Edwin in Service was outstanding. We had an issue and he was quick to resolve it. The guys here do a great job and even if once in a blue moon they make a mistake it’s good to see them own and resolve it and not put it on the customer. I pay extra because of the great customer service and the great work the service department does. Can’t go wrong with these guys. Thank you.

The team at Acura of Peabody is great. They cover all the details of what they find and make sure they you know what they're gonna do. The customer service is great. I met with Lance and he went over everything with me beforehand. Great experience.

I was 100% satisfied with my recent car shopping experience at Acura of Peabody. I was a little nervous because it was my first time "newer car" buying adventure. Being a woman, I feel as though sometimes men in the car industry can pressure or try to take advantage. I never felt anything of the sort. Frank made me feel at ease and informed about the vehicle I was interested in. The car buying process was so smooth and comfortable and I walked out of there feeling like they took very good care of me. I AM IN LOVE WITH MY NEW CAR!!!!! I would absolutely shop there again, and will recommend them to all my friends and everyone I know!

Great dealership. Good service. Nice and clean and they have drop in offices for you to use while your car is worked on. My recent service was outstanding! upped my review to 5 stars!

We were looking for a used Acura in good condition and Dave Hepworth was amazing! He knew exactly what we looking for and previewed all the cars he thought we’d like. We went and saw one car that he had chosen and it was perfect! ( Bonus - we didn’t need to hit every dealer in greater Boston!) This is the second time that Dave has helped us find an amazing car! We are thrilled with the selection and customer care at Acura of Peabody!
