Andrew was the epitome of a deceitful car salesman. My 82 year old parents were buying a new car from him and were so stressed they asked me to come in. Upon given the summary of the transaction, everything my folks asked of Andrew, they were not getting answers or results from him. There was so much pressure to close the sale. My mother started coughing (probably from stress) and we decided to take her home and come back. Andrew leaped up and got in front of us and blocked the exit and was not going to let us go. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. With no concern for my mother, and only concern was for the sale. We finally pushed our way out and then he came running after us as we were driving off, unbelievable! My dad, who is from the old school, came back and bought the car from Andrew because "he said he would." I hope the managers read this, because this is the worst car buying experience they have ever had in 82 years.

Alan Web Nissan is the best place ever for getting your car serviced. Stacy in the service dept. makes real sure everything is taken care of with the professional care and expertise that everyone deserves. She is a GEM! Make sure you get your car washed. This is a free service that cannot be beat. It is hand washed and comes out looking like the car is brand new again. I never had a wash so thorough before. I could not find any spots missed. Incredible service!

I wish I had a wonderful experience to speak of with Alan Webb Nissan however other than my pleasant encounters with Kalei in Sales and Alex in Service my experience was quite unpleasant. I'll hold back the novel of details that I recorded along the way and simply give a fair heads up. If searching with this company for a certified pre-owned vehicle and considering spending the extra money I would recommend considering you ask for a free diagnostic check or have your own mechanic run a diagnostic check on it regardless of their certified pre owned inspection to avoid any oversights on the process. I purchased a certified pre owned thinking that I was safer on the road however the very next day experience water began leaking into my car from the rain and I found out after three attempts to rectify this issue that my windshield which had been signed off on in the certified inspection as safe was not properly sealed or installed and had to be completely replaced. Be sure to get two keys for the vehicle regardless of how many were given to the dealership when they took ownership because these keys can cost you (out of pocket) an easy $500 through the dealership if microchipped. You may want to ensure that you take the time to ask lots of questions regarding the warranties they will pitch you at closing as you may not necessarily need the extended if you decide to purchase a certified pre owned considering it is the same length of time as the certified pre owned warranty but may include different coverages and cost you $2400 extra also you may still have a original manufacturers warranty left on top of that depending how new the vehicle is. The last piece of advice I can give after my experience with this dealership is ensure you take your time to ask questions and get all the answers you need before signing anything and don't let the finance agent rush you through the signing as he did with me, you have the right to be completely aware and in charge of ever single decision you make during your car purchase and after I left and had issues is when I started to experience the headache of run arounds and empty answers from just about everyone on that team aside from Alex and Kalei. Should any issues arise I can only speak for my experience but finding quality customer care and finding a resolution are going to be tough as this is not their strong point and your sales agent will pretty much only end up being just that. Although my sales agent was lovely during the buying process anything as far as the issues I experienced later down the line were not in his department to handle there for the run around through the different venues of the dealership to book appointments, get diagnostics, get follow up, ensure accuracy, and even confirm a rental car were all very time consuming and up to me to fight for. Alex and Kalei were pretty much my saving grace in this whole situation and I could vouch for their integrity and genuine customer care to take care of their customers and really take it above and beyond, however just be smart and cautious when dealing with the rest of your buying process here as it could be a dead end if issues arise and you are not protected.

We had our 2015 Altima in for warranty work due to excessive glue used during the assembly of the "Headliner" at the Nissan factory. It was looked very messy and made the colors not match other components of the interior. The dealership did a good job replacing the headliner, but they forgot to wash my car after they were done. There was lingering streaks on the windshield from being removed during the replacement of the headliner. These streaks were inside and out. It would have been nice to get the car back clean.

I have to call and schedule my oil change every six months, this time I was able to get through right away on the phone system at Alan Webb Nissan. In the past I have had some trouble with getting through to the service department, but they must have fixed that. The lady checking people in for service is cheerful and very nice, she was busy, but she made eye contact and made me feel recognized.

