Don Myers is great to work with. He is straightforward, honest, and most importantly, listened carefully and heard and respected what I said I did and did not want. No pressure to add on anything that I was not interested in - what a huge relief it was to find him after trying to work with sales people at other dealerships. No pressure, no frustration, no sketchy sales “techniques”. Also, he is a great person who is an absolute pleasure to work with. He and his manager Don got me through the paperwork quickly and painlessly. You will not regret working with him.

I had the best experience purchasing my new car at Albany Subaru. I worked with Stephen Swisher, and was so grateful I did. Stephen was responsive, communicative, reliable, and so helpful. He was able to answer any and all questions / concerns I had, and made the car buying experience enjoyable and easy. I've had my new Subaru Crosstrek for about a week now, and Stephen has still made himself available to me to answer any questions I have had as I've become accustomed to the new car. My partner and I visited several Subaru dealerships before coming to Albany Subaru, and none of the other dealerships, or sales people hold a candle to Albany Subaru and Stephen. A huge thank you to the team at Albany that helped make our dream car a reality!

Fantastic experience! I was in a special situation since as an incoming international student I ordered a 2021 Forester Sport before arriving in the US, and Nick Riise was extremely helpful with my purchase despite the complexity of my case. Everything went very smoothly from reservation to delivery, and I could not be more pleased with my car! Recommend 100%.
