Had a great seamless experience with Gonzalo Fernandez. He was always professional and forthcoming with the process of custom ordering a truck. He was the first person to contact me during inquiries and he followed through answering all questions and was always punctual and personable. He even answered my questions on his vacation when he didn't have to. I am very happy with my product and also the level of customer service provided. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to speak with Gonzalo.

I haven't actually set foot in this establishment, but let me tell you. I've had to do my entire car deal remotely since my husband is in the Navy and I wanted to get my car from back home. My salesman was/is Alex, from step one 3 months ago, he has been all about making the process easy as possible for me and my husband. He has answered every question I've come up with, and let me tell you, I can think of some good ones! But I am over all, so happy that I got Alex as my sales person! When we need another car, I will be coming back to Alex because he really knows how to take good care of his clients!! Thanks so much Alex! Can't wait to meet you soon! Gotta personally thank everyone that has had a hand in this process!

Positively the BEST service I've ever received from a dealership sales person. From out of state and was interested in a vehicle wanting to help an older couple who had totaled their car. Fortunate enough to get Alex on the phone and the rest is history. He was very compassionate and because of him the deal was completed. Because the deal was time sensitive, Alex was preparing the car to ship and realized something wasn't working exactly right with the key fobs. He drove it to Subaru dealership (vehicle under warranty) himself and found part needed to repair. Was able to ship vehicle on time. Honestly couldn't be more pleased with the overall experience.