I wish I could write 2 reviews. The salesman, AJ, was amazing. He was respectful and hardworking. I'm sad he has to work at this location. This review is for everything but AJ.Now, the rest of the story. We were quite prepared to walk in and purchase a Leaf based on the online prices listed. Once we arrived, we were treated very well and enjoyed out experience. We sat down to talk numbers, and as soon as AJ was no longer in control, the whole thing fell apart. First off, the price online is not clearly explained as a Lease Price. But even after we ran the actual numbers, the Lease Price was actually about $2000 more than the listed online price. We were treated very poorly by the guy who sat behind the front counter making all the pricing/financing decisions. Unfortunately, we didn't catch his name, and that was certainly a fail on our part. We were very clear from the get-go that we were not interested in a Lease. We wanted to Purchase. We were also told of the Federal Purchase Incentive. Of course, no one could clearly give us idea of how it would work. So my husband looked it up online. I wandered around and actually found a whole stack of blue info sheets that look like they were suppose to be posed around the showroom or desks. But none were. In a nutshell, my husband quickly learned (from Google) that after purchasing a Zero Emission Vehicle, the taxpayer can get a refund of up to $7,500. At tax time, once all is said and done, if you owe $4000 in federal taxes, you can use the purchase of the car as a tax credit and take the amount you owe to $0. As you can easily see, that is NOT the full $7,500 because you can only take the amount of federal tax you owe to $0. Or another easy example, if you owe $8000 (once all is said and done your federal taxes), you can use the credit to take the amount you owe to $500. Clearly, this is accounted for at tax time, and it can be a tad confusing, and you are not guaranteed $7,500.But what the finance guy, behind the front counter, told us is that we will get a check from the government in about a month for $7,500 after our purchase. My husband even tried to show his mistake/lie by showing what Google came up with. But he wouldn't admit he was mistaken/lying. It became clear that the finance representative was not interested in keeping our transaction honest. So we left. It was sad to walk away from AJ because he was great. Here's the bottom line, if you're the finance guy, you have ONE job. Have a general idea of how the incentives work because that is a huge perk to buying an electric car right now. To Allen Webb Nissan in general:Your facilities were filthy. The office mats (where the office chairs roll on while sitting at the computer) was worn to the carpet. The office chair AJ sat in had huge chunks missing on the arms. The chairs we sat on at AJ desk were so worn it is slanted forward and the seat is clearly filthy. The can of odor eliminator on the file cabinet behind AJ was tacky. The balloons on the cars inside the facility were so deflated I'm surprised they could still float. There were clear mud footprints behind the front desk where the jerky finance guy sat (who was the one that lost our sale). Your sign to promote your 2 year membership to the charging stations is for the Seattle area. How has no one noticed this? You are not aware that the closest charge station on your information station was Tacoma? We are actually part of the Portland Metro Area, while yes, being in Vancouver. Get the right area on your displays. In the area where we sat with AJ at a desk to discuss price, there is a wall that provides some privacy from the show room floor. Behind this wall was a stack of blue pages (perhaps they were large stickers) that clearly detail the "Up to $7,500" concept your finance guy couldn't muster a recollection of. Please distribute these to staff. A trip to IKEA for new floor mats and office chairs would go a long way. If employees appreciate their job site, then clean up their muddy footprints (certainly a customer didn't track mud behind the front desk).

Our salesman, AJ, was super. Didn't waste our time trying to sell us something more expensive than we were looking to spend. Very nice and personable! Dave in financing was quick and easy to work with and also nice and personable. So far very happy with our pre-owned Nissan. Great buying experience...Would buy from them again.

He and Tony, the sales manager were great people and did not use high pressure tactics. WARNING: Do Not purchase a "after-market" home charger from Alan Webb Nissan OR ANY Nissan dealership in America. I purchased a 2015 Nissan LEAF, from Alan Webb in Vancouver, Washington. Along with it, separately I purchased this charger, a supposedly twice as fast then the trickle charger cord that comes with the cord for about $500. The private company cord, sold through Alan Webb never worked.Nissan American Headquarters never got back to me. I was to find out that Alan Webb in Vancouver, KNEW several cords before mine came back and did not work...and yet they kept selling them. There are lots of re-charging cords out there, but this one listed for 452. is useless and if Nissan America won't get back to me, that pretty much tells you what the corporate head thinks of the Public. You've been warned.

It's kind of funny the way my car purchase came about. I made an appointment to test drive on of the Mitsubishi Mirages. After having done so I wished I hadn't. lol But Tony Lockett turned the rather negative vibes I had from the Mirage into positive ones when he introduced me to the Nissan Versa. The color was right and everything just clicked together once I test drove it. The whole experience, as i have already stated, was like pushing the big button at Staples. "That Was Easy". It certainly was easy and didn't hurt a bit. Everyone who worked on the sale, including the wizard of OZ, was great. BTW, OZ is the person I refer to where the sales person goes to get something approved. I had a great time buying the car, and I look forward to many enjoyable hours driving it!!! Thank You All!!

Once again the ineptitude of this dealership has shpwn through! We purchased a 2015 Nissan and was told the scratches that were in the paint would be taken care of. They were not. Was contacted by the dealership and was told it would be taken care of. Never heard from them again. Now we have found out that our payment was late because we never received any documents from Nissan. Lo and behold Alan Webb nissan sent them the incorrect address. We will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again!!! It has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE!!!!

Pre-approved by our CU and knew my price before heading to the store. Low pressure, straight talk, great selection of used vehicles and they answered all my questions. A terric experience and would definitely recommend you check out Alan Webb Nissan when considering your next car or truck.

Buying a car is always a daunting task. We were not sure if we could even get into a new car since our trade in had bad equity. After five and a half ours if waiting our turn to sign our papers we drove away with a Nissan Rogue Select 2014 and we couldn't be happier. The only down side was we were told our monthly payment included window tinting and gap insurance actually was wrong so now we have to wait to see if it can still be put in and not cost us even more then we already have to pay....

Alan Webb Nissan and Tony Lockett saved the day, literally. After recently purchasing a Jeep from the dealership a few months ago, then having mechanical issues and having water dumped on me and our newborn baby (inside the vehicle from the dome lights), I was just done with my Jeep. I literally walked into the dealership with tears in my eyes after the water incident. Tony Lockett made sure we were taken care of and was able to get our Jeep loan paid off and get us into a brand new Nissan Rogue. The financing wait is always a little long... but I'd say it was worth the wait to get out of my Jeep loan and into my new Nissan Rogue. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. My husband and I will for sure be back when we are ready to upgrade our vehicles. We love Alan Webb Nissan!

