My husband & I were looking for a new Scion for me. We quite literally spent the day driving across the entire metroplex looking at the everything within & near our price range, & then doing a second lap to our top three choices.When we first got to Adam's Auto we spoke to James who handed us the CARFAX report & keys to take a look. The car looked and sounded great. Really the only drawback was that it was slightly higher than we wanted to pay & the center armrest looked like it was used to block punches in a bareknuckle boxing match.When we return for our second look that afternoon, James said he had notice us looking at the armrest & didn't want anyone to miss out on this car because of it, so he ran out to a local repair shop & got it fixed. One problem, fixed; one to go.We spoke to him about our limit on the cost AFTER tax/title/license of the car which we were concerned would be WAY lower than he wanted to go. He was more than happy to work with us and we drove off the lot with the car a moment later.You would think that's all you need & we'd be on our way, but James noticed our inspection was out on the car we drove to the dealership. We had tried to get it done 3 times previously each time not passing and we couldn't figure out why. James took a look, poked around a bit & found the problem & an easy fix. He directed us down the street to a little shop who took care of us & got our inspection up to date. It really is nice to find a dealer who is that genuinely helpful when he already has your money.I've had the car for a few weeks now and no complaints. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who asked. Talk to James.

I have bought 2 cars for Adam's Auto. The fist time I was just looking. Ed and James were so helpfull that I later bought a second car from them. The prices and service are great. They will bend over backwards to help. Ed and James really try to make and keep you happy. I also have not found a better place for repairs. They do great work and stand behind what they do.

My wife and I were looking for a small SUV and saw an ad for a Honda CR-V at this dealership. We went to look with no intention of buying. When we arrived we were greeted by a James who was very friendly. We explained why we were there and he showed us the vehicle we were interested in, ask us if we would like to drive it. We did and it ran great, was very clean inside and out and we just could not find anything wrong with it. He asked us when we returned what we though about the car so we told him but said we were not buying today. He said OK but if I can help you when you are ready to buy please give me a call. After we went home and talked about it we decided after shopping at numerous dealerships that tried everything under the sun to get us to buy today we decided to try and buy the car from Adam's Auto Sale. We called James and asked him how long it would take if we decided to buy and he said he could get us out in 15 minutes. That is exactly how it happened. No games, no upselling. They were so nice and helpful there and everything went so smoothly that we have referred some of our friends to them. Great experience in outherwise is a difficult task. Thank you James

I always feel nervous going to look for a car. I had been to several dealers before I bought my 2003 Toyota Camry. The salesman is this really sweet guy name James. He answered all my questions and even gave me a Carfax without my asking! I didn't feel like I was being talked down to, something so many other dealers do. I am very happy with my car! I was told about warranties I could get and service and it turned out to be one of the most pleasant experiences I ever had! I have told everybody I know to get a car from James and Ed!

I got my first car from this dealer. At first everything looked fine. After 8 mo I started having transmission problems and took the car to the Honda dealer..The honda dealer said the car is not worth over $1k ( if that, because it had many other problems including junk parts in the machine, oil leak, break issues etc)..and the hinda dealer recommended I should sell the car to the junk yard..as soon as possible.. I repent getting a car from this place. Please be careful. I never write reviews. But, I thought writing a review for this place is very important.
