I had just bought groceries when my car started to over heat. Jeremy in the service department took my car right in and helped me put my frozen foods in their employee feezer. They went above and beyond to help. By the way Hurricane Matthew was on the way and they still took car of replacing the radiator as quickly as possible so that I would have my car as soon as possible!! Awesome job as always!

This was probably my best car buying experience. I had visited EVERY car dealership on 27 and at Nissan, I never felt like I was being pressured, everyone was very helpful and professional and unlike other dealerships, Nissan salespeople didn't need to badmouth the competition to earn my business. I test drove all of the comparable models from Toyota, Kia, Ford, etc., and the Nissan Versa was my favorite. The finance manager helped arrange and negotiate with lenders to get me my best deal. I have some serious credit blemishes yet he was able to work it out so I could finance my new car. If I lived in Sebring, I would highly recommend Alan Jay Nissan to anyone looking to buy a new car, but I am looking forward to driving back home to Texas with my new Versa. They made me feel appreciated and valued. Like what I wanted mattered to them. They went above and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Every staff member there was kind and helpful. Their dealership may be smaller than the big city ones but they have everything you could want or need. My salesman John Nichols was knowledgeable and very patient while I asked a million questions. I just can't say enough about this place. If you go anywhere else to buy a vehicle you are doing yourself an injustice.

As a first time car buyer I was a little nervous about not only buying but also dealing with the possibility of pushy salesman. Jonathan was excellent, and that is underselling him! He was easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgable and just overall so easy to work with. I did not feel intimidated in the least and he made it very comfortable the entire process. I walked in the door and was greeted with an introduction and a handshake from Wayne. I told him I wanted a fuel conservative car, he showed me the Versa hatchback on the showroom floor and brought me a bottle of nice cold water. We then went out on the lot to look at the Nissan Sentra and another Versa, one without all the additions. I had told him I was financially strapped and needed to trade my big deisel pickup because it was too expensive to maintain. He let me take it for a test drive and then went in to get details and talk numbers. He took the papers back 4 times before a number was agreed upon that I could manage. He was friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and determined to get me a good deal. A couple of hours and he was loading my personal stuff from my trade-in into my new Versa and I was on my way home.

I came in to this dealership even though I was far from home because I had heard of it's reputation for customer service. I was ecstatic to find out that my trip had been completely worth while. After having went through the WORSE car salesman at the Lakeland Nissan Dealership,I called Alan Jay Nissan in Sebring Florida and before we even got to their location, spoke to the manager David.I explained the horrible ordeal my mother-in-law and I had just been through and that I wanted no BS car salesman crap! Not only was David friendly(not pushy) and knowledgable - he told me they wanted our business and to come on in.He and his sales person, Terry, made us feel like we were shopping with friends! They were pushy or rude and bottom line - gave us the best deal so we did not have to keep shopping around.I am a 48 year old woman who has bought many cars over the years but was helping my mother in law buy her 1st. Never in my life had I experienced a more pleasant and friendly car purchase from the staff at Alan Jay Nissan. I would highly suggest to any woman, or man for that matter, to shop for a car with these people.