The service was stellar. I had an appointment for my 1st oil change after purchasing my vehicle last year (5000 miles). I have loved the Nissan Altima I purchased and the service tech asked me if I wanted a free hand car wash. Because it was a hand wash, I readily agreed. He said the oil change would take about 30-45 minutes and the work should be done in about an hour. I walked to get a bite to eat and shop a little. When I returned at the 1 hour mark, my vehicle was ready and was shiny clean. The technician; Mark Sayco reviewed the service performed and said that everything looked good. He praised the condition of the vehicle and I was on my way. Very pleasant experience!

Arrived for my scheduled oil change at 3:30. Mark said he would take care of me. I said I was there for an oil change and rotate tires. Also needed new wiper blades. He said no problem and they would get to it right away. He also offered a wash and inside cleaning. Now I have been going to this Nissan dealer for over 30 years. We have bought 5 new cars from them. When Toby ran the service department, it was the best! Since he left it is terrible! Don't seem to be able to keep anyone around for long. Have been different people every time I have gone in for service. Anyway, I know about how long this should take. After 1-1/2 hours I start looking around to see if my car had been parked anywhere. Don't see it yet. After 2 hours I go up to the cashiers counter and ask if they have any paperwork on it. The two girls who are doing nothing but visiting with each other day "no, but feel free to go outside and ask them yourself". i have also been watching Mark standing outside the service shop talking with a couple for quite some time. I notice that some of the service guys are now leaving too. I start looking back further in the lot and think I see my car. It has now been 2-1/2 hours. I walk out to the service area and the other service agent asks if he can help me. I told him I was looking for my car. He walks over to Mark's desk and finds my keys and paperwork sitting there. Since Mark had been too busy BSing with his back to the service department he didn't notice when my car was finished and they dropped off my keys. Other guy tries to be polite but I'm not in the mood for excuses now. In his hurry to get me out he also didn't go over the service facts or findings I get in the car to leave and it smells like old rags now from the inside cleaning and I have 2 huge marks on my windshield that look like scratches. I am able to finally get them out with some major rubbing after a day of rain. We are due to buy another new car soon but we are seriously thinking of other makes because of the lack of service here. We also had another issue with this visit concerning a past service call but didn't find out about it until I got home and was showing the paperwork to my husband.

First and foremost, the salesperson we worked with was not a bad guy. I actually like him. It's everything after that, that was a disaster. I live two hours away and we found a Chevy Malibu there we really liked. It was a recent trade-in and it hadn't been detailed yet. While test driving it, there was a clicky fan sound that we were able to make go away when turning off the fan then turning it back on. Figured it wasn't a deal breaker. They said they would do both as part of the purchase agreement -- detail the car and fix the fan. Made the appointment three weeks later to have done and met about halfway on I-5 so neither had to drive very far. They had my car for THREE DAYS and it was neither detailed and the fan was not fixed. And I had to make a four-hour round trip to retrieve my car (at night). Lo and behold that morning looking at my car, it was very clear it wasn't detailed. I had already knew they were not able to replicate the fan noise, but how do you not detail a car that you've had for three days? I mean, at least attempt to make it look like it's detailed! Absolutely ridiculous. Lesson learned. I ventured out of my small town to find a good deal, and sacrificed customer service and reputability in the process. Never again.

2012 Altima proximity key died. I bought an aftermarket key and needed to have it programmed. The locksmith I usually use could not program the key and suggested the dealer. I automatically thought the dealer would be far more expensive. I was wrong. The dealer was actually cheaper than the locksmith! The customer service rep (Alissa) was very helpful. They got my car in and out in a very reasonable period of time given how busy they were. Overall, I was pleased with the service. This is the 2nd time the car has been in. The 1st time was for a factory recall on the fuel pump. No complaints at all. Great customer service and excellent work. Sometimes the dealer is the best and cheapest place to go!

David truly tries to make the car buying experience an enjoyable one, with full disclosure of any information you want to know about. I would not hesitate sending friends and family to David and the Alan Webb Nissan Team.

I kept getting mail to refinance my old car. Went in there to look into that , ended up buying a new car. Was my first actual new car, not a used car. Should have been a great experience, but i ended up with a salesman who just lied and lied. He was new, but still not excusable. I just went in for my first oil change, service people were nice. Asked if i wanted my car washed, i said sure. On the itemized receipt it had washed and vacuumed checked off . Neither was done......... Just the whole place makes me question my purchase.

I had an outstanding experience buying my 2015 Nissan Arctic Blue 4x4 SV Frontier from Alan Webb Nissan in Vancouver, WA. I qualified for the Vehicle Purchase Program and worked with Anthony Lockett Sr., their internet director, to get a very nice price for my truck. Their policy was no games, no hassles, no pressure, AND providing a competitive price the FIRST TIME. This is my 4th Nissan and I must say Tony lived up to their policy. I also want to mention, we had the smoothest transaction with Natalie Houser going through the financial process. She was very informative and knowledgeable and made that experience a pleasure. It was also a pleasure meeting some of the other staff at the dealership. I was particularly impressed to receive a couple of emails from the General Sales Manager, Craig Carter. I am looking forward to taking my vehicle into their dealership for care and maintenance.

