I went to the dealership on 8-14-15 to see what inventory they had. My sales rep, LD Harmount, was outstanding. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend LD and Al West Nissan to anyone in the market for a new car. LD went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly and that I got the car that was right for me. LD made the entire car buying experience enjoyable.

I have not bought a car in 7 years and after my last experience I was terrified to step foot back in to a dealership. However, everyone I came in contact with from the receptionist to LD (best salesperson ever) treated me with nothing but kindness. While I was there I watched the staff interact with other customers whether in the showroom or the service center. All customers were treated kindly and efficiently. This dealership has very knowledgeable staff. They let me know exactly what I could be financed for, what kind of car would work for me with my needs/wants, and they didn't pressure me in to any car. They gave me time to make a decision without pressuring me. I will send everyone I know there. I now know that all my future car needs for myself, my husband, and my kiddos can be taken care of in one place. Thank you AL WEST for your amazing staff, your professionalism, and your kindness! I really am pleased 100% with the car I bought and the process leading up to it.
