Really great dealing with Terry and Allen. Both were very professional. Had both vehicles we were interested in up front and ready for a test drive. Everything with the sale went very smooth and up front! Would definitely recommend this team to friends and family.

My boyfriend recently purchased a new to him 2015 Beautiful Blue dodge charger from another dealership. Lost the windshield wipers on the way home. Lost the rear bumper diffuser on the way to work. Now the brakes are starting to squeak. We have replaced the wipers. Ordered a new bumper diffuser and didn't really feel like crawling under the car in the latest heat wave for our area. SO he headed up to Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and met with Matt. Matt took care of putting the bumper diffuser on in no time. The process was super easy and we are very Thankful that Matt was able to take the time to help out. I myself am looking to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee in a short distant future, and I know where I will be headed with my business when the time comes. Thank you to Matt for taking care of us. We appreciate everything.

I recently had DEF issues with my truck while traveling from Lincoln Ne to my home in South MS with a trailer, 2 horses, 3 dogs, and my family. 3 other dealerships told me they couldn't even look at my truck for 2-3 days. Airport Chrysler told me to get it in ASAP and they would work me in so I could get home. I got the truck dropped off at 930 am, and was on the road to Mississippi by 1 that afternoon. The entire staff was extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area or passing through. I will even be contacting them when I decide to buy a new vehicle .

The family had an outstanding experience at Platte City Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, in particularly with Tim Shaw. Tim went above and beyond to help us get our new car van with specific features to accommodate our handicap daughter. The Airport Chrysler Team actual went out of state and had the vehicle delivered within 48 hours, the whole process was stress free and pleasant. I highly recommend dealership if you’re looking to buy a car. Also, if you want a professional and polite salesperson who provides quick and clear communication (email or in-person), ask for Tim Shaw!

I had a nice experience working with Tim on the purchase and trade of my car. Very patient with me while we looked through lots of car options. Didn’t care when I kept changing my mind. Found the car that I wanted. Very laid back but great follow up with any questions that I had. Dealership is very easy to work with.