We returned a 2012 Nissan Leaf at the end of the 2 year lease and leased a new 2015 Nissan Leaf. We knew the car, so no surprises there. We are very satisfied with the whole lease return new lease process. There was no pressure to buy anything extra. We agreed on the phone on the price, and while there we just added the "Pulse" brake light system. I liked the pulsing brake light idea after replacing 5 rear bumpers in 3 years on an older Nissan Frontier. We are going to own the system at the end of the lease, but I will have to remove it myself before returning the car. A week later after we dropped the leased car the inspection was done and passed. We will definitely consider them again in two years, when the longer range and affordable electric Nissan cars are expected.

I received a phone call from an Allan Webb sales rep, stating they were interested in purchasing my 08 Rogue. He asked me to bring my vehicle in. I needed an oil change, so I did. While the oil change was taking place, I discussed the possibility of trading my vehicle on a 2014 Rogue. No conclusions were reached and I went home. A day or two later I received another call from an older gentleman, who asked me back. I was impressed with his approach, so I returned. Both him and the younger fellow he was mentoring were extremely affable. We chatted for a moment or two while sizing up the situation, but then our conversation became explicit and turned to the reason I was there. I knew this was not going to be an easy run to the finish line. The older gentleman I was dealing with knew his stuff. We went round and round for almost two days, but in the end this mans conscientious, courteous and considerate manor won the day and I left the Alan Webb dealership in a brand new 2014 Nisson Rogue, The man who sold me that car is Tony Track and is definitely worth mentioning. He a consummate salesman, who knows and understands the requirements of the profession. Sales is a people business, which he has mastered. He is a man worth knowing and I'm glad I met him

I was very impressed with the great hospitality extended to me by Tony Lockett. Seeing the car of my dreams on the internet I knew I had to purchase the car and make sure I was getting the best deal for my money. Tony was very confident and reassuring every step of the way with my purchase. You see I live in DALLAS TEXAS so this was a very unique experience for me and propbly for Tony. He was great through it all when I came to Vancoouver to check out the car every hotel room was booked. Tony allowed me to stay at his home after picking me up from the airport and taking me to the dealer to see the car. He even made sure I got back to the sirport for the flight home. I recently returned to Vancouver to drive my car home and once again he was there for me he even had the car washed and a full tank of gas for trip back to Dallas . I beleive this car purchase allowed to see that there are still good people in the world that are willing to make a friend and not just a sale. Thanks Tony and Alan Webb Nissan. I actually went to mitsubishi which also was Nissan apparently. Reguardless, I talked to Jake on the phone prior to going in to the dealership, he wasn't hassling me or bugging me or calling me every 10 minutes to make sure I was coming. I called him probably 2 hours till they closed and he was really nice and told me to come in when I was ready.. not that night not tomorrow ..just when I could..no pressure. I insisted on seeing the outlander sport that night anyways. I went in, told him what I wanted to see (which he showed me promptly).. He hustled around finding the exact car I came to check out. Went on a test drive and after that I did my paperwork.. He was very easy going and nice to work with..He joked around and eased the pressure of looking and new cars and wasn't some cheesy dude. Finance guy was very nice as well.while getting my new car delivered I was bombarded by work calls that absolutely had to be answered. Jake was very patient with me and gave me my space and time to take to handle my personal business. He also showed me everything on the car. He knew the product very well. At the end of the transaction and I was driving away it was a very good experience and the staff was more than nice especially since I made them stay about and hour or 2 after they closed. Thank you Jake and the Alan Webb mitsubishi/nissan for taking the time to take care of me.. I would definitely recommend this place.

I went in to Alan Webb Nissan to trade in my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado for a 2010 Scion tC. I was lied to, told that they were on the phone with my credit union and had approved me for a larger amount than I was actually approved for. I will even quote them as saying "Your credit union seems very nice." I went in with the understanding that I had $11500 to spend and the falsely raised that amount over $2000 to cover the difference between what they would give me for my vehicle and the price of the vehicle I was purchasing. They did all the math to give me, yet again, a false monthly payment and I purchased the vehicle. Upon returning home I called my credit union and they informed me that they hadn't talked to anyone, and I still only had $11500 to spend. I had to get a second personal loan to cover the difference along with taking money out of my pocket. I went to a large dealership hoping that I wouldn't get scammed because they have a reputation to uphold. I was very, very wrong and I will never return to Alan Webb for ANYTHING.

Dave was nice enough, but when I can back with my husband to look at the car and test drive it, he was busy so we got George. George did not seem to know the features that came with the Leaf's different models. I say this because, when he came back with a price much higher then was advertised, he told me what was advertised was for a S model. When I said fine show me an S, he told me that would not have electric windows (not true) and I would not be able to use a quick port station. George said I would only be able to charge the car at home. All Leaf's can be charged with a 220 station (that is what most free charging stations are) The 440 port is not standard but there are few 440 chargers out there at this time. After waiting again for over 20 minutes to get a second offer I left.I received a call later stating they were able to get the offer to 209.00 a month with $5500. trade in for a two year lease! Went to Wilsonville Nissan today was given the same trade in value, my two year lease for the top of the line model with leather interior and 12000 miles per year was just $96.00. No game playing in Wilsonville. Hassel free HONEST and enjoyable experience. Did everything over the internet and was in and out with the car in about 60 minutes.

