Elizabeth was very consistent with phone calls and keeping in touch with us as we were in route to the dealership. She said the vehicle would've been ready by the time we arrived. While on the test drive ('17 Nissan Armada) I noticed the shakiness of in the steering and the caution light on the dash, I notified her and she said that she will inform the mechanics...nothing happened! Driving on I26, I noticed that I couldn't drive over 65-70 mph. The vehicle was really shaking. I had to drive back to Cross, SC...about 3 hrs away. I couldn't turn around due to my husband's work schedule (he had to be up to go to work at 3 am! It was already after 6 pm. She said that the oil was changed and even had a new oil change sticker on the windshield (when we had the oil change in September, the oil was really black, as if it wasn't changed). She told us to take the vehicle to the dealership so they can reset the dash. And to take the car to a tire shop to have the tires balanced. Well, I took the car to the tire shop and the guy came to get me to show me that there were 2 punctures in the front passenger side tire and the rest of the tires were dry rot. He also mentioned that the wheels were wrong and that they belong on a pick-up truck and the hub caps were broken. On the paperwork, it states that there are NO ISSUES, which is a BIG lie! I called the car lot to informed the Elizabeth and she asked me why did I wait 30 days to get everything done. There was no way to see those punctures unless the tire was removed. She said she would inform the general manager. I called 3 times and left a message and to this day, no one has returned my call. I called a local Nissan dealership to get some insight on the situation and he said that they could at least give us $200/tire. I am currently looking for a lawyer to assist with this situation. Where's the care for your customers? The safety concerns? Why not return my calls? We've been patient.

Jose is a God Send!!! I went to Adam’s anticipating your average car sales pitch and bs but Jose was extremely professional and put me in a better car then what I came to see and at an amazing price. The finance manager was also helpful and their team got me in and out in a very short time. I will definitely be checking out Adam’s Auto for my next car purchase. Best car buying experience ever.

Dishonest, snakes, and money hungry are just a few words I’d use to describe this dealership. I would give them 0 stars if possible and would give the manager Chance 0 stars for the treatment I received from him. I purchased a Tesla from this dealership 05-03-2021. The Tesla was missing the charger and I agreed to pay half (250) of the cost for it. I was told the charger was coming from Tesla and would be $500. I have in writing that I’m owed the charger and have emails and call logs stating that it’s on its way. Five months of patience with this company and I’m still without the charger. They are only willing to refund me $150 instead of providing the charger I’m owed or the value of the agreed upon charger. Additionally, they are using the excuse that the contract expired 30 days after I signed. Instead of working with me or providing proof that they ordered it, they lied and lead me on a wild game so they could get every dollar from me they could. I do not recommend this dealership and will be in contact with my lawyer for further investigation. Reading other negative reviews I know that I’m not the only one that has been lied to.

My daughters and I had an incredible experience with Lizz. We all bought cars with her and will definitely be referring others. She was courteous and professional. She listened carefully and understood our needs. It was so great having an honest car salesperson that put the customer first.
