most repair shops in the Springfield area claim that they can service Acura's as good if not better than the dealership for less money. That is not the case that we found. Don't trust anyone, no matter how big they are or how many billboards they may have around town, to servicing your Acura. It's a finally tuned performance automobile. Treat it right, and it never let you down. This is coming from someone that has 200k plus miles on an MDX and it always has been serviced at an authorized Acura service center and always will be.

My check engine light came on, so we made & appointment with Laura to bring it in & have it checked out. They found that a sensor with code po141 was bad. They ran the function test & found it failed the test & was indeed bad. Laura told us they would have to order the part in but could have it the next day so we stayed in Springfield that night (WE live in Jefferson City, Mo.)& the next morning the part was there. They installed it right away as she had promised & we were able to be on our way.Being able to get the part the very next morning was very important to us.They also offered to loan us a car, but we didn't take it as the wait time was not going to bethat long. We appreciated the offer in case we would have had something we needed to take care of.

Recently the a/c went out on our 08 Acura RDX. It turns out there was an extended warranty. Since they had to keep our car overnight they gave us a loaner to use which was good since we live over an hour away. When we picked it up the next day and were coming back home, the a/c stopped working again. This was on a Saturday and I left them a message expressing my frustration. They called first thing Monday morning and assured me that they would send a tech down to my house to swap vehicles and get it fixed. As it turns out, it was another part that went bad and was not at all related to the work they had done. And they did not charge me at all for the extra work or for coming to pick it up and bring it back. The really do go above and beyond what is expected and I am very grateful. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I had a flat tire and needed a tire that I had at home installed. My wheel was slightly bent and they were able to but my tire on it. I was advised that I would need a new wheel it was holding a seal. I drove across town and had a flat tire. They told me they had checked it a few times before releasing the car to me. I am now getting a new wheel and hopefully all will be good.

Wade McCamey bent over backwards to satisfy our needs. He stayed over two hours to finish our purchase. He was not PUSHY but very informative about what we could and could not do. He explained all the nuances of operating our new RDX. Everyone did their best to help us get this pushed through. Even though the repair cost were very substantial (several thousands), and close to the total value of the whole car itself with 230,000 miles and 13 years old, it had to be done to put a great car back in action, and the service team was very helpful and got things done in a short time that NO other auto repair company within 200 miles + (that I could find) could do, and with the expertise that they demonstrated this time and in the past. Thanks to ALL the team that worked on my MDX to get it back on the road and made it possible for me to brag about my Acura to everybody! The service crew really took care of me and I really appreciate it! That's one reason that I keep driving 180 miles to come back all the time. (and the loaner car was the cherry on top!) If there is one thing I can say about about Springfield Acura's service department, that would be it, extremely thorough. Some may suspect they are just looking for ways to make more money per visit, but I don't believe that for a minute. When they recommend services, it's for your benefit.My MDX has over 200k miles on it, I would attribute it's longevity to having it serviced regularly and only at an authorized Acura dealer. The vehicle drives as good today as it did the day we bought. Granted we have spent almost as much servicing it as we paid (used purchase price) for the vehicle, but it has been well worth it. Everyone at Springfield Acura has been extremely helpful, they always go the extra mile. I like the service department so much, I just purchased a used Acura for my son to take to college so he too can see what it's like to be part of the Acura family versus just another Honda owner.

I arrived a little early as requested, and the service area was ready for me, assessing anything beyond the oil change my car needed. Within 75 minutes, my car had been checked, made ready for winter driving, and washed. The waiting area has a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable seating. I was asked if I needed anything from the food area, which was a nice touch. Even though I must drive a 150 round trip, my car has never been serviced anywhere but Acura, since I know the work will be done correctly by trained mechanics.

Acura has been my dealership for many years. I started out with Saturn of Springfield, and when they merged, I moved to Acura of Springfield. They have always been reliable, courteous, and not pushy. They always ask me what I need and then bend over backwards to help me get it with my limited budget. I work two jobs, one of which is a delivery driver. So, I put ALOT of miles and wear on my vehicle, and I need it in good running order. The people in service take wonderful care of me and help me get the essential repairs I need to keep going. When my previous car died, they were there to help me get a reliable used car to replace it. Just getting ready to roll over 100K miles, and the car is still in great running condition. I love the new facilities and they are constantly working at making the customer feel comfortable and not pressured like the other dealerships I have had to work in the past. Highly recommended!