I test drove some one's Leaf for only 5 minutes & wanted to know more about it since the driver was on a lease agreement & his deal sounded good. After making an inquiry over the internet a rep from Alan Webb contacted me for a test drive. My wife & I went in & viewed the lot with 72 Leafs on it, so there was plenty to choose from. We drove one for 1/2 hour & it was slick. Michael gave us rough ideas of lease agreements & they were so good that we nearly upgraded to the max without breaking a sweat. My wife picked the color & options. We went with a model SL that came with leather seats & a Bose sound system. The Leaf is very complex. It is pretty much a computer on wheels. Michael explained everything for about 5 hours. I came in knowing nearly nothing & left with an all electric "space ship on wheels". I didn't feel any pain & I left with no remorse. Financing had 2 bumps which cost me a little extra but it was nothing that would make me reconsider the deal. I've never leased a vehicle so what caught me by surprise is the industry standard that I wasn't aware of. Michael has taken his Leaf to Klamath Falls in one day which is a challenge I'm game for this Thanksgiving. Michael was great to deal with & I love the Leaf!!

They didn't have my model in stock so "reserved" one on it way for me and had me sign paperwork with the payment terms. But since the actual lease paperwork was not signed, the price went up despite them saying I was "locked in". In retrospect it was just a trick to keep me from the competition. I ended up getting my car at a different Nissan dealership in the area, but the lease terms (set nationally by NissanUSA) had changed and cost me over a thousand bucks due to the 1-2 week delay caused by Alan Webb's bait and switch tactic. Won't be going back.

Wanted to buy an SUV and visited this dealer as they had a number of new and used SUVs at a tempting price. When I got there I experienced a high amount of pressure to buy a used a nissan and eventually gave in to what seemed like a fair deal. I realized later that the SUV had I purchased - a Nissan Murano - had a lot of problems that they had managed to conceal from me. They were of course completely unwilling to buy back in the next few days, and wouldn't even take it back as a trade-in towards another vehicle, I'm assuming because they knew about all the problems it had. Ended up trading it in at another place for a big loss, I just couldn't stand the car anymore after the horrible experience. There are lots of other places that sell good vehicles with guarantees and don't use such slimy sales tactics, I'd advise everyone to stay away from this place.

I leased a new Leaf with Alan Webb Nissan and it was, by far, the best experience I have had with a car dealership. Tony was the person I did most of the work with online. There wasn't any of the usual high pressure stuff that I have encountered in the past with other dealers. He got me a deal that was much better than any of the other local dealerships and we did most of that online so I just had to show up to sign papers and drive off in my newly leased vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership there was not even a hint of "up-selling" and there were no surprises or the usual tactics to get me into a car I didn't want or need. Dave helped me fill out the paperwork for the lease and explained the process for me. All in all I would have no trouble recommending this dealership to friends and family and will definitely be heading back there for my next car. When I first used Alan Webb Mit the service advisor was Chris Patten and he was the nicest person to work with, now the advisor is Jason Cloquet and he is not at all friendly or accommodating. Today I went in for an oil change and I was told that my oil fill cap was broken and someone had glued it together, well I only take my car to 2 places and the other dealer was GMC Buick and no one said a thing. This was very strange to me some service tech had to break it and glue it back together and nothing was ever said to me and I told this to him and he didn't even make a move to contact the other dealer or comp me a new cap. Then I was told I had a broken hose and they didn't have one in stock I asked if he was going to tape it back together to hold until I could replace it and I was told well I've been driving with it broken so there was no reason. This is not the only time I've been helped by Jason and each time I wonder why I go back, well for the free oil changes. I also told Jason I was having issues with my sun roof and the drains and he didn"t even offer to take the air hose and clean it out.So I went into the GMC dealership to show them the oil cap and the first thing I was told is that they would reimburse me for it. I also told them about the sun roof drain and hose and what did he do but take my car and clean out the drain and tested it and woohoo all better, then he taped the hose for me and when I come back in he will just hook it for me at no charge, this is customer service. I know that a oil cap doesn't cost much but it's the principal. I take my car mostly to Alan Webb for service but not any more.

Couldn't get the salesman to call back, kept getting the run around about striking a deal. Finally talked with the internet sales manager and made a deal over the phone, the process with him went well. After the sale, getting the plates and registration has been a nightmare. They are completely incompetent. Submitted all necessary paperwork and followed up with them, problem is could never reach the finance people. Trip permit expired, was told to come and get a new one. Once there was told that they can't issue a new one. Called DMV, they said that they have received nothing from the dealer. I declined and they said the drive grabbed the wrong one though the vin # was the same on the paper as the truck. They said they could have the right one in two days. Call in two days to confirm they have the right truck. They said yes but there was no truck when I got there. They even tried to say it was 50% my fault when I asked for my down payment back. Crazy!

