Courteous and friendly. He even did above and beyond and helped me with the streaking problem on the inside of my windshield. It seems like a small thing but it made such a difference in the visibility.

He is always very attentive and helpful, and ensures that all repairs meet the expectations of your customers.Providing loaner cars to your customers is also a big plus, since many of your customers including myself can not wait around for a car repair due to work and personal commitments. Our sales lady, Amy King ! She was extremely professional and very warm hearted !! She made our experience so wonderful !!!! Everyone that works there is helpful and friendly. My sales man recognizes me every time I go in for service and sits with me for a few minutes to ask how I'm doing and how the car is. This is my second Mazda and I love it more than the first. The reliability and workmanship of the Mazda brand brought me back a second time and I was not disappointed.

I have owned 6 Mazdas. No one has to "sell" me on the cars, as I love the brand! I like receiving the customer loyalty deduction. Your outstanding staff, Tony and Amy, give me attention and answer my questions EVERY time I enter the store for servicing. They both treat me with respect. Therefore, I will continue to use the Alden dealership in the future.

The staff always greets you with a smile and tries hard to meet your demands. When I was looking for an automobile, there were no hassles. I said what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and they met my request. As long as I want a Mazda I will only deal with Alden.

The way when I initially went in to test drive a Mazda 3 I felt like there was no pressure. Both the owner and Amy King were upfront and seemed like they were looking out for my best interest. The whole team I dealt with to lease my car was overall a very good experience. Amy is funny, tough in a good way, and upfront and seems to have the customers best interest at heart. I wanted the hatchback but the monthly payment was more than I was comfortable in committing to, which in hind sight ended up being better that I ended up with the sedan, so far I love it! Amy was right. Thank you all, my experience there was excellent and believe me I don't say that lightly. Buying a car is a stressful time and you all made it less stressful. I deeply appreciate that.

Wow! I have bought many cars both new and used over the years and I have never dealt with a dealer that I was more impressed with! Almost all of my interactions and negotiations were by email and I was a bit nervous about that...I couldn't have been more wrong. Every thing went as smoothly and maybe better because it was in writing. I got an excellent deal on my ceramic metallic club (which they went and got for me at another dealer). I had received quotes from several dealers, some of which were out of state (because the color I wanted was just not available locally).The actually purchase/picking up of the car was so smooth, with "0" surprises! Car was detailed and prepared just how I asked it to be! Cassidy, Chris and Tony were just awesome to deal with, and I really made they work for this deal too! If you are looking for a good deal, and some awesome people to work with and for you, go see Alden Mazda...I was very pleased!!

Mazda is a great company, but all manufacturers occasionally turn out a lemon. Unfortunately for me, Alden Mazda has chosen not to stand behind their product as my brand new 2016 AWD CX 5 GT developed major electric and safety problems within 2 days of driving it off their lot. 5 visits to the Alden Mazda service department within first month of ownership. Normally, car buying is dreadful experience but not with the Alden Mazda team. We recently purchased a Mazda6 and had the best car buying experience. The sales team were awesome to work with. They were all very "down to earth" and we did not feel the slightest pressure at all. They accommodated all our needs and put us into a great car within our budget. We have owned Honda's and decided to try out a Mazda and are happy we did. We definitely recommend going to Alden Mazda.

First visit took the vehicle in for some minor issues and also purchased new tires for the vehicle. The staff was very informative and was able to complete everything the same day. The staff took their time to explain everything and also took the time to introduce themselves. Great customer service I feel very confident going back for all my service needs.

We recently purchased a new Mazda CX 5 at Alden and we were delighted with the experience we had. They are so friendly and low pressure. I contacted them on Friday. Told them exactly what I was looking for, and received a detailed quote over the phone. We went in Saturday morning and bought the car for that price. We financed part of the purchase and they got a rate below what they estimated. This was the easiest, most positive car buying experience we ever had!

Sold me a 2011 Toyota tundra with custom rims and they had no key for me to rotate or change my tires called multiple times and basically told me I was xxxx out of luck cause I already bought the vehicle from them now I have to do my own research I'm beyond frustrated with this dealership highly recommend another dealership there are other dealerships that will be loyal looking into buying another car in the fall and searching elsewhere

This place was very good. I got a 2009 premium Subaru Forrester with 40K miles on it at pretty much the price I want. Got a decent amount of gas. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Two months later the car is doing well. Did well with the trade in. I asked to try out the sound system with gangsta rap and they brought me a Mo Deep cd. Who does that? Who is so on top of it as that? I will begin my next search with this place. They stayed in touch as well with the little things and over time sent auto phone calls introducing the service staff.

Can't say enough good things about George (Internet Manager) - I was in contact with him via email throughout the whole process. He was honest and was not at all pushy. Gave me a very good price, but what put this dealership over the top was that good price in combination with the value for my trade that George and Tony (Sales Manager) were willing to give. I came from about 60 miles away and everything was ready for me - contacts and paperwork all in order by the time I arrived. Numbers were EXACTLY what we discussed. And they made it easy for me to leave with my car the day of my purchase. Couldn't recommend these guys highly enough for an easy and smooth car purchase!

I went to O'hara Mazda this summer after visiting several other dealers first. It seemed like a few of them in Raynham and Dartmouth Mass we still living in the 80's. At O'hara Mazda they were helpful, easy to deal with, and cared about my budget. The sales person Jason was very helpful and courtious. Both managers Shane and Rich made sure before I left, I was completely satisfied and happy with my new Mazda Miata. After seeing what other dealers had to offer in our area, the choice was easy.I would recomend O'hara Mazda to anyone who wants to buy a car.

I e-mailed a group of Mazda dealers in Massachusetts with the specific car I was looking at, trying to get the best price for a Mazda 3. Only one dealer did not like this approach. Scott was quick to get back with a quote as I requested (a price for the car, plus an out-the-door price, including taxes, registration and the like, so there would be no surprises). His quote (of the dealers who had my specific car) was very close (<$50) to the winning bid. The distance from where I live was a bit much, but if the bid was better the other way, I probably would have made the trip. I only had a phone call and some e-mails, but otherwise, he seemed quite reasonable.