Like most of us, we're always trying to save money, but it never pays to NOT use an authorized Acura Service Department. I made that mistake twice! First time, I took my 2002 MDX to a local repair shop to have my timing belt replaced, AOS (Acura of Springfield) quoted me $1000.00 plus, the local shop was $640.00. What I didn't realize was that AOS doesn't just replace the timing belt and waterpump like the local shop did, they also replace the spark plugs and perform a valve adjustment. the total of just those two services by themselves is $600.00. Simple math tells you it ended up costing me $1240.00 for what AOS only wanted $1000 for. Here's the other time. I had a knocking noise coming from the right front tire when going over speed bumps, I did my research and it's a common issue due to normal wear and tear of the sway bar bushings. So I had the "local Shop" quote me a price, $100.00, no problem, do it I said. The noise was still there, they said it needed link rod bushings etc, $300.00 total. I'm like fine, fix it. It was a little better, but not perfect. Drove me nuts for months, I hate road noise. I recently took my MDX into AOS for service and asked them to look at it. They told me that I need sway bar bushings. I was very puzzled, I told them that they had already been replaced, they were 100% positive that they were not replaced or not replaced correctly, and that's what I need to do to fix the "knocking noise" going over bumps. The price? $130. I had them do it, and now it's perfect, like new again. My point? Always use Acura of Springfield or your local Acura Dealer when you need repairs and service, you will not save any money going elsewhere and in most cases it will end up just costing you more. AOS's service department and their service advisers are the best. I know this because I have been driving Acura's, 9 of them in total, for over 20 years. They never steered me wrong, no pun intended. First of all, I bought my new 2014 MDX at Springfield Acura in June and it was a wonderful experience.... This was my second new car from this dealership and hopefully I will be able to continue that legacy... Todays visit to service was for some warranty work and as usual the service was tip top.... I have a Saturn Sky Red Line. It needed a new battery. To replace the battery you have to remove the fender to get to it. The mechanic who worked on my car had plenty of experience and was able to complete a two hour job in one hour. I was surprised at how short the visit was and in addition I received a car wash. I am very please.

I have purchased 6 new Acura's from Acura of Springfield over the years and they have been incredible. They always provide high quality service and I can depend on them to go the extra mile. About 4 years ago I owned a new TL and the battery died for some odd reason. I was at a meeting all the way on the other side of town. Their service staff drove over to the car and resolved the issue. When I went to leave the meeting, the car was working with no issues. There will always been issues with things in life. Bought 2 mdx from them w/in 2 months, both occasions i paid cash- so no problem. last week i test drive a used pick-up and talked to the same sales agent- a young hispanic. I told him what i want & he told me he'll talk to the manager-lucas. Called me and left message on my cell saying we have a deal and i should put a deposit ( this was saturday) called me on monday and told me the same. toldme to come. I did. when i got there and they had the keys for my trade in-things changed, like we didn't have an agreement. That when the pressure starts.. So beware if you have a trade-in. I did not buy the pick up, asked for the keys and left.

Here's my experience following several oil changes: 1. torn leather seat 2. fire arm left in loaner had to return car 3. scratches on one side had to be corrected 4. during safty inspection mach.broke mirror The car looks like a 4 yr. old cleaned it with a dirty rag. My car is always clean and looks better going in than it ever does coming out!!

It was time for my husband and I to purchase a "new to us" car and we had a certain budget, tighter than normal when car shopping. The staff at ACURA of Springfield was amazing. They listened to our needs without pressure. Actually, quite the opposite, they waited on US. Wade McCamey listened to every "want/need" we'd hoped for in a car. Then, we told him what car payment we wanted/needed ... it wasn't easy ... but, he performed magic and we are driving the car now :-). Before we drove away, we sat in the finance area with Ron ... instead of annoying pressure, he educated us and we had some laughs on along the way. We've already sent a friend to the service department. And, we will plan on seeing the staff again at the service department as well ... pretty much for oil changes & car washes - lol! Thank you for an EXCELLENT experience ACURA of Springfield.