I called Nissan and they said they where not going to pay for it to be rebooted because i should have informed them of the procedures for using it in the car. He also would only show me one car at a time. after i said no to a small new car that was nothing like what i wanted he said he was going to grab another car. after 20 min of waiting i asked another worker if he new where he went and he said no. about 10 min after that he showed up without a car! and then wanted to walk around the lot. when i pointed to one i was interested in he said they would run the numbers and i said ok let me call my husband. at that point he freaked out telling me to come back after i talked to my fathers brothers uncle and proceeded to tell me that "this is Washington state you know that right?" and when i walked away he went inside and was yelling and cussing and put his fingers up to his head to act like he was shooting himself.I will never return to this dealership and would never recommend anyone to go there.

I bought a brand new 2011 Nissan Quest last July, I went to have the tires rotated at Les Schwab and they told me that I needed new tires. I called the service department at Alan Webb to check on warranty for the tire. They said because we didn't have Alan Webb rotate the tire they won't even look at it. I also purchased the maintenance package for oil changes and their service department said nothing about tire wear at my last oil change. I'm not happy with their service and would go with a different dealership when I purchase my next new vehicle.

My experiances with Alan Webb Nissan Mitsubishi was rather pleasant. My representative was Ron Burson, he made us feel comfortable and did not push us into anything we would later regret. I called Ron up and told him what I wanted in the make, color, and price and he made it happen. No haggeling was needed, no last minutes price changes, he told me the out the door price before I even came in to look at it. The other staff were friendly and helpful as well. I recommend the lancer gt and Ron Bruson as your representative. Good luck on purchasing your next car!

I signed for a new Nissan altima coupe with Tony Songvilay. My experiance at the Alan Webb Nissan was impeccable and overall a great experiance. Not only did he work with me throughtout the week before, but also got me an even better deal after I got there for the test drive. He took the time to chat it up with my family while I tried to make a decision, even past closing time. He and everyone working that evening, all made my car buying experience a very enjoyable one. I have been burned in the past by other dealerships so I was hesitant at first, but now am excited to give him my business in the future. I also will recommend him to my friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again!

Best experience I've ever had with a dealership. Tony was great to work with. There were no games regarding price, financing, options, etc. I especially enjoyed that the Internet Sales dept. actually negotiated prices online rather than several other local dealerships (Tonkin) that just try to use the internet as a hook to get people to come in and pressure/negotiate in person. I highly recommend Alan Webb Nissan.

Bought a used car with a trade in. At their recomendation, I bought extra warranty. This after i was told that the car comes with no warranty, because I was the second owner. That kinda scared me and made me buy extra warranty. I went home and read every word on that papers and compare to the user book waranty from the factory and I realised I was the lamb....so went back and cancelled extra warranty after 2 days. At the time of buying the car they didn't have a Carfax, the only car report they gave me was from Experian. very "frugal" report. The sales person that showed the car was nice, polite and helpful, the ones that played the numbers....different story. I gave "OK" just for that ONE person that showed me the car, the sales consultant". without him, would have been a "bad" rating. The paperwork took for ever. After 3 weeks i still didn't receive my refund for the car I traded in ( they paid more than $400 extra than I told them for the payoff. it made me feel like I was lying to them, they must have used a 2 months old "Experian" report), nor the $2100 plus fees from extra waranty cancelled not refunded, plates not in yet. Called to check on all this situation and got the very nonchalant answer" is normal to take up to 6 weeks" I wish I knew that before I signed any papers....I am sorry for doing business with them. At least the car I've got is nice enough to "ignore" the dealership. I would recommend this dealer to MY ENEMIES only. sorry, that leaves it to ZERO customers from me to you. I'm still waiting for these three items: plates, $2100 plus the fees, difference from trade in pay off.....

We are very happy with the service we received from Manny Vargas and Alan Webb Nissan. Manny and the rest of the staff were wonderful to us and very friendly. After looking for a new truck for a couple of weeks, we stopped at Alan Webb Nissan in Vancouver and we drove away with the best deal we could find anywhere in the Portland and Vancouver area. We just love our new 2011 Nissan Titan Truck. It has everything we were looking for and more. We got a great deal on it and a great trade in price for our old vehicle. We will definitely come back to Alan Webb Nissan for our future business and already have been recommending them to everyone we know.

Manny's service and follow up throughout my purchase would bring my wife and I back. Our entire experience would have been rated excellent but there were a few hiccups dealing with David. We were sold on a NW package and all the benefits of such. My wife and I mentioned on numerous occasions we were moving across the country, yet David never mentioned all service provided by such a package had to be done at Allen Webb. I had to call back after the fact to verify. Makes you feel as though he only wanted to upsell. There was also a misunderstanding with our license plates. Again, Manny got involved and provided great feedback and response. David is a nice guy, but again did not provide feedback on the delays as requested. I had to call him for information. It was apparent David wanted the upsell and Manny wants the repeat business and referrals. I hope he gets acknowledged for his efforts.

When we approached Manny Vargas at Alan Webb Nissan regarding purchasing a new Juke SL, he reassured us he could get us the color and model we wanted. I told him we were ready to buy, even at MSRP, as we knew that the Juke was in high demand (I had done all my homework and really wanted this car). We only asked that we be given wholesale book for our trade, which is in excellent condition with low miles. When we arrived, true, he did show us a car on paper that we could purchase (they would trade their current stock for the one we wanted from another dealer). However, he quoted me 2K UNDER wholesale book for my trade. He pointed out that they had the same make and model with the same options as my trade on their lot. He claimed it had the same low mileage and that they were selling it for only 1K more than they offered us for our trade, so they could not go any higher. We thanked him for his time and left, as those numbers just wouldn't work with our finances.Upon returning home, I checked their website for the car that matched our trade. Yes, it was the same make, model and options... WITH TWICE THE MILES, and for 5K MORE THAN HE QUOTED ME!! I understand when you just financially can't make the deal, but there is NO NEED TO LIE. Period. I will never go back to this dealer, and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. We ended up buying later that same day from Tonkin Nissan in Wilsonville, Oregon. They offered us 2K more for our trade than Webb could. It's NEVER okay to lie to your customer.

Everyone was very nice and did their best to make sure we got the car we wanted. The sales and finance people stayed 2 to 3 hours after close on a sunday to help us.The salesman (Peter Gregg) said he would always be available if I ever need help, and the finance man (Stu) even worked after hours to get us another point lower on interest rate. The only reason it is not a 5 across the board is probably my fault that I bought at night, a black car, had it given the NW protection package, picked up next day or so, and noticed scratches on it later when i got home. I have not asked about it yet nor do I blame anyone, as the weather was very bad. It just wasnt a perfect experence, YET, as maybe the NW package will cover it being buffed out. That Would Make IT a Perfect 10!

I purchased my vehicle through Alan Webb Nissan in 2010 - was assisted by Manny Vargas who showed me the in's and out's of the vehicle. He was polite, and honest about his concerns. While his service wasn't over the top, I appreciated his brevity and honesty regarding the vehicle. It all started going down hill from that point forward. Once signing the papers, it was agreed that I'd come back the next day with a check - and swing the car through DEQ while down in my home state of Oregon. DEQ was closed that day, so I proceeded to drop off the check - and was told we were "good to go, see you later!" Which confused me immensely. Essentially - they told me what to do, but not why to do it. So in the following weeks I proceeded to go to DEQ and went to the DMV myself (out of ignorance) to which they told me the dealership was suppose to take care of this.I don't place all of the blame on the dealership whatsoever - it was my ignorance and their laziness for not ONCE placing a call checking up on me to get the paper work taken care of.Once I realized this, I bought another trip permit and drove up to Vancouver to drop of the slip a few days later. I gave it to a sales associate who said he'd be more than happy to take it from me, and I insisted on writing my name and phone number on it just to be sure. Right as I start walking away, I turn around just to clarify "this means I'm done right?" - he replied "haha, yes - you're good to go, the plates will get mailed to you"Four days later I get a phone call from "Brandy" in the cashier's dept of the Alan Moore branch, the first phone call I have EVER received from them, and she left me a voicemail saying "We were wondering when you were going to bring in your DEQ slip?"I was furious, as my SECOND trip permit was a mere week from expiring and she's telling me that she doesn't have it. I called back to tell her I already dropped it off - and she said she'd go look for it.24 hours pass, and she never called me back to confirm she found it. I call - and she had just left the office, and I leave a detailed message on her voicemail.Another 24 hours pass and no response to my voicemail so I call to confirm that not only did she find it, but are the plates in. She says it'll be another day before they come in, and then the shipping takes "a few days" - by which point my temp will have expired.48 hours go by, the day my temporary permit expires and I call her - she tells me she shipped them overnight and I ask for the tracking number and she gives it over. I waited at home because I couldn't risk UPS leaving a notice and not leaving the plates.Sure enough a signature was required on delivery - and Brandy at Alan Webb didn't have the common courtesy to give me a call telling me that I'd need to be home for the delivery.Every single time, I had to call them. They have been nothing but unprofessional, and I don't feel like they give a single crap about their customers. They had the car I wanted at the right price - but have some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.Given the chance to do it all over again - I wouldn't. Take your money elsewhere.

I purchased a 2007 Nissan Titan from this dealer. On Sunday my door locks failed and I could not open my drivers side door. On Monday I called the dealer and they suggested getting a key fob ( remote control door opener) so they checked and ordered one for my truck, I had to pay in advance for special order, $140.00. 5 days later I had to call them to see if it was in and it was. I picked up the fob and they handed me instructions on how to program it, unsuccessful I asked for the service man to do it for me, he was also unsuccessful! He then ran my vin # and told me it wasn't an option on my truck! Wow, would have been nice to know that before I prepaid for the key fob. Then they got the master key for my truck an checked the door lock and it still wouldn't work and said the single key would cost $125. No no no! So not only did I take half a day off work, my door is still broken. Inquired how much to replace lock and I got the answer I dunno? Wow great service dept you got here!!!! Told me to go to best buy and have them install keyless remote for me! Best advice from a dealership and yes my vehicle is under warranty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Very disappointed!

All the staff we met were very friendly, professional and highly knowledgeable of the products. We appreciated the presentation of the features specific/unique to the vehicle we ended up purchasing. Clear descriptions of the features rather than hyperbole about features common to most any vehicle. We were also quite pleasantly surprised/impressed by the review of the maintenance schedule of the vehicle. We left Alan Webb Auto Group in a new Nissan Frontier with the feeling that we understood much more about this vehicle than any other vehicle we had purchased. We had visited other dealers and did not feel the same welcoming atmosphere as we did at Alan Webb. We also felt that comparison shopping gave us pricing that was very good, almost great.Overall this was the most pleasant vehicle purchase we have made in our 29+ years of marriage. Highly recommend this dealer and Manny Vargas.

This past summer we were shopping for a new used car - went through most of the dealerships around Portland metro area and have seen some nasty service on this side of the river... What a different experience it was at Alan Webb Nissan! We went in there once, browsed the lot with Manny Vargas picked a car that we liked - went on a test drive. He was very professional, no pressure tactics, answered all the questions and was quite knowledgeable about the car itself and the specific model. We took our time and talked it over with other family members and were back the next day at closing time. We talked with a different rep (I think it was Joe), for about 30 min and went in to the finance manager (while Joe was detailing the car for us!) - got us a better rate and less money down... I'm going to cut to the chase - We were in/out of there in the matter of 2 hours (that's including all the paperwork!). No pressure, very friendly customer service and helpful financing rep. WOW! What a great experience.Thank you!

Manny did a good job of getting me the price I requested via e-mail as I would not come in to discuss a deal until that issue was settled. He kept the visit / sale to the 90 minutes or less requirement I insisted upon. The trade in offer on my Nissan Titan was fair and in line withthe black book pricing and the loan rate was excellent.

I purchased a new dodge ram 1500 from Alan Webb in 2006. As part of the transaction, I purchased a TriPak plan for 4 years of oil changes. Recently I went to the dealership for an oil change. When the oil change was complete, I was informed I had a bad seal in the rear end that needed to be replaced. I recently had the fluids flushed in the rear end and new seals installed by a very highly rated auto shop in Vancouver. The service rep at Alan Webb's said they could fix it for $135 if I cared to wait. I said no. It was under warranty from the shop that did the rear end service (which I did not tell the service rep). I just received a call stating that the rear end was not leaking and that someone had smeared oil on the rear end to make it look like it was leaking. The only place it has ever been is Alan Webb's and the local shop. There was no oil on the rear end until I visited the Webb service department for the oil change. The way it is parked on my drive way allows me to clearly see the rear end and it was not there until the visit.I have heard of such tactics to get business. I can not prove anything was done that was improper, but there is enough doubt in my mind that I will not be going back, as a maintenance customer or the purchaser of a new vehicle.

We bought a new Versa through the Costco auto purchase program. We'd done a lot of research online beforehand, so we knew what we wanted and about what it would cost. Alan Webb didn't have exactly the car we wanted in stock, but Manny Vargas was able to find it nearby very quickly and made arrangements to have it delivered. We were pressed for time on delivery day, and Manny and the finance manager were very helpful in expediting the process; the finance manager even found a better interest rate from my own credit union for me! Overall, it was a very efficient and stress free way to buy the car we wanted.

Most of the sale was done over the internet. Price was quoted over through Email. Upon arrival the car was parked in front, clean and ready for a test drive. The process was quick and pleasant. I would purchase a car from Alan Webb again.

I subsequently purchased the Rogue and I gotta tell ya: If you ain't tried a new Rogue for a while, if ever, you may have missed a real treat! My new Frontier was clean and they even included a full tank of gas! Now that is good customer service. I would recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new Nissan. Thank You!!! The only negative was the delivery of my license plates. I received my registration in the mail but no plates. I finally called you and was told they were at the dealership. My wife and I appreciated the low pressure sales we received from David. Although he is new and did not have all the answers, he was a straight shooter and that is more important to me. He was patient with us and accommodating. The only issue we had was with the signing of the paper work. Because we waited until late in the day, there was only one person to complete this work and we waited an additional hour and a half. Other than that, Alan Webb has a satisfied customer. Thanks,

I purchased a used car from this dealer following extensive internet research and days of physical searching and test driving from dealer to dealer. This dealer had the year and car I wanted at a fabulous price. I went to the dealer wanting the car and knowing I was going to buy if it drove well. DAVID LOPER helped me with the test drive and was very friendly and helpful in facilitating the process of the drive and buying. He didn't push products I did not want and made my son and I very comfortable during the process. I did not finance through them, so I cannot comment on that, but the rest of the paperwork was smooth and easy. This was my first experience buying a new car on my own. First of all, I really feel as if Stewart went out of his way to "rip me off." He added a bunch of services to the sale that were not necessary. It took some time at home to realize, after going over the papers for about an hour, that I was getting charged ridiculous amounts for different services. Upon trying to resolve the issue the next day, I found the employees to be rude and generally unhelpful. I did manage to cancel my extended warranty (He didn't mention that all new nissans come with a standard warranty of course). He said it would take 6-8 weeks to receive the refund, but guess what almost 3 months later and still nothing. Whenever I call about this issue, or any issue for that matter, they assure me that they will call me back. They never do though. I have to call or go in several times over several weeks to get a half-assed answer. A monkey could do a better job.
